Let me just say that everything was fanominal Linda went above and beyond the call of what we expected she traveled 103 miles from cambelsville to otisco indiana she brought extra things that we didnt pay for out of the kindness of her heart everyone was pleased compliment galore it couldnt of been more perfect for us she did a fantastic job i would recommend if u want it to be special day call her and keep i. mind when ur booking catering you are not the only event they may have i did catering for several years befor i was a car hauler and linda went out of her way for us she is sweet lady who i believe wants ur day to be beautiful and everything it could be so keep in mind alot of hard work goes in to planning these things and if u dont have the patience no kne will please you any way so please use her and treat her with respect bc she has the best of intentions and works very hard

I've had the pleasure to work with Linda and the Swan's Landing team over the past year for my wedding. The company offers many services so it made wedding planning so much easier when many elements come from the same location: catering, floral, and decor. Linda was open to my ideas and would also make suggestions to further enhance the experience at the reception! It was a joy bouncing ideas around. Their florist, Ralph, is extremely talented and created very beautiful arrangements for my wedding. He listened to my ideas to create the perfect bouquet for me. It far exceeded my expectations when I first laid eyes on them! On the day of the reception, Swan's Landing's chef, Kathy, took lead of the on-site team providing an excellent dinner service and diligent cleanup at the conclusion of the event. The team was always polite and helpful - great communication the entire time. While the dinner service was buffet-style, they were so thoughtful to make a plate for my husband and I, to ensure that we ate! Many guests came up to me throughout the reception, commenting on the delicious food and how elegant the venue was decorated.

There aren't enough words to describe the work ethic of Linda Clark and all the employees at Swans Landing. The food was delicious, the decor was endless, the flowers by Ralph were FLAWLESS. They truly know what they are doing and go above and beyond to make you feel special. I would recommend Linda and Swans to ANYONE looking for a laid back, thoroughly detailed, picture perfect wedding. Linda and her staff were fabulous to work with and saw to our every need. When my husband and I envisioned something extra special, Linda made it happen. From our first visit to the headquarters of this incredible team, we knew we were in good hands, and we were not disappointed. Ralph’s flowers were exquisite- a visual and sensory delight. Our venue was our church Fellowship Hall, but it looked so much more regal and beautiful! Our guests loved the food. Our daughter was so happy that our special day was one to remember!

Working with Linda & the crew at Swans Landing was incredible!! My daughters wedding was perfect!! The details they took care of made it a stress free day!! The buffet, linens and table settings were nothing short of amazing!!

Linda and her team at Swan's Landing were amazing throughout our whole wedding experience!! From our taste testing and decoration walk through to our wedding day, they were so helpful and responsive the whole time. They helped our wedding day look beautiful with their decorations and taste yummy with their food :)

We used swans for our catering, flowers and day of coordinator. The food, flowers and decor all turned out great. It was so easy to have one company handle it all. They are also pretty reasonably priced. We would highly recommend them!

I couldn't thank Greg and his crew from Swan's Landing enough. Their customer service and communication throughout the whole wedding process was more than I could have hoped for. He came through in a pinch and provided assistance not in their circle of duties. All of my guests raved about their food, especially the KY Hot Brown dip. Their staff was wonderful. Highly recommend Swan's and if I could do it again I wouldn't used them for my entire wedding (linens, flowers, food, the whole thing)!!

The food was excellent and everyone loved it. We received great feedback from the guests! Swan's also did out decorating - which was beautiful - but we ended up providing much of the decorations ourselves. I felt that we had to be on top of Swan's with every little detail because no matter how many times you explained what you wanted, they failed to write it down. We went through numerous contracts because they always forgot to include something. Swan's also tried to add charges to the contract that were not discussed or agreed upon. They were quick to remove these charges when it was pointed out to them.

Swan's was so easy for us because they're an "all in one" you're business- they did floral, catering, decor, set up/tear down...pretty much everything. The wedding was beautiful, but I was disappointed that the "details" weren't carried out as I had planned or expressed. The decor wasn't exactly as I had specified, the "pretty drink containers" were forgotten (my guests ended up serving themselves drinks out of the bottle from a movable cart placed in the middle of the floor), the chalkboard signs I had asked for were not used, the set up for the ceremony was not as I had specified (wanted the "ugly stage" covered with pipe & drape or by our tent; it wasn't). In the beginning of planning stages, everyone wanted to help & was very attentive; towards the end, everyone was too busy...emails/texts didn't get returnedand we were passed from one person to the next. Overall, not what I had hoped for or expected

Let me start by saying my wedding turned out beautiful. The décor was pretty & the food was good. In the end, I still didn't receive the things I had asked & paid for & was disappointed. From the beginning, Linda Clark, owner, was VERY forgetful about who I was, what elements my wedding consisted of, etc. She took days to return phone calls or emails and I constantly had to remind her who I was and what I was talking about. The time when Linda is best at reaching you is when she would like a payment. And be VERY CAREFUL looking at every bill you get because I had to make corrections several times. My travel fee had tripled at one point as their prices are constantly changing (increasing). Swans has a MASSIVE amount of inventory & if they don't have it they can tell you where to get it if they can't make it. They also do a MASSIVE amount of events which means customer service goes out the window. While Swans was able to provide the linens and china I wanted, I was not provided the customer service I expected. Linda's staff will even tell you they are stretched to the max doing too many events. The food the day of the wedding was just about exactly as I had sampled it at Linda's shop. We chose a simple menu to be sure of foods would stay hot and did a salad buffet. Our signature drink made by Linda's kitchen staff was also wonderful! My second or third meeting at Swans I met with the florist (Sheila). We went over the corsages, bouquets & centerpieces. We talked about the flowers I didn't like and the ones I absolutely had to have. However a couple weeks before the wedding I was told someone had taken over the centerpiece portion of my event. We used mason jars with floating candles and wine bottles (we had to provide these) with hydrangea, belles of Ireland and some awful flower they suggested (I should have looked into before going with them). Let's just say the day of the wedding they were wrong. The color of the flowers were wrong, the ribbon was wrong & the flowers I had specifically asked for were NOT included at all. After the wedding I emailed Linda with my concerns & she said that my mother was informed by the florist that my flowers couldn't be ordered & that she felt as though they substituted as well as possible. My mother, however, was NOT informed of this. There was never a phone call or email to myself or my mother in regards to the flowers. Though my bouquets and corsages were pretty they were completely WRONG! The day of the wedding my on-site contact was Greg. First of all the tables were set up incorrectly because Linda didn't give them our floor plan and he complained when we told him that things needed to be moved. Greg was friendly on the phone when he had questions for me the WEEK OF the wedding - he was my 3rd florist - but was rude to my mother, mother-in-law, guests and myself the day of the wedding. He came to me as my husband as we were waiting to be introduced at the reception & said (rudely) we had too many guests & we would have to help people find seats. As we greeted guests we found that everyone had seats & some to spare. They ran out of silverware & Greg got an attitude with guests waiting for cake. Overall, Swans has a TON of décor to offer and for everything you receive for the money, they are a good deal. BUT, if you can't handle the stress of being on top of everything on your own I would look for someone else. IF you use them you must get a coordinator!

Linda and her employees at Swan's Landing our absolutely fantastic!! My wedding was beautiful! We went with the silver package for 140 guests and we were shocked at how much this included. We had two entrees, decorations, table linens, all flowers (including my bouquet) for less than what some caterers had quoted us for food alone. The service with Swan's Landing was also outstanding. The employees were helpful and fun, some even dancing during our reception. Linda was always willing to answer any questions we had. I would absolutely use Swan's Landing again and strongly recommend them to other brides in the area looking for quality, service, and affordability!!

So many things went wrong here that if friends and family start to bring up the situation I quickly tell them to not talk about it because they don't even know the half of it and it gets me so upset to even think about it. I was let down big time and it really put a damper on everything. If I could do it all over again I would not have used them. To make a long story short, they have more work than they can handle and someone will get the short end of the stick. Let's hope its not you.

I can't say enough about Linda Clark and her team at Swan's Landing. From the planning to the implementation, everything was exactly as I had imagined it. The food was fantastic, we got compliments about it all night and it was reasonably priced. Swan's Landing also took care of decorating for my reception and it looked classy and elegant. They are called the wedding specialists for a reason! Through their company I chose a package that also included an outsourced florist and wedding coordinator in addition to the decorating and food. It was so nice to have one company take care of almost everything at the reception. I never had to worry about a thing, everything was set up when I got there and cleaned up after I left. The service was impeccable and the little touches put them ahead of any other caterer I have ever worked with. Since the wedding I have had many of my friends ask me who catered the wedding and wanted to use them at their upcoming events as well. I can't say enough about their professionalism, attention to detail, organization, and overall positive attitude and atmosphere. I would not hesitate to use Swan's Landing again in the future!

Swan's Landing is a fantastic group to work with. They provide everything needed for your wedding from the food to the decorations to the florist! They took care of everything on my big day and made it completely stress free! I would highly recommend using this group on your special day!

Linda and her team are absolutely amazing!! She has numerous options for decorations, table linens, and delicious food. Teresa with Swan's Landing did a wonderful job on all my flowers. I described to her which flowers I wanted and she put together amazing arrangments. Bernadette and Lisa also worked with me as my wedding coordinators and I could not have made it without their help. Overall pleased with their services. Really liked that they did everything - food, decor, table & linens, & flowers. A few things were forgotten or left out that we were expecting. I really loved my flowers and the decor of the reception hall.

My daughter and I first met with Linda over a year ago, to plan for her wedding that was yesterday (5/25/2012). She paid as much attention to detail in that initial meeting as she did in the weeks and days before the wedding. She has wonderful ideas. She is more than willing to work within your budget, and the food is absolutely fabulous! She called me several times in the days before the wedding to see if I needed anything, to see if I had any questions, and just to see what she could do to help me out. She encouraged me to call her at anytime if I had questions and concerns. She is wonderful to work with. And did I mention how fabulous the food was? I've had a ton of compliments from numerous people. My daughter's wedding day couldn't have been any more perfect, and Linda played a huge role in that. I love also that she goes around taking pictures of the day, from her perspective, and I can't wait to see the big day from her perspective. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone, and am hoping I have another event come up in the future so I can use her services again!

We met Linda through a friend that used her services. The food is AWESOME and people are still talking about it today. Flowers and decor are the best and beautiful! I first met Linda Clark while visiting my wedding site, where I saw her setting up for a wedding. It was beautiful, so I decided to choose her as my caterer. That was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! She was so easy to work with and listened to what YOU wanted. She offered awesome suggestions and was very flexible. She was willing to do anything to make my day perfect. She is easy to contact and spends time helping you organize everything. She is professional and down to earth. When my wedding day arrived, everything was smooth and flawless. She was prepared and organized, and I was AMAZED at how beautiful every thing turned out. The food was delicious and many guests complimented how good the menu was. I didn't have to worry about anything after choosing Swan's Landing. I would highly recommend Swan's Landing for any wedding. You won't regret it!

Swan's Landing provided catering services for my wedding in July 2011, and absolutely everything was wonderful! Linda, Kathy and the entire staff were so great- from the moment we walked into the reception to the very end of the night, they made sure I had nothing to worry about! Between the beautiful decor and the delicious meal, their efforts got so many compliments throughout the night. In the planning stages, Linda was willing to talk to me, my then-fiance, both our moms and my wedding coordinator to make sure everything was just how we wanted it to be. Linda worked with us to fit everything we wanted into our budget, and the whole team from Swan's Landing worked so hard to make our wedding day the best we could imagine. The entire experience was outstanding, and I couldn't recommend a better catering service!

I have used Swan's Landing for both my daughters' weddings. One in May, 2009 and the other in August, 2011. They are exceptional!! When I began planning my weddings I was full of questions and needed ideas as I had never planned an event of this nature...Swan's Landing was there with me from beginning to end with everything we needed to pull off two spectacular receptions for approximately 500 guests at each. Linda and her staff are enthusiastic and anxious to make each wedding a day to remember! Her rentals are numerous, beautiful and priced reasonably; menus are vast and incredibly prepared and served; her resources for outside vendors is unbelievable. When the day of our weddings arrived we were able to sit back and enjoy watching our daughers marry without worry of any last minute details. Linda and her staff took great care of us and I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a great catering service. She has definitely earned a 5 star rating from this happy mom!

Linda and her staff are the portrait of professionalism! It was such a pleasure to work with Swan's Landing from the early planning stages, to the decorating before the big day, all the way through the very end of the party! When we walked in to our reception hall, my husband and I were literally blown away by how beautiful it was!!! We could hardly believe that it was actually OUR wedding! Linda has a huge selection in rental decor, a large menu to select from and the perfectionist mentality to ensure that it all comes together on the big day! Swans Landing did my daughter's wedding Oct. 15th at My Old Kentucky Home. They are wonderful people to work with and everything was fantastic. As the mother of the bride, I had no worries and they did it all!! Food was delicious, the flowers breathtaking and also the decorations. Linda went way beyond what I was expecting. Swan's Landing did my rehearsal and wedding reception catering. They did a great job with setting up on time, being a very friendly staff, and handling any last minute details. They were great and very easy to work with. The linens and place settings were beautiful. I did a signature drink Swan's created and people continue to still rave about wanting the recipe! They will handle all the details so you don't have to worry.
