Sweet Memories Cakes & Catering for all Occasions

We did an initial consultation/tasting/down payment to book our wedding date in 2020, we then postponed our wedding date to 2022. Susan was very flexible in changing the date . Also the cake was delicious, many guests enjoyed the cake. We had some cake left over afterward and our families were asking for some of it. We chose a crème brulee buttercream frosting which was the perfect sweetness , my husband and I don't like American Buttercream due to it is sweet and overpowers cakes. She has unique delicious flavors , traditional flavors, and will even customize cake flavors as well. We had the autumn bliss, caramel , and pandan (requested flavor by us) and it was great!!! She even gave tips on how to preserve our top layer for our 1 year anniversary. The flavors with the frosting complimented each other. The cake also looked beautiful and just as we discussed/ imagined it. The only reason I give a lower review is due the her responsiveness and organization . It took a while for her to respond to our emails and voicemails left at her business phone . Also , her organization of her events booked doesn't appear to be as organized due to we had to remind her in one of our emails that we had already booked her for our wedding and we were not new customers. I just wish she could have had others assist her in both organization and responsiveness to make the process go more smoothly. We understood since it was a long time since we seen her and we were able to make an appointment with her to confirm all the details 2 weeks before our wedding. In the end, she was reliable and timely on our wedding day and the cake was both beautiful and delicious !!!

A great place to get a basic wedding cake! We only needed a small cake to ceremoniously cut and Sweet Memories was perfect for that. We were even able to purchase a faux third tier to help with proportions on our cake stand. Very reasonably priced for a basic buttercream-frosted cake. Only reason for 4/5 stars is that the cake itself was a bit dry when we cut into it on our wedding day.

Everyone raved about the food and service! All was well timed throughout our wedding. Due to the pandemic, communication was difficult due to increased demand on caterer. Would recommend, but be patient with communication timelines back and forth.

Susan and her staff were amazing. She made me feel like a bride throughout the entire process and wanted us to remember how special the day was. She paid attention to every small detail and helped us have the most amazing wedding day.

Susan and her staff were an absolute delight from the moment we met all the way through cleanup the day of the wedding. Susan is the easiest vendor to work with and ensures you and all of your guests are taken care of. She gave us numerous options for linens, plates/silverware, decor, entrees/sides/salads, desserts, cakes, and little things to ensure both me and my husband had everything we needed on our big day. Her staff was very professional, and they kept things right on track during the reception. The food was spectacular and the cake/cookies were delicious. I would recommend her to anyone looking for any catering need, big or small, and for any event.

If you want the best food you've ever tasted with the best service you've ever experienced, then go with Sweet Memories!!! From our very first meeting with them, we were blown away! My husband and I travel all over the country and eat at some very nice establishments, and yet when we sat down for the tasting we "ooooohed and "ahhhhhhed" over every bite! We had such a difficult decision deciding which we liked best, so we chose all!!! They set up exactly how we wanted, the food was amazing and they stayed til the very end to help clean up (they even danced with us a little :) ). We were very pleased with everything about Sweet Memories and recommend them to everyone for whatever event you have (especially the grilled beef chimichurri, my fave)!

Update: got an email from her and this is what she said. I sent her two pictures of the slip! I have not received an email back. “Im sorry for you frustration. We always share with our clients our hours for saturday as it is posted on our store windows, web page and phone message. We also contact our clients on saturdays as a friendly reminder by 9am. Regarding their cake pickup. Im not sure that you had an order with us. However, i hope all was well and hope to see you in the future.” UNBELIEVABLE!!! Go. Somewhere. Else. Where do I begin?! We had our consult July 17th 2019! She talked a lot about how she got to be where she was, and how “successful” she has become. Her award winning food and desserts. YET Here it is, my wedding day and time for me to pick up my cupcakes... no phone call, nothing! I call her and she or anyone for that matter did not pick up. I left a message. Nothing back yet. I also sent an email too because well my wedding is at four we were going to pick them up around 1p. Her message on the voicemail said Saturday pick up is until 10am... WHAT she did it tell us any of that NOR has she called me to say anything about picking them up!!!!! I also sent her an email too!!! Not only that but she took our $10 to taste her cakes too!!! Won’t be getting that back! My fiancé is going to pick them up now hoping that they are going in and out of the shop to catch them so we can get our cupcakes! It is a shame that her cupcakes tasted good. This is terrible. Please do as I usually do and check reviews, this time I just wet for something without checking myresources and review... this is what I get. Never again!!!!! CLOSE. YOUR. SHOP. YOU. HAVE. MORE. TERRIBLE. VIEWS. THAN. GOOD. ONES.

Great service, food and all-around experience While helping our daughter with her wedding she selected Sweet Memories. The food was fabulous, the place settings grand and the service impeccable. Even though my daughter selected a buffet style versus a plated dinner, Susan still brought plates to the bride and groom and helped get food/drinks for the elderly. We received many compliments on the taste of the food, the presentation of the tables and the great service. Spend a few minutes talking with Susan and you’ll find that she is very experienced, has great attention to detail and cares about her clients. You walk away from a conversation feeling like you are the only one that matters. I would strongly recommend Sweet Memories for your catering needs.

Overall the service of the wedding was great, but pros and cons are below. Pros: Table settings looked great! Contracted bartenders were awesome! Guests liked the big portions. Plates of food and cake to go were nice. Cons: Brought wrong colored napkins after addressing it in a prior discussion about the invoice. Invoice was never correct, math would be incorrect and details not updated correctly like color of napkins even though she assured us it was in her notes. Try using an excel sheet so it can do the math for you with formulas. Snapped at me the day of my wedding when I was trying to give the bartender the recipe for the cocktails. Cake was cut from the top down when I was expecting the entire bottom layer to be enjoyed by guests. Instead one of my guests had to insist to Susan to even cut the bottom layer for her to try! We almost had the entire bottom layer of cake to take home which was disappointing to me. Our cake was different flavors throughout and I was expecting all of the layers to be cut. She is not flexible on quantities as she would not let us say how many gallons of mixers we wanted so we decided to provide them ourselves. Her prices are outrageous for the simplest things. We decided to provide all that we could. She insisted that we mail her a check, which we did once she finally submitted a corrected invoice, but it didn't arrive before the wedding so she emailed demanding that she have a check or credit card in hand by the time she arrived at the venue or she would not serve. First of all, she was the one that wanted the check in the mail even though we offered to simply hand the check to her the day of since it was so close. This whole drama she presented THE DAY OF THE WEDDING was completely unnecessary and only gave me stress. Thankfully our planner helped to take care of it. We did not appreciate the rudeness from Susan! She was rude to my guest, to my planner and even me! My husband and I do not recommend Sweet Memories.

Sweet Memories did an amazing job providing floral and cake services for our wedding! From the moment we first walked into their store, they provided an amazing personal experience! Our cakes were the furthest thing from ‘cookie cutter’ as one could possibly hope! Susan sat down with us, and we looked through pictures from previous cakes they had done. At the end, we were able to tell her things that we liked, and didn’t. She sat before us and drew our cake, and was able to provide a quote instantly. Our bridal cake turned out amazing and we couldn’t have been more thrilled! The artists at Sweet Memories also did an amazing job on our custom grooms cake! It drew a ton of laughs and complements from all of our guests. Sweet memories additionally provided all of the florals for our big day! From the bouquets, to the floral arrangements hanging from the front of our arch, everything was beautiful! If you’re looking for an amazing, personal touch to your wedding day for a very fair price, look no further than sweet memories!

Sweet memories was one of the best decisions we made! Susan is AWESOME! she made our day so special, and stress free. Everyone loved the food, and her presentation was amazing. Her staff was the best, we couldn’t have done it without them. Susan made sure my husband and I had a candle lit dinner up in the suite of our venue, which was beyond perfect. It made it to where we could sit down and enjoy each other before going out into the reception. She went above and beyond on our day, and made it one to remember forever. She loves what she does and it truly shows in her company!

The food for my daughter's wedding was excellent. It was served hot and delicious. She even have a vegan option for my best friend. I am not sure if my daughter actually sat down and ate as she was too busy being beautiful. I would recommend Susan to anyone and would work with her again in the future. Exactly what our wedding needed. Susan’s food is delicious; it was honestly difficult to decide what to have because we couldn’t have it all! We had both our rehearsal dinner and wedding catered by Sweet Memories – two very different food themes but both delicious! They were even kind enough to let use the leftover soda from the rehearsal dinner at the wedding (when we hadn’t requested soda at the wedding). We also had two guests with food allergies (gluten and dairy), Susan went out of her way to prepare a special meal for them both just based off of discussion we had at an initial meeting. Because my parents and I aren’t living in the same state, there was a lot of back and forth regarding final decisions – Susan was gracious enough to deal with all of our last minute requests before the final bill was due. In the end I was so happy to find out that her buffet style service would include her staff serving from the buffet line. I was very pleased that my guests didn’t have to serve themselves for the main course. Everything about Sweet Memories fit our styles perfectly – from the food options to the staff; at our first meeting we spent over 2 hours just chit-chatting with Susan! She is a wonderful person who loves what she does and it shows in her work. Her services are affordable without sacrificing quality. She even made my husband and I a plate with a little bit of everything to be able to take with us to the hotel post-wedding so that we could have a nice meal together after the hustle and bustle of the wedding day! So blessed she could be part of our big day.

I loved working with Susan! She was amazing from helping plan everything go making sure we were well hydrated throughout the wedding. She would bring us a glass of water or tea to make sure we weren't dying at our June wedding. To say that cake was my absolute favorite thing is an understatement. She did such an amazing job decorating it and the flavor was so good! I love how she does multiple flavors for each tier. I also had her cater our food and it was perfect. I could go on and on about how amazing she is!

We had Sweet Memories Cakes and Catering for our wedding at Hidden Springs Events on 9/5/15. We used Susan for our wedding cake, bartending services, and catering. I would have to say that booking this company was the best choice we made. We initially met Susan at a bridal show and became hooked on her mango meatballs and her personality. We had a cake and food tasting and immediately knew Susan was the one. It's not just the tasty we were looking for, we wanted vendors with a great personality and a genuine heart. Not only was Susan and her staff just that, we had an amazing menu option. We had lamb chops, parmesan chicken, and salmon. We definitely made an impact on our guests with our choices. Susan was very accommodating and very patient with us at the first time meeting a year before our wedding up until the day of. Everything turned out wonderful. We even had a plate to take with us to the hotel after the wedding! We were very please and Sweet Memories is highly recommended as the cherry on top of your wedding day. -Rod & Jewel

Sweet memories was the only regret of our wedding. They did our cake, catering and flowers (bouquets and boutineers, no center pieces). Susan (the owner) pushed us in the direction that she wanted us to take, the portions were TINY, the chicken was dry, the food was cold, the cake tasted awful, and she nickel and dimed us every chance she got. Ten days before our wedding, we were supposed to set up a final meeting with Susan to go over all final details, and her staff said she was "too busy!" We had to call three times before they finally allowed us a phone call with her. The only plus was that our flowers turned out beautifully.

The cake was wonderful! So moist and delicious! Not only does the cake taste great but the staff of sweet memories is just as sweet as their cakes! We custom designed my cake in an affordable budget and still having every detail i wanted! Would recommend to all brides! amazing cakes!

Our cake turned out beautiful and delicious. We had a 4 layer cake with 3 different flavors, amaretto (which was my favorite), white, and strawberry (which all my guest said was the best). They were on time and the cake looked beautiful. It was a little pricey in my opinion but for what we got it was a good value.

Great tasting food and an amazing first appointment. The food itself was pretty good but the appearance of the bridal cake wasn't quite we had planned out during the appointment. We later found out that some of our guests did not receive entrees as others received seconds before they had an opportunity to get a plate. They were also in charge of bridal bouquets which did not look fresh and well put together.

Susan and her crew were amazing! The set up of the buffet was beautiful and all of the food was delicious. Susan even packed up some leftovers for us to eat at the hotel! Susan has so much passion for her work and it shows in her food. I had to change the design of our cake a couple of months out and Susan was super understanding and helpful when I picked a new design. Our cake was beautiful and people were raving about how good it tasted! She also doesn't require a final count until a week before the event. Great for me since I was still having people RSVP at that point. The wait staff was super fun and helpful - they even danced a few line dances with us!

Susan is absolutely delightful and such a joy to work with! She did our wedding cake and catering for 200 people. She worked with our budget and made everything perfect! She is so very creative and very very reasonably priced! Her cake is so very moist and the designing is flawless! Her food is delicious! We had smoked salmon and beef tenderloin and it melted in our mouth!!!! She has her own list of preferred vendors that are amazing to work with. She is one stop shop with exceeding quality. She went over and beyond to make our day perfect! Thank you!

Susan spent hours with us drawing and redrawing our dream cake until it was perfect! I could not have predicted how beautiful it was actually going to turn out. It was a dream cake and it was truly DELICIOUS! With looks and taste, we got the best deal out there! We will definitely be using her for cakes in the future!

Our cake was so yummy!!! Everyone kept complimenting how wonderful the cakes tasted!!! The cakes were also beautiful!! We did have some last minute changes to the size of the cake based on our counts, and it took some time to get that resolved, but in the end it all worked out.

Susan was amazing to work with. She does great work. You can tell she enjoys what she does and she is not in it just for the money. She listened to what my husband and I were looking for and she managed to comply with it. I had to change the brides cake a few times and some of the food order and she did it happily as long as I gave her enough time to make the adjustments (which is reasonable). She also did the linen for my wedding and allowed me to pick up the table cloths the morning of the wedding so I can set the tables up before she got there which was a big help in setting up for the reception. The food was talked about during and after the wedding. I couldn't believe at how popular the food was. I have to say it was great food and the cakes were amazing. She also helped me surprise my daughter and son-in-law with a cake of their own and suggested on how we do it and it was perfect at how she suggested it. I have used her in the past with a cake and will use her in the future if I need a caterer.

Suzanne is such a wonderful lady and really cares about her bride and grooms. She worked with us through several changes to creat a beautiful custom wedding and groom cake for our big day. I found her at a bridal show and her cake is the only one that I remembered. Her cakes are so moist and not dense at all. My mom was very picky about that. Lol. We absolutely love the autumn bliss favor. She was even nice enough to bake us severeal cupcakes of each so we could take them home for more family to try. They were still warm when I picked them up. We are so glad we found her because her cakes are delicious. Her pricing is great to which is nice since we are getting cake for 150 people.

This is the only bad review I had to give for my weddding and it truly saddens me! I had the worse experience w/ Susan at Sweet Memories, & would not recommend her or her company for even a simple birthday cake. She was great at the taste testing! Loved her flavor & designs, she totally sold me! After I hired her all communication stopped, & the rudeness began, I should have looked elsewhere then. Just a few of the problems I had! 1. She was very unreachable, & keep in mind in 6 months I only called 3 time, so nothing unreasonable. Her excuse was "sorry I have been so busy w/ this catering, etc". 2. We agreed on her placing flowers on my cake that I would get from my florist. She was going to place them when she delivered cake, & my florist was leaving them on the cake table for her. The week before the wedding she called & told me that she was really busy the day of the wedding & would not have time to place them at the reception location. She said that my florist needed to deliver them to her, or I did. I told her that I would not have time, my florist wouldn't either since it's mother's day weekend, I hired her so if she needed to change due to her overbooking then she needed to pick them up. My florist was also concerned about them being out of water. She was rude & said they would just have to make it work the day of 3. My cake looked nothing like we discussed, not even the right colors. 4. She told us to call her the Tues after the wedding & she would explain to my mom how to preserve the cake for our anniversary. Mom called & left several messages, she never called back. Got back from honeymoon, I called, & she said she would call me back the next day. She never did, I left her a message & haven't heard back. 5. The day of the wedding she showed up w/ a groom's cake. We told her we didn't order one. They said they didn't know where it came from & that we could just have it. We told them no that some poor bride was probably panicking looking for their groom's cake. 6. Day of rehearsal I picked up linens from her shop that I had rented & they were COMPLETELY wrong, wrong color, & wrong amt. The guy told me to take everything there & call him to let him know what I was missing & he would make it right. I took everything &called him. I asked him what he wanted me to do with all the extras that were wrong colors. He told me to just keep them & they must have been mean for someone else. Again some poor bride. He did deliver the correct linens but not until numerous phone calls demanding them! 6. While I was in the shop correcting my linens there was a woman in there in tears because they had "lost" her cake for her daughter's graduation party that was in an hour. They said they didn't show an order for her. She even provided proof of pymt. They basically said "sorry we don't have it" 7. She called to get pymt from me, I told her I gave her my cc 2 days before. She said she had written it down, & can't find. Well, that's awesome my cc# is floating around somewhere. 8. I have left several messages to speak w/ her to express my issues & let her know my cake was nothing like we ordered, I even have her sketch to prove it. I cannot get her to call me back. Do yourself a favor & do not let her sell you on her flavor or design. Trust me you will regret it & create a lot of stress on yourself during an already stressful time!

I used Sweet Memories for my bride and grooms cake for my wedding. The cakes turned out exactly how I ordered them and they tasted delicious. My guests raved about the look and taste of the cakes. I also used Sweet Memories for my flowers. My bridal bouquet turned out just as pictured and then some. Beautiful! All of the boutonnieres were great too. The bridesmaid bouquets and kissing ball while beautiful unfortunately were falling apart and a lot of the flowers were very wilted. This being said everything arrived in one piece, on time and looked good. Success in my eyes! I would definitely recommend using Sweet Memories for your cakes.

Sweet Memories gave me the exact cake that I wanted, for the best deal i could find. The cake was one of the few things I did not have to worry about. The staff was great and very friendly. The grooms cake was gone instantly, and was loved by everyone. The wedding cake was a bit sweet, but still moist and flavorful. Both cakes were gone within two hours, and I had a small venue. They are easy, and as a bride, easy is good

I heard awesome things about this place and their cake TASTES amazing! My cake flavors were not right and were all mixed up. Supposed to have certain layers certain flavors etc. Plus, she asks you to buy the ribbon if you have ribbon on your cake. Mine had a completely different ribbon than what I took to her! I was told 2 hours before the wedding (by my planner) that they did not deliver a grooms cake. I was told they were throwing something together that was similar to what I had ordered. It was there on time... but sloppy!

My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from Sweet Memories back in 2008 after looking for affordable, yet still beautiful, options elsewhere. Sweet Memories definitely "takes the cake" (I'm sorry, I just couldn't help it!) when it comes to affordable, beautiful work accompanied by personal, exceptional service. We went to Sweet Memories for a cake tasting and were presented with 6 or 7 options, I believe, but my husband and I loved the plain white cake with buttercream frosting so much, we decided to keep it simple. :) It was VERY moist and the icing was great, not too sweet as some buttercreams can be. The cake was absolutely delicious on our wedding day, or so my guests told me. As is the case with most brides, I was too busy on my wedding day to get to enjoy our dinner and wedding cake; however, we did freeze the top layer of the cake and ate it a year later on our anniversary, and it was DELICIOUS. After a year. In the freezer. The only thing we did to it was put it in two freezer-proof ziplock bags, nothing fancy. It was still so moist and yummy, I couldn't believe it. I honestly never expected the cake to hold up that well after a year in the freezer (think: delicious cake turned disgusting freezer burn) and had anticipated just eating a bite or two for tradition's sake, but I was wrong! My husband and I both had generous servings and loved it. The price was extremely reasonable, and that's coming from one broke bride. My husband and I paid for our wedding completely by ourselves and had to save up for almost 2 years to do so, so we were on a VERY tight budget and Sweet Memories fit right into it. They delivered the cake on our wedding day and set it up. They informed me that there would be a cake stand that they would set the cake up on, but I chose the run-of-the-mill cake stand to accompany our cake- again, super broke. I was so surprised and happy on our wedding day when I saw our cake sitting atop a really beautiful (clearly NOT run-of-the-mill) cake stand at no extra charge. It was silver and beautifully detailed, it really added a lot of character to our cake table. The owner, Susan, is just so passionate about her job and you can tell that she really loves what she does and loves being a part of her client's special day. I work just a few buildings down from Sweet Memories and I refer business their way every chance I get. I had a wonderful experience with them and now, 4 years later, I still very much appreciate the work they put in for my husband and I!

Since our initial planning meeting, I knew that Susan Clark of Sweet Memories Cakes and Catering would be able to take care of us. She has books and books of her work in her bakery, which is a testament that your wedding and/or groomsmen cakes do not have to be limited by your imagination. Susan’s bakery can make just about anything. We also had interesting requests and she was more than accommodating to us. We decided to go with the sheet cake and faux tiers, which worked out well for us. Both the real tiers and the sheet cake were fresh and we received so many compliments on how good the different flavors taste. A pleasure to work with, you will not be disappointed working with her.

Good work cake was ok

Great cakes, though they were ALMOST on my bad list because they were about 40 minutes later than they promised me they would arrive, which had me pretty stressed for a minute there. They were familiar with the wedding venue location so I really don't know what the deal was on that, but the quality of the cakes themselves was fabulous.

I just got married a week ago on July,7th 2012 and I used this vendor for my cake and flowers for the bouquets, corsages and boutonnières. Im very picky about my flowers and what flowers i wanted for all the bouquets and corsages and Susan, who is the owner, didn't listen to a word I was saying! The flowers showed up on the wedding day and they were all wrong!! One of the flowers I wanted was the stargazer lily, they were the main flower of my reception, and you know what she does, she gives me closed lilies in my, the bride, bouquet! Who would do that?? On top of that, she made the corsages and boutonnières the same with a single rose and a delphinium. There are two things wrong with this : one, I didn't use a single rose in any of my decorations in the ceremony and the reception and secondly, she charged more for the corsages then the boutonnières and the only difference between them was the ribbon holding them together. In the long run, if anybody reads this, it shouldn't have been a big deal but spending $900 bucks on flowers that I didn't even want and didn't even talk to Susan about, is way too expensive! I filled a whole reception ballroom with the flowers I wanted for $300 from central market. Now that's a HUGE difference! I could have used that $600 on something else that I wanted for my wedding!

Been in the wedding cake business for a long time and does GREAT cakes!

Sweet Memories created a very personalized beautiful delicious cake for my wedding. I had over 300+ and they helped me come up an amazing cake that was within my budget. Everyone loved the cake.

Susan the owner of Sweet Memories is such a sweet lady, very helpful and willing to make sure you get what you invision. The biggest downside to this vendor is that the cake we picked out for our wedding was not the cake that we got at our wedding. I was told that since there was no picture attached to our order that she had nothing to go off of. Even though when we meet with Susan in person we showed her the exact cake we wanted, which is one that she had just made that day, so the fact that she didn't have a picture was not any of my concern since that is not my responsibility. I was highly dissapointed in this vendor, she seemed to busy and I felt her compensation for this situation was not adequate for what happend.

Sweet Memories produces above standard quality of cakes both in their creative aspect and the taste. My cake topper for my wedding was a fishing topper. They did this huge fishing and camping seen with all of the cakes that made it a wonderful addition to our wedding. They also did cheese cake for the grooms cake that was delightful. My husband really wanted a NASCAR cake for the wedding but it didn't go with everything else, so we had them make one for the rehearsal dinner. It was so amazing and very detailed. They also did a cupcake cake for my bridal shower that was also amazing. I would strongly recommend them to do cakes for any occasion. I will be having them do another one for my husbands parents 50th wedding anniversary coming up this summer.

The cake was so delicious. I brought in my own cake toppers and decorations and they incorporated everything into a beautiful cake.

Very Professional and creative with my cake. With a small description to my order Sweet Memories Cakes delivered more than what I expected.

My caked (both bride and groom's) were beautiful and delicious. They were exactly what I wanted and Susan did a great job of designing the groom's cake with the Texas A&M ring on top. The guests loved the cakes and there was none of the chocolate (groom's) cake left at the end of the night. The only problems I had were communication - when I would call to check on the order it felt like she did not remember me. Then, the week of my wedding I received a phone call that I had not paid my final installment (which I had mailed in). Needless to say they found it after a few hours of panic. Overall, they did a good job and had everything set up perfectly the day of the wedding.

Excellent Cake! Tasted delicious and looked beautiful! My guests loved it as well. My only complaint is the lack of communication / very untimely response to phone messages and emails. In the end, they knew what they were doing and executed to perfection!

The first time I met Susan, she was so welcoming and we hit it right then so i never looked for another cake vendor. You would think I've known this hardworking local lady for years. Her shop looked just like a house which made it so real because I was looking for a small baker not a franchise. We sat down and chatted for two hours. She took time to do exactly what I requested of her and not what she wanted to do. She baked an incredibly fresh cake with no after taste that was on high demand at my wedding! I got a piece of my cake and joined everyone who raved on how delicious and delicate the flavor was. The icing was incredible and I never like buttercream icing. Two days later, I was scraping the icing from the left overs. I called Susan and told her that I tasted the cake but never ate it well because someone picked mine from the table and she said she would bake me any kind of cake I liked again. Now this is dedication and kindness. I recommend Sweet memories for it's not just a business. It's a business with passion! Susan and here staff were fabulous!!!! They did my wedding cake and all of the catering. I got so many compliments on the cake, food and presentation. My reception couldn't have been more beautiful and I appreciated the attention to detail that the staff provided.

My wedding cake was gorgeous and delicious. They delivered to the venue and set up. They are a bit pricey, but the cake looked great in pictures and tasted really good.

The woman who owns this place is insane. I went in 2 weeks before my wedding to give the final payment, final guest count and drop off a image to be put on the groom's cake. As I am writing the check for the remiander of the balance she tries to charge me $500 EXTRA because she claims she added wrong over a year ago when we first met. I explained that is not the price we agreed upon and she went off on me and told me that I have a problem and she can accept her mistakes and I should accept mine. Anyway...I hold my tongue (which is not easy for me to do). Now we come to wedding day....Brides cake was supposed to be all red velvet....as we are at the reception and cut into the cake I realized it was the WRONG FLAVOR! Not to mention my husbands cake was the wrong cake and we cut into 2 tiers of foam cake before we figured out which layer was "real". This woman is a nightmare to deal with. Do not use her and do yourself a favor and read off of the other horrible reviews on her.

We used Sweet Memories for our food and cakes. The food was wonderful and the staff was amazing. The cakes were exactly what we wanted. My husband is a huge Boston Red Sox fan and wanted a groom's cake of the Green Monster from Fenway Park and they did a great job. They also made sure that as soon as we sat down for dinner that we had food at our table. We didn't have to stand in line. Everyone loved the food and really liked the cake. I highly recommend them to anyone. They also were very helpful in answering all my questions before the wedding.

Susan is adorable and her cakes are delicious!!!!!! Not just that, she made both my cakes, bride's and groom's, exactly the way I wanted! I so recommend her!!!! Thank you so much, Susan! The cakes were the sensation of the wedding!!!
