Working with Sweet Treets Bakery was easy and fun. We had a fun tasting appointment with Virginia, where we were able to try everything we wanted to. The cake turned out absolutely beautiful and our guests kept complimenting us on how good it was. We also had cookies available, which were gone pretty quickly! I would absolutely recommend Sweet Treets Bakery.

I had a mixed experience with this bakery. Communication was consistently an issue; they were responsive initially when signing the contract, but afterward, they became unresponsive unless I went through my wedding planner. It felt as though they expected us to be familiar with the process, which was frustrating as first-time clients. I’m giving 3 stars because the cake itself was delicious (plain white flavor) and looked good on the big day. However, the sample options were disappointing, with only one flavor standing out — fortunately, the one we chose.

Sweet Treets made us the most amazing wedding cake and groom's cake! Guests loved the flavors and the designs were incredible.

We ordered a three-tier cake from Sweet Treets bakery for our wedding. The bottom tier was chocolate (delicious), and the top two were lemon raspberry (even more delicious). The cake was very tasty and looked gorgeous. Per tradition, we saved the top tier. However, the cake was so good that we succumbed to temptation and ended up eating it with our families just a couple of days after the wedding. We plan to order a fresh cake from Sweet Treets on our first wedding anniversary!

We loved our wedding cake from Sweet Treets! We ended up choosing a champagne flavored sponge with vanilla buttercream and strawberry champagne compote inside; I had guests RAVING about how good it was. The bakery did an absolutely beautiful job with decorations on the cake as well- it looked and tasted spectacular!

Incredible wedding cake! We chose to do a lemon raspberry cake for our reception. It was fantastic -- light, tangy, and sweet without being too overwhelming. The guests loved it! I'm pretty picky with cake since I've been baking homemade cakes for my friends and family since high school, and their cakes are excellent. Fresh and flavorful with high-quality ingredients. Additionally, the staff is incredibly accommodating. We wanted a small cake with pressed flowers for the cake cutting and a larger sheet cake in the back for serving. They were more than happy to accommodate, and we saved significant money by forgoing any tiered layers or fancy fondant/frosting designs (but they can do that too if you want!). Highly recommend!

Fabulous experience! Loved the tasting and consulting time Lola spent with us to help us create our vision. I went in with a loose idea of what I was thinking and in no time she had everything figured out and put together. Wedding cake and grooms cake- both were flawlessly executed and our guests loved them!

The wedding cake was beautiful and delicious! Each layer was a different flavor and all were amazing. They were very easy to work with , took care of all the details, and ensured we got the perfect cake. Using the wedding flowers as decoration was a classic and elegant look.

The cake was delicious but it looked bigger than the inspiration picture we provided/wasn't identical. Also because it was bigger than we were expecting the cake stand we rented was too flimsy (we rented the size they recommended) and we had to use a different one last minute. Would recommend but be super specific about the picture and make sure they can translate it in real life and ensure the stand works properly.

Sweet Treats was fantastic! We wanted a wedding cake somewhat similar to a pallet knife floral style they had made for a previous wedding, adapted to our color scheme and wildflowers theme. They hit it out of the park. The cake was stunning, and matched a painting at the venue. The cake itself was delicious. They packed us a to go box that we snacked on for the next few days as we prepared for our honeymoon. The combination of excellent cake, artistic designs, and a professional approach were highlights for us.

Delish!!! We got cupcakes to serve guests and a two tier cake for me and my husband to cut and take home. Everything was so tasty! We opted to go to the store and buy cupcakes to sample as that was cheaper than their tasting. They were able to make any cupcakes they offered in the store! On the day of the wedding, my family accidentally dropped a box of cupcakes and with no extra charge, Sweet Treats was able to give us another box to save the day

Our wedding cake and cupcakes were so delicious and we got so many compliments on it all -- I'm still craving cake a week later! Sweet Treets nailed our inspiration and were very communicative with us and responsive to our guest counts changing. We also felt the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend using them for your wedding sweets!

I love dessert, so I was very much looking forward to all things cake related. Sweet Treets delivered!! We wound up choosing a 2 tier cake and a small sheet cake to accommodate our guest count, but also be mindful of the budget, and it was incredible. Every person at our wedding commented on our cake and how delicious the flavors were (we had 3). We took some at the end of the night and I've been having cake for dinner...totally fine with me :D can't wait for anniversary 1 to have Sweet Treets re-create the top tier for us!

I put a deposit down for a wedding cake due to the amount of reviews on Sweet Treets, we don't live in Austin so we had to do our taste testing AFTER we put the deposit down. Mainly due to the fact that they said they needed a deposit ASAP because of how fast they're filling up reservation dates. So we did the tasting, and all their icing was really really sweet. Grossly sweet. I emailed them and told them that neither myself nor my husband liked the icings, and asked what we can do. They told me that they won't do whipped cream icing due to it not being stable but also that they don't cut the sweetness back because they make the icing in bulk. So I asked about changing the entire order to just do a birthday cake for my sister, they said they would not do that either. It was very frustrating but I ended up just changing my order to some random wedding desserts that we ended up giving out at the wedding. it was my fault for putting the deposit down without doing a tasting. The macaroons were good and cookies were okay , the little pies I got fell apart, the crust was just a soggy mess and looked horrible but they tasted good. So, all in all, decent but I paid a lot of money and wasn't blown away.

We ordered a gluten free red velvet cake from Sweet Treets Bakery. It came out so beautiful but also SOOOO DELICIOUS. We had several people at the wedding who were shocked that it was gluten free.

Sweet Treats did a great job with our wedding goodies! I got a gluten free cake and they worked with me on how to make that as delicious as possible (10/10 would recommend the strawberry champagne flavor) while my (now) husband isn’t a big dessert person. Instead he had a variety of his desserts from the bakery as quick grabs. Everything was delicious and we loved it! The cake was beautiful. Everyone said both the cake and the treats were delicious.

Our cake was so beautiful and so delicious. Sweet Treets was one of the highest raved about bakeries I looked into, but also was one of the most cost friendly as well! They gave us great options to maximize our budget, and the cake was SO GOOD. I’m looking forward to our first anniversary just so I can have more of that cake!

We hired Sweet Treets Bakery for our wedding this part March and everything went as planned. The cake and treats were delicious! We highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. We used Sweet Treets for our wedding cake and the overall experience was terrible - rude / entitled staff throughout the entire process and they charged us over $1000 in late fees for not returning their cake stands (which sell on Etsy for about $100) within 48 hours of the wedding because we were, like most newlyweds, on our honeymoon. There was zero understanding and when we did get home and get to return them, could not even get a call back about refunding even part of the late fees. Absolutely terrible customer service and overall experience, I would never work with them again.

We taste-tested 5 different wedding cake vendors, and this was by FAR the best tasting and the best taste-testing experience we had. They provided an assortment to try (for a small fee), in a private room, and everything was delicious and fresh. The customer service and quickness to reply was great. On our wedding day, our cake looked exactly as we requested - and it tasted great. The saddest part was that the caterer didn't wrap up the remaining cake for us - because we wish we could've eaten more. Thank you for everything! We'll definitely be back to reminisce and eat our wedding cake flavors again on anniversaries :)

Sweet Treets absolutely killed our cake. We got a regular wedding cake and a grooms cake. Everyone at our wedding came up to us asking if it was actually cake or not because it looked so real. It was definitely a highlight of our night. We also got a few bite-sized desserts that our guests said they couldn’t stop eating. Thanks Sweet Treets for making our wedding so incredible!!

The four-tiered wedding cake we ordered from 'Sweet Treets Bakery' for our daughter's wedding was beautiful and delicious. Earlier during the planning process, we provided photos of how we wanted the cake to look and their communication was very helpful and direct. On the day of the wedding, the cake was delivered 'on time' looking perfect, and it was iced and decorated the way we asked for it to be. The cake was gorgeous and our guests seemed to really enjoy having different flavors to choose from; the icing was so fresh and yummy. - After the wedding was over, the wedding venue manager said we had less cake leftover than most brides do after a wedding because our guests really enjoyed having seconds! We took what cake was leftover to a post-wedding picnic the next day in a cake box and the rest was eaten up there in a flash! We were so pleased with our wedding cake and we highly recommend this professional bakery.

Got our wedding cake from Sweet Treets. The whole process was so smooth and they made the most AMAZING cake for our wedding! Not only was it beautiful but it was delicious. They even made a custom flavor for us and I had guests come up to me after and compliment it. Thanks for making my cake dreams come true!!

Food tastes good, but unprofessional and not reliable for your event. We started working with Sweet Treets for our wedding way in advance bc we really wanted to lock them in. Initially, the experience was good, so we got our quote and paid the deposit. When we came to a month out from our wedding, they were not responsive what so ever. We needed to check in, confirm, get info for coordinating, but after multiple emails, calls, and messages left, they finally responded more than a week later - asking for more money. More money for multiple things - mind you we already had a quote. When we asked why we owe more and why they haven’t been responsive, it was about another week later until a response and their excuse was that our original consultant was no longer with them. As we are still trying to figure out final pricing bc they kept talking about how we didn’t have enough food* (I’ll come back to this), needed a better delivery time (costs more), now have higher prices for items (they decided they’ll honor some original prices but not others?), and ridiculously priced design elements, it again, takes them forever and a day to respond while we are 2-3 weeks out from our wedding. It was like this painful war of attrition and so we just accepted whatever new quote they gave to try and ensure that they’d even show up with food, as we got an email in the midst saying that we had to pay a deposit or else we wouldn’t be in the calendar - yet we had already paid our deposit the year prior and confirmed our date! Finally, day of wedding, no one checked in w us like every other vendor did. We didn’t even know they came and were just praying they did. Come to find out, they broke my cake topper when placing it on top of the cake AND didn’t even give us the amount of food we contracted and paid for, that they told us to increase! After all that trouble in that last month, they proved in the end that they are just not dependable. This was the only vendor for our whole wedding that gave us any grief. We were so disappointed bc the food is good… but you shouldn’t have to worry about if you’ll get it or having a basic line of communication, especially weeks/days before your big day. Can not recommend for an event.

We tried a few bakeries before discovering Sweet Treets. Of the other bakeries we tried, we kept finding them lacking in that the cakes were too dry, or the frosting too sweet, or something just seemed off. Do NOT leave your cake for the last minute - Sweet Treets was actually full by the time we booked them a few months before our wedding, but our cake design was sooo simple that they squeezed us in. Delicious, moist cake and frosting that actually tastes good. Our priority was cake that was yummy, and Sweet Treets delivered!Thank you Sweet Treets! We just wanted a naked cake with flowers as decor. This was also the only place that we actually got to go for a tasting (pandemic problems!) - we had our own private room and got to taste 4 delicious options. They helped us decide how much cake we would need, and keep it within budget! We had no idea that we could save a LOT of money by getting a smaller cake and then a separate sheet cake for extra servings :)

Our wedding cake was phenomenal. I also surprised by husband with a grooms cake and Sweet Treets blew it out of the water! I sent them a photo of Harry Potter and the snitch they added to the top was the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend!!

Sweet Treets bakery did an amazing job with our wedding cake! It was simple but beautiful and absolutely delicious. The strawberry champagne is a game changer. I highly recommend their services.

Sweet Treets is a wonderful bakery to work with if you are wanting high quality, beautiful designs and the best cake of your life! The team was so friendly and accommodating throughout the planning process and up until the wedding day! There was a mix up on the delivery time on their end and our cake was delivered late the day of, but thankfully it arrived in time for our guests to enjoy. We still get compliments on how great the cake was and Sweet Treets rectified the miss on their end as well. Now that's great service! Thank you for everything you did to make our wedding day memorable and tasty!

Can't recommend Sweet Treets more for your wedding cake (and all other baking needs)! Our cake was beautiful and delicious. Super easy to work with regarding headcount and design. No issues with delivery. We've even used them again for Christmas treats!

We can't recommend Sweet Treets enough. We expected about 150 people and ordered a 4 tier cake with an extra half sheet cake. We ended up with about 135 and took the entire half sheet home (can't complain about extra cake!) We picked four(!) different flavors because they were all so delicious -- the Lemon Raspberry was our favorite. They also had other delicious desserts like brownies, cookies, and so much more! While we were getting ready on our wedding day, our wedding coordinator came in to tell us that the Sweet Treets delivery vehicle was T-boned and flipped over with two people and five wedding cakes inside including ours. Everyone was thankfully okay but the cakes were ruined -- at no fault of Sweet Treets at all. With the wedding in a few hours, we expected to just pick up some cakes from the grocery store and call it a day... but Sweet Treets somehow re-made a delicious and beautiful 4 tier cake + sheet cake at the last minute. They truly went above and beyond for us on our wedding day, and we look forward to being loyal customers for many years to come.

Amazingly delicious cake!

We used Sweet Treets for our wedding, and they did an amazing job! My husband wasn't familiar with a grooms cake but loved the idea, so we wanted to go all out. Sweet Treets created an amazing Sopranos themed cake that stole the show! Everyone was talking about it. The bridal cake was beautiful too! There was an original miscommunication but Sweet Treets handled it professionally and was great to work with.

We used Sweet Treets for our wedding cake this year and it was perfect! It turned out looking just like our inspiration photo and was absolutely DELICIOUS. We could not have been happier!

Sweet Treets hit the spot!! We opted for a sweets table over a traditional wedding cake (just because we aren't big cake people) and Sweet Treets was the perfect choice! Our guests and my husband and I loved having a variety of bite-sized sweets to choose from at the reception. The dessert tasting was such a fun and easy process as well! Their team was friendly, professional, and efficient in all communication throughout the planning process. Sweet Treets provided our wedding and groom’s cake. They were stunning and exactly what I had told them I wanted. And even better, they tasted delicious, too!

Sweet Treets did a fantastic job of how we wanted our wedding "cake". We actually didn't go with the traditional multi-tier cake. We opted for multi-tier cupcakes! We wanted a blend of flavors for the guests and in already "pre-cut" state. Not everyone is going to like a single flavor and we noticed in other people's weddings that a good chunk of the cake doesn’t get eaten. When we went to try out Sweet Treet's cupcakes, we were amazed at how good they were! They were definitely soft and flavorful and a good variety. I actually really liked all the flavors I tried. During wedding day, the guests slowly ate most of the cupcakes throughout the night and left us with just a few cupcakes after the party.. but that's exactly what we wanted! Sweet Treets also did a great job of setting it up. They also made a Batman-University of Houston-mix for the groom's cake, and it looked awesome! Also tasted awesome (red velvet). Don't hesitate to give them a try! Sure as heck glad I didn't.

They went through many options with us to try to get what we wanted at a price that we liked. At the wedding, I saw the cakes and couldn't believe how gorgeous they looked. I got a lot of compliments on how yummy it was too. I have never had such a delicious cake in my life!!! My husband & I plan on going back on our anniversary for more.
