I’m giving 3 stars because the cake itself was delicious (plain white flavor) and looked good on the big day. However, the sample options were disappointing, with only one flavor standing out — fortunately, the one we chose.

'm pretty picky with cake since I've been baking homemade cakes for my friends and family since high school, and their cakes are excellent. Fresh and flavorful with high-quality ingredients. Additionally, the staff is incredibly accommodating. We wanted a small cake with pressed flowers for the cake cutting and a larger sheet cake in the back for serving. They were more than happy to accommodate, and we saved significant money by forgoing any tiered layers or fancy fondant/frosting designs (but they can do that too if you want!). Highly recommend!

y due to the fact that they said they needed a deposit ASAP because of how fast they're filling up reservation dates. So we did the tasting, and all their icing was really really sweet. Grossly sweet. I emailed them and told them that neither myself nor my husband liked the icings, and asked what we can do. They told me that they won't do whipped cream icing due to it not being stable but also that they don't cut the sweetness back because they make the icing in bulk. So I asked about changing the entire order to just do a birthday cake for my sister, they said they would not do that either. It was very frustrating but I ended up just changing my order to some random wedding desserts that we ended up giving out at the wedding. it was my fault for putting the deposit down without doing a tasting. The macaroons were good and cookies were okay , the little pies I got fell apart, the crust was just a soggy mess and looked horrible but they tasted good. So, all in all, decent but I paid a lot of money and wasn't blown away.

charged us over $1000 in late fees for not returning their cake stands (which sell on Etsy for about $100) within 48 hours of the wedding because we were, like most newlyweds, on our honeymoon. There was zero understanding and when we did get home and get to return them, could not even get a call back about refunding even part of the late fees. Absolutely terrible customer service and overall experience, I would never work with them again.

The cake was gorgeous and our guests seemed to really enjoy having different flavors to choose from; the icing was so fresh and yummy. - After the wedding was over, the wedding venue manager said we had less cake leftover than most brides do after a wedding because our guests really enjoyed having seconds! We took what cake was leftover to a post-wedding picnic the next day in a cake box and the rest was eaten up there in a flash! We were so pleased with our wedding cake and we highly recommend this professional bakery.

ally, the experience was good, so we got our quote and paid the deposit. When we came to a month out from our wedding, they were not responsive what so ever. We needed to check in, confirm, get info for coordinating, but after multiple emails, calls, and messages left, they finally responded more than a week later - asking for more money. More money for multiple things - mind you we already had a quote. When we asked why we owe more and why they haven’t been responsive, it was about another week later until a response and their excuse was that our original consultant was no longer with them. As we are still trying to figure out final pricing bc they kept talking about how we didn’t have enough food* (I’ll come back to this), needed a better delivery time (costs more), now have higher prices for items (they decided they’ll honor some original prices but not others?), and ridiculously priced design elements, it again, takes them forever and a day to respond while we are 2-3 weeks out from our wedding. It was like this painful war of attrition and so we just accepted whatever new quote they gave to try and ensure that they’d even show up with food, as we got an email in the midst saying that we had to pay a deposit or else we wouldn’t be in the calendar - yet we had already paid our deposit the year prior and confirmed our date! Finally, day of wedding, no one checked in w us like every other vendor did. We didn’t even know they came and were just praying they did. Come to find out, they broke my cake topper when placing it on top of the cake AND didn’t even give us the amount of food we contracted and paid for, that they told us to increase! After all that trouble in that last month, they proved in the end that they are just not dependable. This was the only vendor for our whole wedding that gave us any grief. We were so disappointed bc the food is good… but you shouldn’t have to worry about if you’ll get it or having a basic line of communication, especially weeks/days before your big day. Can not recommend for an event.

Do NOT leave your cake for the last minute - Sweet Treets was actually full by the time we booked them a few months before our wedding, but our cake design was sooo simple that they squeezed us in. Delicious, moist cake and frosting that actually tastes good. Our priority was cake that was yummy, and Sweet Treets delivered!Thank you Sweet Treets! We just wanted a naked cake with flowers as decor. This was also the only place that we actually got to go for a tasting (pandemic problems!) - we had our own private room and got to taste 4 delicious options. They helped us decide how much cake we would need, and keep it within budget! We had no idea that we could save a LOT of money by getting a smaller cake and then a separate sheet cake for extra servings :)

There was a mix up on the delivery time on their end and our cake was delivered late the day of, but thankfully it arrived in time for our guests to enjoy. We still get compliments on how great the cake was and Sweet Treets rectified the miss on their end as well. Now that's great service! Thank you for everything you did to make our wedding day memorable and tasty!

eet home (can't complain about extra cake!) We picked four(!) different flavors because they were all so delicious -- the Lemon Raspberry was our favorite. They also had other delicious desserts like brownies, cookies, and so much more! While we were getting ready on our wedding day, our wedding coordinator came in to tell us that the Sweet Treets delivery vehicle was T-boned and flipped over with two people and five wedding cakes inside including ours. Everyone was thankfully okay but the cakes were ruined -- at no fault of Sweet Treets at all. With the wedding in a few hours, we expected to just pick up some cakes from the grocery store and call it a day... but Sweet Treets somehow re-made a delicious and beautiful 4 tier cake + sheet cake at the last minute. They truly went above and beyond for us on our wedding day, and we look forward to being loyal customers for many years to come.
