Emily and Terina helped us with our recent wedding up at Cle Elum in Washington. We had a great experience working with them from start to finish. Communication was timely both in responses to our messages and notifying us of any changes in the weeks leading up to the wedding. They helped coordinate tastings and helped us scout vendors at their Wedding Expos on site. The best part was the day of the wedding. We really felt like we were being taking care of and were able to enjoy the day. They helped usher us a round and made sure that everything was in place when it needed to be. They made sure we had time to eat and relax. The venue was also beautiful with a gorgeous area outdoors and then the ability to have a reception in a working wine cellar. It was just what we had wanted.

I can’t say enough about Swiftwater Cellars as a ceremony and reception venue! I was an out of state bride and Emilee worked with me through emails and phone calls for a little over a year to make my wedding perfect! She took everything I said and made it a dream come true. She pointed me in the right direction for vendors based on my taste and style, and I can honestly say, I loved everyone she suggested! The whole venue and staff were so accommodating, and never told me “no,” they always took our ideas and made them work one way or another. The whole day ran so smoothly because of all the prep Emilee, her assistant, and the entire staff had done, they truly thought of everything! Swiftwater not only has the beautiful views, and gorgeous building to get married in, but they also have the best staff I’ve ever worked with, the most incredible food (the appetizers were to die for), and of course their wine was on point! I would recommend getting married here a million times over! Thank you to everyone who made our day one to never forget!

Emilee and Kortney are incredible!!! They go above and beyond to make sure your big day runs smoothly and is exactly what you want. The venue is stunning, the staff is awesome, and the food is amazing. Their florist, Carol and DJ, James are also great! I would recommend this ceremony/reception venue to anyone!

I do not exaggerate when I state my wedding was a dream come true and was entirely thanks to the staff at Swiftwater Cellars. They always answered all my questions, took the time to really listen to what was important to me and my husband, and above all else made me feel so special that day. I got married May of 2017 and Swiftwater Cellars is absolutely stunning inside and out. With the mountains as your backdrop you can do so much or as little as you wish because the venue speaks for itself. On our wedding day, the winery was impeccably step up and the sun was shining. None of my guests and or family needed to lift a finger and all the stress was taken off me with the assistance of Emilee and Leena, truly such a professional team to work with and the best decision I made when planning my wedding. One thing that was really important to us was that our guests were received with glasses of wine or beer as they entered as it was such a hot day. Emilee and Leena made sure this was the case and rows of glasses with lined up so no one needed to wait! It’s that attention to detail that really sets them apart from other venues I’ve been too. We had a smaller wedding (less than 100 people) so we chose to get married outside at the Tipple Hill Gazebo and have our cocktail hour in the La Catina Room followed by dinner in the Garden Room. It was a perfect flow for a more intimate affair. My husband and I consider ourselves foodies so dinner was really important to us since we didn’t want typical wedding menus. Working with Swiftwater staff and catering team was a team come true and I was blown away by how delicious our meal was. We chose to do Family Style and all our guest really enjoyed interacting with one another. All evening long I kept hearing how this is one of the BEST wedding meals they have ever eaten. My experience at Swiftwater Cellars as a bride surpassed all my exceptions. The staff and team members here truly want you to have best experience possible and make your dream wedding a reality. You won’t regret your decision to get married here!

We booked the venue close to a year in advance since our wedding was in December and we wanted to make sure that we were going to get the dates that we wanted. The day of was perfect and Emilee was great. She handled everything well and it went off without a hitch. We got married inside the large barn room and the lighting was great. We used the Ivy room for a cocktail hour and the big room downstairs for the reception. This is the recommended configuration for the event for sure. Could not say enough nice things about the entire staff and the venue. Just remember the winery is its own business separate from the main hotel and if you book houses through AirBnB you are not afforded all of the luxuries that the resort has (no swim and fitness access and no shuttle service). Coordination across these companies can be challenging if you are dealing with many moving parts. Other than that one compliant everything else was perfect

Picking a wedding and reception venue is one of the most difficult decisions. After I went on a tour of Swiftwater I had no doubt in my mind that this was where I wanted our wedding to be. My husband and I got married at Swiftwater in June and it was more than I could have ever hoped for. Leena was so amazing to work with. She definitely went above and beyond what I would have ever expected of her. I think she wanted my day to be even more perfect than I did (and trust me I'm a perfectionist)! When I talked to her on the phone she would ask me what else I needed help with and I would tell her that I wasn't sure what song choice to have for one of the songs and she was like I'll get back to you with a good one and she did! Leena always tried to help with whatever she could even if she really didn't need to! It was such a relief! She also talked to me in a lot of detail about how I wanted everything to look and she made sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it. All of the staff at Swiftwater were so nice and helpful. I didn't see one thing the whole day that went wrong. Everything was perfect! I thank Swiftwater for making my dreams come true!

Swiftwater Cellars was absolutely everything that my husband and I wanted in our wedding. We wanted an outdoor/indoor space for a wedding with about 150 people (ish) and a bridal party of 12. The food was a-maze-ing! We selected the Italian fare, chicken, alfredo, steak, and Caesar salad, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. It also exceeded our guests expectations - we heard nothing but compliments. We had buffet style and no one went hungry. The wine and beer provided was also amazing, we had plenty of (safe) happy guests. We were able to select how much alcohol we wanted to provide, which was important to my husband and I. They never ran out of non-alcoholic options either, soda, juice, and water were out where everyone could see. The staff - I'm not entirely sure where to start with the staff because it was just so fantastic. All through the planning process our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly and when needed, they were able to provide suggestions of vendors to pick from. Day of everyone was attentive and kind to both the bridal party as well as all of my guests. One moment that stands out was during our reception we ran out of table space for part of my bridal party. Without hesitation, staff set up a new table with chairs, plates, everything, for them near the head table. That moment really speaks to the attention you receive when utilizing this venue. They value you, your family, your guests, basically your everything. For couples looking for a venue for any size wedding I would 100% recommend Swiftwater Cellars.

My sister got married at Swiftwater in April 2017 and I can honestly say it was absolute perfection! The food is amazing and the staff is second to none. We worked with Leena to plan the wedding and reception - she was AWESOME. We felt beyond taken care of the entire time. There were so many extra touches she added without us even asking that made the space absolutely stunning. If I could do my own wedding over again - Swiftwater would be my first choice! The space is so beautiful inside and out - great for pictures and such a fun wow factor for guests. This is a great venue year round.

Ok, I'm a Groom and not so familiar with this site, but our experience with Swiftwater Cellars was so unbelievable I told my wife I wanted to be the one to leave the review. In short - Swiftwater Cellars was unbelievable. They blew away our wildest imaginations for what a wedding could be. ○ In some ways, it was the food (that was absolutely amazing - lots of comments from our 150 guests how it was the best wedding food (or food in general) they'd had in a long time). ○ In some ways, it was the beauty of the venue (which is breathtaking and has so much natural character) and its flexibility (which works for any size wedding, indoor or outdoor --- we saw other places that were lovely outside but if it rained you'd be inside in a box. Swiftwater is unique and wonderful no matter what happens). ○ But far and away, their service, their staff, and their planners (we worked with Gaby and Emily) were unbelievable. If there's one thing getting married taught me, it's the importance of hiring the right people, and people you trust. We looked at other venues (including The Lodge at Suncadia) and are counting our lucky stars we didn't pick them. Swiftwater's staff was without a doubt the most accommodating, helpful, customer-oriented group of folks I can possibly imagine. Every single request we had was respected, considered, and they bent over backward to make happen. They took ownership of executing the décor we wanted so we didn't have to worry about setting things up once we handed off to them. Their service staff literally walked around to our guests during cocktail hour to ask if they needed drinks refreshed (so not everyone had to stand on line). Both my wife and I are Type A planners; so it takes a lot for us to trust and be comfortable with others executing our plan. Well, Gaby and Emily exceeded all expectations possible, and more. When you pick Swiftwater, you're picking a lovely venue with I think the best food and wine I've ever had at a wedding. But more than that, you're hiring the Swiftwater Staff. And you won't be sorry you did. I'll be honest - I thought the alcohol prices were expensive and agonized over whether it was the right call to pay. It was. I respect that Swiftwater has to fund lots of things to make an event experience happen, and they have to make money themselves. What they offer is more than fair for what they charge. We got a lifetime of wonderful memories and, though I'm biased, the best wedding either of us have ever been to, confirmed proactively by lots of our attendees. If you're thinking about Swiftwater vs. other locations (including The Lodge - which incidentally is horrible to work with - we had a room block with them and dealing with them was awful), stop thinking and book now. You won't be sorry.

I only visited one potential wedding venue - the day we toured Swiftwater and met with the amazing team I didn't even want to look anywhere else because I knew nothing was going to live up to Swiftwater for the event I was envisioning. Most people think of Washington weddings as the outdoor, summer variety but I got married in March 2016 and the entire event was held indoors. The beauty of Swiftwater is that you have access to gorgeous outdoor backdrops as well as beautiful indoor facilities and we were able to take all photos outside with the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception all held in different locations under the same roof. Not only was this extremely convenient for our guests, but it never felt like we were stuck in the same place as every new location feels completely unique. The outdoor weddings at Swiftwater are beautiful but it is nice to know you have indoor space ready to go any time of year with how unpredictable our weather can be. An added bonus is the quick 1.5 hour drive from Seattle which allows guests to feel like they're attending a destination wedding without the added time/travel/expense that comes with getting on a plane or driving out of state. In addition to providing a beautiful backdrop to our wedding, I cannot speak highly enough about the Swiftwater staff. Leena, Gaby and the whole crew did an unbelievable job making sure all of my questions leading up to the wedding were answered and they were instrumental in ensuring the day went off without any issues - which is no small feat with 200+ guests. I worked with vendors who are very familiar with Swiftwater (their recommended florist & DJ in particular) and this made coordination that much easier as they all seemed to work as one big team and were able to manage setup and all logistics flawlessly. I often plan corporate events at NYC hotels and event spaces as part of my job and have high expectations for execution and attention to detail - the Swiftwater events team is among the best. Any request, big or small, was tackled with a smile and they truly care about their couples. Having to use in-house catering/alcohol can be a deal breaker for some people but do not think twice when it comes to Swiftwater...our guests raved about the food and wine which can be hit or miss at weddings. My father does catering for a living so is very particular - but after our tasting he could not stop raving about our menu. I am so happy we visited one wedding venue and never looked back, the Swiftwater team provides unmatched service and will do whatever it takes to execute on your vision. If you're looking for a unique wedding venue in Washington that is easy to access from both sides of the mountains, delivers best-in-class service and catering + offers a variety of gorgeous spaces for an indoor or outdoor wedding, go tour Swiftwater Cellars! And bring your checkbook, because if you're like me you may want to reserve this venue the minute you finish the tour.

Amazing ceremony and reception venue nestled in the cascade foothills. Food was delicious and the whole day went off perfectly.

There was not one thing that went wrong here. Leena is so conscientious and professional and helped our vision come to life. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. When we asked for something, they would literally run to go get it. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared and served hot to each of our 150 guests. The portion sizes are quite large and every guest was quite impressed! We left after the ceremony and returned the next day to everything boxed and ready for us to pick up and take home. They do a complete service and don't nickel and dime you for every little thing. Besides everything they provide, the entire Suncadia area is a beautiful backdrop for gorgeous photos and all our guests loved their rooms at the lodge and nearby hotels. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Swiftwater!!

We booked Swiftwater Cellars for the Rehearsal Dinner, as my son was getting married at a nearby venue. The place is fairly new, but has an "old lodge" appearance that fits beautifully with the surrounding mountains. The event personnel were friendly and easy to work with. The room opened up to a patio with a blazing fire in the fire pit. We started the evening with passed appetizers and (of course!) a wine bar (also served beer and soft drinks.) We followed this with a plated salad and a buffet. They supplied a microphone for speeches, and we finished with a dessert buffet of various crisps and cobblers served with ice cream. The food was THE BEST wedding food I have ever had - - and many in attendance told me the same! If you choose to have your wedding or rehearsal dinner or anything here, you will be well taken care of. I give this place an A+ for EVERYTHING!!!

I can't say enough amazing things about this venue! Leena and her team go above and beyond with the whole wedding process from helping with questions along the way to anything that is needed day of. The food, the venue, the wine…. everything was spot on. My wedding was more than I dreamed it to be! Swiftwater Cellars will forever have a special place in our hearts!

One of the hardest decisions to make when you are planning a wedding is the venue and thanks to Leena at Swiftwater Cellars we were able to make it one of the easiest. There are many beautiful places to get married in Washington, but not every venue has Leena and her wonderful staff. We chose Swiftwater Cellars for our wedding venue and can honestly not say enough good things about our experience. Leena was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process so easy… from signing the contract once we chose SWC, to our wedding tasting and choosing our menu, to budgeting, to providing expertise with vendors and decorations, all the way to the day of the wedding. We got married earlier this month at the Swiftwater. I had never planned a wedding before and was very nervous. The in house coordinator, Leena, was beyond helpful! She gets to know you and everything you want in a wedding. She is a wonderful resource for local vendors and logistics of the big day. Everything that I had forgotten (like a sign for the gifts table), she already had ready for me! The food was amazing and the venue was everything I had ever wanted. We had access to the venue the entire day, and the staff was great at staying hidden but getting everything done in a stealthy way. They even coordinated the lighting of sparklers for our sparkler send off. We live on the west side of the mountains, so I was nervous to have all of my guests drive all the way out to Cle Elum for a wedding. We had a great turnout of guests who were all very impressed by the elegance of this venue, and all said they had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this venue as they become more like family throughout the wedding planning process.

Swiftwater was everything we hoped for and more. They thought of everything down to the last detail and their in-house coordinator, Leena, was amazing. They have everything down to the silverware for your use and will make sure that your special day is perfect. The venue is beautiful with firepits that can be lit during the evening for ambiance. If it is snowing, your guests will be amazed by the view - even if it's not, it will be a memorable evening that you will never forget!
