I highly recommend Swoon Bridal to any bride looking for the perfect dress! I was extremely timid and overwhelmed walking into my appointments and I had little direction as to what I should do. The staff at Swoon were welcoming and compassionate. I had the pleasure of working with Amber and she is amazing! She really took her time to communicate with me to go in the right direction. She also took the time to book me out for a follow up appointment after researching more dresses that she thought I would like. After that second appointment, there was no doubt what dress I wanted and I couldn't thank her enough! I love that I could text the business directly and get an almost immediate response. They are so sweet and personable! Would do it all again!

Swoon is a lovely boutique to have an intimate experience to shop for your wedding dress. They have great vendors for accessories and fitting.

I bought the Pronovias Loren dress, and I received so many compliments at my wedding! The dress was handmade in Barcelona, so it took about 5 months to receive it. Swoon Bridal set expectations right away and communicated with me regularly about the status of the dress. I was incredibly happy with the dress and highly recommend Swoon Bridal because they made me feel valued and well cared for!

Swoon Bridal has the most amazing and extensive selection of beautiful wedding gowns. The team is so helpful as they're pulling dresses for you - a great mix of what your initial vision is, as well as some other options to see what you're most drawn to. I ended up purchasing the very first dress I tried on, one they pulled for me immediately! It was absolutely stunning and just what I wanted. They were also very communicative every step of the way after I purchased, letting me know when the dress was coming in and when it was ready to be shipped. Any questions I had they were very willing to help on text, too! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, I couldn't have asked for anything more.

The ladies at Swoon were so amazing! I went in with one idea and in typical bride fashion ended up with a dress that was not what I went in thinking but it was perfect and everything I could have hoped for. Amber was so helpful through the whole process and my dress fit like a dream.

SO over the moon with my experience at Swoon, I barely write reviews but!! Gina helped me by looking at my Pinterest for my “style” and picked a bunch of winners...I was confident in 2 dresses but uneasy because my mum couldn’t attend the first session because she is in my home country and covid stuff...and she assured me I could involve her on a zoom call on a second appointment (with my maid of honour and best friend too!) I picked and ordered my dress today and am so stoked. Gina like, totally hooked me up with trying accessories and had all the answers to questions I had about the process. I felt she was on my side even when others weren’t exactly stoked on my choice! 😂😂 (I felt like a treasure, okay!) I felt really rushed at other bridal stores and a wee bit “put aside” if I didn’t buy that day, and that’s not what you want when you’re spending precious wedding money! If you live in Reno/Nevada and want a lovely experience with a little pink champagne on a beautiful patio and all the gorgeous dresses- GO HERE! ♥️

I had the most incredible experience with Swoon Bridal! Amber helped me pick out the most gorgeous wedding dress, more gorgeous than I could ever dream of. She kept in touch with me throughout the process and notified me of changes. I was able to get my dress before Covid, but was a bride during the start of Covid. Amber made the process very easy and was always upbeat and sincere. I would recommend everyone going to swoon for their bridal needs. All the employees were incredible and supportive!

I bought my wedding dress from Swoon and it was perfect! I actually bought a sample gown and they referred me to a great alterations person and also replaced my gown bag when the dry cleaners lost it. The place is super cute and they carry amazing dresses!

I could not say enough good things about Swoon. They were my first and only stop when dress shopping and I was so impressed with their selection. I picked my dress on the first day of looking and after just wearing it for my wedding, I still love love LOVE it. The staff was so friendly and helpful and they have an amazing list of reliable seamstresses you can trust for your alterations.

I went dress shopping in Sacramento and found a dress I absolutely loved, but the price the absurd and I knew it was too high. I looked it up online and found that Swoon carried that same designer, so I gave them a call. I live in Reno, so not only was it more convenient to buy at Swoon, but I got a MUCH better price on my dress. The ladies at the salon were SO sweet and helpful, and they text! The whole experience at Swoon was lovely and easy. I would highly recommend to brides-to-be!

This place is one of a kind!! It’s more than five stars. Not only do they have the best and most unique dress selection but some amazing ladies to help you pick out the dream dress. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a unique and one of a kind experience. Thank god for this little gem! No where else around the area can compare.

I'm fairly certain that Swoon is heaven. The thing that made me the saddest during my wedding preparation was the day that I realized I wouldn't be going back! The staff is beyond amazing. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely warm and friendly. I walked in on day one after corresponding via email feeling like I was a part of the family. The dress selection is outstanding as well, with so many top designers available, and a really good variety of price points. I cannot recommend this boutique strongly enough. It is truly a place where dreams come true!

My experience at Swoon was nothing short of incredible. Dress shopping is something that I knew would overwhelm me; however, Alicia was the most amazing stylist and helped me every step of the way. Swoon made selecting my dress one of the most memorable wedding planning experiences and I cannot thank them enough!

I wasn't planning on going to Swoon because I thought their dresses would be way out of my price range, but ended up stopping by during one of their sample sales. My stylist, Maddy, was easy to talk to and made the experience really fun. Even though it was during a sample sale, she didn't make me feel rushed at all. I am normally a very indecisive person, but I ended up taking my perfect dress home that day and stayed below my budget!

I found the dress that blew the dress of my dreams out of the water all thanks to Gina. She immediately made me feel comfortable. They offered my mom and I champagne and we started looking for dresses. They didn't make us feel bad that we had a budget and they even made sure we stuck to it. I found the most wonderful dress that made my mom and I cry. The other people there told me how great it looked and Gina really sold it when she dressed it up. I wish I could wear a wedding dress all the time because I would come back to Swoon every time.

This bridal salon is something I would expect in Southern California or the Bay area and we have it right here in Reno! The quality of gowns are second to none and the variety of styles is more than any other bridal salon I visited. Above all else, the customer service is beyond fantastic! I felt like the bridal consultant was truly listening to me when it came to fit and budget and offered several gowns to meet my needs. I did not feel like I was being rushed during my appointment time or pressured to purchase. Finding my perfect dress AND veil was icing on the cake! I would recommend Swoon to any bride.

The staff was so helpful in my dress search process! I found the perfect dress, belt and veil. The owner is so nice! I travelled from Texas to Reno for my wedding and she kindly offered to steam my dress and veil the day before!! Totally recommend them to any bride in the area, they really made it a one of a kind experience!!

What a gem of a store!! From the moment I walked in it was an amazing experience. They treated my sister, my mom, and myself so amazing, they offered drinks, even champagne when I found my dress! My wonderful consultants Ashley and Bailey were absolutely more then I could ever ask for, and absolutely made my experience one of a lifetime. Before picking dresses they both asked me questions to get to know me better, my likes, my dislikes, my gown try on history, and a budget I was comfortable at. They made me feel at home and completely comfortable when helping me in each dress. As a bride I was not comfortable in some dresses that I had always imagined myself in and picked out, and both Ashley and Bailey helped me find a silhouette that I felt absolute beautiful in, and in turn with my mom, and sister, helped me find my dream dress. I cannot say enough great things about Swoon! I

First off I'm so happy we have a local bridal salon with an option of designer dresses in Reno. My wedding is formal and I was looking for a ball gown and they only had a few but the new one they got in was perfect! If I wasn't able to find one that I loved they would have brought other samples in. The staff is so nice and friendly, you feel very welcomed and excited to find the right dress for your wedding.

Swoon was an amazing experience for myself and the guests I brought with me. They are all so amazing and sweet and know what they are talking about. The first dress I tried on here turned out to be "the dress" Cheyenne helped add the finishing touches and added a few special touches to my whole experience that made me know we picked the right place to get the dress. Would recommend to everyone!

Yowza! What an incredible experience! I live in New York City and thought I would try Reno's local spot while home visiting. To be honest I never expected to be so impressed by Swoon and I even had appointments in San Francisco for the following day. Right off the bat Alisha made me feel so comfortable and helped me make sense of how overwhelming dress shopping can be. She guided me towards things she thought I would like, and helped me be decisive about what I didn't want. On that note, there was not an ounce of BS'ing, and she was honest when things weren't right (in a loving way)! After trying on a few, Alisha thought I would like a dress that they had literally just taken to the UPS store that afternoon to be shipped back to the designer. SHE WENT TO GET THE BOX FOR ME. That's how above and beyond Swoon went. Wouldn't you know it, it was the perfect dress. I didn't leave the store with it that night and there was no pressure from Alisha or any of the staff to buy the dress then and there. However, they did open the store early the next morning so I could try it on again before I was supposed to leave for the city. Needless to say I was obsessed and bought the dress that day. As far as fittings went, they were so accommodating with my out of town schedule and were able to work around my timeline. They set me up with Susanne from Boldt Line Tailoring who was such an amazing fit, tailored and steamed all in one place. No fuss. No added stress. I believe these ladies are truly the best at what they do. I thought dress shopping would be the hardest part, but thanks to Swoon it was the most seamless and they really made dress shopping FUN. The vibe in this store is so warm and happy, I left on a tule filled cloud nine every time. What an awesome group of gals in the most perfect little bridal shop! I recommend Swoon to everyone, even if they aren't in Reno.

I am a bride who lives in NY but my mother and grandmother relocated to NV so when I went to visit them I wanted to give them the experience of going dress shopping with me. I was not anticipating finding this gem of a place! The people there are lovely, Sabina sat with me and looked at pictures I had and allowed us to walk around and feel and pick our own dresses as well. The boutique itself was just adorable and had an amazing selection! It really was such a wonderful first experience and I held all of my other experiences in NY up to the Swoon standard. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase my dress at Swoon, I was worried about shipping a dress to NY and finding someone to do alterations but I just had to rave about this absolutely wonderful experience! I would highly recommend them to anyone in Reno!

My experience with Swoon was amazing! From picking out my wedding dress to the final fitting upon my dresses delivery, I love everything about this place! The girls are so sweet and make so you feel so comfortable when trying on dresses. Aubrey helped me and I loved her! I went to quite a few other places before Swoon and none made me feel as good about trying on dresses as Swoon did. They were more than accommodating well after I picked up my dress too. I wanted to add buttons to my dress so they ordered the buttons from the designer for me so they would match perfectly. The wedding dress selection at Swoon is like no other in Reno and I highly recommend them to all new Brides.

The shop itself is very cute and provides a great selection of gorgeous wedding gowns. My consultant listened to what I wanted and was able to narrow down my search finding me the perfect wedding gown for my special day. She clearly loves what she does and is very good at it! She kept me on track for my budget and did not pressure me to go over. The salon helps you to set up your alterations in shop making that whole process very simple. Swoon is absolutely the only store anyone should shop at for their wedding dress! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I literally went to every bridal store in town looking for a dress, all the while thinking in the back of my mind that I would have to go to SF to find "the one". Well I was wrong! I fell in love with not one but two dresses at Swoon! Michelle let me come in to try the two dresses on 3 separate times before I finally made my decision. That girl has patience! She was so incredibly helpful, as were all of the girls. I ended up purchasing my dream gown, a cute little short number for the reception (it was a sample so I got it for a steal!), ALL of my accessories, and a few sample bridesmaid dresses (they're a great deal and such cute party dresses!). My bridesmaids also purchased their dresses here and they couldn't be happier! All the Swoon girls there are such sweethearts and a pleasure to do business with. They were always available to answer my questions. They even helped me hunt down a specific piece of jewelry that I had found online by one of their designers when all they had was a picture to go by. I had a spectacular experience at Swoon and I know that every bride that goes in there will. They have a gorgeous collection of gowns and they never pressure you to buy anything that you don't absolutely love. Trust me, save yourself some time and make Swoon your first stop for dress shopping!

swoon was the first bridal salon that i visited, and after visiting a couple shops in the bay area, i knew i was heading back to swoon to find my dress. the experience there is so personalized and michelle is amazing. she never pressures you to decide, which is super important to me. she has a great mix of different styles of gowns. on my wedding day, i got compliment after compliment on my dress, and i owe so much of that to michelle.

Michelle has created an wonderful bridal salon with top shelf service. My gown is extraordinary and one of a kind. Her attention to detail and enthusiastic service made the whole experience from start to finish fantastic

I am not the girl who loves going and trying on clothes so i was a little nervous of looking for a wedding dress. Went to a few places and just wasn't getting a good vibe, till i went to Swoon. Michelle was so nice and she made me feel so comfortable browsing through the dresses. Then i found one i just felt it, i knew it was the perfect dress. And it was! Thanks for all your help. I ended up with a Nichole Miller dress and she even shipped it out to the east coast for me!

The owner of Swoon is so sweet. I came in to find my dress and she knew so much about bridal dresses and styling. The dresses were a little out of my price range, but she was still professional and offered help. She ended up referring me to an amazing seamstress to did the work on the dress I finally purchased.

I didn't expect to find THE DRESS at the first shop that I visited. Yet....I did. I was afraid that my wedding dress hunt would be a nightmare. Not only is my wedding over a year away, but my fiance was coming along to help me choose my dress. Most salons aren't used to either....it seems to make them sort of skittish. Michelle at Swoon was completely a dream come true to work with. She was gracious and greeted my fiance and I warmly when we entered her store. Add one star. When I showed her a few pics of the type of look that I was going for and that I really wanted an American designed and manufactured gown, her mind went immediately to work. I don't know if Michelle has a categorical inventory of her stock of sample gowns in her head.....but it sure seems like it. Add another star. We began with a few lacy gowns, whose fitted waists couldn't get over either my chest or hips. I'm a big girl...but Michelle NEVER even remarked about it. Off she went to hunt down more gowns. One more star! After trying on four gowns....I found one that I liked, but wasn't in love with. Two more gowns later.....I'd found THE ONE! It was made in America, in my price range, in my favorite fabric, not strapless, had a train.....it was exactly what I wanted. My fiance was on the verge of tears! Add the veil that Michelle found that had that touch of lace that I loved....I came close to swooning right in front of the mirror! A person who runs a bridal boutique should be many things: Between the obvious pride Michelle takes in her shop, her product knowledge, and the impeccable customer service, she's got it all. Two more stars If you have the cash to spend, because the gowns that she carries are about $1500+ , this is the go-to place in the Reno-Tahoe area. I will purchase my gown, veil and flower girl dress from Swoon and recommend the shop highly to all brides!

Michelle, the owner, is the reason to buy a dress from Swoon. Swoon is the first bridal shop I looked in, and after that I became spoiled. Every store after that just did not measure up (that includes other stores in Reno, Sacramento, Concord, & San Francisco). Michelle really wants to find the best dress for you, and the quality of the gowns speak for themselves. I actually bought two dresses from Michelle. A sassy & short bright orange one for my fall ceremony at San Francisco City Hall, and a flowy white chiffon gown for my more formal reception. Leading up to my wedding I think I stopped by Swoon at least 10 times and everytime I was greeted warmly and was shown a high level of professionalism. Another plus is that Michelle is from Reno and I love being able to suppport local business.

I live in California and looked at soo many bridal shops. I had a low budget but when I would try on a dress I could afford to order new, I found I hated the quality of the material. To me, I could feel the price difference. So finally, I decided that I was going to get a sample dress. By this time I was very frusterated with this entire process. But Swoon Bridal was wonderful. I e-mailed the shop and right away I got an e-mail back with dress options and prices. The shop even sent me pictures of the sample dresses they had on sale. Living in California I wanted to make sure I really liked the dress before I drove all that way. But the shop was very helpful and not pushy in any way. When I went to the store front I found the dress in almost perfect condition, it was only a little dirty on the very bottom. They sold me a beautiful Lea-Ann Belter dress for the right price and for my wedding day I felt wonderful. Thanks Swoon!!!

I, unlike most Brides-to-be, was wary of the whole dress shopping experience. Mostly because I didn't know what I wanted and didn't know what to expect. I approached dress shopping with the same guarded skepticsm usually reserved for shopping for a new car. I was leaving Starbucks in the Plumgate shopping center when I saw Swoon, overcoming my anxiety, I went inside and found Michelle sitting at her desk. I explained to her the situation and she (never passing judgement on my last second search) made an appointment to come in the next day. A word about the store: The huge hanging mirrors, faint pink and black damask decorations, flattering lighting, gorgeous baubles, and comfy robes make the store inviting. As you browse the lines of dresses you'll be serenaded by the likes of Madeleine Peyroux and Frank Sinatra lending a classic feel to the entire experience. The dresses: If you are getting married you have no doubt picked up a bridal magazine and admired some of the couture dresses. If you live in Reno you probably thought you would have to drive to San Francisco to find one. Drive no longer ladies, Swoon has a fantastic selection of designer wedding (and bridesmaid) dresses. On meeting Michelle: Michelle owns and operates swoon and her passion for bridal wear is present in everything she does. I went shopping alone so I relied on her careful eye and honesty to help me find a dress that truly flattered. She allowed me to pick out and try on any dress, even the ones that weren't in my parameters--just to make sure. She rustled me into over a dozen dresses and then sat back while I swished and sashayed around feeling each dress's character. There was never any hurry and she never tried to sell me anything, she even took pictures and paired accessories so I could get a feel for what I would look like on my wedding day. She is a beautiful person inside and out; this coupled with her boundless energy and sprite-ly attitude make a trip to her shop an amazing experience. I ordered my dress with a rush (did I mention I waited to until hour evelen). Michelle was quick to set up a fitting and to have the seamstress come in (she works with local, talented, women). I go to pick up my dress next week and I'll be a little sad that I won't have a reason to go back.
