T & M Catering

T&M catering was absolutely amazing! I don’t even know where to begin, besides the food being incredible, the staff was so kind and accommodating and made sure that the whole wedding party was taken care of, especially my husband and I. We did passed and stationary hors d’oeuvres for cocktail hour and a buffet for dinner and everything was incredible and went so smoothly. All of the food was absolutely AMAZING, but our guests were RAVING about the pumpkin ravioli! It’s been 3 weeks since the wedding and we still think about those raviolis all the time. We had reached out to a few caterers in the area and Tracey responded back to us so quickly and was so nice and professional that we knew we had to go with T&M, and we are so glad we did! Tracey was super helpful and responsive anytime I had a question. I cannot recommend T&M enough, they really did go above and beyond our expectations and made our wedding absolutely perfect!

Hands down one of the best vendors for food and experience. My husband and I wanted fun food and they surely provide. Tracy was extremely responsive. I e-mailed her so many times to change things, add things, or ask questions, and she was always so friendly. What I did not realize I was getting was the exceptional service on the day of. Penny was at my venue far earlier than typical caterers, and she was the backbone of my wedding day. Although it was a buffet, elderly people were served at their table, as were my husband and I. People are still talking about the mashed potato and mac and cheese bar. I can not recommend this company enough!

All of the food was so delicious and I’m so glad I used them for my wedding. Food is a very important aspect of a wedding and they nailed it!

Working with Tracey and her team was amazing! From the tasting to the big day Tracey was responsive and always willing to work with us on our budget and overall vision of our day. The food was AMAZING!! From the classic Maryland crabcakes to the fun sliders and mac bar, we couldn’t have had a better spread for our guests. The only sad thing is now we must wait to enjoy T&M at another wedding or event!

Of all the vendors at our wedding, T&M Catering was our favorite. They want you to have the best day of your life, and that starts with first contact. We explained our ideas, and the team was quick to accommodate every desire we had! We talked with one other catering company, and it felt like a transaction. The value wasn’t there either. We would have had to pay way more and would have gotten so much less! It was the best decision going with T&M. We have gotten so many compliments on the food!!! It was delicious and, everyone could tell, homemade. I truly wish T&M Catering was a restaurant because we are genuinely sad we’ll never have our wedding food again. Additionally, the service was incredible. Every single person was so kind and helpful! To anyone who says you’re not going to eat on your wedding day, just send them to T&M Catering because that is a big, big lie! A team member was always checking on my husband and I, making sure we were fed and hydrated. Couldn’t recommend them more!!!!

From the start of the planning process, T&M went above and beyond. They have many sample menus to choose from and the food is phenomenal.

T & M Catering was top notch from the moment we started working with them. We, like so many others, had to replan our wedding several times due to COVID. When we started working with T & M Catering only 3 short months before our wedding day a lot of my anxiety was lifted. They are a full service catering company and provide not just food, but also linens, flatware, plates and cups, plus display trays for desserts and cakes. Besides the food they also set us up with an awesome bartender and all the bar accessories you need for a fabulous array of drinks. Kim and her team literally waited on my husband and I hand and foot from the moment they showed up at our venue. They took the whole bridal parties drink order so we all had beverages immediately after the ceremony and from that moment on I never had an empty drink in my hand all night. They set us up with a tray of snacks during cocktail hour while we were taking pictures so we didn't miss out on any of the food. Everyone I talked to raved about the dinner we served, especially the crab cakes! We were so impressed during our tasting with Kate that we knew nobody was going to go hungry. They offer such an array of food options for your event it took us awhile to narrow down what we wanted, everything just sounded so delicious. I can't express my gratitude to Tracey and Kim for making my day absolutely perfect. I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a single thing the day of my wedding because Kim and her crew were on top of everything from beginning to end. T&M and their team were phenomenal while planning, making changes to the menu, and postponing multiple times due to COVID. Tracey and Kim reached out on our original wedding date to just let my husband and I know they were thinking of us. Tracey and Kim were responsive throughout the entire planning process and made everything so easy for us. Kim's attention to detail was impeccable. The set up and display of food on our wedding day was gorgeous and the food was delicious! Kim and her team who served our food along with the bartenders were very professional. Our wedding was beyond perfect thanks to Kim and the team present at our wedding. Kim ensured my husband and I were well taken care of. They also checked in frequently with our parents and bridal party to make sure their needs were met throughout the night. We were also provided with leftovers. Our guests are still raving about the delicious food! Hire T&M, you won't regret it!!

T&M Catering were the most incredible team to work with! Tracy is the absolute sweetest and her whole team and staff were so supportive throughout the whole wedding process. Cannot thank them enough for all of their help and attentiveness! Food was INCREDIBLE and our guests raved about the Mac n' Cheese bar especially :) Thank you so much to this incredible team! Tracy and her team are phenomenal! We got married 9/12/2020 and had to switch some things up due to covid, and they were so flexible and accommodating with all of the changes. We got married at our house and the team used our small kitchen and still delivered amazing food and service. I can’t say enough good things. We booked T&M Catering again for our post covid wedding celebration next year and we can’t wait!

I literally cannot say enough positive things about T&M and their team! They were one of the first vendors we booked for our wedding and were so accommodating while menu planning, making changes, postponing due to COVID, and then planning again before the event. I can say with confidence that our day would not have been so amazing if it wasn't for Tracey, Kim and the team. The food was SO delicious and we got numerous compliments that it was some of the best wedding food ever. Our guests were well taken care-of and they took special care to make sure the groom and I were served everything we wanted and always had a drink in our hands. We even got to take home our leftovers! They helped to put everything together the day-of and truly made my visions come to life. I would highly recommend them again and again!!

T&M went above and beyond from our initial meeting, planning a menu, rescheduling due to Covid, and down to the day of. They created a menu that was absolutely delicious and incorporated my husbands favorites, tater tot shots! Tracey worked with us and was so supportive when we needed to reschedule. Knowing how wonderful she was during such a difficult time made us realize even more that we choose the right caterer! Kim and Tracey worked so well to create a beautiful set up and display and make sure that we were well taken care of. All of the staff was wonderful and always made sure we had a drink in hand and that we got to enjoy our meal. The food was amazing! I can not thank them enough for making sure our wedding on August 21 was beyond what we dreamed! We feel so blessed that they helped make everything so wonderful!

From the first phone consult with Tracey we knew T&M was the right choice for us. Tracey was so friendly, easy to work with, very fast to respond and we felt like we knew her forever right off the bat. She cooked us our meal for our tasting and it was phenomenal! Everything on the menu we created with her was awesome, there was not one thing that wasn't great. She paired us with our day of manager Kim. Kim's attention to detail is superb. She really took care of all the details for us, checked in on us, made sure to answer all our questions and let us know she was there for us whenever we needed her. She went out of her way to send pictures of things we had trouble envisioning (platewate etc) and sent us photos after the wedding so we can have a keepsake. She was super sweet and very nice to work with. The rest of he staff was equally as wonderful. Penny was there for myself and husband and bridal party every step of the way. They made sure we got to eat all of our food hot, had drinks ready for us after the ceremony, served us apps and paid attention to our elderly guests as well. We were in such good hands. The whole staff was efficient and we'll mannered and we go many compliments on the delicious food! Do not go anywhere else but with T&M!

My wedding was in October. I worked with Tracey to customize the menu. She was great with knowing what would or wouldn’t work with our venue, guest count, and personal taste. It is now December and people are STILL raving about the food. It turned out delicious and Tracey’s staff is so so so so accommodating. They were not only polite and friendly but they made sure everyone was well taken care of regardless of age but paid special attention to those who needed extra assistance. I highly recommend T & M Catering for any catering needs.

Working with T & M Catering was an absolute pleasure. Tracey and Kim made our wedding easy! Tracey works with you to create a menu for your event. Which enabled us to offer foods that truly reflected our life experiences together. Bringing our guests closer to us as we begin our lives together. Kim was our onsite manager and she was truly spectacular. She has great attention to detail and managed our day perfectly. The team she created to serve our wedding was very professional and provided superior service and experience for everyone in attendance. I have received many compliments about the taste and quality of the catering and service. We made an excellent choice in trusting T & M with our wedding and highly recommend them for your needs.

Tracey and her team were awesome from day one! They are very down-to-earth, flexible and accommodating! Their experience and advice help us make decisions about the flow of the wedding that were crucial. Not to mention, the food was absolutely incredible! We received so many compliments - the steak was so tender, not dry at all! The ingredients are all amazing, and we left our tasting feeling great (not bloated at all, which I ran into with some other caterers). We really felt it was an amazing value for the price - would recommend T&M to anyone in the area!

We selected T&M Catering for our wedding and we couldn’t be happier! From the beginning of the process Tracey was wonderful to work with. We wanted a more relaxed atmosphere for the reception and she helped us choose the perfect menu to fit our style. Tracey also helped with planning a menu that took into account the food allergies of our guests. She helped us to plan the set up and timeline for the cocktail hour and reception. Heather was our chef for the reception and she was also amazing. Heather and the servers were attentive, professional, and helpful without being intrusive. The food was absolutely delicious. T&M Catering catered my wedding in June and they were phenomenal. From the beginning of planning, Tracey was so attentive to what we envisioned and absolutely lovely to work with. The food was incredible and several of our guests commented how much they enjoyed the food! The staff was efficient and so helpful to make our wedding the best ever. We especially loved the staff member that was specifically assigned to Daniel and I as a couple. She catered to our every need---from bringing us a drink, providing a few snacks for us to eat prior to joining the cocktail hour, and attending to all of our needs throughout dinner. They were the best!!

T&M catered our wedding this past weekend, and we could not have been happier to have had their help. Since contacting T&M over a year ago, Tracey & Kim have been responsive and have given honest opinions. They are both knowledgeable and have great insight on what will work best for your wedding. They are accommodating and will ensure that you stick to your budget while preparing high quality food. They worked hard to come up with multiple menu options for us during the decision making process. On the day of, everything was perfectly executed. All of our guests raved about our cocktail hour and dinner options, and we loved that we were able to get creative with our menu choices. Even though there were over 200 guests, the caterers were able to get everyone through the food station lines in about 35 minutes. The bartenders were also great and drinks were perfectly prepared. Kim made sure that my husband and I were well fed and had a drink in our hands at all times. You can't go wrong hiring T&M!

Tracey was very helpful from the beginning and throughout our wedding planning process. She allowed us to customize our entire menu to do comfort food, which other caterers weren’t as keen on doing. The cost for everything was comparable to other vendors however the food was exceptionally better. We received many compliments on both the appetizers and buffet (best crab dip ever!). I did not give them 5 stars because a few issues occurred throughout the wedding. Despite the minor issues we experienced, all of the staff was very friendly and attentive. I recommend at the very least setting up a tasting with them.

T&M went above and beyond our expectations. Her team was so helpful and professional during the wedding- we had several guests make compliments about them. The place settings looked amazing and the food was excellent!

From the moment we walked in the door for our tasting, we knew we had found the right caterer for our wedding. It was literally love at first bite --especially for my husband, who still cannot stop raving about the chicken and waffle bites. T&M Catering was incredible to work with, as we moved out of state several months prior to our wedding. They literally answered every text message, email and phone call and were the ultimate professionals. Kim Smith was our day-of wedding coordinator, and she was incredible, thinking of every detail and ensuring that our day went off flawlessly. Our guests raved about the food and nobody went hungry! The staff made sure to serve my husband and I during our photos after the ceremony since we missed cocktail hour, and also served the bridal party and immediate family. They made sure we had a plate of food in front of us for dinner -- even though we were so busy talking to people we didn't have much time to eat it :) Our elderly guests were assisted with their food, which really meant a lot to us as the buffet at our venue was down a flight of stairs. I cannot thank T&M Catering enough. My only regret? I wish we had more money in our budget to have more food offerings -- I don't think there is really any limit to what this company can do. Tracey is an angel. From our first meeting I knew we hit the jackpot. During all the wedding planning Tracey answered all the questions I had with quick responses, no matter how silly the questions. We wound up using Tracey to cater my wedding as well as the day after brunch with family. The food is UNREAL! We’ve received so many comments on how good the food was. Honestly, it was the best food at a wedding that I’ve ever had. Her staff was incredibly attentive and went over the top to make sure I was taken care of the whole weekend. I felt like royalty. The bar staff was wonderful with our silly group as well. I can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you for everything!

Tracey and all of T&M Catering were AWESOME and such a pleasure to work with. Tracey made deciding on our menu easy and was extremely flexible with our decisions and our budget. They even made last minute vegan meals for two of our guests! During our reception, Thomas took amazing care of us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted - both food and drink - throughout the night. Not to mention, the food was delicious.

Tracey is wonderful! T&M was recommended by our venue and she did not disappoint. I emailed her probably a million times to change things and she never once made me feel like I was bothering her. Her staff was on top of things making sure I always had something to eat or drink while I was running around trying to visit our guests. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the bartenders and how fun they were! I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough about T&M Catering. From the beginning, Tracey was extremely accommodating and helpful with any and all questions. On the day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing, and I definitely didn't go hungry. It was a hot summer day so the caterers set up a table of water for the guests. Immediately after the ceremony they brought my groom and I any apps and drinks we wanted, along with the bridal party. When they started the buffet, we were immediately brought 2 full plates each of all the food. They checked on us throughout the night and made the whole night so relaxing and enjoyable!

Food was great but staff and service left a lot to be desired. We met with Tracey the first time about a year before our wedding and gave her a deposit to save our date. Months later when I emailed to ask for a tasting she was shocked and claimed we never left a deposit, I forwarded to her the email of proff of our deposit, so we cautiously moved forward. Never met with her again, only her staff. On the day of our wedding, my husband and I never got appetizers or cake! The staff working the event was dressed in faded and tattered black jeans and black t-shirts, with crazy hair and worn out fashion sneakers. Additionally, some of the staff was inappropriately fratnerizing with some of our guests. AND at the end of the night, the bartendersame started to through ice and water down the wood stairs where guests were still walking to enjoy the outside (about 2 hrs until the end of our wedding) I almost fell, our best man DID fall and hit his head pretty hard, and the bartenders laughed and didn't help him up. This was all after the head person Tracey appointed said she would be there the whole time left about 2 hours before the end of our event.

We were SO happy that we worked with Tracey and T & M Catering to cater our rehearsal dinner and our wedding at Spring Hill Manor. Tracey prepared the most delicious food for both evenings - and our guests were very complimentary of all of the dishes. Not only is the food very reasonably priced, it is VERY good. At our tasting, we had so many delicious dishes...we knew that we had made the right decision with Tracey! She provides solid guidance on what goes well together and what is sure to please the crowd with enough variety for everyone. The bartenders were also great and always ready with a perfectly mixed drink for our guests! Tracey also took care of all the tablecloths and napkins for us, which saved us a lot of work. Absolutely top-notch. Highly recommend!!!

Tracey was amazing from day one. I contacted her before I even had a date set! She worked to let me know her availability throughout the beginning planning stages. She was able to give me sample menus that would work within our given budget. I was able to meet with her to discuss options for our buffet menu and so that she could provide me with an all inclusive plan for catering costs (linens, plates, food, servers). She worked with my crazy fiance in allowing us to do food tastings outside of the time frame she usually works within. He thought "What happens if we wait and hate the food?" Of course we loved everything that she served us and she gave us other options for things that we changed our minds about. Tracey made sure to meet with me at my venue to go over final details and have a solid plan for the day to be sure everything ran smoothly. At this point I began to work with her event manager, Kim. Kim was sure from this point on (about two weeks before my wedding) to keep in close contact with me to make sure everything was the way I wanted it for my wedding day. We had planned on an outdoor cocktail hour and because of the iffy weather, I was allowed to decided up until 2 pm on the day of my wedding what the final call was going to be. Cocktail hour was moved inside and went off without a hitch. They were even able to start serving a bit early for my guests that arrived too soon!! Even with the extra serving time we had plenty of food to go around. We had Waffle Fry with Shaved Beef and Horseradish Crème Fraiche that everyone raved about. I think I had just about every guest tell me how amazing they were. Our entire buffet was delicious, hot, and full of food! I don't think a single person could say they were left hungry :) Kim was attentive throughout the entire evening, making sure my fiance and I had exactly what we needed. The rest of the staff was professional and blended in with the background making sure the transition from cocktail hour to dinner was quick and smooth, and the same from dinner to cake and coffee. I am so impressed with the quality and service that we received. I would immediately recommend T&M Catering to anyone in the area looking for an event caterer!
