It’s difficult to express the gratitude we have for Heather and her team! We hired Table 6 to help us with plan our Colorado wedding. They were on top of all the details from the beginning. From venue search to catering to flowers, she provided so much great advice and the perfect options for us. Heather has so much knowledge about each aspect of a perfect wedding to bring to the table. We found the perfect venue and couldn’t imagine planning our wedding without Heather with us every step of the way. My husband and I are complete opposites when it comes to taste but Heather helped us prioritize what really mattered and found a perfect compromise for everything. My absolute favorite thing about Heather was her intuition and excitement throughout the planning process. She totally shared our vision and is so fun to work with. She took everything we wanted (despite it all being so opposite) and made it into the most beautiful day of our lives. The wedding day went perfectly, and without a hitch thanks to the incredible team. We can honestly say if you’re looking for a planner that makes you feel understood, comfortable, and not absolutely insane while planning your wedding - Heather is the most amazing wedding planner you could ever ask for.

THE WORLD NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT TABLE 6 PRODUCTIONS! My daughter got married a couple months back (I meant to write this sooner than time just got away from me) and Hannah was a bigger help to me than she will ever know. I was so excited when my daughter got engaged but knew I needed a local planner since I live in Texas. She jumped right in and put all my worries about planning at ease. Hannah actually made the planning process fun! She just knew exactly how to make my daughter’s vision come true. I can’t say this enough, you need to hire Table 6 Productions if you’re looking for a wedding planner!

Hannah was AMAZING to work with for our recent wedding. Throughout the whole planning process she was always so responsive and helpful. It was such a relief to work with someone whom I trusted and I never once felt like I needed to worry. As for the day of everything went so seamlessly. Hannah and her assistant took care of every last detail and it was so nice to not have to think about a single thing and actually be able to enjoy our day. I had multiple people comment the next day that they felt like everything was perfect and how nothing seemed to go wrong and I contribute that all to Hannah! I can't recommend Hannah and Table 6 enough!

I should have written this review sooner but I have just been basking in the absolute bliss and perfection of my wedding weekend. We hired Table 6 Productions (Heather Allen) because of all the amazing reviews we read, the beautiful work displayed on her Instagram account, as well as the multiple referrals we had received about working with her. We interviewed 3 other planners and hands down she stood out so far above the rest. Her fun personality, her excitement for our wedding ideas, her genuine interest in our relationship as well as getting to know our family dynamics and the questions she asked us that no other planner took the time to ask made her the obvious choice for us. She treated us with such respect, was so patient with all of our questions, and she is so insanely creative. She made what is typically known as a very stress filled process so enjoyable! Even my fiancé (now hubby) wanted to be involved in some of the aspects of the planning. She is a true gem and our families cant thank her enough for all she did to make the journey and the destination absolute perfection. We will definitely be referring her to all of our future friends getting engaged and will for sure keep in touch with her throughout our lives. She even made time to meet us in NYC where we live, when she would come into town for other things. To say she cares is an a total understatement. We adore you Heather and cant sing your praises enough. Thank you again for all that you did for us. If we could give you 10 starts we would.

Working with Hannah from Table 6 Productions was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding. Planning a wedding from out of state was a little scary at first, but Hannah put my worries totally at ease. She was so knowledgable, flexible, responsive, and such a nice person to work with. She took all the scattered ideas in my head and executed my vision just perfectly. My wedding was an absolute dream and I couldn't have done it without her!

We are so grateful to Table 6 and especially to Hannah for being so incredible with helping to plan our wedding. We made a great team and she helped to make the process more fun for me. I felt that Hannah always had my back, whether it was following through on something she promised to do or making sure I was not being overcharged for things. It is not easy to find people who are so reliable and live up to their word. Hannah's follow-through and timeliness were much appreciated and we felt like she went above and beyond in every way. Most people I know would not recommend their wedding planners. However, we felt lucky that we hired Hannah and we also loved that she was part our special day.

I had the pleasure of working with Amber Kelsen as my day of coordinator and I could not be happier! Not only is she calm, bubbly, and organized, but she truly made my vision come to life! She nailed all the details i had in my head and kept our very large wedding party on track! Having just a day of coordinator can be nerve-wracking because they aren't working with you through the whole planning phase so you worry they won't understand or see what you have put together, but as soon as I met with Amber to go through all my ideas, décor etc. I immediately felt at ease! She gave input where needed and when wanted and never judged any of my ideas, décor decisions etc. She crushed my timeline and made sure we go all the dancing time we wanted! She was awesome!!!!! Highly recommended booking her!

She has strong relationships with the finest vendors in her business which is very important! I recently had the opportunity to work with Heather from Table 6 and all I can say is WOW. I’ll have a unique perspective for this review, as I’m actually a wedding photographer- not a client. In this profession, I work with dozens of different wedding planners each year, and I’ve seen first hand how the planner can truly make or break the day. In this case, Heather made it! She was calm, organized, and professional from the moment she walked on site. She knew every detail, and seemed to be several steps ahead of anything the bride needed or had a question about. At this particular wedding, weather forced plan B into place, and Heather didn’t even bat an eye. She seamlessly shifted the plans, and they were so perfectly executed that you’d never know it wasn’t plan A to begin with! Heather is highly experienced, and it shows. I can’t imagine any bride or groom would ever regret investing in someone like Heather- with her at the helm of your event, you can be fully immersed in the special moments of the wedding day knowing she’s taking care of all of the details behind the scenes. Truly cannot wait to work with her again!

Simply the best! Better than all the rest. Don’t waste your time looking for another event planner/coordinator because Table 6 is the best. Without Heather I would have probably killed someone. She was my true calming force and made sure everything was beautiful-even when there was a last minute change of venue because of weather. Table 6 Productions was worth ever cent and without then, not real sure I would not have even bothered with a wedding and all the stress that comes with planning without Heather!

Heather Allen is so talented, organized and so much fun to work with. I first connected with Heather to plan our destination wedding in Telluride, Colorado in Spring of 2019. She planned a gorgeous wedding for August 2020, which we later had to move to August 2021. In April 2021, after already rescheduling our entire event, our venue pulled out and Heather helped me plan an almost entirely different wedding in a matter of months - the new venue was just an open field, so we had to plan everything from catering to lighting, generators and toilets to rentals and furniture - EVERYTHING. Heather didn't just pull it off, she helped me envision and create the most visually stunning, perfect event that was so much more incredible than what we had originally planned for. She was there for me during such a difficult season of life - the pandemic threw our plans off more than once, and I was finishing law school all the while. Heather Allen is a dream come true! We got married on July 17, 2021 at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club in Colorado Springs. Living in NY, we needed a destination wedding planner who could virtually plan our wedding (in a pandemic, from +1000 miles away). From our initial 1.5 hour phone call (before we even contracted with her), she made us 100% comfortable that she would take care of every detail. Within a few days, she had a budget planned for us and started contacting vendors. Every vendor she selected was incredible in their craft - she has amazing taste! She never let any detail slip through the cracks and kept us on schedule/budget. On the day of our wedding, a storm rolled in that caused us to delay our ceremony. Heather was on top of coordinating the changes minute by minute, and kept me completely calm through the process. We ended up having cocktail hour first before the outdoor ceremony, and both my guests and me LOVED that! This storm could have easily ruined our whole day, but her positivity and quick thinking made it a day I'll never forget. I recommend Heather 100 times over; she is fantastic!

Table 6 and Heather was the best decision we ever made for our wedding. Her, her team and the amazing other vendor she brought together truly made our perfect day. She was there for every step from setting up venue tours the tastings and coordinating the day of and everything! Heather and the Table 6 team helped bring our dream wedding to life. As a covid bride, I definitely felt the stress of planning x1000, but Heather helped us completely replan our wedding in just over 2 months and it was fabulous down to the last detail. Heather truly helped guide my vision into reality, fine tune the small details, recommend our fantastic vendor team, and always provided a listening ear. We really enjoyed working with Heather and Table 6 Productions. Her relationships in the wedding industry within Colorado are very impressive. All of our wedding vendors loved working with Heather as much as we did and it really showed by the way they worked together and went above and beyond for us on our big day. She was great working within budget as well as laying out a precise way early on in the process to get us everything we wanted out of our budget. Heather and her team are the people you want to hire for your wedding. Heather is extremely talented, professional, creative and a joy to work with. She has great relationships with vendors, artists and venues around the state. She was able to transform our wedding day into a beautiful experience. Thank goodness for Heather. Do yourself a huge favor and hire her the second you get engaged. Everything went off without a hitch and anytime there was a hiccup she handled it ASAP and we never heard about. As a MN bride planning a Vail, CO wedding, hiring a wedding planner was my first post-engagement decision. I spoke with a few different companies, and Heather/Table 6 stood out immediately--quick and thoughtful responses, budget-conscious, and clearly experienced and knowledgable. Even before hiring them, Heather provided helpful information on the logistics of a Vail wedding, along with multiple mock budgets to help us align on what we wanted. Their package prices are extremely reasonable for the level of service they provide, and the relationships they have with local vendors made it an easy choice for us. Over the next year up to our wedding, Heather and her team made our wedding planning so stress-free & FUN because we were able to enjoy the process without worrying about excessive vendor communication, negotiation, or decision-making on our own. So many of our friends and family couldn't believe how calm my fiancee and I (and our moms!) were in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and we all attributed it to our planning team. Wedding week is often stressful with last-minute details and tying up loose ends, but Heather communicated and delegated everything so smoothly that we were able to enjoy that time skiing & celebrating with each other and our guests. The wedding day felt like a seamless party from the time we got ready, to the end of the reception, and again--the credit goes to Heather and Table 6. From setting up our tedious (but beautiful) seating chart, to the unexpected tequila re-stock run, to making sure late-night pizzas were delivered and set up, Heather & her team were the silent heros that made it truly the best day of our lives. Without hesitation, I would recommend Table 6 to ANY bride.

I was recently in a wedding planned by Table 6 Productions and I can not rave about them enough. My friend (the bride) was so stress-free on the day of her wedding because she knew all details were so carefully taken care of. Hiring Addie Charlton blew my expectations out of the water! She helped us create a vision, coordinated with vendors, flowers, etc... Addie really took care of EVERYTHING for us. Going in she knew I was on a tight budget as well as work full time. I appreciated the fact she respected this and made cost effective recommendations so that we did not have to sacrifice our dream day. I met with a few other local companies and am glad I trusted my intuition- Addie has calm energy that is trusting and authentic. I can't thank Table 6 enough!! Thank you Addie!!

Table 6 Productions was a dream to work with!! They took the time to fully understand our vision and made it happen. They recommended every vendor we used and created the best wedding vendor team we could ask for. My husband and I are both in graduate school and were planning the wedding remotely which should be stressful, but with Table 6 Productions the planning process was easy breezy. We worked with Amanda Slater from Table 6 and she was the BEST! We chose the month-of package but Amanda started helping us from day 1. From our very first phone call she confirmed I was on the right track with my planning, gave advice on current vendors, and made recommendations for the rest of my vendors. A couple months from our wedding today she asked for all vendor contracts to review and let me know she would handle them going forward - I cannot tell you what a relief it was to have those off my plate. She also let them know they should contact her going forward, so amazing! We did our venue walk-thru about a month before our wedding day and she was such a pro. She knew all the right questions to ask and what logistics to clarify (thing we never thought of!) and we knew we were in such good hands. I found the wedding planning process to be quite stressful and frankly the day-of was a total out of body experience. But by our wedding weekend we trusted Amanda completely and were able to sit back, relax and have fun knowing she had the whole event completely under control. We would highly recommend her!

Table 6 Productions (Heather and Amanda) recently planned and flawlessly executed my wedding in Aspen, Colorado this past September. Myself, our families and our guests could NOT have been happier with how everything turned out. We talked to many planners before hiring them and what made the difference for us was how much knowledge and experience they have in this industry. Amanda at Table 6 was such an incredible wedding planner!! I had never been in a wedding before and was one of my first friends to get married so I was completely lost. I had no idea of all of the details that go into planning and she was there with us every step of the way. She was so prompt in responding to our emails, and there were a LOT of them. She helped us with creative ideas and was really honest about what items were/were not necessary to fit within our budget. Also, you can tell she has a great relationship with wedding vendors -- we completely relied on her opinions for who to choose and LOVED all of them. Our friends told us it was the best wedding they’ve attended and that’s 100% contributed to her work. Also, our bridal party and family were so complimentary of her professionalism and how she instructed us on what to do at the rehearsal/day of. She also offered herself as a resource to our bridal party for questions up until the weekend so they wouldn’t bother us – so thoughtful!! We can’t thank her enough for making our day so perfect and HIGHLY recommend her for any couples who want to make their wedding an enjoyable (not dreadful) experience!!

Table 6 Productions was absolutely AMAZING to work with! In fact, we were recently published in a magazine and one of the things I specifically said was to "splurge" on a wedding planner! We are SO glad we did. They definitely seem to be the best fit for the higher end bride, or bride's with discriminating taste who REALLY care about the details of their wedding, and WE DID! My family absolutely fell in love with Heather and Amanda. We called them our little "Dream Team". Even though I didn't really have a budget they were still very conscientious of getting us the best deals that we could in each area of the planning. To say that Heather Allen knows how to plan a wedding is a TOTAL understatement. She knows how to plan the BEST wedding (ever!) Don’t look anywhere else. Heather Allen and the Table 6 team were by far the best vendor that we hired for our Vegas wedding. They are not only full of knowledge when it comes to planning weddings, but they had some really cool, creative ideas which was really important to us. Our vision was designed and executed flawlessly and they really put a lot of emphasis on the guest experience which is something that can get overlooked at times in the planning process. The entire weekend was beyond our wildest dreams and we are so thankful we had Heather Allen along on our journey! Table 6 was amazing, and our wedding turned out fantastic. As someone planning a Colorado wedding, but living in NYC I was so grateful to be working with Heather and Amanda because they were so organized with details, timelines and vendors. We had a perfect winter wedding all thanks to their attention to detail, creative ideas and energy. Starting the whole process, I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, but Heather and Amanda provided lots of ideas, feedback and examples to help us narrow down on exactly what we wanted for our wedding. The best decision we made since deciding to get married! Heather and Amanda are truly the best in the business (as many of our other vendors told us, and as we found out through this whole process!) We got married a few weeks ago, and it was the most beautiful event. The day itself ran extremely smoothly thanks to them, and all the vendors they recommended were amazing! If you hire them, TRUST THEM! They know best =) We we went with other vendors that they hadn't suggested initially, and then ended up switching and were so glad we did! They are a dream to work with, answering emails promptly and managing typical bridal anxiety. They answered all of my questions, gave me enough autonomy to make decisions, while providing advice when asked. They hooked us up with a sweet mini-moon upgrade as well, that made us feel like royalty! Basically, they were the best planners, gave us amazing advice, and made sure everything ran super smoothly. 10/10 would recommend, this will be the best decision you make! =)

I attended a wedding several years ago that I have not been able to forget. Everything about it was amazing. The venue, the food, the unbelievable florals, lighting, decor, and the band. The attention to detail from the place card table, to the unique guest book, to the fun late night snack bar was so incredibly well thought out and such a true reflection of my friends getting married. It could not have been more perfect. I was so impressed that inquired who helped plan such a memorable event. I can now admit I knew I would use Table 6 Productions as my wedding planner long before I knew who I was going to marry! She responded to every email in a timely, calm manner (and believe me, there were LOTS of emails and some were in a bridal state of panic) with creative solutions every time a problem or question arose. She was very attentive to detail, really listened to what my vision for the wedding was, and went to bat for me several times if there was an issue with a vendor or what not. I honestly can't imagine planning my wedding without her by my side. She made the whole process so easy and wonderful, and in the end, my wedding was absolutely beautiful. I should also note she was very good at negotiating contracts and keeping an eye on the budget. This is SUPER important for wedding planning, and Amanda is a pro at it. Hire her!

I am so happy that my husband and I chose Table 6 Productions to plan our wedding. Heather and Amanda were phenomenal through the whole process. Location is not a problem for them, they will travel literally anywhere. The passion they have for what they do displays tremendously. We worked very closely with Amanda and the way her and Heather both executed our vision was nothing short of amazing. If an idea I had was unrealistic, they'd come up with an alternative on the fly and I loved that about them. They really work with you on creating what you have always had in mind for this big day - it's beyond impressive. I cannot say enough about how amazing Heather and Table 6 Productions were for our wedding! I'm in veterinary school and had minimal time to figure out all the details that I wanted for our wedding, so a wedding planner was a must for us. Heather and her team went above and beyond all of my expectations! They are SO organized and on top of every little detail and were wonderfully responsive to emails/calls. I basically never worried about the wedding, and for the two times that I actually felt panicky about wedding planning with them, they calmed me down and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous and perfect in every way, I hardly have the words. It honestly was a dream come true! It was so much more than we could have imagined or done on our own, all because of Heather and Table 6. I HIGHLY recommend them for your wedding, or any event!

First off, let me just say that hiring a wedding planner was a MUST for us! We have been following Table 6 on Instagram for years, so we knew when it was our time to get married, this is who we wanted to hire! Their reviews are out of this world, and we have always been so impressed by their weddings. They were truly the best money we could have spent and by far were our top vendor choice (although they built us an amazing team of other wedding vendors too) We lived out of state at the time and were planning a wedding in Colorado so it was great to have someone on the ground advocating for us. They literally handled everything and made it such an easy, low stress, and fun process. The entire weekend went by so fast but it was truly the BEST weekend of our lives and we owe a lot of that to Table 6 Productions. Thank you Heather and Amanda. We love you guys! (My mom says hi!)

Table 6 did a wonderful job organizing my perfect perfect wedding weekend. We had four events for Friday, Sat, Sunday and Monday and it was all a DREAM! They did all the work communicating with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about that. We had asked Heather to make sure we had the BEST band and we put our full trust in her to choose a band from Texas (the wedding was in Arizona) named Jordan Kahn Band and they were INCREDIBLE. We are so thankful Heather recommended them and our guests cannot stop asking for our band info. Heather and Amanda constantly came to New York when we felt stressed/needed them/wanted to chat to calm us down. On the day of, I felt super calm and at ease as Amanda was by my side the whole day asking if i needed anything and always having what I needed before even asking. Both Amanda and Heather were able to make the planning fun as well. She allowed us to deliver all our wedding gifts/goody bag items to her home and drove them to Arizona for us which was above and beyond and so so amazing! I will for sure miss planning my wedding with Amanda and Heather and will miss them as individuals even more!

We hired Heather and Amanda to plan our wedding. (best decision ever!) My parents loved how knowledgeable she was on the "business" side of planning a wedding, and trust me, you will learn there a TON of in's and out's. But they have planned so many weddings that they literally think of EVERYTHING! We were amazed. Not to mention, I bet we emailed her and Amanda at least 5,000 times and they never complained a bit (and helped navigate around my crazy mother!) Both families contributed to the wedding (financially) so she made it very easy to work through this particular detail as well making sure everyone felt involved and important. A few months out is when she told us all bride's tend to freak out, and she was right. However, she reminded us that there was no reason to waste time and energy on worrying because everything within their control would be perfect. And she was RIGHT! In fact on the wedding day I said to her, "You were right. Everything is amazing and more. And stressing about ANYTHING was a total waste of time". We just want to thank her, and her team from the bottom of our hearts. We literally would not have changed a thing, and we actually miss talking to them. So we are definitely planning to stay in touch! Thank you ladies. You are true professionals and a class act.

To be honest, at first I questioned whether or not to hire a wedding planner at all. Looking back, I am so glad that I did!!! Before I even signed a contract or paid her, Heather was so responsive and informative. I got such a great feeling from her right away that I knew we would work great together. Looking at some of her prior weddings I knew I could trust her style and vision. Heather also completely paid for herself in terms of negotiating all of our vendors down even further. I hired Heather about a year in advance of the wedding and she was attentive and responsive to me the whole time, I never felt like I was on the back-burner to higher priority weddings. Additionally, planning a wedding in another country provides its own challenges; Heather was always able to put me at ease and stay on top of the many, many details. All of the pre-planning for a year, was nothing in comparison to how invaluable Heather was once we were finally in Mexico for the wedding week. Between set up, finalizing little details, managing the timeline, etc. I could not imagine doing any of it without her!! We also had friends and family to mentioned to us how grateful they were for Heather's guidance and direction during that time. If you are at all on the fence about hiring a planner, do yourself a favor and hire Heather. She will truly be a lifesaver while you plan your wedding. I'll never forget how wonderful she made the process for me and have the best memories of our wedding weekend thanks to her. I consider Heather a friend and miss working with her!!!

Heather and team were incredible. I did not have to stress about a single detail on the day of the wedding. She truly understood my preferences and vision for everything!! Table 6 Productions - specifically Heather Allen and Amanda Slater - absolutely made our wedding the magical and personal event we wanted it to be. I could write on and on using superlatives about these two - how amazing they are, how communicative they are, how creative they are and how special they became - but instead I think it is best to ground this review in practicalities that will help you choose to work with them. My husband and I chose to have a wedding half way across the country. We live in DC and had very very little knowledge about throwing an event in Wyoming let alone how to begin courting Colorado vendors to make the trip! Table 6 (Heather and Amanda) were recommended by our venue, Brush Creek Ranch. From our first introduction phone call, they were prepared and organized. They were incredibly communicative! We couldn’t talk much on the phone sue to work obligations, but they were quick to respond to all emails - no matter how many threads we had going! They were able to listen to our ideas and thoughts and channel them into constructive, on point, budget-friendly realities. They took two practical Type A people and made us feel at home in a creative process that truly embodied the spirit of the day we wanted! They were honest about what would work and what would not and never said no! There was always a suggestion or an additional idea! Heck - one day we even thought we were sending them an idea that they would clearly realize was a joke and next thing we knew we had a whole list of alternatives and suggestions that may work better! They clearly, clearly love what they do and it shines through in every way. They became a true part of our wedding experience and we have honestly been sad not to have an excuse to interact with them since the wedding. WE COULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!!!

Prior to my own, I had only been to three other weddings. I really had no idea what needed to be done to plan a wedding. I chose Table 6 Productions because of their rating on the knot and great reviews. They did not disappoint. Heather and her team removed all of the stress from wedding planning. They were professional and very hard working. All of the venders were within my price range and were fantastic. Heather also knew many of the venders and was able to get me discounted rates. Also, Heather and her team have done so many wedding that they were full of great creative ideas which helped me build my dream wedding. I’m so glad that I chose to work with them. My wedding went perfectly and I will remember it for the rest of my life.
