From the beginning stages of planning to the grand exit at the end of the night our Event Planner and Conference Center Team will be there to ensure your wedding day is a day you can cherish in your heart forever. We provide onsite catering, with our kitchen staff having carefully crafted a delicious menu for you to select from.

helpful. The lighting was romantic and the setup was really nice. They offered some of the decorations so that made it easier to come up with centerpiece ideas. I brought white chair covers and made lavender tulle bows to make it less business like. We used a projector screen to show the video of our wedding and then images that played during the entire reception. The food was good and ran by the Greenbrier. The dance floor was plenty big for our guests of about 50 but I have been to other receptions there with up to 100 guests with no issue. They accommodate well with the numbers. I also had my senior prom held at the tamarack. It is a nice atmosphere and very nice people.

edding. I had to go through the kitchen or through my guests to use the restroom. We rented all three of the sections of the ballroom and used one for the weddind and two for the reception. The sound system that they use in the ceremony room was horrible. I thought that the lighting they had in the rooms was pretty/romantic and the carpet wasn't atrocious as many conference centers are. There were several patrons of Tamarack that came by, which was ok, but I felt like they were staring at a show or something... it was my wedding, not entertainment. The servers at the dinner cut my cake, and they cut huge pieces. In the end they did not save a single piece for us to eat.
As far as value goes, they jack up the price like many hotels or places with in house catering would, so it was about average.
Overall it was ok, and if I could choose Tamarck to have my wedding in again I would. I would bring in my own sound, and give the servers strict instructions on my CAKE. But the ballroom allows for you to build a custom ceremony room with pretty lighting, which is vital to setting the mood.
