We hosted a 200-person Destination Wedding weekend in Las Vegas. We worked with Tara for both our welcome party and our wedding day. We credit Tara with the most epic Welcome Event...
of all time. Thanks to her, our guests experienced new Las Vegas (Resorts World/Wynn/Fontainebleau), classic Vegas (Paris/Bellagio), and old Las Vegas with a night on Fremont Street. It gave everyone a true sense of everything the city has to offer.
From the Bride: My husband and I were long-distance for 6 of the 9 months we spent planning. From three different time zones, Tara made it feel like we were always in sync. No matter how many weddings you attend or how often you watch Father of the Bride, nothing truly prepares you for planning your own.
Our venue included Chiavari chairs; however, against my family and the groom’s wishes, I chose to rent chairs for the ceremony and reception. Tara coordinated consultations and proposals with five vendors to ensure we got the best price in the city. Gmail logged over 114 emails in rental chains alone, not including countless calls and texts. Ultimately, the groom and FOB agreed the rentals were 100% worth it, especially after seeing the photos. I’m so glad I stood firm, but even more grateful to Tara for taking all the time in the world to make me feel comfortable and confident moving forward in this decision.
Tara was always organized, never pushy. Her presence made the entire process feel effortless. Tara has incredible emotional intelligence and grace under pressure. She kept us on schedule, managed all vendor communication seamlessly, and represented us and our event with warmth, professionalism, and joy.
From the Groom: Tara is the perfect balance between a friendly, caring vibe that never oversteps, and strong organization, poise, and leadership. She has incredible intuition, knowing when to offer guidance and when to step back and let the couple make their own decisions.
The planning process was organized, with frequent calls and check-ins that helped us feel confident and prepared for the big day. Throughout the process, Tara provided excellent vendor recommendations and was thoughtful in ensuring we had the right people for our specific needs. Every vendor she connected us with was vetted, experienced, and delivered when it mattered most.
On the actual wedding day, Tara and her team (shoutout to Danielle and Matt!) were completely locked in, making everything seamless for us. Their day of execution was next level… There were so many little things they handled that saved us time and made the day more enjoyable. From coordinating our photos before the party started to getting us drinks and always ensuring we were in the right place at the right time, they handled it all.
We are so glad we got to work with Tara. She truly made our dream day more special and smooth, and we will forever be grateful to her! With the help of Tara Dugan, we were able to spoil everyone who traveled so far and share just how much this city means to us.
We can’t say enough great things about Tara and her team at Tara Marie Events; hiring Tara was, hands down, the best decision we made for our destination wedding weekend!
From the ...
very beginning, Tara was our ROCK! My fiancé and I had so many ideas about how we wanted our wedding weekend to be, but we were all over the place with no clear vision. Tara was there to ask all the right questions, guide us, provide advice, give honest answers and opinions and when it was time to create our design…she absolutely nailed it, and it was PERFECTION!
Throughout the planning process, Tara was professional, organized, and incredibly thoughtful. She provided detailed information and pricing from vendors, went the extra mile to make sure everyone understood our vision, and only recommended people she knew would be a great fit for us. She was our voice, and we trusted her completely!
Our wedding spanned three days. For the rehearsal dinner, Tara created an intimate cocktail hour and dinner with custom menus and elegant, understated décor. The welcome reception had a lively and exciting vibe, with a creative food and beverage menu and lots of personal touches. On our wedding day, Tara coordinated everything from room setups to moving guests between spaces, as well as coordinating outfit and HMU changes for me. The entire weekend, our guests kept telling us how seamless and beautiful everything was, and how friendly and attentive Tara was, and we couldn’t agree more! Walking into our reception and seeing how it all came together was surreal; it was everything we’d hoped for and more!
From day one, we knew Tara and her team were dedicated to making our wedding perfect for US, but what mattered most was how personal the entire experience felt. We really enjoyed the planning process and were fortunate to be able to fly to Vegas for a couple of meetings. By the time our wedding day arrived, we didn’t just have an incredible planner – we had a dear friend and for that we are truly grateful!
Hiring Tara as a full-time wedding planner is the best decision you could ever make! My husband and I got married in Las Vegas while living in Florida and hiring a wedding planner ...
was a must for us. What we didn’t expect was to find someone who took all of the stress of wedding planning totally out of the equation. From choosing a venue while on the other side of the country to photography, DJ and everything in between the process was totally seamless. When I say my jaw literally hit the floor when I saw how everything came to life I am not exaggerating! From the moment you meet her you will feel immediately relieved and if you are as lucky as we are you will end the process with a friend :)
Choosing to work with Tara Marie Events was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From our very first video call, Tara made me feel completely at ease. Her ...
organization, attention to detail, and genuine care for making our day perfect were evident from the start. No detail was too small, and everything was handled seamlessly.
Given that ours was a destination wedding for most of our guests, I had concerns about logistics—particularly transporting everyone from Mandalay Bay to the Little White Chapel and back for the reception at Mandalay Bay. However, Tara and her team made the entire process effortless. Everything ran like clockwork, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how smoothly the day unfolded.
Tara went above and beyond in so many ways. A standout moment was when she personally requested our special Scottish song from the live band at the reception and even took the time to capture the entire moment on our phone, ensuring we’ll always have that memory preserved. Those thoughtful, personal touches are what truly set Tara apart.
As someone who is normally in control and used to organizing family events, it was a relief to feel so taken care of. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond to ensure your wedding day is flawless, I wholeheartedly recommend Tara Marie Events. You’ll be in the best hands possible!

y vision, question, and last minute frantic text was always answered and executed with grace, passion, and excellence. I can not recommend Tara enough to anyone who is looking to execute your dream wedding! Our wedding day was so seamless with not a worry in our mind :)

l on track while planning my 150 person Vegas wedding from NYC. I worked primarily with Danielle who was so helpful & vital to our wedding's success! On the day of, I didn't have to stress about anything - Danielle helped our (huge) wedding party feel calm, relaxed, and prepared. During consultations, Danielle was friendly, communicative, and respectful of our wedding vision while also giving extremely useful feedback and advice on how best to proceed. TME also helped us procure and secure key vendors and handled coordination the weeks leading up to / on the day of the wedding. The timeline put together by TME was thorough and thoughtful and helped us feel at ease during what can be a stressful time. As a planner and project manager, I wasn't sure of the need for a wedding coordinator but cannot recommend it enough so you can focus on you and your partner on day of the wedding. Danielle was always a text away to ease any worries or help me resolve issues. Highly recommend TME!!

s composure and ability to make everything appear effortless really helped put us at ease during times when we felt very overwhelmed by the whole process (we’re natural worriers and tend to get hung up on perfecting every detail) but rest-assured that your day will turn out even more perfect than you could imagine. Our entire wedding weekend was beautifully orchestrated by Tara and her team and we literally didn’t have to worry about one single thing on the day of the wedding. Any vendor logistics, last minute tasks, or any other day-of craziness (if there was any) was nowhere to be seen. Everything was taken-care-of and we were completely free to enjoy our wedding day. We absolutely loved working with Tara (she really thinks of every last detail). Our guests loved her as well and raved about her throughout the weekend. We’re just so thrilled with everything about our wedding and it’s all thanks to Tara.

ed alongside Danielle at our first meeting and then starting 60 days before our wedding day as well as on the big day. She was really helpful with any questions I needed answered as well as asking all of the right questions to make our day so special. We are so grateful for her vibes, good energy, and overall ability to be flexible with us. We had a few hour long calls every couple of weeks to go over the full wedding day timeline that she curated after we had filled out a survey with all of the pertaining questions. It was so great having someone to bring everything we wanted to life including an impromptu picture taking with each table, gathering people for the Hora, and being the general person for all of the backstage stuff. Thank you Danielle and Tara Marie Events for bringing everything together.

uld’ve easily been a terribly stressful time into a fun and enjoyable one.
Tara is the perfect combination of fun, creative, and organized—she helped transform our ideas into reality and then some. She connected us with incredible vendors and kept us on track with communication and deadlines every step of the way, which was sorely needed because organization is not our strong suit as a couple!
Our wedding day was TRULY perfect—I cannot think of a single thing I would change and it’s really thanks to Tara. She had the entire day under control from start to finish and I wasn’t worried about a thing! I don’t think I fielded a single question or concern from anyone the entire day. We were able to just relax and enjoy the moment with everything taken care of. We’re still getting compliments on how great the wedding was over a month later! Wedding planning can be a nightmare (or so I’ve heard) but Tara made it a fun, happy experience from start to finish and executed our vision for the day even better than we’d pictured it. We can’t recommend her enough!
I cannot recommend Tara enough! She exceeded all of my expectations and made our wedding planning experience stress free. She is extremely professional, organized, and very detail ...
oriented. We really would not have been able to pull it off without her! She was able to bring my vision to life seamlessly. All the highest praises to Tara, if you need an exceptional wedding planner, she is your girl!
We got married two months ago. In the engagement process, we couldn’t imagine the planning or execution going any smoother than it did. She thought of things we didn’t even think a...
bout and gave us insight when we needed it. We were extremely busy during our 10 month engagement with work, school, and unforeseen family challenges-- I have no idea how we would have done it without Tara! Tara made the wedding planning stress-free and enjoyable. She was also phenomenal with working with our budget and helping our wedding look and feel incredible, while being efficient with our finances.
Then on the day of she was a rockstar! She ensured everything went smoothly and seamlessly-- while also frequently checking in on each of us. As my husband loves to say about Tara, she was our wedding planner, therapist at times, and most importantly our friend now. Our wedding was beautiful and everything we could ever want for our special day!
Overall, we were incredibly blessed to have Tara plan our wedding. She truly was/is a God send! People have told us it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to and we know that was due to Tara. We cannot recommend her enough- if you are looking for a wedding planner look no further!

ding! We wanted to create a simple yet beautiful wedding, and I believe we achieved that. We knew the day would be special and beautiful for us, and our hope was that our wedding would bring out love and joy in our guests as well. As I look back on our wedding, I am so happy because it was everything we hoped it would be, and we could not have pulled this off without Tara. Tara’s vendor recommendations, insight, attention to details -- and so much more -- allowed us to focus on the things we needed and wanted to focus on.
Tara was our friend and guide through the process -- our eyes to see things we might not, our ears to hear what we needed even if we didn’t know ourselves. She was a trusted advisor who supported us through the process and ensured things fell into place -- all the while having fun which was super important to us. It was incredibly valuable to have someone at our side to make recommendations, offer her perspective, and ensure the process went smoothly from start to finish. Tara was open and honest, and through collaboration and partnership, we were able to create the wedding of our dreams, the perfect start to our lives together. Throughout the planning process, Tara recognized and understood I wanted to be very involved in the details. She always kept me informed, and it never felt like I was overstepping, rather that we were working in-step with one another. It was a collaboration I valued greatly through the process.
And because I trusted her completely, I was calm in the days leading up to the wedding. When the day of the wedding arrived, we were relaxed and completely at peace which allowed us to have fun and enjoy each moment as it unfolded, which was very important to us. We were able to achieve all of this because of Tara!
Hands down the best decision we made in wedding plan was hiring Tara with Tara Marie Events! The planning process can be stressful, but Tara made the process so easy and fun! We ha...
d a large wedding which was really much more like large-scale event (two different performers, fireworks, four different areas in the venue to decorate and move guests to and from) and Tara not only coordinated it all but it all ran ON TIME!
Tara isn’t only exceptional at coordinating, but also making the best suggestions from everything from the florist and videographer to what side of the aisle our parents should sit on to get the best view of their child during the ceremony. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and we greatly appreciated how she would provide her true opinion and give us the space to decide what we wanted. She guided us towards creating the most beautiful wedding day with her expert tips and advice and ensured that the day was still 100% true to us as a couple.
Tara is also incredibly good at being in your corner. Whether it’s a vendor who isn’t providing what they agreed to or a bridesmaid who’s driving you crazy or just day-of nerves, Tara is there to put out any fires, find you a space to vent, or give you a pep talk before your first look. She is the person you want by your side every step of the way! And I don’t just say this, but I actually gifted full planning by Tara and Tara Marie Events to my best friend for her wedding, because there’s truly no one better than Tara and her team!
Also, this is not just the opinion of the bride, but my husband as well was incredibly impressed by how flawlessly Tara planned executed all of the details of our rehearsal dinner, wedding, and day after brunch, all while keeping us and any needs we had throughout the process and day-of at the forefront of her attention. She went above and beyond to make sure our special day was really about us, and she took such good care of us that we could genuinely enjoy every part of our day/wedding weekend, without having to worry about a thing!
Thank you, Tara for making our wedding weekend the best weekend of our lives!

one call so we could connect even more. From our first conversation, Tara was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and asked such important questions while we were looking for a venue. Her warmth, creativity, understanding of the business, and experience make her the best of the best. I experienced family emergencies during my wedding planning process, and Tara was so wonderful with dealing with vendors and making sure we were on track to get everything done but also giving me space to deal with personal matters, as well. On the day of the wedding, I woke up calm and excited. I had zero worries about anything, and that’s because I fully trusted Tara to take care of it all. As someone who is extremely organized and detail-oriented, I was so relieved to feel comfortable to fully give all of the day’s responsibility and planning to Tara. She made my wedding absolutely perfect. I feel so blessed to have met Tara and have had her with me throughout the entire process. Every single vendor she suggested was fabulous and I am so happy to say there wasn’t one thing I’d change about my wedding day. I can confidently say that any wedding or event that Tara is part of will be beautiful, easy, and a great experience. Tara is a fabulous wedding planner because of her organization, network, attention to detail, and ability to get things done. But above that, Tara is my lifelong friend because of her compassionate personality, love, and understanding. I can’t recommend her enough!

th their eyes closed. They are both super sweet, knowledgeable, and responsive. We started working together 2 months out, creating the timeline and making sure all the details were in place to create the day we imagined. They had great working relationships with all of our vendors, we basically had to show up and everything was in place! They were both a godsend the day of our wedding. They guided us through the entire day, kept us on time, hydrated, and provided the copious amount of bandaids I needed for my achy feet. This day truly could not have happened without these two, and we cannot recommend these lovely ladies enough.

On our big day, she had her whole team there to help make sure that every little moving part was covered and the whole “Tara’s crew” was nothing less than wonderful. Everybody was so experienced, professional and personable with upbeat attitudes (S/O to Danielle). It made our special day even better. Hiring Tara was the best decision for our wedding. Thank you Tara.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything Tara. We love ya!

n our wedding day, but from the moment we had our first call with her! She helped solidify our day-of timeline, kept us organized and on track, took care of things we didn't have time for, navigated changing our 80 person wedding into a 50 person wedding only two weeks before our big day, and provided seamless support on the day of our wedding. She did a great job communicating with our vendors, venue and wedding party. There is so much she did behind the scenes and there are countless things we are grateful to have had her supporting us. Planning a wedding during COVID was a nightmare, and somehow she made it fun for us. Tara is very professional, easy to work with, incredibly flexible, and caring. Her demeanor is calm, cool, and collected - she kept everyone grounded and stress-free. She gave us a dream day that we will never forget. Do not hesitate to book her- we will recommend her to everyone. Thank you will never be enough!

ble and supportive during the wedding planning process. Tara was definitely the catalyst for our seamless wedding day timeline. I initially was planning for a 10am ceremony and a 5pm reception. On our first meeting, she strongly advised against it and I am so glad I listened to her advice. This first step in the wedding planning process allowed us to have a perfect wedding day. Tara is very knowledgeable in all wedding things. When the pandemic hit, my husband and I were in such a predicament, debating on whether to postpone or not. Of course, Tara reached out to make sure we were okay. Our first decision was to postpone, but a month before the wedding, we decided to go through with it and have an intimate wedding. With such short notice, Tara was able to pull everything off seamlessly. She was in contact with all our wedding vendors to update them on our change and made sure all our vendors were on site the time they needed to be. As the bride, I felt like the wedding day was absolutely perfect. Of course, Tara, my MOH and bridesmaids took care of all the stresses that come with the wedding day so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. On my special day, if she wasn't by my side making sure I had water to drink, she was occupied elsewhere making sure everything was going according to plan. I am so glad we had Tara on board. Planning a wedding is hard enough, but planning a wedding during a pandemic is something I don't wish on anyone. Tara was my lifesaver and the reason why we were able to have the wedding of my dreams!

om the beginning she was so personable and easy to talk to. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, she was available for all our needs and concerns amid all the changes. She communicated with all our vendors, our venue, our wedding party. When we decided to change our wedding into a mini ceremony, Tara quickly took charge. The day of the wedding, she took care of all the nuances and details that would have put such a damper and increased stress for us had we not had her on our team. My fiancee and I are so grateful. She really went above and beyond. So get a planner, and get Tara! We would hire her again in a heartbeat...actually we are, for our bigger wedding next year!

From the first day we contacted her, up until our wedding day, we always felt like she was there every step of the way. If we had a question, she was there to answer it. If we needed help, she was there to help. She is so sweet, kind and so great to be around!
To all the couples out there, it can be a bit stressful and feel like a lot, but Tara will help you every step of the way and you won't regret it!

On the wedding day, she and her assistant Danielle did a phenomenal job making sure everything went according to schedule and made us feel very comfortable so we can actually enjoy our day. I would highly recommend Tara!

hat this was overwhelming and I needed someone to hire for full-time planning. With very little notice Tara was willing to take on the challenge of putting together our wedding with very little time. Tara the entire process was great about getting My wife and mine's availability to setup tastings, viewings of different vendors, walking our event space, etc. She is prompt to respond by text, phone, and e-mail and I never felt a gap or loss of communication. Most importantly, she put together a wedding that beat our own visions of our wedding space. We tasked her with creating a Great Gatsby vibe for our wedding with music, decorations, and theme. Our wedding space with our meager budget looked like it was straight from the movie. We are months out from our wedding date and are still receiving compliments about our wedding. I highly recommend Tara and cannot say enough about how painless, efficient, and wonderful our wedding process was. Thank you Tara.

g Tara to plan our wedding. Over a few video phone calls and a ton of emails, she was able to ‘get us’ entirely and plan something that was extravagant and intimate and exactly what we wanted all at the same time.
Tara’s recommendations suited us absolutely perfectly. The ceremony location, the reception venue, the photographer, the celebrant, the DJ and music, the string trio for the ceremony, the food, the stationery, the furniture and the decorations were all exactly what we wanted. Tara’s choices were so amazing, she picked things we didn’t even know we wanted until she suggested them.
Despite our last-minute questions and changes, and 50MPH wind the day of, Tara took everything in stride and not once did we feel like we were being difficult. The entire day was absolutely seamless and there wasn’t a thing that could have been better. We’ve received countless compliments from our friends and family about how amazing and how fun the day was.
Tara, thankyou so much. Words can’t describe just how brilliant our day was thanks to you. We’re really glad to have met you too.
Love,
Kerryn and Chris

ys thought she was lovely. Ten years later, wedding planning time rolls around and I know that Tara had started her planning business so I reached out to her for help with my planning process. My husband and I both thought she was the right person for our wedding and she proved to be beyond what I expected. Most of the time, when working with a friend or someone I know, I have prepared myself to be disappointed and put some distance in the friendship, but after having Tara do our wedding planning, my respect for her as a person and a planner is tremendous. She pulled off a perfectly timed and wonderfully planned evening and was a constant source of guidance during the whole process. Even when vendors were difficult to coordinate with and get responses from, I could always count on Tara to sort it out and be on top of every detail. I could not have done any of this without her. Thank you Tara, from the bottom of mine and Wes’ hearts!
We hired Tara for full-planning. It was one of the best decisions we made! Tara is very knowledgeable about vendors and venues. She handles everything and made us feel very at ease...
about the entire process. She always offered her opinion, but never pressured us which we appreciated. For about 1 year, we talked almost every day about the wedding. She really cares and always puts her clients first. We became friends throughout the whole process. She has great taste and knows how to put your vision into reality. She also has very good attention to detail. We highly recommend Tara!

Over the 9 or 10 month process we got to know Tara and consider her a friend. If we have any parties to plan she will be our first phone call.
With every wedding there were some stressful moments leading up to the big day but my wife and I didn't have to worry because we knew Tara and her team would make sure everything went off without a hitch.
I'm not sure words can prepare you for how much you need Tara! Not only on our wedding day but throughout the entire planning Tara was there to help guide us through every single s...
tep of the way. Rest assured that everything will be thought of and taken care of, that all you need to do is relax and enjoy yourself! Looking back on our wedding day, it would've been a very different experience without Tara. We are forever grateful for her expertise.
Tara was the single best investment of our wedding. My husband and I live in MN and Tara made planning from afar simple. She spent time getting to know us and quickly understood an...

day! Her attention to detail and passion for love exudes from her. We didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day either. Tara was in constant communication with us and really helped flow so smoothly.. top KNOTch! We even had some of our family members coming up to us to tell us how sweet and helpful she was with them!! We couldn't be happier with everything.. I wish we could do it all over again! But I think that's just me being selfish haha!
Thanks Tara!
Working with Tara was the highlight of our wedding experience! We are from Canada and retained her on a limited basis to help with our destination wedding in Las Vegas. She helped ...
us with suggestions of venues and vendors throughout the process and then managed everything on the day so everything went smoothly.
Tara has great experience and expertise and, although I intially did some internet research and had my own thoughts about where I thought I wanted my wedding to be, we ultimately went with her suggestion for venue and IT WAS AMAZING! She got our vision and helped us execute accordingly.
On the day she managed everything so efficiently. There was no task too big or small - from holding my baby to managing my guests haha
My husband and I agree that hiring Tara was the best money we spent during the wedding process.
Besides all that excellent service Tara is a wonderful person who puts her heart into her work. It was a pleasure to work with her and get to know her!

e most of our guest would be coming from) and wanted to celebrate our wedding in Las Vegas you made the process so easy!
From helping us pick the venue where we wanted a view of the strip (Harder than you think in Vegas) to assisting us with all our vendor selections you really made it an enjoyable process! You understood the vision for our day and the fact that we are not a PDA couple and made us feel completely comfortable. The first time we met face to face what at the rehearsal the day before the wedding and you honestly came into your own. You had all of us wedding newbies organized and confident that we knew what we were doing and where we should be on the day of the ceremony.
I honestly cant thank you enough for helping Paul and my vision come to fruition from so far away with so little stress and ensuring the day ran perfectly. Your level of detail is incredible (even down to knowing what myself and Paul drank and ensuring we never had an empty glass), the wedding ceremony and reception were all we could have dreamed of whilst keeping it to our style and aesthetic at all times.
I think I can speak for both of us when I say you services were the best money we spent on our day and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. As Paul said, he would definitely use you again for his next wedding haha!
Thank you so much Tara for making our wedding so special and enjoyable!
Tara is amazing! We had a destination wedding in Las Vegas from Arkansas. Tara knows all the best vendors and made the whole planning process to easy. I was warned over and over th...
at I was going to hate wedding planning, and that it would be stressful, and that I'd be glad when it was over. I can honestly say that Tara made our wedding none of those things. I really enjoyed the planning. I was not stressed at all, and I was so sad when it was over. Tara took care of literally everything. On the day of the wedding, I was relaxing in a hot tub with my friends and my sister said, "I hate you. How are you able to just sit here with us on your wedding day?" My answer was, "Tara's got everything covered. I don't need to do anything." I told Tara in the beginning of our relationship that I really didn't have great vision when it came to decorating. She was incredibly creative and everything from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception was gorgeous. I have zero complaints and our wedding went off without a hitch. Work with Tara. You will not regret it!
I have worked with Tara for about 10 years and she has NEVER seized to amaze me! Her attention to detail and passion behind planning shines in the first moment of meeting! Her idea...
s are efficient, unique, and truly genuine to make the best day ever! It is so rare to find a creative mind while obtaining the focus she has :) I have been so lucky to use her planning strategy in my own event and could not believe how organized and flawless she created my day. I know the wedding I was apart of gave me WAY TOO MUCH credit, she saved the event. I was lost without her directions & am so grateful for her! I couldn't be more proud to support her business and this journey she has been successful at! Trust is key, & her integrity is like no other!! Keep up the good work Tara, you're the best!!
We cannot express how grateful we are for Tara! We are from Toronto Canada, and she planned our beautiful Nevada desert wedding down to the very last detail. Tara is incredibly pro...
fessional, kind and incredibly creative. She understood our vision and brought every aspect to life. Our guests were completely delighted by the venue, decor, treats, and staff that Tara expertly arranged for our special day. Her vendor contacts provided excellent service, and beautiful work. Her gentle, calm and kind demeanour kept everyone relaxed, and our wedding went off without a hitch! Tara was such an important part of our experience, and we cannot thank her enough! xo Dominique + Scott Fitz

ng deadlines and meeting with us whenever we were in town. She's also not afraid to advocate for us when needed. For example, our venue tried to pressure us into setting up the bar in a different location than what was originally agreed upon a few days before the wedding, and Tara stood up for us and insisted that the bar be set-up where we wanted it to be. It also helps that she has a great eye for design so I trusted her with her recommendations whenever I wasn't sure about where and how to set things.
I had always worried about having a coordinator who either was too overbearing and controlling or too unreliable to trust with such an important day. Tara has the great ability to ...
sense how you like to operate and then maintains that style on your day. She guided us through our wedding day in the most relaxed manor making sure everything happened when and how we wanted them too. We never once felt like we we being forced along a timeline. She let our wedding be our wedding. Can’t reccomend her enough!

She responded to my emails very quickly and whenever I had a concern she knew exactly how to resolve it. I could not have had a smoother rehearsal and wedding without her! he most crucial point, made it all come together seamlessly! She really treats you like a friend, making herself available through calls, texts, and/or emails and thinking of everything. You need her.. trust me!

h her every step of the way and never failed to accommodate any requests that she might have had. Tara has a great personality and was easy to talk to. She made this whole process a breeze and we wouldn't have wanted it any other way! Knowing how easily stressed my sister gets, it was so great to have someone like Tara guiding her along the way and putting her mind at ease. If you're looking for someone who will help you with anything that you might need to make your wedding as special and stress-free as possible, Tara is your girl!

Tara in person, I was instantly relieved and knew I could trust her! She was there through my entire planning process and available for any questions or issues I had. She made herself available through a call, text, or email and would always get right back to me. On the day of our wedding, I felt so taken care of. Tara made sure everything went according to plan with setting everything up exactly the way I had pictured, keeping all the vendors informed and on track and making sure we were running on time. Her day of assistant was also very warm and helpful! While she felt like a friend, she is also very professional and her number one priority was making sure that my husband I were happy, and we were!
