We hired Tara Marie Events for our May wedding in Las Vegas as a day-of-coordinator. They were on the preferred vendors list at our venue and we were so happy to find them. We worked alongside Danielle at our first meeting and then starting 60 days before our wedding day as well as on the big day. She was really helpful with any questions I needed answered as well as asking all of the right questions to make our day so special. We are so grateful for her vibes, good energy, and overall ability to be flexible with us. We had a few hour long calls every couple of weeks to go over the full wedding day timeline that she curated after we had filled out a survey with all of the pertaining questions. It was so great having someone to bring everything we wanted to life including an impromptu picture taking with each table, gathering people for the Hora, and being the general person for all of the backstage stuff. Thank you Danielle and Tara Marie Events for bringing everything together.

Working with Tara was without a doubt the most important decision we made in the wedding planning process. She put our minds at ease from our very first phone call and made what could’ve easily been a terribly stressful time into a fun and enjoyable one. Tara is the perfect combination of fun, creative, and organized—she helped transform our ideas into reality and then some. She connected us with incredible vendors and kept us on track with communication and deadlines every step of the way, which was sorely needed because organization is not our strong suit as a couple! Our wedding day was TRULY perfect—I cannot think of a single thing I would change and it’s really thanks to Tara. She had the entire day under control from start to finish and I wasn’t worried about a thing! I don’t think I fielded a single question or concern from anyone the entire day. We were able to just relax and enjoy the moment with everything taken care of. We’re still getting compliments on how great the wedding was over a month later! Wedding planning can be a nightmare (or so I’ve heard) but Tara made it a fun, happy experience from start to finish and executed our vision for the day even better than we’d pictured it. We got married two months ago. In the engagement process, we couldn’t imagine the planning or execution going any smoother than it did. She thought of things we didn’t even think about and gave us insight when we needed it. We were extremely busy during our 10 month engagement with work, school, and unforeseen family challenges-- I have no idea how we would have done it without Tara! Tara made the wedding planning stress-free and enjoyable. She was also phenomenal with working with our budget and helping our wedding look and feel incredible, while being efficient with our finances. Then on the day of she was a rockstar! She ensured everything went smoothly and seamlessly-- while also frequently checking in on each of us. As my husband loves to say about Tara, she was our wedding planner, therapist at times, and most importantly our friend now. Our wedding was beautiful and everything we could ever want for our special day! Overall, we were incredibly blessed to have Tara plan our wedding. She truly was/is a God send! Trusting Tara with such an important role was the most important decision we made, and we could not be happier she was our partner through the wonderful process of planning our wedding! We wanted to create a simple yet beautiful wedding, and I believe we achieved that. Throughout the planning process, Tara recognized and understood I wanted to be very involved in the details. She always kept me informed, and it never felt like I was overstepping, rather that we were working in-step with one another. It was a collaboration I valued greatly through the process. And because I trusted her completely, I was calm in the days leading up to the wedding. When the day of the wedding arrived, we were relaxed and completely at peace which allowed us to have fun and enjoy each moment as it unfolded, which was very important to us. We were able to achieve all of this because of Tara!

Hands down the best decision we made in wedding plan was hiring Tara with Tara Marie Events! The planning process can be stressful, but Tara made the process so easy and fun! We had a large wedding which was really much more like large-scale event (two different performers, fireworks, four different areas in the venue to decorate and move guests to and from) and Tara not only coordinated it all but it all ran ON TIME! Tara isn’t only exceptional at coordinating, but also making the best suggestions from everything from the florist and videographer to what side of the aisle our parents should sit on to get the best view of their child during the ceremony. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and we greatly appreciated how she would provide her true opinion and give us the space to decide what we wanted. She guided us towards creating the most beautiful wedding day with her expert tips and advice and ensured that the day was still 100% true to us as a couple. Tara is also incredibly good at being in your corner. Whether it’s a vendor who isn’t providing what they agreed to or a bridesmaid who’s driving you crazy or just day-of nerves, Tara is there to put out any fires, find you a space to vent, or give you a pep talk before your first look. She is the person you want by your side every step of the way! And I don’t just say this, but I actually gifted full planning by Tara and Tara Marie Events to my best friend for her wedding, because there’s truly no one better than Tara and her team! Also, this is not just the opinion of the bride, but my husband as well was incredibly impressed by how flawlessly Tara planned executed all of the details of our rehearsal dinner, wedding, and day after brunch, all while keeping us and any needs we had throughout the process and day-of at the forefront of her attention. She went above and beyond to make sure our special day was really about us, and she took such good care of us that we could genuinely enjoy every part of our day/wedding weekend, without having to worry about a thing! When I was first looking for a wedding planner, I was immediately drawn to Tara because she was the only person who wanted our initial talk to be over FaceTime instead of just a phone call so we could connect even more. From our first conversation, Tara was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and asked such important questions while we were looking for a venue. Her warmth, creativity, understanding of the business, and experience make her the best of the best. I experienced family emergencies during my wedding planning process, and Tara was so wonderful with dealing with vendors and making sure we were on track to get everything done but also giving me space to deal with personal matters, as well. On the day of the wedding, I woke up calm and excited. I had zero worries about anything, and that’s because I fully trusted Tara to take care of it all. As someone who is extremely organized and detail-oriented, I was so relieved to feel comfortable to fully give all of the day’s responsibility and planning to Tara. She made my wedding absolutely perfect. I feel so blessed to have met Tara and have had her with me throughout the entire process. Every single vendor she suggested was fabulous and I am so happy to say there wasn’t one thing I’d change about my wedding day. I can confidently say that any wedding or event that Tara is part of will be beautiful, easy, and a great experience. Tara is a fabulous wedding planner because of her organization, network, attention to detail, and ability to get things done. But above that, Tara is my lifelong friend because of her compassionate personality, love, and understanding. I can’t recommend her enough!

Hiring Tara & Dani for our day-of coordination services was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. These ladies really know their stuff—they could do their jobs with their eyes closed. They are both super sweet, knowledgeable, and responsive. We started working together 2 months out, creating the timeline and making sure all the details were in place to create the day we imagined. They had great working relationships with all of our vendors, we basically had to show up and everything was in place! They were both a godsend the day of our wedding. They guided us through the entire day, kept us on time, hydrated, and provided the copious amount of bandaids I needed for my achy feet. This day truly could not have happened without these two, and we cannot recommend these lovely ladies enough.

Tara is amazing! Seriously, we could never have done it without her help. There’re so many different vendors we needed to work with, and oh God! trying to communicate to all of them about different things at the same time was more than overwhelming. Tara was so helpful, on point, organized, above and beyond. She handled all of that for us and made sure everything got done correctly and smoothly. On our big day, she had her whole team there to help make sure that every little moving part was covered and the whole “Tara’s crew” was nothing less than wonderful. I would personally like to thank you for your experience, caring and love on the most special day of my daughters life. Danielle was my lifeline throughout our wedding planning! Not for a even a second did she falter from being upbeat and just having an amazing attitude. Wow - where do I even begin? Tara is the most put together, well spoken + bad ass human I've ever met. With moving our wedding due to COVID to having to change venues all together, Tara handled everything grace + poise. I mean this whole heartedly when I say I could NOT have done it without Tara. We worked together seamlessly even though I was located in Dallas the entire time. I owe Tara every special moment + fond memory I have from my wedding day. Tara is the only reason we were able to pull off a wedding in 2020. We hired her as a partial planner, and could not have done it without her. She went above and beyond, not just on our wedding day, but from the moment we had our first call with her! She helped solidify our day-of timeline, kept us organized and on track, took care of things we didn't have time for, navigated changing our 80 person wedding into a 50 person wedding only two weeks before our big day, and provided seamless support on the day of our wedding. She did a great job communicating with our vendors, venue and wedding party. There is so much she did behind the scenes and there are countless things we are grateful to have had her supporting us. Planning a wedding during COVID was a nightmare, and somehow she made it fun for us. Tara is very professional, easy to work with, incredibly flexible, and caring. Her demeanor is calm, cool, and collected - she kept everyone grounded and stress-free. She gave us a dream day that we will never forget. From start to finish, Tara and Danielle were incredible. I had already booked all of my vendors, so their 60 day package was priced just right. The day of, Danielle just blew me away. The hardest decision I had was moving the ceremony inside due to weather, and no one knew that any changes were made. Everything fell into place so that we could just enjoy our day.

I first communicated with Tara the summer of 2019 to help coordinate our October 2020 wedding. From the moment I first reached out to her, she has been so proactive, easily accessible and supportive during the wedding planning process. Tara was definitely the catalyst for our seamless wedding day timeline. I initially was planning for a 10am ceremony and a 5pm reception. On our first meeting, she strongly advised against it and I am so glad I listened to her advice. This first step in the wedding planning process allowed us to have a perfect wedding day. Tara is very knowledgeable in all wedding things. When the pandemic hit, my husband and I were in such a predicament, debating on whether to postpone or not. Of course, Tara reached out to make sure we were okay. Our first decision was to postpone, but a month before the wedding, we decided to go through with it and have an intimate wedding. With such short notice, Tara was able to pull everything off seamlessly. She was in contact with all our wedding vendors to update them on our change and made sure all our vendors were on site the time they needed to be. As the bride, I felt like the wedding day was absolutely perfect. Of course, Tara, my MOH and bridesmaids took care of all the stresses that come with the wedding day so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. On my special day, if she wasn't by my side making sure I had water to drink, she was occupied elsewhere making sure everything was going according to plan. I am so glad we had Tara on board. Planning a wedding is hard enough, but planning a wedding during a pandemic is something I don't wish on anyone. Tara was my lifesaver and the reason why we were able to have the wedding of my dreams!

Coming into wedding planning, my fiancée and I were not even sure if we needed a wedding planner or not, but OMG we are so glad we got one...and particularly that we hired Tara. From the beginning she was so personable and easy to talk to. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, she was available for all our needs and concerns amid all the changes. She communicated with all our vendors, our venue, our wedding party. When we decided to change our wedding into a mini ceremony, Tara quickly took charge. The day of the wedding, she took care of all the nuances and details that would have put such a damper and increased stress for us had we not had her on our team. My fiancee and I are so grateful. She really went above and beyond. So get a planner, and get Tara! We would hire her again in a heartbeat...actually we are, for our bigger wedding next year!

We had Tara help us with our wedding in December and wouldn't change it for the world. We were traveling from Seattle to Las Vegas for our wedding and when you are planning a wedding in another state, it can be extremely stressful and a tad intimidating but Tara assured us that it would be worth it and she wasn't wrong! From the first day we contacted her, up until our wedding day, we always felt like she was there every step of the way. If we had a question, she was there to answer it. If we needed help, she was there to help. She is so sweet, kind and so great to be around! We had the pleasure of having Tara coordinate our wedding day upon recommendation from our photographer. She's such a lovely, kind, and helpful person. From our first email to our wedding day, she was always on top of all of our wedding's vendors and information. We had full trust in her due to her efficiency, advice, and confidence. We actually had some issues with one of our vendors and Tara went above and beyond to help make sure that vendor was going to show up on our wedding day so we didn't have to stress out. On the wedding day, she and her assistant Danielle did a phenomenal job making sure everything went according to schedule and made us feel very comfortable so we can actually enjoy our day. My fiance and I weren't planning to have anyone coordinate our wedding, but I'm so glad we changed our mind and hired Tara! It was the best decision we made in our planning process. It was so great to work with someone that 100% knew what they were doing - after our first phone call we quickly realized how much we needed help organizing and planning. I wouldn't have had such a perfect day if it wasn't far Tara and her services. Leading up to it she was so helpful, organized, responsive and just fantastic. Tara saved our wedding, this is not an understatement. I naively thought I could plan the wedding myself while juggling the duties of my full-time job. It became apparent quick that this was overwhelming and I needed someone to hire for full-time planning. With very little notice Tara was willing to take on the challenge of putting together our wedding with very little time. Tara the entire process was great about getting My wife and mine's availability to setup tastings, viewings of different vendors, walking our event space, etc. She is prompt to respond by text, phone, and e-mail and I never felt a gap or loss of communication. Most importantly, she put together a wedding that beat our own visions of our wedding space. We tasked her with creating a Great Gatsby vibe for our wedding with music, decorations, and theme. Our wedding space with our meager budget looked like it was straight from the movie. We are months out from our wedding date and are still receiving compliments about our wedding. I highly recommend Tara and cannot say enough about how painless, efficient, and wonderful our wedding process was. Thank you Tara.

To start, Tara is amazing and is the reason our wedding was genuinely perfect. We made planning extra hard by being 8000 miles away from Vegas, but we made the best choice in asking Tara to plan our wedding. Over a few video phone calls and a ton of emails, she was able to ‘get us’ entirely and plan something that was extravagant and intimate and exactly what we wanted all at the same time. Tara’s recommendations suited us absolutely perfectly. The ceremony location, the reception venue, the photographer, the celebrant, the DJ and music, the string trio for the ceremony, the food, the stationery, the furniture and the decorations were all exactly what we wanted. Tara’s choices were so amazing, she picked things we didn’t even know we wanted until she suggested them. Despite our last-minute questions and changes, and 50MPH wind the day of, Tara took everything in stride and not once did we feel like we were being difficult. The entire day was absolutely seamless and there wasn’t a thing that could have been better. Where do I start? First let me preface my review by saying that I have known Tara for years. I went to college with her and while we always got along, we were not close, but I always thought she was lovely. Ten years later, wedding planning time rolls around and I know that Tara had started her planning business so I reached out to her for help with my planning process. My husband and I both thought she was the right person for our wedding and she proved to be beyond what I expected. Most of the time, when working with a friend or someone I know, I have prepared myself to be disappointed and put some distance in the friendship, but after having Tara do our wedding planning, my respect for her as a person and a planner is tremendous. She pulled off a perfectly timed and wonderfully planned evening and was a constant source of guidance during the whole process. Even when vendors were difficult to coordinate with and get responses from, I could always count on Tara to sort it out and be on top of every detail. I could not have done any of this without her. We hired Tara for full-planning. It was one of the best decisions we made! Tara is very knowledgeable about vendors and venues. She handles everything and made us feel very at ease about the entire process. She always offered her opinion, but never pressured us which we appreciated. For about 1 year, we talked almost every day about the wedding. She really cares and always puts her clients first. We became friends throughout the whole process. She has great taste and knows how to put your vision into reality. She also has very good attention to detail. We highly recommend Tara!

Make this company your first call if you are planning on getting married in Las Vegas or anywhere this is the person you need to have on your team. Tara was excellent and our wedding could not have gone any better. Over the 9 or 10 month process we got to know Tara and consider her a friend. If we have any parties to plan she will be our first phone call. With every wedding there were some stressful moments leading up to the big day but my wife and I didn't have to worry because we knew Tara and her team would make sure everything went off without a hitch.

I'm not sure words can prepare you for how much you need Tara! Not only on our wedding day but throughout the entire planning Tara was there to help guide us through every single step of the way. Rest assured that everything will be thought of and taken care of, that all you need to do is relax and enjoy yourself! Tara was the single best investment of our wedding. My husband and I live in MN and Tara made planning from afar simple. She spent time getting to know us and quickly understood and exceeded our needs. She added a level of comfort in planning and coordinating. She’s organized, detail oriented, professional, and can pick up on style, overall vision, and needs of the bride and groom very easily. Our day wouldn’t have happened without her!

Tara was amazing from start to finish! When we first met to begin the planning, she was well prepared with the best vendors in town and had the best suggestions to personalize our day! Working with Tara was the highlight of our wedding experience! We are from Canada and retained her on a limited basis to help with our destination wedding in Las Vegas. She helped us with suggestions of venues and vendors throughout the process and then managed everything on the day so everything went smoothly. Tara has great experience and expertise and, although I intially did some internet research and had my own thoughts about where I thought I wanted my wedding to be, we ultimately went with her suggestion for venue and IT WAS AMAZING! She got our vision and helped us execute accordingly. On the day she managed everything so efficiently. There was no task too big or small - from holding my baby to managing my guests haha My husband and I agree that hiring Tara was the best money we spent during the wedding process. Besides all that excellent service Tara is a wonderful person who puts her heart into her work. It was a pleasure to work with her and get to know her!

From the beginning to the end Tara is amazing! Definitely is passionate in what she does and gets to know you as a couple and helps your vision of the BIG day become a reality. I literally did not have to worry about anything going wrong or something not being on time, Tara stays on top of everything and on everyone to ensure your day is flawless. Myself and Paul cant thank you enough Tara for helping us plan our wedding in Las Vegas on July the 18th 2018. Even though we live in Qatar, but are from Scotland originally (where most of our guest would be coming from) and wanted to celebrate our wedding in Las Vegas you made the process so easy! From helping us pick the venue where we wanted a view of the strip (Harder than you think in Vegas) to assisting us with all our vendor selections you really made it an enjoyable process! You understood the vision for our day and the fact that we are not a PDA couple and made us feel completely comfortable. The first time we met face to face what at the rehearsal the day before the wedding and you honestly came into your own. You had all of us wedding newbies organized and confident that we knew what we were doing and where we should be on the day of the ceremony. I honestly cant thank you enough for helping Paul and my vision come to fruition from so far away with so little stress and ensuring the day ran perfectly. Your level of detail is incredible (even down to knowing what myself and Paul drank and ensuring we never had an empty glass), the wedding ceremony and reception were all we could have dreamed of whilst keeping it to our style and aesthetic at all times. I think I can speak for both of us when I say you services were the best money we spent on our day and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. Tara is amazing! We had a destination wedding in Las Vegas from Arkansas. Tara knows all the best vendors and made the whole planning process to easy. I was warned over and over that I was going to hate wedding planning, and that it would be stressful, and that I'd be glad when it was over. I can honestly say that Tara made our wedding none of those things. I really enjoyed the planning. I was not stressed at all, and I was so sad when it was over. Tara took care of literally everything. On the day of the wedding, I was relaxing in a hot tub with my friends and my sister said, "I hate you. How are you able to just sit here with us on your wedding day?" My answer was, "Tara's got everything covered. I don't need to do anything." I told Tara in the beginning of our relationship that I really didn't have great vision when it came to decorating. She was incredibly creative and everything from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception was gorgeous. I have zero complaints and our wedding went off without a hitch. Work with Tara. I have worked with Tara for about 10 years and she has NEVER seized to amaze me! Her attention to detail and passion behind planning shines in the first moment of meeting! Her ideas are efficient, unique, and truly genuine to make the best day ever! We couldn't have pulled off our crazy wedding in Henderson, Nevada without Tara's help as we live in San Francisco. Tara is organized, sweet, knowledgable and proactive about meeting deadlines and meeting with us whenever we were in town. She's also not afraid to advocate for us when needed. For example, our venue tried to pressure us into setting up the bar in a different location than what was originally agreed upon a few days before the wedding, and Tara stood up for us and insisted that the bar be set-up where we wanted it to be. It also helps that she has a great eye for design so I trusted her with her recommendations whenever I wasn't sure about where and how to set things.

I had always worried about having a coordinator who either was too overbearing and controlling or too unreliable to trust with such an important day. Tara has the great ability to sense how you like to operate and then maintains that style on your day. She guided us through our wedding day in the most relaxed manor making sure everything happened when and how we wanted them too. We never once felt like we we being forced along a timeline. She let our wedding be our wedding. Can’t reccomend her enough!

Where to even begin!? From our first meeting together about a year before my wedding I knew I wanted Tara to help me with my big day! She is so calm, understanding, and she knows her stuff!! The month before my wedding Tara reached out to all my vendors for me leaving me STRESS FREE! She responded to my emails very quickly and whenever I had a concern she knew exactly how to resolve it. I could not have had a smoother rehearsal and wedding without her! Wedding day of course any bride is stressed and she handled everything AMAZING! I would highly recommend having Tara as your wedding planner, she will make everything turn into your vision!!!

Tara is amazing! She was an absolute dream to work with. I wish I would've found her sooner and had her throughout my entire planning process but having her in the last month, at the most crucial point, made it all come together seamlessly! She really treats you like a friend, making herself available through calls, texts, and/or emails and thinking of everything. You need her.. trust me!

I could rave on and on about how amazing Tara is at her job, but I'll keep it short and sweet! She made my sister's wedding beyond anything that we could have imagined. Tara did an amazing job on our wedding. I was looking for someone to help me with all of the small details so that I could be worry free the day of the wedding. After speaking with Tara in person, I was instantly relieved and knew I could trust her! She was there through my entire planning process and available for any questions or issues I had. She made herself available through a call, text, or email and would always get right back to me. On the day of our wedding, I felt so taken care of. Tara made sure everything went according to plan with setting everything up exactly the way I had pictured, keeping all the vendors informed and on track and making sure we were running on time. Her day of assistant was also very warm and helpful! While she felt like a friend, she is also very professional and her number one priority was making sure that my husband I were happy, and we were!
