PPP did excitingly open a new office in Charleston. In no way does Charleston effect our Savannah brides & the services we offer every client. Our planners are not pushed to take on more than they can handle, & we know our limits as to what can be taken on without sacrificing the service to another client. 2."My caterer (who she highly recommended) did not provide enough food, set up the event in the wrong way, & put the salads in plastic cups on a table in the reception, among other errors." Though we strive to ensure all of our vendors on our list are top notch, people make mistakes we cannot fix or take responsibility for. The caterer chosen had done numerous events with PPP, as well as other planners & had nothing but wonderful reviews. We never had any reason to believe this event would be different. When we spoke on the phone, the bride admitted the biggest disappoint was the issues with the caterer. Since this incident, the caterer has been removed from our list as well as others (including the venue that the event was held). The bride also went back to the caterer & other vendors for money back as she was unhappy with their services. 3."there were many other issues with lack of communication & forgetfulness like saying she didn't remember me asking for something &/or she forgot." Our sincerest apologies you felt there was a lack of communication or forgetfulness. All of the calls, emails & texts have been documented & with roughly 1,000 lines of communication PPP finds it difficult to believe lack of communication was an issue. 4."She also was in completely unprofessional attire at my semi-formal wedding wearing jeans & a checkered button down shirt." PPP strives to always look their best in all work settings. We have a policy stating we are to be in black clothing, preferably a dress, unless extreme weather doesn't permit. The temps on 11/14/14 started in the low 40's & dropped as the sun set. Since the event, communication with other vendors has been made to ensure this was not the case. Adrienne, was not in jeans or anything we would consider inappropriate. She wore black leggings, black tunic, black jacket & scarf for the outdoor ceremony. During the call, the bride stated she never noticed an issue with the attire & a family member was the one to bring it up after the fact when asked to review the package & tell us what she felt went wrong. Again, a conference call was immediate once the situation was known. We spoke on all of the topics & asked what she felt like we could do to make her satisfied with our services. She stated she wanted repayment & without question it was sent to her. We also made it very clear we did not agree with all of the issues & felt most were out of our control but would stop nothing short of satisfaction from our client. We are very sorry a client was unhappy with our work, but we recognize sometimes you can't "make" people happy. We feel as though we have done all we can to make this right for our client.
