Blake Events made our wedding day run smoothly. They were happy to have several coordination meetings leading up to the big day, and then made sure everything was seamless on game ...
day!
If you’re a Type A, anxious, overthinking bride like me, you need a Daniele.
Let me start by describing the type of bride I was: Type A, anxious, constantly overthinking, trying t...
o optimize everything, and, somehow, also incredibly indecisive. My sister/MOH had gotten married just 12 months before us, so I also came into wedding planning with A LOT of opinions. My family wasn’t involved in the day-to-day planning, but definitely required some managing on the wedding day.
Daniele from Blake Events had planned a colleague’s wedding several years ago, and my colleague told me she would trust Daniele with her firstborn child. That felt like a compelling enough reason to have a conversation.
Daniele was the only vendor that was a one-and-done decision for me. I spoke with her once and, for a reason I couldn’t quite articulate at the time, just felt like she was the right person. I went with my gut, and I would later realize that what I was responding to was Daniele’s incredibly calming nature, her willingness to share an actual opinion, and the fact that she is just really seasoned in the wedding world.
We purchased the partial planning package. The reason we didn’t do full planning is I felt i wouldn’t be able to relinquish all control
lol. I wished i did the full planning package in hindsight. It took awhile to contact all the vendors, collect & compare their packages and pricing, etc. Don’t discount how much work that is!!
Daniele was excellent at the actual planning and logistics, but honestly, she was exactly what I needed as a sounding board.
Leading up to the wedding, she had the patience of a saint. She knew when to let me overthink something and when to basically say, “Nah, I know best here. Just trust me.” And I happily let her do her thing.
She also wasn’t afraid to have an opinion when I wanted one. I’ve heard from other brides that sometimes planners will essentially “yes” their bride because everyone has different tastes and preferences. If you ask a planner to choose between floral option A and B, you get, “They’re both beautiful! It really just depends on what you want!”
Daniele would instead say something like, “You can absolutely do whichever you want, but I personally like option A if you’re going for an elegant, bright and airy vibe.”
And I trusted her opinion. I trusted her eye, her experience, and her judgment. That was invaluable to me.
I was definitely at my most annoying as we got closer to the wedding and the overthinking picked up. Daniele handled all of it with the same calm, steady energy. And then came the wedding day.
My family had a LOT of questions and requests. Some predictable and some outrageous. Daniele was hounded from every direction and somehow never broke a sweat. More importantly, none of those problems ever made it back to me. I got to actually enjoy my wedding.
Everyone described the day as seamless. Everything flowed. There were inevitably things happening behind the scenes that I didn’t know about, but that’s exactly the point. Daniele handled them so I didn’t have to.
And she has this incredible ability to command a room without ever being overbearing. She was decisive, organized, and completely in control, but always kind and calm while doing it. People are still talking about how incredible she was on the wedding day.
I don’t plan on ever getting married again, but if I did, I would book Daniele again in a heartbeat.
Hire Blake Events - especially Samantha!! About 9 months before our wedding we made the decision to look for a day-of coordinator. After hiring a DIFFERENT company that took our mo...
ney and wasted almost 3 months of our time - in came Blake Events and Samantha!! Blake Events was able to craft a package specifically designed for our needs, and Samantha was immediately attentive, responsive to our situation, and was able to flawlessly meet my type-A overbearing personality exactly where I needed it. While I know (in concept) that Samantha was working on other events, we never felt it. In every single interaction with Samantha she was able to recall minute details of our wedding, knew the order of logistics, all of our vendors, and went above and beyond to make us feel like we were her number one priority. Our wedding day was perfect, Samantha was an incredible stress reliever who did everything in her power to ensure we never felt chaos that may have been going on behind the scenes. Whether it was quickly getting us small vendor quotes, giving a sense check on pricing, being a sounding board for advice and aesthetic - Samantha was there for every one of our needs and we are eternally grateful to her and her team for making our wedding an experience where we were able to be fully hands free, and dedicate all of our time an energy to enjoying the moment. Oh and did I mention this was Blake Event's first time doing our venue?! True professionals who can handle anything. Our deepest, deepest gratitude!!
We cannot say enough about the Blake Events team! It ended up raining on our wedding day, but you would have thought our backup plan was what we meant to do all along the way that ...
they pulled everything together so seamlessly. Samantha & her team handled every little thing that came up and made the day completely stress free for us. Not only was our wedding day perfect because of Blake Events, but Samantha made the entire planning process SO easy. I cannot recommend working with her enough!! Not only was she the perfect person to be with us day of, but having her help throughout the planning process was invaluable. She knows everything and everyone you would need to know to plan the perfect weekend. This team is seriously the best!! 10/10
We used this team for partial wedding planning, and honestly could not have been happier. Our wedding venue had unique logistics (ferries etc.) and they embraced every challenge th...
at came with it without missing a beat.
We were so grateful to have Logan throughout the planning process. She helped review contracts, kept us organized, coordinated our vendors, and served as a thoughtful sounding board whenever we needed one. On the weekend itself, Logan and Jackie were simply the best. They made sure I never had to think about a single detail, and jumped in on any little thing (even looking after my niece during the ceremony) which meant the world to us. They executed our vision and vibe perfectly, all while remaining calm, cool, and collected the entire time.
If you are looking for planners who are professional, adaptable, and genuinely care about your day, look no further. Not to mention just kind. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

I could write a million things on what’s great about Blake Events but I’ll list off a couple that stood out to me:
1. Day of Coordination is what my husband and I chose but how Blake Events does it, is they start the planning process 3 months prior to the wedding date which makes them stand out. Logan, the lead planner was with me for 3 months and she nailed it in every aspect. She perfected the timeline, handled all the vendors, and heard me out when I sent emails at 2 am panicking. Coordination doesn’t just start the day of, they are experts at knowing you need at least 3 months to perfect those final details.
2. They are there whenever you need them. In the beginning I had some questions on pricing from vendors and they were honest with me on whether those numbers were about industry standard.
3. They have a portal that helps break down budgets, provides an outline of you to keep track of what to do month-by-month and their preferred vendor list.
Logan - our lead planner perfected our wedding day and the vision. She is truly a joy and her happiness carried with me all throughout the day. She was attentive at the small things and I can 10000% say I was completely present the entire day because of her. I received so many compliments from friends and family about Logan and Cait who handled the day.
Blake Events is a team you can trust fully and I am so glad we got to share our day with them!
Working with Sam at Blake Events was the best blessing we could have had for our day.

urs away, we knew we would need help finding vendors, planning design, etc. Thankfully our venue partners with Blake Events for coordination. We went the extra step to get the partial planning with design package and that is how we got paired with our savior: Samantha Anderson.
From the moment we got paired with Sam and had our kick-of call, she helped us get organized, let us know what our next steps were, and helped us to feel calm as much as possible. She helped us so much with vendor recommendations - and boy those recommendations were phenomenal and made our day absolutely perfect!
As a queer couple, planning a wedding can be very stressful, never knowing if vendors will be affirming. Sam knew this and made sure every single person we considered was affirming and had experience working with queer couples before. Sam learned our story, knew our priorities for our day, and executed it perfectly.
As someone who has seen and helped my sisters get married - I am talking I was folding napkins, setting up the venue, arranging flowers, polishing glasses - it was so amazing for my family or I to not have to worry about any of that. Sam and the BE team took care of everything. They made sure as soon as the ceremony finished and we walked back up the aisle, we were handed a plate of food and our signature drinks. They kept us calm, fed, and happy all day.
We were able to be present and enjoy our entire day because of Sam and the BE team. We could not have done it without them and their help throughout the whole process. We are forever grateful for her!!! If it was possible to give her higher than a 5/5 we would!! Thank you Sam and BE!
One of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding day was choosing a venue that teamed up with Blake Events. We worked with Jackie and she was an absolute dream! From...
the time she started with us, she was so supportive and thorough in everything that she did– She was literally on top of anything and everything! Jackie took over communication with all of our vendors for us and made sure everything went smooth and seamless on the day of the wedding. Leading up to the wedding she was there to answer all of my questions and offer reassurance when we were unsure about something. To this day we have no idea if there were any issues on the day of the wedding! It was completely stress free and we were able to relax and be completely present. My mom is still talking about how amazing Jackie was. She took care of everything on the day of the wedding including setting up, running two separate rehearsals with both sides of the wedding, and keeping my husband and I separated until our first look. During the wedding, Jackie made sure our ceremony ran flawlessly and she was even able to get our very young flower girl and ring bearer down the aisle with smiles on their faces! All throughout the night she kept us on schedule and she would regularly check in with us to make sure we were taken care and did not need anything! If you are debating working with Blake Events for your wedding, you will be blown away by how amazing everyone is! (and if you are lucky enough to work with Jackie– you are in such great hands!!)
Where to even begin??
Let's just be honest here - planning a wedding is overwhelming. There's so much to think about, logistics to be in charge of and family dynamics at play. My h...
usband (eek!) and I both have demanding jobs and we just knew there'd be no way we could manage it all ourselves. When meeting with Daniele from Blake, she instantly gave us a sense of relief, while feeling like our friend. Other planning companies felt sterile and unfriendly - but the entire Blake team were so warm. We went with the full planning package and honestly couldn't imagine it any other way. They take care of everything - from vendor recommendations, budget, day-of coordination, communication, design, rentals.. you name it, Blake does it. Their team helped me get the ideas out of my head and make them a reality. Each of the vendors we booked felt like our family - they all treated us so special. I really don't have words to express our gratitude to Daniele as our full-time planner. I quickly learned to let go of control and put my full trust in Daniele; she knows what looks good and what works. The 'full time' package includes some number of hours of planning.. in retrospect I am 100% sure we went over that and I'm sure she does it for all of her couples. It makes it hard to believe that she balances multiple weddings per year with so much grace! Never once did I feel second to another couple - in fact she made us feel like we were the only couple she was planning for. If leading up to the wedding wasn't enough work, Daniele literally set up outdoor heaters when our venue coordinators wouldn't and more than made up for their shortcomings. She is incredibly organized and reliable; she personally made sure every single detail was perfect on our day. She stood next to me when I was getting ready to walk down the aisle and put me at ease. There wasn't a moment in the day that I was stressed.. we were 100% present during our wedding day, not focused on the behind-the-scenes details because of Daniele. I will never be able to repay her and the entire team at Blake for going to bat for us when it counted and creating a memory for us that will last our lifetime. Some people talk about the "post wedding blues" but for me, the hardest part of it being over is not having constant communication with Daniele, who became a great friend, over the last year. We are so grateful!
Booking with Blake Events for design and planning was the best decision we made during wedding planning. I talked to several planners prior to contracting but there was an immediat...
e connection when talking to Taryn that made me feel like I was going to be in good hands with her team.
We worked with Samantha Anderson and she was exactly who I needed in my corner. In the early stages of planning she helped keep us on track with big and small milestones including everything from reviewing contracts to making sure we had extra batteries for our instax cameras.
Samantha seamlessly worked with our vendors to create an incredibly organized schedule for the day. At each milestone I said to my fiancé that booking this planner was the best decision we made. Samantha continued to exceed our high expectations at every turn. She was so in tune with our wants and needs for the day and made sure that we had the right conversations to make the decisions we needed to make. I remember at our site visit 1 month out our venue coordinator pointed out where one of our rented elements would go and how it would look. While everyone else there moved onto the next element, Samantha read me like a book and knew that something was wrong. She stopped the tour and asked me what I was thinking. We ultimately decided to forgo this rented element, which Samantha facilitated in helping us cancel and get as much money back as we could. Even my fiancé did not realize that I was starting to spiral in that moment! On the wedding day, when we walked through the space on arrival, my fiancé and I were both so excited that we had made the decision to forgo that element and I thought back to that moment with Samantha that helped make that happen.
Samantha really showed her true professionalism on the wedding day. We had a couple of hiccups including the NFL away team doing drop-off at our hotel pickup the same time as our wedding guest shuttles, guests who didn't RSVP, and I'm sure several others that I didn't even know about. Again, at every moment Samantha showed she was fully in our corner and was going to make sure we got the day we wanted. During ceremony practice I had to brush past a piece of greenery hanging on our chuppah to get to my place. She asked me if I liked it, or not. I said I'd prefer it be closer to the chuppah and not hang off as much and the next time I saw the chuppah it was changed! Also, Samantha literally gave me the coat off her back when we had to line up outside (for our November wedding) to enter into the ceremony space. I have so many more examples I could give about how amazing Samantha was. She was exactly who I needed that day and will be forever grateful to her for giving me the best wedding day I could have asked for.
On top of all of this, Blake Events made the recommendation to use Blossom Bliss as our florist. I talked to 8 florists total as this was a big element for our day and I could not have been happier with Blossom Bliss and thank Blake Events for recommending them!
One of the best decisions my husband and I made in planning our June 2025 wedding was hiring Blake Events and working with their lead planner, Daniele! We used their full-planning ...
services, and it was worth every penny. Note, payment plans are an option! From start to finish, Daniele and the Blake Events team were kind, optimistic and reassuring that we would have a wonderful wedding, which we did! Blake Events truly helped our vision come to life (literally, the design deck we built was truly our wedding on the day of!) and just the extra help and comfort knowing that we were in great hands meant everything to us. Daniele herself, what a treasure to work with. She is wonderful, and helped us behind the scenes without us even realizing; for example, helping us save money anywhere we could. She helped select our amazing vendors, and she let us know that we could always check in with her, via email, phone, meetings, etc., and was always helping us stay on track with our timeline. Leading up to the wedding, Daniele had everything taken care of, and we felt like guests at our own wedding without all the extra headaches. She really went with the flow when I thought nothing could be done (like when she physically helped us move our rehearsal dinner inside when the weather was less than ideal!) Daniele even went above and beyond by helping me steam my wedding dress the morning of, just amazing work. Our guests had a wonderful time, and kept telling us (and still do!) how BEAUTIFUL our wedding was, which made us beam with pride! We could not have planned our wedding without Daniele and Blake Events. Hire them, you will NOT regret it!

gs moving smoothly and on time. Samantha from Blake Events was our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond ensuring everything was perfect, and truly made us feel like the most important people on our wedding day. We truly don't know how we would have pulled off our wedding without Jackie. From day one, she was organized, thoughtful, calm under pressure, and somehow always one step ahead of us. She didn’t just help us execute our day — she brought it to life, even better than I could have imagined it.
Jackie was the ultimate problem-solver, detail-catcher, timeline-master, and all-around wedding magician. She made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful and more enjoyable — always checking in with helpful reminders, quick solutions, and genuine encouragement.
On the wedding day itself, Jackie was a total rockstar. We didn’t worry about a single thing — she coordinated vendors, kept everything on schedule, and made sure we actually got to enjoy our day and socialize with our guests. Every little detail was handled so gracefully, and she always had a calm, reassuring presence. Literally, she was super-gluing corsages back together in the middle of photos and right up until we walked down the aisle!
If you're looking for someone who is professional, kind, deeply experienced, and will make your day run seamlessly while also caring deeply about your vision, look no further than Taryn Blake Events. We are endlessly grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. Thank you for being such a huge part of our joy, Jackie!

he Day of Management package where they came in 3 months out and handled all final logistics and vendor communication in addition to the day of. Logan was our head planner and was phenomenal to work with from the moment we met her. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and provided us with fantastic guidance throughout the last three months leading up. She truly went above and beyond in every way and was invaluable in finalizing all of the details so we could go into the wedding feeling relaxed knowing she had thought of every detail and communicated with every vendor. On the day of, Logan and Katie (day of support) were nothing short of phenomenal! Every time we turned around, one of them was there anticipating our needs and helping to ensure we were able to enjoy our day worry free. Our day would not have been as seamless without them. They were professional, but also a fun addition to our day! Our entire wedding party raved about how much they enjoyed having them along for the day. We cannot thank Taryn, Logan, Katie and the entire Blake Events team enough. Stop your searching and go with Blake Events! You will not regret it.

melines, vendors, and even last-minute changes with such ease and grace left us in awe. Taryn’s impeccable organization and professionalism transformed what could have been a stressful process into a truly enjoyable and exciting experience.
Beyond her exceptional skills, Taryn’s warmth and kindness made the journey feel deeply personal. It was like having a trusted friend by our side, genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in ways that exceeded our wildest expectations.
The compliments we received about our wedding were endless—so many of our guests told us it was one of the most seamless and magical celebrations they’d ever attended. That’s all thanks to Taryn. Her attention to detail and dedication made our day not only beautiful but absolutely unforgettable.
We can’t recommend Taryn highly enough to anyone planning a wedding. She’s the reason our special day was everything we dreamed of and more. Thank you, Taryn, for making our wedding an extraordinary celebration we’ll treasure forever!

Leading up to wedding day, we decided (with Taryn’s realistic and honest guidance) that our original plan for an outdoor cocktail hour was not going to happen due to the heat. Taryn and her team made sure that this last-minute change happened without any worries on our part.
On our wedding day, Taryn and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We were able to relax and enjoy our special day, knowing that everything was in capable hands.
We highly recommend Taryn and her team to any couple planning their wedding. They are true professionals who will go above and beyond to create a memorable and unforgettable experience.
We had a wonderful experience with Blake Events and Daniele in particular. We worked with Daniele for a year and a half and have nothing but positive things to say. Within 2 weeks ...
of signing on with BE, Daniele had found us a venue and helped us lock down a date. From there, she curated an amazing vendor team that truly made our wedding the best day of our lives. Leading up to the day, Daniele was extremely organized and communicative. None of our questions went more than a day or two unanswered, no matter how small. On our wedding day, Daniele kept everyone on track, from the bridal party and groomsmen to our vendor team that was mostly from out of state. We ended up having the most beautiful wedding our guests had ever been to--all with minimal stress for us!
If you're on the fence about whether or not you need a wedding planner--you do and it needs to be Daniele and Blake Events!

lls and video meetings over the 14 or so months and each one felt very productive. Her designer made a gorgeous inspiration design deck. I had more than one florist I sent it to say it was the most detailed, gorgeous design deck they had ever received. All of her recommendations for vendors were great. We only had one bad vendor, and that was someone Taryn hadn't worked with before. Even though that vendor was extremely unprofessional the day of the wedding, Taryn handled it like a champ and saved the day! And the best part - I had NO idea until after the wedding! I was blissfully unaware, getting my hair and makeup done. I also have some tough family dynamics and Taryn was extremely understanding and kind. Taryn's day of assistant, Sarah, was also wonderful! She came to my getting ready airbnb the day of and did a great job of helping out but also stayed back so we could be just us. Her company is on the preferred list for our venue, Union Mills, so if you are getting married there, there is no question, pick them!
I highly recommend Taryn and her team to anyone that is looking for a wedding planning team! You will thank yourself for getting one, trust me! She and her team brought our vision ...

My daughter's wedding was just over a month ago and it's taken some time to process and gather my thoughts to write this review. We were lucky to find Taryn early in the planning ...
process and knew right away that she was the type of person we needed - clear, responsive, confident, experienced and frankly just badass! She told us what we needed to hear instead of what we wanted to hear which allowed us to choose a venue that ultimately fit our needs. She provided connections to awesome vendors that fit the bride and groom's style and personalities as well as budget. Writing from a mom's perspective, I appreciated how easy it was to talk to Taryn and how open she was to one-off texts or questions when I was feeling overwhelmed during the planning. She takes the chaos in your head and translates it to small steps and execution. When one of the only pictures I have on my phone from the day is a selfie of me, Taryn and my daughter...that tells you everything. We had so much fun working with Taryn and her expertise is unmatched. We truly miss our chats and have nothing but respect and gratitude for all that she provided and would highly recommend her team for your special day!

I discovered Taryn on Instagram, she was explaining the difference between a venue coordinator and a day-of coordinator/wedding planner. The whole process was such a breeze thanks to Taryn, and then Daniele our rockstar/wedding counselor/coach and guru. We decided to pick the Partial Planning package because we had a long engagement and knew we needed help in the long run to plan our day. Having access to Daniele unlimited times was also extremely helpful.
Now why should you hire TBE? It's quite simple: They are leaders in their field, for the peace of mind, knowing you have someone in your corner at all times, responsiveness (I'm not sure Daniele ever sleeps haha), professionals who are on top of everything, who know what they're talking about and can recommend amazing vendors in your budget!
Daniele kindly guided us through the wedding maze, helping us to always think one step ahead so we wouldn't have any issue on our wedding day. We literally couldn't have done it without her because of the many vendors we decided to hire and all the coordination that required. Our wedding day was magical, and it is in big part thanks to her and Shannen's work. We loved having their calm, firm and smiling presence throughout the day.
We can't thank them enough.
It's bittersweet to say goodbye now that it's all over, that's how much of an impact TBE and Daniele had on us.
Merci pour tout!
We are so thankful that we hired Taryn Blake Events as our wedding coordinator. Taryn is truly amazing at her job. When we had told other vendors who our coordinator was going to b...
e, they had comments like “you are in good hands with someone of her caliber” or “we love Taryn” but we didn’t fully understand what they meant until after working with her. Before she joined our vendor team we were struggling to get answers from our venue and catering, but once Taryn joined our team no exaggeration, she got us more answers in a week than we had gotten in months. Taryn knows how to get things done. She is also great at anticipating things and has a great attention to detail. I’m the type of person that probably pays too much attention to the details and making everything perfect and every time I brought up something to Taryn to put it on her radar, she already had it on her list and was actively working on it! She even had things on her radar that I never even thought to think of. We also did our own décor and artificial flowers and to say we had a lot is an understatement. I also had a very specific vision for the décor but due to timing wasn’t able to set any of it up myself. Taryn and her team made my vision come to life and it looked even better than I imagined. On our wedding day, my main goal was that I wanted to be able to relax and just enjoy it and not stress over anything, which was definitely an ambitious goal since I am someone that gets stressed out very easily. I can honestly say that I felt no stress my entire wedding day all thanks to Taryn. I had full confidence that she would ensure the day turned out amazing. As my now husband would always say “Taryn is a Rockstar” and I couldn’t agree more. If you are looking for a wedding planner or coordinator or are not sure if you need one (trust me you do, you’ll thank yourself later), stop wasting your time looking and just hire Taryn now. Especially if you are a stressed out perfectionist of a bride like I was and dream of being able to relax and enjoy your wedding day. Hiring her was the best decision we made.
Taryn was the wedding planner for a friends wedding, so when it came to be my turn I knew exactly who to go to for a flawless wedding planning experience. From start to finish, she...
was incredibly professional, organized, and dedicated to making our wedding everything we dreamed of.
As a bride who dreaded the planning experience, Taryn was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance, often responding within MINUTES. Her dedication, expertise and experience was evident in every detail she helped us with.
On the day of the wedding, Taryn, Emma, and Brandi executed flawlessly. Every aspect of the event was coordinated to perfection, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. From coordinating vendors to managing the timeline, they ensured that everything ran smoothly.
If you're looking for a wedding planner who is not only talented and professional but also genuinely cares about making your day special, we highly recommend Taryn Blake Events.
My husband and I used TBE's 3 month coordination services for our wedding in December of 2023. We were paired with Daniele and had a wonderful experience! I cannot imagine handling...
this process without her. We have told all of our engaged friends that this was by far the most important vendor choice we made!!
I am a type a person who loves to plan and finds it difficult to trust others to execute for me. I had no problem doing that with Daniele. Everyone told us the weeks leading up to our wedding would be the most stressful time - but we actually felt relaxed and excited because we knew we had Daniele and the TBE team meticulously handling every single detail!!
We interviewed a few other planners / coordinators in this process and felt that some of them were judging our choices or trying to reshape our plans in their vision. Daniele and TBE understood exactly what we were going for and were focused on ensuring that the reality of the day aligned perfectly with our dream.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience! If I had to do it again, the only change I would make is booking them for full planning services!
My wife and I are so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Taryn Blake Events for our wedding in November 2023. Our venue, Hazelwood Weddings, partners with TBE and ou...
r package started 90 days from our wedding date. After this experience, I would 1000% say having a planner is a necessity. Planning a wedding is something that a lot of couples have no previous experience doing. It just makes sense to have people in your corner that do it over and over again and know what works and what doesn't to save you time and effort. DEB IS A ROCKSTAR. THE MVP!!! Getting honest opinions on vendors and making suggestions when we asked for them was so helpful. Questions came up that we would have never thought of before being in the thick of planning (ex: how many hours do our candles need to burn for? Deb immediately knew the answer and had a suggestion for where to purchase them). Deb saved us from a dress malfunction moments before walking down the aisle, made the venue space look absolutely gorgeous, and provided us with an immeasurable amount of peace of mind and calm, comforting energy. “In Deb we trust” was a saying going around the preparation suite the morning of our wedding. There was never a doubt in our minds that Deb would deliver. She was the friend, support system, sounding board, teammate that we truly would have been lost without. When it comes to a day as memorable as your wedding - trust the professionals. I’m so glad we did.
Taryn and her team are the sole reason why I was able to keep my sanity through wedding planning…my only regret is not hiring her earlier! She helped us save money and stick to our...
budget, recommended vendors that fit our style perfectly, and helped us make decisions confidently. On the day of our wedding, Taryn and Emma made sure everything went off without a hitch. They solved problems before I even knew they existed and allowed us to really enjoy the day and live in the moment. I can’t recommend TBE enough!
We hired Lolly as our day or coordinator and she was awesome! She looked out for us. When vendors told her bad news she broke bad news to us wayyy before the vendors did. She handl...
ed all communication with vendors leading up to the big day and handled everyone day of. Most of my rentals I rented I trusted her to restyle whenever she thought looked best. She really took everything off my hands for me. Everyone needs a day or coordinator but you need TBE because their day of coordinators really do so much more! All my guests said that they have never been to such an organized beautiful wedding.
Taryn and her team are absolutely sensational. We only get to plan one wedding in our lifetime, and these ladies live and BREATHE weddings. We opted to move forward with "day-of" (...
*3 month out*) coordination, and our day was seamless with the help of Taryn and Shea. It is absolutely priceless to have not had to look at a clock one time on our wedding day. They are so fun and professional, and I can't imagine our day being as perfect without them there!
I have been telling all of my friends, the best money we ever spent on our wedding was for a TBE coordinator.
As a bride, I did not have to worry about a single THING during my bi...
g day. We had Deb, and she is literally an angel on this Earth. The entire team is so meticulous with details that you wouldn't even think of for your wedding. Deb took care of everything and we were so thankful for her that day. If you are even considering a wedding coordinator, please look into TBE. Their portal is refined and gives so many good recommendations for various vendors. We were so thankful our venue, Hazelwood Weddings, has a coordinator included in their pricing.
TBE is the best thing that happened to me and my wedding! The whole team is amazing and work SO hard. I am naturally a very big overthinker and will always throw myself a party (ne...
w years, birthday, 4th of July etc) …I usually have a vision and can’t explain it to others. So I was nervous about not being very hands-on decorating for the wedding. Daniele became my best friend through the whole experience. She threw the exact party I dreamed of! She also kept my nerves calm and helped me with anything I needed through the whole planning process. I easily get very overwhelmed by things. But there she was always staying calm, cool and collected …helping me out BIG time…through it all. ❤️
Simply put: you NEED Taryn and her team for your wedding! Risa was our coordinator and honestly I don’t know how we would’ve gotten through the day as flawlessly as we did without ...
her. Throughout the entire planning process, Risa was available to answer all of our questions. When we got down to the 3 month mark, she jumped right in to help us create a timeline that incorporated everything that was important to us for the day of. She also helped communicate with all of our vendors, coordinated arrival times, created a floor plan and did so much more that contributed to an overall stress-free wedding day for us! On the day of, we were able to just enjoy getting ready with our bridal party with the comfort of knowing all of the setup and coordinating was being handled perfectly.
If you are considering a day of coordinator at all, do it! Risa was hands on the entire day and gave us the peace of mind that we needed to be able to fully enjoy our day. She kept us on schedule, made sure we were always having fun, kept a drink in our hands at all times, and even helped fix my dress when the bustle broke. We couldn’t have gotten through the day without her!
We love team TBE, and you will too!
I originally had no intention of working with a wedding planner, but after going through the entire process I can't even imagine the stress I would have had to endure without TBE! ...
We worked with Risa who was such a calming presence day of, while working nonstop to ensure we had the day of our dreams! There were two times the morning of the wedding where I thought of the most miniscule detail and started to freak out about getting it done, just to turn around and see that Risa had already thought of it and made it happen! I was able to fully relax and hang out with my bridesmaids the morning of the wedding without stressing. All of the décor and tables turned out exactly as I had envisioned - it was like Risa could read my mind! The entire day ran so smoothly thanks to the TBE team. Do yourself a favor and hire them!
If you're debating whether or not you need a wedding planner, trust me, you do. More specifically, you need TBE and Daniele as your planning lead. Despite having some major, unexpe...
cted life events come up during our two years of wedding planning, Daniele never let anything fall through the cracks or get to the point where we needed to rush major decisions. She curated pre-vetted vendor lists to our exact preferences which made that part of the process fun and easy. However, nothing stood out more than her dedication leading up to the wedding and her commitment day of. She not only coordinated with all of our vendors, but also took the time to meet with our moms to go over day of details and get everyone on the same page. She hopped on the phone with all of us again to discuss our rain plan the week of the wedding. The plan worked so well that most of our guests didn't even realize they were experiencing the rain plan. The day of was incredibly smooth and we were able to relax and enjoy knowing that Daniele and her team had everything covered. My husband and I are both pretty type A and prone to worrying and the fact that were both calm and confident was amazing to our friends and family. We both 100% chalked that up to the diligence and attention to detail of Daniele and the TBE team. We could not recommend TBE and specifically Daniele more emphatically. Hire them immediately!
First I will say, we were a bit hesitant about hiring a planner, thinking we could manage everything ourselves, but now that it's all over, we are SO happy we chose TBE. No matter ...
how organized you are or how much you plan leading up to your wedding, there are a lot of logistics that happen day of and without Daniele and Emma, our friends or family would have been running around to ensure everything was perfect instead of spending those moments with us.
Their dedication to ensuring every detail of our wedding was impeccable did not go unnoticed. From our initial meetings to the final moments of the ceremony, their expertise was very evident. We are in awe of how seamlessly they orchestrated the entire event, ensuring that the atmosphere was filled with love and joy despite unexpected pouring rain. Their quick thinking and willingness to make last minute changes due to the rain turned what could have been a logistical nightmare (and maybe it was but they're just so amazing we didn't see it!) into an unforgettable experience for us and our guests.
Their biggest gift to us was just letting us (and our families) be present and enjoy the day and for that we are immensely grateful.
I felt as if I was in a different bride category. I did NOT enjoy wedding planning, gathering vendor info, any of that jazz… in comes TBE. Lolly and I had a phone call to discuss d...
etails as we got closer to our wedding and I nearly cried tears of joy. She literally took every single piece of information that was causing me stress during the last 90 days off my plate completely. I never had to speak to another vendor or plan out another detail. Then wedding day comes and it was relaxed and seamless as hell.
Even if you are someone who loves wedding planning (could not be me lol) I highly recommend day-of coordinator services at the very least.
I quite literally could not have made it without Lolly or the TBE team.

erience with the other team members the day of the wedding. TBE makes sure the entire day runs smoothly, and we couldn't have done it without them.
I had a wonderful experience with TBE. I did partial planning and design. The design meeting really helped bring my vision to life through the vision board the design team created ...
for me. I was able to share this board with my florist (and other vendors) which really helped. Danielle was my wedding planner, who has fabulous. She was so prompt in answering any questions I had throughout the entire planning process. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran smoothly - which it did! I'm very happy with my decision to hire TBE and I highly recommend!
Hiring Taryn was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. I was wowed by her during our very first call, and she continued to be a tremendous resource throughout the plann...
ing process. She gave input, kept us on track with her timelines, helped us find the exact right "greige" linen color, and made sure everything came together smoothly. On the day of the wedding, I had nothing to worry about. It was the ultimate gift! Taryn and Richelle handled everything so I could focus on being present with friends and family and just enjoying. I would 100% recommend hiring a wedding planner for your big day and I would 100% recommend hiring TBE!
