If I could give 50 stars I would!! Deb Ayers and Blake Events did an amazing job planning and coordinating my wedding! Deb made sure all of the vendors were communicated with, she worked directly with the venue, she provided clear instructions to the wedding party on where to be and when and she made my wedding day absolutely perfect! If you are looking for a coordinator, Blake Events and Deb Ayers are top notch!

Her ability to manage timelines, vendors, and even last-minute changes with such ease and grace left us in awe. We had a wonderful experience with Blake Events and Daniele in particular. We worked with Daniele for a year and a half and have nothing but positive things to say. Within 2 weeks of signing on with BE, Daniele had found us a venue and helped us lock down a date. From there, she curated an amazing vendor team that truly made our wedding the best day of our lives. Leading up to the day, Daniele was extremely organized and communicative. None of our questions went more than a day or two unanswered, no matter how small. On our wedding day, Daniele kept everyone on track, from the bridal party and groomsmen to our vendor team that was mostly from out of state. We ended up having the most beautiful wedding our guests had ever been to--all with minimal stress for us!

10 out of 10 experience!!! I worked with Taryn with a partial planning package and it was worth every penny. She was always shockingly quick to respond to my emails. We did many calls and video meetings over the 14 or so months and each one felt very productive. Her designer made a gorgeous inspiration design deck. I had more than one florist I sent it to say it was the most detailed, gorgeous design deck they had ever received. All of her recommendations for vendors were great. We only had one bad vendor, and that was someone Taryn hadn't worked with before. Even though that vendor was extremely unprofessional the day of the wedding, Taryn handled it like a champ and saved the day! And the best part - I had NO idea until after the wedding! I was blissfully unaware, getting my hair and makeup done. I also have some tough family dynamics and Taryn was extremely understanding and kind. Taryn's day of assistant, Sarah, was also wonderful! She came to my getting ready airbnb the day of and did a great job of helping out but also stayed back so we could be just us. Her company is on the preferred list for our venue, Union Mills, so if you are getting married there, there is no question, pick them!
I highly recommend Taryn and her team to anyone that is looking for a wedding planning team! You will thank yourself for getting one, trust me! She and her team brought our vision to life. Taryn was wonderful throughout the process. She was supportive and gave great advice when I was trying to make decisions when planning everything. I cannot say enough great things about Blake Events and especially Deb. Any question o had or any decision I had to make during planning, Deb was right there supporting me. She also gave me advice that 100% saved us a bunch of money! Our wedding day was an absolute dream and stress-free. We can't imagine our wedding day without Daniele! From start to finish, she was absolutely incredible. We planned a big, gay Jewish wedding with 300 guests, and Daniele made everything run seamlessly. The timeline was impeccable, and every detail was handled with care and precision. She was also an absolute joy to work with. Communication was top-notch, and she made sure to understand our vision, bringing it to life perfectly. We couldn't have asked for more.

My daughter's wedding was just over a month ago and it's taken some time to process and gather my thoughts to write this review. We were lucky to find Taryn early in the planning process and knew right away that she was the type of person we needed - clear, responsive, confident, experienced and frankly just badass! She told us what we needed to hear instead of what we wanted to hear which allowed us to choose a venue that ultimately fit our needs. She provided connections to awesome vendors that fit the bride and groom's style and personalities as well as budget. Writing from a mom's perspective, I appreciated how easy it was to talk to Taryn and how open she was to one-off texts or questions when I was feeling overwhelmed during the planning. She takes the chaos in your head and translates it to small steps and execution. When one of the only pictures I have on my phone from the day is a selfie of me, Taryn and my daughter...that tells you everything. We had so much fun working with Taryn and her expertise is unmatched. We truly miss our chats and have nothing but respect and gratitude for all that she provided and would highly recommend her team for your special day!
I was reluctant to hire a wedding coordinator however my venue required it. I looked into Taryn Blake Events and the reviews did not disappoint! Emma was assigned to our wedding and she was the absolute best! She was so organized and handled every idea and last minute change with no questions asked. She made our wedding vision come to life and it was everything we had dreamed of. The day of she worked her butt off throughout our large venue and everything ran so smoothly. Daniele at Taryn Blake was an absolute pro — calm under pressure, reassuring, thorough and patient — willing to go with our personal opinions and asks and with changes in plans along the way — and flexible and creative when issues arose in real time. She also had good concrete advice along the way for us. And throughout we felt like she was emotionally invested in our event — and happy to be there the day of. I knew I wanted a wedding planner as soon as I got engaged. I am French and got married to an American, we live in NC and decided to get married in PA- the only wedding I ever attended was actually my own so needless to say I knew I needed help. I discovered Taryn on Instagram, she was explaining the difference between a venue coordinator and a day-of coordinator/wedding planner. I started following her and loved her honesty and humor about the whole thing. TBE became my non-negotiable there and then.
The whole process was such a breeze thanks to Taryn, and then Daniele our rockstar/wedding counselor/coach and guru. We decided to pick the Partial Planning package because we had a long engagement and knew we needed help in the long run to plan our day. Having access to Daniele unlimited times was also extremely helpful.
Now why should you hire TBE? It's quite simple: They are leaders in their field, for the peace of mind, knowing you have someone in your corner at all times, responsiveness (I'm not sure Daniele ever sleeps haha), professionals who are on top of everything, who know what they're talking about and can recommend amazing vendors in your budget!
Daniele kindly guided us through the wedding maze, helping us to always think one step ahead so we wouldn't have any issue on our wedding day. We literally couldn't have done it without her because of the many vendors we decided to hire and all the coordination that required. Our wedding day was magical, and it is in big part thanks to her and Shannen's work. We loved having their calm, firm and smiling presence throughout the day.

We are so thankful that we hired Taryn Blake Events as our wedding coordinator. Taryn is truly amazing at her job. When we had told other vendors who our coordinator was going to be, they had comments like “you are in good hands with someone of her caliber” or “we love Taryn” but we didn’t fully understand what they meant until after working with her. Before she joined our vendor team we were struggling to get answers from our venue and catering, but once Taryn joined our team no exaggeration, she got us more answers in a week than we had gotten in months. Taryn knows how to get things done. She is also great at anticipating things and has a great attention to detail. I’m the type of person that probably pays too much attention to the details and making everything perfect and every time I brought up something to Taryn to put it on her radar, she already had it on her list and was actively working on it! She even had things on her radar that I never even thought to think of. We also did our own décor and artificial flowers and to say we had a lot is an understatement. I also had a very specific vision for the décor but due to timing wasn’t able to set any of it up myself. Taryn and her team made my vision come to life and it looked even better than I imagined. On our wedding day, my main goal was that I wanted to be able to relax and just enjoy it and not stress over anything, which was definitely an ambitious goal since I am someone that gets stressed out very easily. I can honestly say that I felt no stress my entire wedding day all thanks to Taryn. I had full confidence that she would ensure the day turned out amazing. As my now husband would always say “Taryn is a Rockstar” and I couldn’t agree more. If you are looking for a wedding planner or coordinator or are not sure if you need one (trust me you do, you’ll thank yourself later), stop wasting your time looking and just hire Taryn now. My husband and I used TBE's 3 month coordination services for our wedding in December of 2023. We were paired with Daniele and had a wonderful experience! I am a type a person who loves to plan and finds it difficult to trust others to execute for me. I had no problem doing that with Daniele. Everyone told us the weeks leading up to our wedding would be the most stressful time - but we actually felt relaxed and excited because we knew we had Daniele and the TBE team meticulously handling every single detail!!
We interviewed a few other planners / coordinators in this process and felt that some of them were judging our choices or trying to reshape our plans in their vision. Daniele and TBE understood exactly what we were going for and were focused on ensuring that the reality of the day aligned perfectly with our dream.

My wife and I are so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Taryn Blake Events for our wedding in November 2023. Our venue, Hazelwood Weddings, partners with TBE and our package started 90 days from our wedding date. After this experience, I would 1000% say having a planner is a necessity. Planning a wedding is something that a lot of couples have no previous experience doing. It just makes sense to have people in your corner that do it over and over again and know what works and what doesn't to save you time and effort. DEB IS A ROCKSTAR. THE MVP!!! Getting honest opinions on vendors and making suggestions when we asked for them was so helpful. Questions came up that we would have never thought of before being in the thick of planning (ex: how many hours do our candles need to burn for? Deb immediately knew the answer and had a suggestion for where to purchase them). Deb saved us from a dress malfunction moments before walking down the aisle, made the venue space look absolutely gorgeous, and provided us with an immeasurable amount of peace of mind and calm, comforting energy. “In Deb we trust” was a saying going around the preparation suite the morning of our wedding. There was never a doubt in our minds that Deb would deliver. She was the friend, support system, sounding board, teammate that we truly would have been lost without. When it comes to a day as memorable as your wedding - trust the professionals. I’m so glad we did.
Taryn and her team are the sole reason why I was able to keep my sanity through wedding planning…my only regret is not hiring her earlier! She helped us save money and stick to our budget, recommended vendors that fit our style perfectly, and helped us make decisions confidently. We hired Lolly as our day or coordinator and she was awesome! She looked out for us. When vendors told her bad news she broke bad news to us wayyy before the vendors did. She handled all communication with vendors leading up to the big day and handled everyone day of. Most of my rentals I rented I trusted her to restyle whenever she thought looked best. She really took everything off my hands for me. Everyone needs a day or coordinator but you need TBE because their day of coordinators really do so much more! All my guests said that they have never been to such an organized beautiful wedding.
Taryn and her team are absolutely sensational. We only get to plan one wedding in our lifetime, and these ladies live and BREATHE weddings. We opted to move forward with "day-of" (*3 month out*) coordination, and our day was seamless with the help of Taryn and Shea. It is absolutely priceless to have not had to look at a clock one time on our wedding day. They are so fun and professional, and I can't imagine our day being as perfect without them there!
I have been telling all of my friends, the best money we ever spent on our wedding was for a TBE coordinator.
As a bride, I did not have to worry about a single THING during my big day. We had Deb, and she is literally an angel on this Earth. The entire team is so meticulous with details that you wouldn't even think of for your wedding. Deb took care of everything and we were so thankful for her that day. If you are even considering a wedding coordinator, please look into TBE. Their portal is refined and gives so many good recommendations for various vendors. We were so thankful our venue, Hazelwood Weddings, has a coordinator included in their pricing.
TBE is the best thing that happened to me and my wedding! The whole team is amazing and work SO hard. I am naturally a very big overthinker and will always throw myself a party (new years, birthday, 4th of July etc) …I usually have a vision and can’t explain it to others. So I was nervous about not being very hands-on decorating for the wedding. Daniele became my best friend through the whole experience. She threw the exact party I dreamed of! She also kept my nerves calm and helped me with anything I needed through the whole planning process. I easily get very overwhelmed by things. But there she was always staying calm, cool and collected …helping me out BIG time…through it all. ❤️
Simply put: you NEED Taryn and her team for your wedding! Risa was our coordinator and honestly I don’t know how we would’ve gotten through the day as flawlessly as we did without her. Throughout the entire planning process, Risa was available to answer all of our questions. When we got down to the 3 month mark, she jumped right in to help us create a timeline that incorporated everything that was important to us for the day of. She also helped communicate with all of our vendors, coordinated arrival times, created a floor plan and did so much more that contributed to an overall stress-free wedding day for us! On the day of, we were able to just enjoy getting ready with our bridal party with the comfort of knowing all of the setup and coordinating was being handled perfectly.
If you are considering a day of coordinator at all, do it! Risa was hands on the entire day and gave us the peace of mind that we needed to be able to fully enjoy our day. She kept us on schedule, made sure we were always having fun, kept a drink in our hands at all times, and even helped fix my dress when the bustle broke. We couldn’t have gotten through the day without her!

I originally had no intention of working with a wedding planner, but after going through the entire process I can't even imagine the stress I would have had to endure without TBE! We worked with Risa who was such a calming presence day of, while working nonstop to ensure we had the day of our dreams! There were two times the morning of the wedding where I thought of the most miniscule detail and started to freak out about getting it done, just to turn around and see that Risa had already thought of it and made it happen! I was able to fully relax and hang out with my bridesmaids the morning of the wedding without stressing. All of the décor and tables turned out exactly as I had envisioned - it was like Risa could read my mind! The entire day ran so smoothly thanks to the TBE team. Do yourself a favor and hire them!
If you're debating whether or not you need a wedding planner, trust me, you do. More specifically, you need TBE and Daniele as your planning lead. Despite having some major, unexpected life events come up during our two years of wedding planning, Daniele never let anything fall through the cracks or get to the point where we needed to rush major decisions. She curated pre-vetted vendor lists to our exact preferences which made that part of the process fun and easy. However, nothing stood out more than her dedication leading up to the wedding and her commitment day of. She not only coordinated with all of our vendors, but also took the time to meet with our moms to go over day of details and get everyone on the same page. She hopped on the phone with all of us again to discuss our rain plan the week of the wedding. The plan worked so well that most of our guests didn't even realize they were experiencing the rain plan. The day of was incredibly smooth and we were able to relax and enjoy knowing that Daniele and her team had everything covered. My husband and I are both pretty type A and prone to worrying and the fact that were both calm and confident was amazing to our friends and family. We both 100% chalked that up to the diligence and attention to detail of Daniele and the TBE team. We could not recommend TBE and specifically Daniele more emphatically. Hire them immediately!
First I will say, we were a bit hesitant about hiring a planner, thinking we could manage everything ourselves, but now that it's all over, we are SO happy we chose TBE. No matter how organized you are or how much you plan leading up to your wedding, there are a lot of logistics that happen day of and without Daniele and Emma, our friends or family would have been running around to ensure everything was perfect instead of spending those moments with us.
Their dedication to ensuring every detail of our wedding was impeccable did not go unnoticed. From our initial meetings to the final moments of the ceremony, their expertise was very evident. We are in awe of how seamlessly they orchestrated the entire event, ensuring that the atmosphere was filled with love and joy despite unexpected pouring rain. Their quick thinking and willingness to make last minute changes due to the rain turned what could have been a logistical nightmare (and maybe it was but they're just so amazing we didn't see it!) into an unforgettable experience for us and our guests.
Their biggest gift to us was just letting us (and our families) be present and enjoy the day and for that we are immensely grateful.
I felt as if I was in a different bride category. I did NOT enjoy wedding planning, gathering vendor info, any of that jazz… in comes TBE. Lolly and I had a phone call to discuss details as we got closer to our wedding and I nearly cried tears of joy. She literally took every single piece of information that was causing me stress during the last 90 days off my plate completely. I never had to speak to another vendor or plan out another detail. Then wedding day comes and it was relaxed and seamless as hell.
Even if you are someone who loves wedding planning (could not be me lol) I highly recommend day-of coordinator services at the very least.

I had a wonderful experience with TBE. I did partial planning and design. The design meeting really helped bring my vision to life through the vision board the design team created for me. I was able to share this board with my florist (and other vendors) which really helped. Danielle was my wedding planner, who has fabulous. She was so prompt in answering any questions I had throughout the entire planning process. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran smoothly - which it did! I'm very happy with my decision to hire TBE and I highly recommend!
Hiring Taryn was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. I was wowed by her during our very first call, and she continued to be a tremendous resource throughout the planning process. She gave input, kept us on track with her timelines, helped us find the exact right "greige" linen color, and made sure everything came together smoothly. On the day of the wedding, I had nothing to worry about. It was the ultimate gift! Taryn and Richelle handled everything so I could focus on being present with friends and family and just enjoying. I would 100% recommend hiring a wedding planner for your big day and I would 100% recommend hiring TBE!
I have no idea where to even start. Taryn was THE LITERAL BEST. I am such a type A person and pretty much knew exactly what I wanted when I started my planning process, but hiring her was the best thing I did for my wedding. She was there each step of the way to bounce ideas off of because she knows what works on a wedding day and what doesn’t. 3 months out she came in and literally made all my stress go away. The walkthrough was seamless, I had a list of questions but I didn’t even have to ask because she had literally thought of EVERYTHING.
Day off was the best day of my life. I didn’t have to worry about a single things because she and Deb were there handling it all. She was the queen of plan B’s on my day due to some venue issues, but I didn’t even notice because everything ran as smooth as butter.
It was such a blessing to be able to enjoy my day and know I didn’t have to worry about anything.

Taryn and her team are beyond special!! They not only made the wedding day perfect but they also made leading up to the day such a breeze. Anything you ask, you shall receive with TBE!! You will not regret having her and her team on your big day!
I knew even before we got engaged that we wanted to hire a planner to help us through the process and the day off. Taryn was the third planner we interviewed and I knew immediately Taryn and her team were the perfect fit for us. Taryn was with us every step of the way, offering advice, keeping us on track, and handling issues that popped up in the lead up to the wedding. Two weeks before our wedding we were informed that the hotel where we had over 100 guests staying and was in walking distance to both our church and reception venue was going to be closed! I found out on a Friday night and immediately texted Taryn who responded right away despite the timing. She helped us find two new hotels since we couldn’t find one that had enough space to accommodate everybody on such short notice AND found us transportation that we now needed to book to ensure everybody got to and from our wedding safely. Taryn and Teddi day if we’re a DREAM TEAM. Everything was set up to perfection. It was exactly how we envisioned our wedding day to look. They both kept us laughing all day, especially during pictures and helped to calm my nerves leading up to the ceremony. The end of the night was seamless and they ensured all of our decor and rentals were taken care of so my husband and I could go and enjoy the after party without concern. If I can give advice to any bride it’s HIRE TARYN BLAKE EVENTS! You will not regret it!

We worked with Taryn in the months leading up to our big day - I am a very A-type person and it could have mentally wrecked me, but I can honestly say that the wedding planning process was a breeze because of Taryn and her team! I am certain it wouldn’t have been so easy if we hadn’t locked them in. Taryn and Emma made our big day run perfectly, even including a timely pivot for a rain storm. I am sure there were things that went wrong that we still have no idea about because they are so prepared and great at what they do…patiently waiting for a “things we fixed for you” behind the scenes book 🤣. They are true professionals, but also so fun. We would book them again many times over!
If I could only give one piece of advice to everyone who is planning a wedding it would be that you absolutely need a wedding planner, and if you want the best it should be TBE. From the very first phone call with Daniele, my husband and I felt so secure about our decision to work with her. She is incredibly professional, organized, and knowledgable while also being so kind and always available. Almost every single vendor that I hired was at the recommendation of TBE and oh my gosh they were the freakin dream team! 6 months before our wedding, we found out we would be moving across the country 3 days after our wedding. The week of our wedding everyone kept asking me how I wasn't losing my mind and my answer was always "because I have Daniele". She gave me the ultimate gift of being able to relax and enjoy all the fun parts of our wedding weekend without having to field emails or phone calls from vendors or dealing with crises. Although to be honest - if there were any issues that occurred at my wedding I have no idea what they were. My wedding from my perspective was perfection. Even my friends and family kept telling us that they have never been to a more flawless wedding. The only issue I remember was the string holding my detachable sleeve onto my dress broke, and in literally SECONDS Daniele appeared with a thread and needle and sewed that baby right back on. She is simply incredible! Please do yourself the biggest favor and hire TBE. It is the best investment you will ever make for your wedding!
I could write an entire novel about my love for TBE, especially Daniele. When we first started working with TBE my now husband and I were living approx 6 hours away from our PA venue. During the planning process we needed to move to Washington state and the last thing I was worried about was the wedding planning. They made everything so easy and never batted an eye that I was now 3 timezones away. I am a naturally anxious person and I did not have 1 single ounce of anxiety on my wedding day thanks to TBE. The day was beautiful, stress-free, and all about us. As far as I know everything went off without a hitch, and if there were any issues I never found out about them! Risa was our coordinator at our wedding and I cannot recommend her enough. I cannot believe how perfect my wedding turned out / how smooth it ran and it is all thanks to her! Risa was absolutely magnificent, such a pleasure to work with and always had a positive attitude! Hiring Taryn Blake Events (TBE) was the single best wedding-related decision I made. I knew that I COULD plan a wedding without help, but I also knew I WOULD drive myself crazy if I tried to attempt it. We wanted a planner that understood our aesthetic and wouldn’t push us in a direction we didn’t want. We found exactly what we needed in TBE.
Taryn stepped in for full planning services after we had a date and a venue and took it from there. She and Daniele provided white-glove service from start to finish. Taryn knew exactly what kind of vendors would work for us and made the decision-making process easy because I knew every vendor suggested were tried and true from her years of wedding planning experience. She took our crazy idea of incorporating Marvel characters into our décor and made it work seamlessly with our desire for lots of color and tons of florals and reassured me it would all come together even when I was worried it was too much.
Daniele was a delight to work with on the travel, rehearsal dinner and after wedding events. Her responsiveness, ability to pivot when things weren’t going as planned and commitment to making our weekend the best made my life so much easier.
I am not exaggerating when I say that whenever someone would ask me if I was nervous about the wedding, my instant response was “Nope. I’ve hired THE BEST wedding planner and I know she’s got it all handled.” I never once worried about a vendor or venue related detail during planning or on the wedding day. Taryn and Daniele took care of every tiny thing, including hanging a neon sign during our ceremony in perfect silence when the original idea didn’t work, giving my husband double-stick tape for his yarmulke and fixing my bustle (three times!). I have no doubt there were other things that popped up that day, but we never knew about them, and our wedding day was a beautiful reflection of who we are as a couple thanks to their passion and commitment.
This team has experience in so many geographical areas, types of venues, and always loves a new wedding day challenge. I love the transparency that Taryn gave us in our consult call and that Daniele gave us throughout the planning process. They helped us find a venue that was in our budget and that met all of our needs (hello Hazelwood!). I would not change a thing about our wedding day. It went so smoothly, and Daniele and Shea from TBE were so instrumental in that. I can honestly say I felt no stress on my wedding day. If you're questioning if the money is worth it, I promise you it is.
I'd say Taryn Blake Events helped us create the wedding of our dreams, but what we ended up with was BEYOND that. After getting engaged, I knew we wanted to hire TBE after Taryn did a friends wedding a few years ago, which was one of the most beautiful and smoothly executed we have attended. And for a VERY reasonable price, we had a whole village of wonder-women making sure we had the best day ever! Our lead planner Daniele answered every question with lightening speed, was an endless source of good advice, and made sure we were on point during the whole planning proces. Which was invaluable during this weird time where event vendors were still recovering from being closed during Covid and tons of people are trying to have weddings again. And on the day of the wedding, Daniele and her team were everywhere, making sure we had nothing to worry about and everything was what we were hoping for (or better!). Our package also came with design, and what Taryn and Megan put together for us took the aesthetics and vibe of our wedding to the next level, way beyond what we would have come up with on our own. We've been to dozens of weddings over the past decade, and I was so excited at the amount of things we had that I had never seen at another wedding. And thier vendor recommendations and connections were also instrumental. Everyone we reached out to from their list was amazing, and when we had to pivot away from one vendor one month before the wedding (not one they recommended), Daniele had us in touch with another vendor that was able to save the day in a couple of hours. I could go on, but in sum, you need TBE on your side for your wedding!

TBE was a part of our planning process from the early stages of our engagement and their services were worth it every step of the way. Taryn provided gracious guidance with the overall look and design, allowing me the freedom to bring my grand ideas and thoughts to the table but keeping me on track as to what would look the best on the day. They were incredibly helpful in recommending vendors to bring my vision to life, all of which delivered above and beyond our wildest expectations. You know your wedding planner is the best of the best when your dad includes a thank you to her in his father of the bride toast - yes, I'm serious! Our wedding on 9/4/22 was the most perfect day of my whole life. I hired Taryn back in 2021 after postponing our wedding an entire year and feeling completely burnt out from the wedding planning process, and my only regret is that I didn't hire her from the start. From our first call, she GOT me and my husband, and our vision for the day, and designed a beautiful wedding that perfectly matched our vibe and what we wanted the experience to feel like. Throughout the process, she was communicative, proactive, and wrangled all of our vendors like the pro she is, with grace, organization and positivity. I remember saying to her the month before the wedding that I felt weirdly calm - and I honestly attribute that feeling to her and her team.
On our wedding day itself, I kicked my feet up, relaxed, and enjoyed myself, having full confidence in Taryn and her team. We hired Taryn and her team almost two years before our big day, and it was THE best decision we made throughout our planning process. We cannot say enough positive things about our lead planner, Daniele. From day one to wedding day, Daniele was easily accessible and there to answer any and all of our questions. She would answer emails within hours, which allowed us to keep our plans moving.
In various meetings, Daniele was ALWAYS in our corner, and she truly had the couple's best interest in mind. If something fell through, she had an immediate solution to ensure it what was we, as the couple, wanted.
At our rehearsal, she led efficiently and ensured each individual knew what to do, including providing those little tips that we may never have considered. Daniele developed a detailed day-of timeline (and she is the expert of ensuring it's followed!) that allowed us to stay on schedule. We had no stress on our big day because we knew Daniele was handling anything and everything behind the scenes.

I stumbled upon TBE on Instagram in the early stages of planning and I was drawn to Taryn because she is unapologetically a mastermind of weddings. She is no bullshit and she says what’s up! … I am the same way, and I knew her team would follow suite.
Enter our Planner: Daniele. I instantly knew we were an awesome match. Daniele exceeded her job duties. She exceeded expectations. She handled business she did not have to handle. She went to bat for me. She was my voice on my wedding weekend so I could enjoy every second with zero concerns. She answered calls and texts. She setup my decor better than I imagined it in my head. She checked on me. She hugged me. By the time my wedding weekend came, she felt like a big sister and a friend who I trusted like so.

We hired Taryn as a day of coordinator, but her contributions far exceeded just the day of the wedding. She provided many helpful resources and advice throughout the planning process and despite my and my mother's reaching out probably more that what fell under day of coordinator duties, Taryn always quickly responded with helpful insights, best practices, and solutions. She also would proactively share feedback that I never would have thought of. She has a system that will ensure that everyone is on the same page for the day of your wedding ( the couple and all of your vendors. )
For my husband and I, the most valuable part of working with Taryn was our ability to be stress-free (and even phone free) on our wedding day. We had so many people before our wedding tell us how stressed we would be or how quickly the day would go, but that wasn't our experience. I had the privilege of working with Daniele as my day of coordinator. Prior to the wedding, Daniele communicated with our vendors, reviewed the contracts to ensure we had everything we needed, set up a day of timeline, and answered every question I had so quickly, despite being out on maternity leave for part of it. Even if you think you don’t need a day of coordinator, think again because TBE took care of minute details that I never even thought of. The day of the wedding, Daniele and Teddi setup and tore down our decor, directed vendors to their correct spots, ensured that we were running on time, and made sure that we didn’t have to lift a finger. Daniele made sure that I was stress-free and got to actually enjoy getting ready with my family. The entire day I couldn’t stop smiling and I attribute that to Taryn Blake Events for making my day perfect.

I want to start this review by saying that you are crazy to not higher a planner for your wedding. Even if you are the most organized person, there are so many small details and behind the scene things taking place that you as the bride dont want to even think about on your day! HIRE TBE and let them remove absolutely all stressors from you!!
My assigned planner was Daniele. She was absolutely amazing!!! Daniele answered emails so quickly and answered my endless questions/concerns daily. Daniele found out about a festival/street closures days leading up to the wedding and was on top of alerting vendors, etc which we would not have known about otherwise. On the actual wedding day, the day went flawless and I have the team to thank. I did not have my phone on me at all and just knew they were near by if I needed anything at all. I would recommend TBE again and again!

We worked with Daniele, Risa, + the Taryn Blake team for our May 2022 wedding and they were absolutely AMAZING. I couldn't imagine trying to plan or organize our wedding day without them. We did full wedding planning out of state. We are in PA. Wedding was in Charlottesville, VA at Pippin Hill Farm. Taryn and her team were always punctual and friendly. They truly alleviated the stresses of wedding planning and simplified it as much as possible. I literally just showed up to my dream day and it was perfect.
