the time she started with us, she was so supportive and thorough in everything that she did– She was literally on top of anything and everything! Jackie took over communication with all of our vendors for us and made sure everything went smooth and seamless on the day of the wedding. Leading up to the wedding she was there to answer all of my questions and offer reassurance when we were unsure about something. To this day we have no idea if there were any issues on the day of the wedding! It was completely stress free and we were able to relax and be completely present. My mom is still talking about how amazing Jackie was. She took care of everything on the day of the wedding including setting up, running two separate rehearsals with both sides of the wedding, and keeping my husband and I separated until our first look. During the wedding, Jackie made sure our ceremony ran flawlessly and she was even able to get our very young flower girl and ring bearer down the aisle with smiles on their faces! All throughout the night she kept us on schedule and she would regularly check in with us to make sure we were taken care and did not need anything! If you are debating working with Blake Events for your wedding, you will be blown away by how amazing everyone is! (and if you are lucky enough to work with Jackie– you are in such great hands!!)

usband (eek!) and I both have demanding jobs and we just knew there'd be no way we could manage it all ourselves. When meeting with Daniele from Blake, she instantly gave us a sense of relief, while feeling like our friend. Other planning companies felt sterile and unfriendly - but the entire Blake team were so warm. We went with the full planning package and honestly couldn't imagine it any other way. They take care of everything - from vendor recommendations, budget, day-of coordination, communication, design, rentals.. you name it, Blake does it. Their team helped me get the ideas out of my head and make them a reality. Each of the vendors we booked felt like our family - they all treated us so special. I really don't have words to express our gratitude to Daniele as our full-time planner. I quickly learned to let go of control and put my full trust in Daniele; she knows what looks good and what works.  The 'full time' package includes some number of hours of planning.. in retrospect I am 100% sure we went over that and I'm sure she does it for all of her couples. It makes it hard to believe that she balances multiple weddings per year with so much grace! Never once did I feel second to another couple - in fact she made us feel like we were the only couple she was planning for. If leading up to the wedding wasn't enough work, Daniele literally set up outdoor heaters when our venue coordinators wouldn't and more than made up for their shortcomings. She is incredibly organized and reliable; she personally made sure every single detail was perfect on our day. She stood next to me when I was getting ready to walk down the aisle and put me at ease. There wasn't a moment in the day that I was stressed.. we were 100% present during our wedding day, not focused on the behind-the-scenes details because of Daniele. I will never be able to repay her and the entire team at Blake for going to bat for us when it counted and creating a memory for us that will last our lifetime. Some people talk about the "post wedding blues" but for me, the hardest part of it being over is not having constant communication with Daniele, who became a great friend, over the last year. We are so grateful! 

e connection when talking to Taryn that made me feel like I was going to be in good hands with her team. We worked with Samantha Anderson and she was exactly who I needed in my corner. In the early stages of planning she helped keep us on track with big and small milestones including everything from reviewing contracts to making sure we had extra batteries for our instax cameras. Samantha seamlessly worked with our vendors to create an incredibly organized schedule for the day. At each milestone I said to my fiancé that booking this planner was the best decision we made. Samantha continued to exceed our high expectations at every turn. She was so in tune with our wants and needs for the day and made sure that we had the right conversations to make the decisions we needed to make. I remember at our site visit 1 month out our venue coordinator pointed out where one of our rented elements would go and how it would look. While everyone else there moved onto the next element, Samantha read me like a book and knew that something was wrong. She stopped the tour and asked me what I was thinking. We ultimately decided to forgo this rented element, which Samantha facilitated in helping us cancel and get as much money back as we could. Even my fiancé did not realize that I was starting to spiral in that moment! On the wedding day, when we walked through the space on arrival, my fiancé and I were both so excited that we had made the decision to forgo that element and I thought back to that moment with Samantha that helped make that happen. Samantha really showed her true professionalism on the wedding day. We had a couple of hiccups including the NFL away team doing drop-off at our hotel pickup the same time as our wedding guest shuttles, guests who didn't RSVP, and I'm sure several others that I didn't even know about. Again, at every moment Samantha showed she was fully in our corner and was going to make sure we got the day we wanted. During ceremony practice I had to brush past a piece of greenery hanging on our chuppah to get to my place. She asked me if I liked it, or not. I said I'd prefer it be closer to the chuppah and not hang off as much and the next time I saw the chuppah it was changed! Also, Samantha literally gave me the coat off her back when we had to line up outside (for our November wedding) to enter into the ceremony space. I have so many more examples I could give about how amazing Samantha was. She was exactly who I needed that day and will be forever grateful to her for giving me the best wedding day I could have asked for. On top of all of this, Blake Events made the recommendation to use Blossom Bliss as our florist. I talked to 8 florists total as this was a big element for our day and I could not have been happier with Blossom Bliss and thank Blake Events for recommending them!

From start to finish, Daniele and the Blake Events team were kind, optimistic and reassuring that we would have a wonderful wedding, which we did! Blake Events truly helped our vision come to life (literally, the design deck we built was truly our wedding on the day of!) and just the extra help and comfort knowing that we were in great hands meant everything to us. Daniele herself, what a treasure to work with. She is wonderful, and helped us behind the scenes without us even realizing; for example, helping us save money anywhere we could. She helped select our amazing vendors, and she let us know that we could always check in with her, via email, phone, meetings, etc., and was always helping us stay on track with our timeline. Leading up to the wedding, Daniele had everything taken care of, and we felt like guests at our own wedding without all the extra headaches. She really went with the flow when I thought nothing could be done (like when she physically helped us move our rehearsal dinner inside when the weather was less than ideal!) Daniele even went above and beyond by helping me steam my wedding dress the morning of, just amazing work. Our guests had a wonderful time, and kept telling us (and still do!) how BEAUTIFUL our wedding was, which made us beam with pride! We could not have planned our wedding without Daniele and Blake Events. Hire them, you will NOT regret it!

I had more than one florist I sent it to say it was the most detailed, gorgeous design deck they had ever received. All of her recommendations for vendors were great. We only had one bad vendor, and that was someone Taryn hadn't worked with before. Even though that vendor was extremely unprofessional the day of the wedding, Taryn handled it like a champ and saved the day! And the best part - I had NO idea until after the wedding! I was blissfully unaware, getting my hair and makeup done. I also have some tough family dynamics and Taryn was extremely understanding and kind. Taryn's day of assistant, Sarah, was also wonderful! She came to my getting ready airbnb the day of and did a great job of helping out but also stayed back so we could be just us. Her company is on the preferred list for our venue, Union Mills, so if you are getting married there, there is no question, pick them!

Before she joined our vendor team we were struggling to get answers from our venue and catering, but once Taryn joined our team no exaggeration, she got us more answers in a week than we had gotten in months. I’m the type of person that probably pays too much attention to the details and making everything perfect and every time I brought up something to Taryn to put it on her radar, she already had it on her list and was actively working on it! She even had things on her radar that I never even thought to think of. We also did our own décor and artificial flowers and to say we had a lot is an understatement. I also had a very specific vision for the décor but due to timing wasn’t able to set any of it up myself. Taryn and her team made my vision come to life and it looked even better than I imagined. On our wedding day, my main goal was that I wanted to be able to relax and just enjoy it and not stress over anything, which was definitely an ambitious goal since I am someone that gets stressed out very easily. Questions came up that we would have never thought of before being in the thick of planning (ex: how many hours do our candles need to burn for? Deb immediately knew the answer and had a suggestion for where to purchase them). Deb saved us from a dress malfunction moments before walking down the aisle, made the venue space look absolutely gorgeous, and provided us with an immeasurable amount of peace of mind and calm, comforting energy. “In Deb we trust” was a saying going around the preparation suite the morning of our wedding. There was never a doubt in our minds that Deb would deliver. She was the friend, support system, sounding board, teammate that we truly would have been lost without. When it comes to a day as memorable as your wedding - trust the professionals. I’m so glad we did.

She kept us on schedule, made sure we were always having fun, kept a drink in our hands at all times, and even helped fix my dress when the bustle broke. We couldn’t have gotten through the day without her! We love team TBE, and you will too!

We worked with Risa who was such a calming presence day of, while working nonstop to ensure we had the day of our dreams! There were two times the morning of the wedding where I thought of the most miniscule detail and started to freak out about getting it done, just to turn around and see that Risa had already thought of it and made it happen! I was able to fully relax and hang out with my bridesmaids the morning of the wedding without stressing. All of the décor and tables turned out exactly as I had envisioned - it was like Risa could read my mind! The entire day ran so smoothly thanks to the TBE team. Do yourself a favor and hire them!

She curated pre-vetted vendor lists to our exact preferences which made that part of the process fun and easy. However, nothing stood out more than her dedication leading up to the wedding and her commitment day of. She not only coordinated with all of our vendors, but also took the time to meet with our moms to go over day of details and get everyone on the same page. She hopped on the phone with all of us again to discuss our rain plan the week of the wedding. The plan worked so well that most of our guests didn't even realize they were experiencing the rain plan. The day of was incredibly smooth and we were able to relax and enjoy knowing that Daniele and her team had everything covered. My husband and I are both pretty type A and prone to worrying and the fact that were both calm and confident was amazing to our friends and family. We both 100% chalked that up to the diligence and attention to detail of Daniele and the TBE team. We could not recommend TBE and specifically Daniele more emphatically. Hire them immediately!

how organized you are or how much you plan leading up to your wedding, there are a lot of logistics that happen day of and without Daniele and Emma, our friends or family would have been running around to ensure everything was perfect instead of spending those moments with us. Their dedication to ensuring every detail of our wedding was impeccable did not go unnoticed. From our initial meetings to the final moments of the ceremony, their expertise was very evident. We are in awe of how seamlessly they orchestrated the entire event, ensuring that the atmosphere was filled with love and joy despite unexpected pouring rain. Their quick thinking and willingness to make last minute changes due to the rain turned what could have been a logistical nightmare (and maybe it was but they're just so amazing we didn't see it!) into an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. Their biggest gift to us was just letting us (and our families) be present and enjoy the day and for that we are immensely grateful.

her was the best thing I did for my wedding. She was there each step of the way to bounce ideas off of because she knows what works on a wedding day and what doesn’t. 3 months out she came in and literally made all my stress go away. The walkthrough was seamless, I had a list of questions but I didn’t even have to ask because she had literally thought of EVERYTHING. Day off was the best day of my life. I didn’t have to worry about a single things because she and Deb were there handling it all. She was the queen of plan B’s on my day due to some venue issues, but I didn’t even notice because everything ran as smooth as butter. It was such a blessing to be able to enjoy my day and know I didn’t have to worry about anything. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner or even Taryn and her team, don’t wait. It was literally the best investment I made on my wedding day for me, my friends, and my family. 10/10 recommend
