About this vendor
I am so sorry to be missing out on your beautiful celebration. Unfortunately, for medical reasons, I need to take a break from planning. I hope to be back up and running for 2024. Thank you!

Bey was super easy to work with and made our day a perfect one! There were moments throughout the planning process that she was a bit disorganized but she always made things right ...
in the end. Good communication, great creativity, and very good at making my dream a reality.
My fiance and I attended Bey's wedding planning workshop. I went in feeling woefully unprepared to start wedding planning. I never felt judged for my lack of knowledge going in. Sh...
e was hugely informative, made everyone feel comfortable, and welcomed questions throughout the session. It was nice to also meet other couples looking for impartial guidance. She also provided spreadsheets after the session to help manage timeline, budgets, and more. It was exactly what I needed approach planning in more manageable pieces. I would highly recommend Bey.
Bey really helped set us on the right track when it came to planning our wedding. Her seminar was incredibly helpful and we were able to overcome some of our planning anxiety thank...

When we began thinking about our wedding, it was important to us that it encompassed our characteristics as individuals and as a couple. Fortunately, we found someone who could hel...
p us realize our vision and help us stay true to our ideas in an industry where there's a lot of external pressure. Thank you to Bey for helping us break the mold. With her expert planning and experience, not to mention joy and sense of humor, we were able to have the wedding we dreamed of from the beginning. The venue was everything we needed. It allowed for a special ceremony, and a fun reception for kids and adults alike. The food was the highest quality while also being fun and aligned with the rustic setting. The music was just right. The decor was inspired and fun without being over the top.
Most importantly, Bey's planning and execution was expert and perfect. We both work very busy schedules and unusual hours, and her ability to accommodate and be flexible with us and the vendors was exactly what we needed. No detail was too small for Bey, but we never would have known that , because it was already handily taken care of before it reached our attention. Bey shared with us the information we wanted and needed, without overwhelming us with details. She respected our wishes, and gave us the true spirit of our event. It was truly a pleasure working with Bey, and we can't have asked for a more perfect day.
I attended one of Tasks@Bey's wedding planning workshops, and I loved it! It was great to meet other people who were planning their weddings, bounce off ideas, and learn the ins an...
d outs of wedding planning (everything from "A to I do"!). The session really jump started my own planning, and I left feeling inspired and excited to plan our special day. Bey helps make the process seem so much less daunting, and it's clear she knows what she’s doing. As an added bonus, she also provided us with amazing Excel spreadsheets for keeping track of our timeline, budgets, and more (I LOVE spreadsheets, and am so excited to use these!). Bey is friendly, welcoming, and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend!
We did one session with Bey to prepare for our wedding planning. If I don’t enjoy planning myself I would’ve totally hired her to plan our wedding.

e and pointed out some things I wasn’t thinking about. She provided us with speed sheets to keep track of our budget and time line.
It was a good experience and completely worth it.

ors raved about her organization. I truly can't say enough good things. Highly recommend hiring her for your next event!
Bey was absolutely amazing in her role as our wedding coordinator. She dealt with all the things that we didn't want to or know how to and made the entire experience for us so much...
more enjoyable. She kept us happy, relaxed and fed on the day, which I didn't think was even possible, and our guests all had a wonderful time. When it came time to meet with vendors, she was able to get a feel for exactly what we wanted and hit the nail on the head with both the photographer and baker, so that we only needed to meet with the first ones and it was all done. She went above and beyond, making sure that our needs, and quirky requests were all handled and never complained about the numerous trips to the seamstress that she needed to make to accommodate wedding party members from all over the place. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking to plan a wedding or any other event. She will make it a memorable one and you will walk away happy.
