Our wedding officiant had a very relaxed style and Kara helped run the ceremony rehearsal to ensure everyone knew what to expect for the big day. The day of, she and her team were organized, prompt, and managed the day seamlessly. She and her team set up decor that we had brought in and turned our vision into reality! My husband and I never once had to deal with logistics questions and were able to fully enjoy our wedding day. I personally appreciated how Kara and her team helped keep the day on track but also were flexible when a few things didn’t happen at the exact scheduled time. She checked in on me throughout the day to see how I was doing and always seemed to be there at the exact right moments to help with needs that popped up during the day. Kara’s ability to confidently and professionally manage all of the vendors and details made our day go off without a hitch! Thank you Kara and team!

Kara went above and beyond to help us as our wedding took place in a state where we did not live. During our initial phone conversation, I mentioned that we had a budget for our coordinator role and Kara assured me that we would make it work. The days leading up to our wedding, we were so impressed with how professional Kara was when communicating her timeline schedule with vendors and our wedding party, which was extremely helpful! Kara was present at our rehearsal, and let me tell you, it would not have gone as smoothly as it did had she not been there! On our wedding day, Kara coordinated so many behind the scenes details in order for us, our parents, and wedding party to enjoy the day! I trusted Kara completely to execute our wedding plans and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants an incredible day-of-coordinator!

hat something will go wrong the day of so be mentally prepared to let it go etc, but there were zero issues on my wedding day thanks to this team that paid attention to every single detail. They were prepared for everything and I didn't have to worry about one detail the day or night of. When I walked into the ballroom, I knew I was going to be happy, but I couldn't believe how beautiful everything was.

I expected to be very busy the day of the wedding making sure details were attended to, and instead I thoroughly enjoyed the day, soaking it all in and having the time to be present with family and friends. We have Kara Burquest of Tassel and Tarte to thank for this. I so appreciate that she took the lead with all the vendors, so that we didn't have to connect with them regarding all their comings and goings. And I am so grateful that she and her assistant took over all the other details of the day, as well: setting out placecards and desserts, bringing bouquets and florals to and from the church, making sure everyone had their bouts and corsages, attending to various needs and requests from the wedding party and guests, and so on. If anything went wrong that day, I was blissfully unaware of it. I can't begin to tell you how amazing it was at the end of the night to climb into already packed cars. I just don't think I would have had the energy at that point to take down florals and pack away decor and gifts. And everything was done so unobtrusively! I remember looking over the room one time after it got dark and thinking how beautiful it looked in all the candle glow, and the next time I thought about it, everything was gone, loaded up in our cars. Kara was there before the bridal party at 9:00 am and was still there when we left after midnight, yet though the day was long, she was kind and thoughtful and smiling throughout. The entire wedding day was even more than we had hoped for, and we so appreciate Kara's role in this memorable day.

Kara spends time with us when we get to the venue, talking through the cues for processional music and then in the heat of the moment she cues us exactly how we planned (this doesn't happen with all planners!!). She listens to our concerns, if we have any, and makes everything right. You can't go wrong with Kara on your team!
