Taste did a wonderful job with our wedding. I loved their flexibility . Amanda was very nice and eager to work with us at every stage. They held a wonderful tasting for us and were willing to make any and all adjustments so the food was exactly as we desired. We wanted to have a bit of a Jamaican flare considering my husband is Jamaican. I also loved their familiarity with our venue, The Chrysler Museum, and the ease with which they worked with all the other vendors.

We had Taste cater our wedding at the Woman's Club of Portsmouth. Amanda was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend.

Our wedding was at The Chrysler Museum in Norfolk, VA on August 20th 2022. We had started to plan our wedding April of 2021 so we had a lot of time to plan and pay for everything before the wedding. Taste was our first choice on the vendor list and we were so thankful for them because right from the get go they were able to help break down the pricing, helping us pick out our food for our guest, the taste testing was absolutely amazing as well! Our wedding was completely taken care of as they took care of changing over the venue from the ceremony to the reception and catered to all of our guest very professionally. I know all of our guest were highly impressed by them as made the change over look effortless and really took care of us all night long as the wedding couple making plates and getting drinks for us. Not to mention making plates for later and packing all of our leftovers and we really didn’t have to do anything. They took care of our bars and had very professional bar tenders make all of our drinks for all of our guest. I will say you have to book Taste for your wedding. We had 103 guest attend and everyone complimented us about the quality of the food served, drinks and service they received as our guest.

We worked with Taste Catering for our June 2022 wedding and they were amazing! Everyone we worked with was super responsive and helpful, and I have to give a special shout out to Amanda for being so on top of everything leading up to the wedding and on the day of. We had to make several changes due to rescheduling our wedding twice, and they were accommodating through the whole process. The food and service were great, and I highly recommend working with them for your event!

We chose Taste Catering for our May 2022 wedding and we were so pleased with the quality of service we received. Many of our guests commented on how good the food was at the reception & cocktail hour and we completely agreed. The servers were very attentive and friendly and the catering manager I worked with (Amanda) was incredible- very professional and helpful! Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

We could not be more thankful for Amanda and her crew from Cuisine (now Taste). From our first communication with them to their final moments walking out at the conclusion, everyone was helpful, attentive, responsive, professional and, focused! The food, service and attention to detail was impressive. We could not recommend Amanda and her team more and will definitely use them for future events.

We hired Cuisine for our wedding at Norfolk Botanical Gardens in Renaissance Court, and worked with Jen G who assisted us with the food, event staff, and all rentals - everything confirmed in writing in our contract. When I arrived on my wedding day at 2:00, I was first notified that there was an issue with event set up - our main tent had been set up in a different location. When I arrived to the location in the Garden, I saw that it wasn’t just the main tent, but it was a completely different layout, which contradicted the layout in our contract. The 2 catering tents for the staff to work out of were not delivered. Thus, the staff was forced to prepare food in open air area, obviously causing concern for compromised quality of food. The serving stations were in a completely different location because of the missing catering tents. Our ten cocktail tables that we planned to have arranged in front of the tent were all placed together to a side, so that the new outdoor food preparation without catering tents wasn’t visible to guests. And then there were minor/ cosmetic issues - like the legs of our tent weren’t covered and decorated as planned with Jen and written in contract, and we had incomplete lighting in the tent... Our napkins were “delivered to the wrong wedding” so some guests didn’t have napkins at their seats with dinner. Because the main tent was incorrectly placed and catering tents were not delivered, staff present and my wedding planner made layout decisions to simply make it work, and I was not involved. I should also mention that after months of planning with Jen, she notified us week of that she would not be present on our wedding day because of another event scheduled on the same day, and that Carla would fill in. My biggest issue though was that we had written in contract that staff would be present to serve guests from stations, but guests ended up serving themselves. This was really disappointing to me, because I was completely unaware of it at the time, since my food was brought to me as the bride, while tables were being called to stations. We were told 16 servers and 4 bartenders would be present, both confirmed in contract and two days prior to the event when we were preparing tips for staffs. If there was a staffing issue, I would have assumed I would have been made aware in advance. Cuisine still hasn’t confirmed the number that were actually there (I’m questioning the amount present because of the service provided). Regardless, guests served themselves which was really upsetting, especially during COVID when food safety had been thoroughly discussed with Jen prior to the event. Per my wedding planner, when this mistake was caught, staff wasn’t available to serve because they were occupied with other tasks, so guests continued to serve themselves. When we talked with Cuisine two days after the event, they listened and validated our concerns. We were offered reimbursement money as compensation. They didn’t provide any specific reasoning, except that it was the Rental Company’s fault (Distinctive) that they use. They basically just listened while we freaked out! I never received an explanation about why servers weren’t at the food stations. I am now communicating with other vendors to identify what exactly happened. Unfortunately, this was extremely disappointing. I would discourage anyone from using them for any event after my experience.

Jen Gaughan and the team at Cuisine and Co were absolutely amazing! Catering from our garage for our daughter’s wedding in our backyard, they somehow made everyone feel as if they were dining in a 5-star restaurant! Every bite, from the passed hors d’oeuvres, to plated dinner and homemade ice cream sandwiches was delicious! Jen not only managed the team to create such delicious food, along with our wedding planner, she coordinated all of our rentals – which was an extensive list since this was in our backyard! We needed everything and she was able to get it all here! We can’t thank Jen and her team enough for helping to create our daughter’s perfect wedding day!

Cuisine and Co catered our wedding and the food was delicious! Jen Gaughan was amazing throughout - we cannot say enough great things about her. She is an advocate for her clients, other vendors love her and love working with her. She was so helpful, responsive and honestly just great through the process. Jen even came outside during cocktail hour (we were taking pictures) with a plate of hors d'oeuvre for my husband and I to have, which was definitely needed at that point! Everything was delicious and her team was amazing throughout taking care of guest and wedding party. My bridesmaids raved about one food item so much Cuisine and Co actually packed them up some the item to take with them after the wedding and my husband and I received an awesome basket of leftovers to take to our hotel. Cuisine and Co. and Jen made the changes we had to make to our wedding due to Covid restrictions go smoothly and Jen was great at brainstorming with our other vendors a way to give us a micro wedding which still felt like the wedding we envisioned. We would highly recommend Jen and Cuisine and Co.

Jen and her team at Cuisine and Company played a huge role in our wedding at the Chrysler Museum! Jen worked tirelessly to help us put together the perfect menu. We leaned on her for advice on everything from drinks to tablecloths. On the day of the wedding, Jen and her team were so attentive. The ceremony and reception were both held in Huber Court, and I’m still in disbelief how quickly and flawlessly they transformed the space! To top it all off, the food was amazing! Our guests are still raving about the mac and cheese.

Jen and her team were so easy to work with. They had catered at our venue before and so were able to give lots of feed back and ideas through out the planning process. And Jen was such a joy to have on site for the day of the event. She did a great job of ensuring we and our family were well taken care of! I always had a glass of champagne in my hand and every guest was treated like royalty. Plus, the food was delicious!

We used Cuisine and Company to cater our daughter’s wedding last weekend in Sandbridge Beach. I cannot say enough about Jen Gaughan, the Coordinator, and her entire crew that worked at the wedding. Jen came out the day before to ensure everything would be perfect. She handled every detail of how many plates, glasses, silverware, tables, etc. we needed. Everything was delivered a day before the wedding and was picked up the Monday after the wedding. The food was prepared on site and was delicious! Some of our favorites were the Crispy Asparagus Spears, Piquant Chicken, Bourbon & Brown Sugar Beef Tenders, and Mini Twice Baked Potatoes. They handled every detail for us, helped set up the beach wedding, and even took down the pergola we had set up so we could enjoy the after wedding festivities. The staff was so helpful and professional in everything they did. The serving of the food at the tables around the pool was spectacular and they promptly refilled the hot food as needed. We worried about nothing and if we did, Cuisine and Company had already thought of it and fixed it. If you have an event that you need a caterer, Cuisine and Company is the way to go!

Jen G. made our wedding at the Hermitage Museum and Gardens the best wedding it could possibly be. She met with us numerous times for tastings and to help us with all the little details (such as tablecloths, tables, chairs, lights) and made the seemingly daunting process easy to handle. Without Jen, our wedding would not have been as beautiful as it was! I have recommended her AND Cuisine and Company to multiple people. The FOOD was absolutely fantastic. Our guests still talk to us about the bourbon and brown sugar beef tenderloin we had...it was mouthwatering. Lastly, I wanted to write about an added touch that made C&C hard to beat - during cocktail hour, Jen found the me and my groom and had drinks and a plate of hors d'oeuvres for us. For anyone that says, "be prepared to not eat at your own wedding," this will certainly not be the case if you hire Cuisine and Company! We left full and happy. :)

Jen and her staff were absolutely amazing. Jen was very hands on and responsive during conversations and the day of. And the food was absolutely delicious. We got brown sugar and bourbon glazed beef tenderloins and they we were so tender and delicious. We also got lemon pepper crusted chicken with succotash that was really yummy as well. The parmesan smashed potatoes, southern style green beans, and the mac and cheese were also absolutely delicious. Everyone loved the food and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. They also liked the desert bar we got since we didn't get a large wedding cake. Our overall experience with Jen and Cuisine & Company was wonderful and I will definitely be recommending them to any of my friends who are getting married. I would even want to use them for any other events that would require catering.

Anyone living in the Tidewater/Hampton Roads area who is in need of a caterer for an event should only go to Cuisine and Company. They have been around for many, many years, and still do a superb job. Every detail was taken care of by their topnotch staff. Jen Gaughan was so easy to talk to and extremely helpful! oh, and the food was outstanding!

I would give Cuisine and Co more stars if I could. Cassie and her team went above and beyond. My husband and I wanted themed food to reflect our upbringings. She jumped on board and made our original ideas even better, all while working within our budget. The food was even better at the wedding than at the tasting. I am only sad I didn't eat more of it on our wedding day!

Four weeks later and my guests are STILL commenting on how delicious the food was!! Cuisine and Co even let me create my own appetizer for cocktail hour.

One of the main things you want to hear after you wedding is”the food was amazing,” and we seriously haven’t stopped hearing it. Our guests are literally raving about the food. AND the food came out hot! I can’t tell you how many weddings I’ve been to where I’ve had cold food. We had perfectly executed service from beginning to end. And by “beginning” i mean Cassie was so thorough with the planning. She had such initiative and thoughtfulness when it came to planning, she ensured we covered all the bases. Cassie not only knows what she’s doing, she also has the care and concern to ensure we knew what we were doing too. This catering was flawless, our venue was beautiful, the staff was amazing and the food genuinely could not have been better. Of all of the staff from our wedding, Cuisine is at the top of the “would use again” list.

Amazing!!!! I am so glad we went with Cuisine and Company! Food and service was top notch! People are still talking about the food almost a year later!!

Our guest are still raving about our reception food!! From the very beginning speaking with Cassie to tasting our selected menu to our wedding day everything was smooth and such a wonderful experience. The staff on our wedding day was super sweet and made sure all of the details were executed!

Cuisine and Company was the exclusive caterer for my venue, but I am SO glad that they were! What an amazing and efficient team! I worked with Jen from the get go and she was very helpful in creating the perfect menu for our guests to enjoy. The day of the wedding, she and her team made sure my husband and I were taken care of the entire night by getting us our food quickly so we could mingle with our guests, ensuring we always had drinks, and all leftover food and cake was packaged up in a nice little basket for us to go (with some champagne, too!) Everything was packed up by the staff and placed right into our car so my husband and I, as well as our families and bridal party, did not have to lift a finger after the wedding! The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed those leftovers the day after the wedding! After the wonderful experience we had, I would use them all over again, exclusive caterer or not!

The food was AMAZING! We received so many praises from our guests! Sometimes at weddings, one entree stands out over the other and as a guest, you kind of regret not choosing the tastier option. But both of our entrees (eggplant parmesan & tuscan lemon chicken) were a hit, and because we had it served buffet style guests were able to try everything! They even gave us a picnic basket filled with left overs, cake slices, and champagne to enjoy the next day...so cute and sweet! Oh, and they were an absolute joy to work with. We were working with Gloria, and she always promptly answered my emails and kept me on schedule with everything, which is helpful when you book 11 months in advanced.

Cassie with Cuisine & Company went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect! She customized our menu several times, provided us with advice and recommendations, and set up a fantastic taste-testing. Our guests are still raving about the food from our wedding. We would highly recommend C&C for catering and Cassie for a personalized experience!

To say Cuisine and Company did a fanatical job would be an understatement. Kate Bull and her team did a wonderful job handling the day, the details and most importantly us and our guest. The food was amazing the day we did the tasting, the dinner we had at our wedding, and the left overs that I have eaten so much of. Kate Bull thought of every little detail when it came to our meetings, and then the final day. It all turned out we all imagined it! Let me take a moment and say Kate Bull is a phenomenal women when she handled a little stressed out bride to be on those last few weeks, I'm not sure I could even come close to her grace that she exhibited throughout the entire process. Everyone dressed nicely, was kind to our guest. And if you're having anything fall, definitely go with the Butternut Squash Ravioli! Thank you to a great team who weathered the storm of Hurricane Matthew to ensure our night turned out perfect!

Oh my gosh our food at our wedding was so amazing !! The mac and cheese and the chicken Marsala were my favorite. Everyone loved the food and the people working the wedding were so professional !! I can't thank them enough for helping make my day so perfect !!

Our guests are still talking about the food (3 weeks later)! Cuisine and Company was very professional. They had excellent service the day of the wedding. Jen was very responsive. The food during out tasting was better than the day of the wedding (more flavorful), however it was still so good the guests raved about it. The cost is high and there is no flexibility with the pricing. Jen was flexible with our specific details regarding how food was prepared. They allowed for special dietary restrictions and ensured the right people received the right plates. At the end of the night, they packed up all of the left overs and sent them with us. This was great!!! I recommend Cuisine and Company for your catering needs!

We absolutely loved the food at our reception! Jen was available every step of the way for our wedding. We live in FL and she made the planning easy and stress free. The Mac and cheese was divine and the service was fantastic. The guests loved the buffet and they served us our meal at the sweetheart table. It was everything I could have asked for and more. Highly recommend!

Cuisine and Company were fantastic. We did a tasting and all the food was very good. We had a few suggestions and things we wanted to change and they were quick at making the changes and had great suggestions. At the reception they were also very attentive. One of the caterers brought my wife and I a plate and then brought us a new warmer plate when she noticed that we had not taken the time to eat. They were just great. The food was amazing. It is fairly expensive and if you have a super tight budget you may need to go with someone else but I thought they were well worth it. Nothing but good things to say about them. Highly recommended.

This food is better the majority of the Hampton Roads restaurants!!! When you think buffet food you worry about dry or mushy tasteless food. This food is amazing. We had steak with chimicurri sauce and some of the best Tuscan chicken I have ever had. Plus there were some creative new things like BBQ spring rolls. Plus they made us a basket of leftovers (you won't eat as the wedding couple) and it was still incredible hours later at the hotel! Jen was absolutely amazing as well. If you pick Cuisine and Co (and you should) specifically ask for her!

The food was absolutely amazing! We received so many compliments and everything was made just as discussed at our food tasting. They were incredibly open to our changes and ideas during the tasting. It is definitely a pricier catering company, but if you have the funds it is worth the expense as they do a spectacular job!

I thoroughly enjoyed my tasting and service provided at Cuisine and Co. The food was really good; however, it was a bit pricey. The food was actually better at the tasting than at the wedding, but perhaps that was due to the large quantity of plates that were being served. The servers were excellent and very prompt and attentive. I heard no complaints from guests about service or food quality, so Cuisine and Co was an overall success in our book! We recommend their catering services, and the hors' de oeuvres are awesome!!

I wish I could give two different reviews: one for the company as a whole, and one for our final catering coordinator. When we first chose the Chrysler Museum as our venue, the one point of contract that was disappointing was the fact that we had no choice over the catering company. Personally, I think that having a monopoly over the client base at a venue allows a company to become lazy and overpriced because they have no competition in choices, and my worry came to fruition. I first met with a coordinator 18 months before my wedding. While I felt confident that my coordinator understood my price range and food choices, my first proposal was well above my max price point, and there were many errors in the details. Within weeks, this coordinator had left the company for personal reasons, and we were reassigned. Now at a year out from our wedding, we were starting over, but I was hopeful this new beginning would be for the best. During our first meeting, we were made uncomfortable by being pushed towards rentals we clearly said we didn't want. Moreover, the lack of communication and professionalism from our coordinator was not something we could swallow. She would take weeks, sometimes over a month to respond, and on more than one occasion, our contracts/decisions/budget was confused with other brides. The final breaking point was when my husband and I arrived at their office for a meeting and our coordinator could not attend with no notice/warning. In retrospect, this was the best thing that could have happened to use because then we met Cassie. Cassie was our catering coordinator for the last few months of the wedding planning process. She was extremely organized and detailed. She was sweet and cared about us. The wedding night went perfect, and the food for our wedding was excellent, and if you must work with this company...ask for Cassie. She will make sure that you are getting your money's worth! She would get a 5/5 for this review.

I worked with Jen. She was so nice and helpful the whole time. Even though I bombarded her with a ton of questions she didn't mind to help and answer. We chose grilled beef tenders, chicken parm with a salad and roasted potatoes. Everyone said that was the best reception food they have ever had!!! Everyone got to go back for seconds if they wanted and we had leftovers to take home. The staff and Jen were amazing and I think you so much for being a big part in my special day. The food was delicious. The service was amazing. We had always heard the ham biscuits were the best, and everyone was right! Gloria did a great job of answering our questions and helping us pick our dinner menu selection. I would love to say one dish was the best, but honestly, I can't decide. The halibut, the seafood teaser [in a martini glass, the orange chicken, the beef arugula pasta were ALL amazing.

Food was great, service was great. There are a lot of choices for food options, Kate worked with us on everything. She was awesome, answered all off our questions and gave us everything we wanted. The meatball were my favorite. (We also had stuffed mushrooms, not my thing but everyone else liked them) we also had the Virginia Ham, Lemon Chicken, and the eggplant parm, everything was delicious.

The food was FANTASTIC!!! We had the salmon and lemon chicken with mixed veggies and Mac and cheese. My guests loved all of the food and even asked if I knew wether or not they would sell smaller portions so they could order from them for family dinners. Kate Bull was my coordinator and she was always avalible to answer any questions I had and clear up any concerns I had. I would highly recommend them!!!

The food at my wedding was amazing, even though I did not get to enjoy a lot of it, all of my guests are still raving about the food. The staff was wonderful and helpful and very attentive. Jen was so wonderful to work with, she was patient and helpful and definitely prompt. I will say their prices are high compared to other caterers but the quality is worth every penny. I also appreciated the promptness and professionalism I received from them. I had to pick from five vendors that worked at my reception hall and every one of them were unprofessional and slow to respond or did not respond at all. I appreciate the individual attention I got from them and how beautifully they executed my reception.

Best wedding buffet food ever! We received lots of compliment on how good the food was. Thanks to Gloria for all of her help along the way and to Chef Colby & staff!! The bartenders also did a great job!!

The food was excellent. Loved the salmon cakes! The staff was very courteous. Only complaint was that they messed up our table numbers so our immediate family was seated away but really when it comes down to it, it wasn't a big deal. They even packaged up our left overs with a bottle of champagne in a Picnic basket with our cake! Such a great idea! We ate leftovers for 3 days and even on the 3rd day it was delicious.

The food was amazing! All my guest were raving about how good it was. My consultant Jen could not have been more helpful! VERY VERY PLEASED!

Words can't describe how good this food was at the wedding. My and my husband actually had the opportunity to sit and eat at the wedding and I did not want to move away from my plate. The food was so delicious. I got married on 8/10/2012 and I still have guest talking about how good the food was. Kate Bull was my contact person and she was very friendly and answered any questions or concerns I had. I would fully recommend them to anyone. Our entrees were the carmelized salmon, beef short ribs and chicken roulades. The sides were twice baked potatoes, vegetables, and rice pilaf. It was so delicious. Even the appetizer which was crab cakes were to die for. It was made with real crab. I could go on and on, but they were awesome!!

i did not use them. From the beginning, they were disorganized and rude. Their food may or may not be good, but they need to learn a thing or two about customer service.

I was a bit frustrated by this caterer. Overall, the food was good, but I felt that the service and organization were lacking. I was supposed to deliver the liquor a minimum of three hours before the wedding. Instead, my parents delivered it two hours before the wedding. When I got to the wedding, the first thing they said was that we didn’t have any soda for the drinks (you stock your own bar with this vendor)—when in fact we did have it and they simply misplaced it. I was already under so much pressure that I started crying right before my wedding. They said the fact that they misplaced the drinks was my fault because I didn’t get them the drinks at the right time. They also misplaced my champagne. My mother ran around for 45 minutes trying to locate it. The caterer said she knew where it was, but my mom had asked the service staff, who didn’t have a clue. However, I still blame them, as they all are part of the same team. Had my mother not followed up, we wouldn’t have had our champagne. When I pointed this lack of organization after the fact, and I commented that they should have reminded me leading up to the wedding or at least called me at the three hour mark so we could drop it off, they said the delivery time was in their contact and that is how they communicate it. I thought this was really unfair! I was single-handedly coordinating the whole wedding as well as trying to wrap up work, prepare for the honeymoon, coordinate travel for relatives, many of which were coming from overseas. I forgot one little detail, and it didn’t occur to them that it would be good customer service to remind me! Instead, they sent a snarky note saying that they were obviously a good caterer because they had been in business for 31 years. Also, I was irritated that they put the salads out during our ceremony. Some of our confused guests ate them during the cocktail hour. The staff removed them before the dinner even started, which meant my family, wedding party and those taking part in the cocktail hour never got their salads. They never apologized for this, even when I pointed it out. This bothered me, too, because I paid for all those salads that were thrown away. They also broke my toasting glass, which they eventually agreed to replace after I send in a complaint email (they said they offered—but that was not the case). Overall, the food was very good. However, I do wish the customer service was better.

Planning the food for my wedding was so easy with Cuisine & Co. Gloria walked me through every step. They were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. It feels so nice to not have to worry about the food on the day of your event. I still have guests talking about those crab cakes!

Our food was hands-down the best I have had at a reception. We worked with Gloria to pick out the menu and she had great ideas, was very professional and the staff was awesome. My parents and I have gotten so many compliments on the food. Everything came out hot, was displayed wonderfully and tasted delicious. If you get the boneless spare ribs and corn timbale you WILL NOT be disappointed! I cannot thank Cuisine & Company enough for the awesome meal and service they provided.

This catering company is expensive and did not deliver!!!! They did not follow the time line I discussed with their point woman (who was not at my wedding by the way) so everything was late forcing me to pay all vendors at total of $825 more to stay longer! I paid $360 extra for butler passed appetizers which wouldn't have gone out if my friend didn't remind the staff to go get them and the didn't even get to all of the guests (wasted money)! They even gave out my champagne for the toast to the guests to drink so we ran short for the actual toasting when they knew what it was for. ALL OF MY FOOD WAS COLD HOW EMBARRASSING!!!! They heated it with tea lights instead of Sterno (Marsala chicken was like jelly and the beef was iced cold), which they promised would not happen! They sent the tables up to the buffet in order BACKWARDS so the mother and father of the bride and groom ate last which is not only unacceptable in etiquette but my aunt is a diabetic and was at that table being forced to wait a tremendous amount of time. The servers even left dirty plates and no refilled water on table forever!! So much more went wrong and they send me a lousy letter of thanks for my "constructive feedback" when I complained with $300 back which doesn't cover the cost of anything they screwed up when I paid they $7000.00 for crappy service and crappy food. They were so unconcerned they took their time to call me back and the owner never bothered to call me once! They don't care once they get your money, your night is in their hands and there is no repeat business for them! Watch out, if they do to you what they did to us you will be paying for possible heartbreak! They claim they've been successful in business for 30 yrs, well you're business and service has slipped!!

The food was great and Jen and her staff did an amazing job! They set everything up exactly how I pictured it and kept everything moving smoothly. I loved that they offered to take care of our rentals, it made our day so much easier! Jen was very easy to work with, and always got back to me right away. She was great and I couldn't have done it all without her!

My food was absolutely delicious and the display looked beautiful. I definately recommend the salmon. Cuisine and Company did a wonderful job. A little better communication is the only room for improvement. I would definately recommend to anyone though.

The food was delicious! Jen was incredibly nice and made sure that everything fell into place- and the rentals were beautiful! They were a little pricey...and as the exclusive caterers to the Chrysler, we didn't have the ability to shop around. Our budget was limited, but I had my heard set on a full dinner- and Jen helped me work out a menu that made that possible :) Oh, and they give you the option to provide your own alcohol (which I hear some people don't). That actually ended up saving us a fortune, so it sort of balanced out!

Delicious, a little of the expensive side, but it was exclusive to the venue I was using. However, I don't regret it. They are upscale and went perfectly hand-in-hand with the ellegant venue. I wouldn't have changed a thing :)

Cuisine and Company made my day. The food was delicious and Jen Gaughan, catering manager, was great. The staff was professional and friendly. My guests loved the selection we had at the reception.

We worked with Gloria, who was very professional and always available. My parents actually paid for the catering, and although we were blown away by catering prices across the market, Cuisine and Co offered the best service and food for their price and the size of our wedding (100 ppl). Because I know that working with my parents isn't always the easiest thing, I commend Gloria for her patience and ability to work around our budget and last minute demands. The food was excellent and that mattered highly to me. My guests are still raving about the caesar salad sticks and the cordon bleu dishes.

Gloria is the most wonderful catering director there is. She made our day perfect and the food was outstanding!!!!!

I had Cuisine & Co. cater my wedding at the Chrysler Museum. They are your only choice for food vendors, which was fine with me. I had heard good things about the food. The food was great! My guests talked about the food. However, the customer service was TERRIBLE. I contacted Cuisine and Co numerous times before they would even call me back to schedule an appointment. When I went to my first appointment- the girl didnt even show up that I was suppossed to meet. I was there with my Mom for 30 minutes and finally left. I had taken that morning off from work. I left a message with the person at the counter who seemed to be some sort of a manager, and the girl that was suppossed to be helping me never called me back to apologize, etc. I rescheduled and she was still very "cold" like towards me and my mother. She also made me feel as though I couldnt afford to have them cater my wedding... At least thats how I felt. I met her again for a food tasting which my wedding planner insisted that I do, where both my parents came. Long story short- my final contract did not come in until 1 week before my wedding- and she demanded payment by the next day- a cashiers check. She sent my contract on a Friday evening at 5:24 p.m. She was rude and talked down to me. It was their fault the contract wasnt ready, I had made my final selections weeks before it was sent to me! I was really dissappointed in their customer service. I have had a lot of girlfriends get married at The Chrysler and have had the same problem with Cuisine & Co.

I was required to use Cuisine& Company because of my choice of vendor. This made me a little nervous at first- what if I didn't like the food? But I had nothing to worry about at all. The food was perfect and really covered a range of tastes. I am vegan and my husband (a meat-eater) expected the best on his wedding day. We were both very happy with the food. The company was very professional. We chose to have a plated dinner and the service was prompt and polite. I got a lot of compliments through-out the night.
