A gorgeous venue with an incredible staff. Amy, Lee, Dan, and the rest of the staff were so courteous and kind, and their professionalism went above and beyond. The venue is beautiful rain or shine, is technologically savvy, and barely needs decoration. They helped ensure our wedding went off without a hitch!

This Venue is absolutely stunning! I had my daughter's Quinceañera and it was amazing. The venue sits in the middle of Lake Dora and my event unfolded to the beautiful sunset of this area. Management and all the staff were caring, organized to the last detail, and always willing to help. I used Pisces Rising as my caterer and couldn't be more pleased. I recommend for anyone to physically check out this venue because you will fall in love with the place and area.

The communication, professionalism, and detail leading up to the even made our company Christmas party such a success! HIGHLY recommend this venue. Not to mention it is GORGEOUS! In the daytime, you get the beautiful views of the lake and at night, the pier and building is lit up in the most beautiful way. Unforgettable!

A stunning venue for a Christmas wedding. My husband and I were married here on 12/15/23 and could not be more impressed by the venue and staff. Everyone (particularly Amy and Lee) we encountered was super helpful and accommodating throughout the process of wedding planning. The Christmas decor is elegant, and we loved the vintage vibe of the wedding. We are so glad we ended up choosing this venue for our wedding.

My husband & I were married at the Pavilion on 10/27/23 & everything was perfect! The venue is absolutely gorgeous & has many beautiful options for photos or just taking in the wonderful view. This venue is so adorable. Among all the venues we searched for our wedding reception, this was the most amazing one. The process from start to end was so seamless and easy. Amy, helped us a lot during the full process, and went above and beyond our expectations to ensure she meets all of our last minute requests and questions. She replies to all emails right away even when she's out of office. The staff at the venue were very cheerful and helpful during the wedding day. Definitely recommend the place!!

I fell in love with this venue the first time I saw it. Everyone who attended our wedding thought it was absolutely gorgeous. Many remarked that it looked like we were on a gorgeous cruise ship. The staff was wonderful to work with throughout everything. The only reason it has four instead of five stars, is that it would have been nice to be able to get into the venue a little earlier without paying even more and the bridal suite and upstairs were warm all night, but I like things on the colder side and I was also in a ball gown.

Great venue, it was decorated very nicely for Christmas. We had the wedding of our dreams that we planned and executed in less than 90 days. We caught a great sunset just after we got married and then had a great dinner afterwards. Great place to do a seaplane ride and fly off into the sunset right after you’re married, then come back for dinner with family and friends!

I got married in October at the Tavares Pavilion on the Lake, and I have only the best things to say about my entire experience! I fell in love with the Pavilion just from seeing photos, and even more so upon touring the facility in person. The venue is so beautiful that you'll save money by not needing much additional decor. The entire staff was incredibly helpful every step of the way; I primarily worked with Amy leading up to my event who was proactive, knowledgeable, prompt, and very friendly. Michael was also very helpful both beforehand and during my wedding. The city of Tavares actually hosted a rock concert right outside the Pavilion on the day of my wedding (which was completely out of the control of the Pavilion) but the staff very effectively did everything in their power to minimize noise and wedding crashers, and to reserve parking for my guests. My guests were very impressed with the beauty of the venue and the professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend booking your event with Tavares Pavilion, you won't regret it!

We had a great time at the Tavares Pavilion. We were able to have the exact event we wanted. The staff at the Pavilion were so helpful and made it easy to get all the details together.

This venue was everything my husband and I could have hoped for! From the first tour and planning leading up to the event, the Tavares Staff (especially Amy and Michael) were so attentive and helpful! On our big day, it was pouring, but they made sure to come out with umbrellas to ensure my hair and make up was safe. Their service went above and beyond and I could not be more in awe with our experience!

The Pavillion and all it’s staff are amazing. They were all so helpful and professional. The groups they suggested to use for the food, flowers, music, officiant and ceremony music we’re all awesome and made our daughters wedding better then we could ever have imagined. We highly recommend John Michael Catering and Weddings the food was amazing the staff was very professional and a lot of fun. Christine MacPhail the harpist truly made the ceremony outstanding. The officiant Katherine Imundi was just amazing. DJ Larry made the night go on with great music and kept our guests involved and entertained

This venue is not only gorgeous, but their team goes above and beyond for you during your special event. Even the pier is private during your event, in that way your guests can feel more than comfortable. This administration runs an amazing place. Every single staff member is there to help you take your event to the next level! Puff N'Stuff catering, one of their preferred caterer, worked alongside with the venue staff and everything was absolutely perfect. I am forever grateful to their talented, compassionate and wonderful team!! Thank you for making my client (and me, of course) feel so special. You guys are the real deal! God bless you all!!

The team at the Pavilion we amazing to work with from start to finish. We knew we wanted this venue the minute we walked in the door. The dark hardwood, grand staircases, wall of windows overlooking the lake, and space for both a ceremony and reception sold us immediately. Amy was wonderful to work with and kept us on track and made for a smooth and flawless wedding!! We can't say enough great things about this venue and team!

I can't say enough about this venue. It is beautiful, Carrie and Amy are Amazing! I had a corporate party to plan in 30 days and Carrie and Amy where so helpful. They took my vision of what I wanted and took the patience to make it better than I even envisioned. Carrie and Michael where there the evening of the event to make sure everything went smoothly. I cant thank them enough. The only negative I found was the venue didn't offer electronic payment other than that this venue is a Gem!! Thanks

The Tavares Pavilion on the Lake is a gorgeous venue! We chose the Pavilion to host a huge surprise party, and the staff was incredible to work with! They were so attentive to us not only at our event, but also leading up to it! I highly recommend them!!

We had a perfect wedding here and owe so much to The Pavilion Staff! The venue looked incredible and they were extremely helpful along the whole way. We were nervous about not being able to do the Monday Mingles due to our work schedules, but Lee, Amy and Carrie made sure our day would be spectacular. The Pavilion and its amazing staff went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. If you think the pictures are pretty, they don't even do justice for the beauty in the building. Amy and the rest of the staff were OUTSTANDING! I was completely out of my element planning the wedding for my son and his beautiful bride but this venue was so perfect and the staff walked me through it. December is the perfect time as the venue is decorated "to the nines"! Everything fit into our budget and it was a huge success.

Tavares Pavilion on the Lake is not only a stunning venue on its own but the staff is phenomenal. From day one, Amy was there to answer all of our questions and consistently put our mind at ease. Despite the stress of planning during a pandemic, rhe staff at the pavilion did not hesitate to accommodate us, even when we had to unexpectedly change. The night of our event, the staff was on prompt and attentive and made our experience memorable and stress free. One thing to keep in mind, you do have to rent the rehearsal space separately if you want to rehearse at the venue itself prior to your wedding day; this is not included when you book the venue. We highly recommend Tavares Pavilion on the Lake!

We hosted an event that we had to reschedule because of COVID and everyone at Tavares Pavilion on the Lake was so helpful and understanding. They made sure every detail leading up to the final date was perfect. They followed up even after the event and everything was absolutely great! All of our guests were so pleased and so was our staff. I would truly recommend this venue to anyone who needs one.

We had 60 guests and with social distancing we felt very comfortable in the space, people weren’t having to climb over each other to do anything and the room had a lovely flow. I will say if you are looking for a huge dance floor this space may be a little tight or you may want to opt to have dancing downstairs. Pictures do not do justice to this space! There is a warmth that is lost (but that may be the staff!) and it has a wonderful atmosphere without any excess decorations , but let any additional decorations shine. The bridal suite and grooms area were perfect, enough space to get dressed and relax. The pier is beautiful and the Stereo system in the space provides great ambiance. The team at the pavilion was warm, thoughtful and helpful as we navigated through a pandemic delay to our original date. The concern that they shared was genuine and made us feel like our day was special to them as well. This was the first and only venue that we looked at because it is perfect in every way! The surrounding area has a nice restaurant selection so if you are up there for your weekend you won’t be stuck without food! It has a decent nightlife in the surrounding area, but the pavilion is a stand-alone in terms of the peace and elegance.

For a wedding that is 100 guests or less this venue is absolutely amazing! Besides being beautiful both inside and out, the staff is extremely helpful and responsive. Our wedding was a dream come true here! Not to mention the price is about half of the places I had looked at in Orlando.

We are so grateful for everyone at the Tavares Pavillon on the Lake! I was a COVID bride who had to find a new venue, and I am so glad we found this venue! It was perfect for our wedding and our guests. The whole team was wonderful from the beginning of planning with them up until the night of the wedding. I could not have asked for a better wedding venue!

Trying to plan a Junior/Senior Banquet during a global pandemic is quite an undertaking but to pull it off in under 3 months time is a whole other level. We would not have been able to without the fabulous help of the staff at Tavares Pavilion. Amy was helpful with the paperwork and scheduling of the event and Michael and Lee were working during the event itself and made sure all ran smoothly. The venue is gorgeous for many different types of events.

Beautiful venue, perfect for a wedding and the staff is great and on top of everything. My daughter fell in love when we visited and they treated her like a princess when we arrived. The Bride's room is so beautiful. The price was very reasonable compared to other venues. A wonderful day for everyone. You have to visit this great venue.

This was the perfect venue for my wedding! Aside from it being breathtakingly gorgeous, the staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. They made the planning process very easy! Also, the venue is perfect for couples who want the ceremony and reception at the same location (our ceremony was downstairs, cocktail hour on the pier and reception upstairs). Highly recommend!

I could not have dreamt of a more perfect wedding venue than the Tavares Pavilion on the Lake. The location, view, amenities, and staff were beyond what we hoped for. The grand double staircase with the backdrop of the gorgeous water of Lake Dora made for the most beautiful and elegant setting. The staff at the Pavilion was responsive, flexible, accommodating, and friendly. We had a date change, a significant guest count decrease, and many logistical changes even through the last week of planning. I am thankful to the staff at the Pavilion (shoutout to Amy and Michael) for their flexibility and hospitality. We cannot speak highly enough of the Tavares Pavilion! We wanted an indoor venue due to FL weather and the Pavilion is unlike any other venue out there. We received so many comments on how beautiful and unique the venue was at our wedding! The staff is absolutely amazing as well - Amy, Michael and team go above and beyond to accommodate their couples and we are so grateful! My family and I are completely delighted with the job that Amy Pattee and her staff at the city of Tavares did in providing us the most perfect experience of renting out the beautiful Pavilion on the Lake. Amy's professionalism was absolutely over-the-top, but also over-the-top was the level of integrity, friendliness, and guidance from her and her staff in helping us with our event. Once I saw Tavares Pavilion on the Lake I knew I wasn't going to be able to have my wedding anywhere else. There was not one place in the greater Orlando area that compared. Once we made the decision to officially have our special day there, everything continued to be just that easy. Working with Amy was amazing. She is so incredibly responsive. If I emailed her with a question I was always blown away with how fast i'd have my answer and through this whirl wind of a process, having fast responses is everything. Come the day of our wedding, the venue couldn't have been more beautiful. It is so clean and so well taken care of. The staff was amazing. I'm hoping i'm remembering his name correctly but Michael was there to great me at the car with an umbrella when I arrived to make sure not one drop of water got onto me on my way into the venue on this overcast day. Just incredible. Thank you to everyone at the pavilion so so much for everything.

We LOVED having our wedding at The Pavilion on the Lake! Our guests could not stop gushing about how beautiful it was. We got married January 4th and the Pavilion left up their Christmas decorations up for us for free! WOW- it was gorgeous! Our wedding was at 3:30 and by the time we were eating dinner during the reception the sun was setting. The entire back of the Pavilion is glass, so we had the best sunset view of Lake Dora through the windows- it was incredible! The city of Tavares owns the Pavilion so you do have to work around some city rules but the staff at the Pavilion make everything so easy!

The venue is amazing!! It is city owned and therefore has many restrictions but SOOO worth it!! The venue would not be so beautiful otherwise. And the view overlooking the lake is the icing and cherry on top!! They have extras you can add on such as hours and rehearsal time which make things very flexible. The staff is extremely attentive and Amy was so patient with me and all my questions and clarification requests!! If you are looking for a classy, sophisticated, elegant place to be married, the Tavares Pavilion comes highly recommended!

This venue was exactly what we wanted! It fit the size of my wedding, the building is gorgeous, the surrounding area is beautiful and great for wedding photos, and the staff is very professional and friendly. We didn't even need to add many decorations, doing so would have only taken away from the beauty of the venue. Amy made the planning process so easy! There were some rules we had to follow, such as no sparklers for the grand exit and no flowers/petals touching the floors, and they also do not allow you to have your rehearsal in the venue, but it didn't matter. It was worth it. We ended up having our rehearsal at our hotel and it worked out just fine!

The Pavilion on the Lake was absolutely the highlight of my wedding. It is so beautiful, the staff is so friendly and supportive and professional and responsive, I can't recommend it more highly. They are the best!

My husband and I got married at Tavares Pavilion On The Lake on June 13th, and it was a complete dream. We took a tour of the venue almost a year before our wedding, and Michael was fantastic. He treated us so kindly, answered all of our questions, and thought of things we hadn’t even thought of. Amy was fantastic with working out all of our payments and didn’t put any pressure or rush us into anything. Since the town is small, it does have a sound ordinance, so if you want to party all night long, there’s bars you can head to after to continue the party, which is what we did! The town is so cute, everyone is so kind, and we looked at a lot of places, but knew automatically that this was the one.

Following a traumatic breakdown regarding the venue we had originally agreed upon, we went into panic mode. We'd originally overlooked this venue because of the distance in relation to Orlando, but decided to give it a shot. We headed up to Tavares after work to take the tour and were perfectly in awe. It checked all the boxes we were looking for, the staff was very helpful, we put the deposit in that night. The day of was perfect weather, which just made this beautiful location stand out. The decorations and event staff took so much strain off of us, along with looking amazing. Unique. Amazing. Incredible. "So totally you guys." Just a few comments I heard from our guests (regarding the venue specifically) after the wedding! The whole experience was amazing, but the location is the foundation of the event - and this one knocked it out of the park! And if anyone is hesitant due to the distance from Orlando, it's worth it. No one had any complaints, and the experience they helped to provide us at the pavilion far outweighed any distance to drive.

We can’t thank Carrie, Amy, and their TPL family enough! Not only did we fall in love with the venue the second we walked in, their team was truly what sold us and made us have THE PERFECT DAY! Their prompt communication, family-like teamwork, and flawless attention to detail put us at ease. Though we were the 3rd or 4th wedding IN A ROW that week, we truly felt like we were their only priority! I don’t think I could say enough about this venue! From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we knew this was going to be our wedding venue. From booking last February to our event this February the staff was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions related to the venue! They had suggestions for vendors and were really the very first step in our perfect day! The day of the event we were so incredibly pleased with how everything was set and ready to go by the time we arrived. We received more compliments than I could count on how beautiful the venue was! I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone!

This is such a beautiful venue. There is antique woodwork all throughout and it really needs no decoration. It is so convenient because we had our ceremony on the main level and reception upstairs, this way the guests could enjoy cocktail hour and immediately come upstairs for the reception. The staff at the pavilion was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

We are still on a high from our wedding last night at the Tavares Pavilion--seriously everything was perfect, including the venue. This is the second venue we looked at when we started our wedding planning, and we knew as soon as we walked in. It's GORGEOUS! The downstairs was beautiful and elegant for the ceremony and the upstairs was perfect for the ceremony. It's so beautiful on its own you don't even need many decorations. All our guests talked about how much they loved the venue all night! We worked with Amy throughout most of our planning process and I've got to say that she was awesome to work with. Emails were returned quickly as well as phone calls, and no question was too small. She never made me feel like I was being a bother when I had lots of questions! She was fabulous! I also worked a little bit with Carrie who was also fantastic. If you are looking for a wedding venue with a gorgeous view and beautiful inside, the Tavares Pavilion on the Lake is DEFINITELY it!!!! Thank you to everyone that made our day perfect!!!!

The Tavares Pavilion on the Lake is amazing! My daughter's wedding was 11-18-18, and it was like a fairytale. Many guests commented that it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever seen, and I agree. The staff were a delight to work with. Amy and Michael couldn't have been nicer or more competent. Everything was perfect! If you're looking for the best wedding venue in central Florida, look no further. You have found it!

We just got married on 11/8/18. We fell in love with this venue the moment we walked in! It was the one and only venue we looked at and it met all our expectations. Amy was amazing and answered all our questions and was so helpful. Our family and friends were amazed by the beautiful details

My husband and I were looking all around at Orlando venues, as soon as we saw the Tavares Pavilion we just knew. The beautiful architecture and antiques within the building made it so romantic and perfect for our wedding. The staff was so easy to communicate with no matter when we emailed or called. They absolutely made our wedding day as amazing as we could have hoped for. For the most part my husband and I worked with Amy, who answered all of our questions without hesitation and helped accommodate with anything they could. We also had an amazing time working with Michael the day of the wedding who helped everything run smoothly. He even met me (the bride) outside with an umbrella to keep the sun off of me! Service, service, service! If we could do it again, we would come to the pavilion every time! Thank you for everything you have done for us!

Don't look any further, this is the place for you. We married this past weekend 10/14/18, and cannot stop reliving our special day. The venue is phenomenal. You don't need decorations, this place is awesome. The staff was even better. I can't say enough great things. Five complete stars!

We were married on 9/29/2018, this venue is AMAZING! It is so gorgeous you don’t need many decorations & the view is beautiful without the worries of heat, bugs, or rain. Amy was our point person & always quick to respond to any emails or questions. We highly recommend this venue.

The Tavares Pavilion on the Lake made every single one of our wedding dreams come true - getting married there was like a magical fairy tale!!! From the very first moment we toured the Pavilion, we knew it was something special. My husband and I were married on September 21st, and every single part of our day was perfect thanks to the beautiful Pavilion and the amazing people who work there! Amy was our main point of contact, from our very first email inquiry to last minute emails on the morning of the wedding when I needed to request an extra chair at one our dinner tables. Throughout the entire planning process, Amy was simply incredible!!! She was very quick to respond to our emails, was super friendly and sweet, had great suggestions on how to plan out the flow of our day, and never made me feel silly for asking lots of questions. Carrie also helped me several times and was lovely. We also LOVED Michael! I didn't meet him until our rehearsal, and I wish I would've met him sooner! He was calm and reassuring and pleasant - definitely great for stressed out brides. He even greeted me on wedding day at the end of the pier with an umbrella for shade since it was so hot and escorted me to the door. The Pavilion itself is so gorgeous - we love the ambiance and the antiques and the existing decor. We had a "Florida" vibe to our wedding and we used a lot of citrus and greenery and we didn't need to add a lot of extra floral or props due to the elegance of the venue itself. Our Guests were mostly from New England and the Midwest and were extremely impressed - they could not get ENOUGH of the Pavilion and are still raving to us about how beautiful it was! Friends of ours who got married at other venues in Central Florida mentioned that they wish they would have known about the Pavilion so they could have gotten married there instead! Planning our wedding here was stress free, straightforward, and easy. I wish we could rate more than 5 stars. Simply amazing.

My husband and I just got married on 9.15.18 and I am still walking on cloud 9. We are so incredibly happy with how everything turned out. The staff at Pavilion on the Lake will make you feel right at home. We didn’t meet Michael until later in the game, but we wished he was at the forefront. His whole demeanor was kind and light hearted. I was greeted outside of my car with an umbrella the day of so I didn’t get hot. I felt like royalty! The whole staff assisted my family and accomodated all of our needs. You can’t go wrong getting married here. It’s like a fairytale :)

Everything about the Tavares Pavilion was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all my expectations. Our wedding was perfect and every guest was so impressed with the venue! I will definitely be recommending the Pavilion to all my friends who are getting married in the area. The venue is city-owned and therefore has some strict rules (no sparklers on the pier, caterer must be chosen from the Pavillion-approved list, etc.), however this did not impact my planning negatively, it simply changed a few of our choices for the big day. I truly believe there is not a better venue in the area for this price-range! Simply the best.

The property is nothing short of stunning, and the staff was incredible during every step of the process. They offer so much for their clients and allow usage of their entire facility for the entirety of the event. We were so impressed with the courteousness and attentiveness of the staff on our wedding day, they really made it special and helped so much with getting everything in place exactly as we needed. They put so much consideration into the planning and execution of our wedding, helping along the way by asking us questions we may not have even thought of! They truly care that your event goes off without a hitch, and did an incredible job working with all our vendors too. This place is also one of the most beautiful venues I've seen and needs so little in terms of decoration. Simply the existing decor with the addition of our flower arrangements was all we needed, the venue has so much natural beauty that it doesn't take much to make everything insanely gorgeous. If you're looking for an incredible venue with even better staff, the Tavares Pavilion on the Lake will not disappoint!

Coordinating with the Pavilion staff was a breeze through the entire process. Quickly responded to any emails and phone calls to answer every question we had. On our wedding day, I was greeted on the pier and escorted inside with an umbrella. I truly felt like a princess! So friendly and a pleasure to work with. Not to mention the facility is beautiful!!

We had our Wedding here on May 10, 2018 and couldn’t ask for a better venue! The view is amazing. The staff exceeded our expectations in every way. All out guests were happy and many said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Amy was the nicest easiest person to work and plan with. Michael and Austin were part of our dream team wedding day. Thank you for makings and our special day unforgettable, perfect and beautiful! We fell in love with the Pavilion the first time we saw it. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our wedding went smoothly. We would definitely recommend it to any engaged couple looking for a venue to host their wedding.

Was just married here at the end of March and I could not have been happier with my venue choice. I was looking for water front but without the beach vibe. I wanted a calm beautiful view but something classy on the inside. This fit all those things. They were accommodating and wonderful people. Costs were reasonable and was so happy I found this little gem. Many of my guests were wondering why I chose Tavares, FL as my wedding location, but once seeing my venue, they completely understood! The bridal room is small but gorgeous. The building is big enough for everything I needed. I was able to not see my husband until I was walking down the aisle but never felt trapped in my room! I would say, parking had me stressed a bit, since there was no parking lot right outside, however, the hotels are literally right down the road (just a short walk away) and not one my guests complained! Everything went great and I appreciate Amy and all of the staff doing everything to make sure I had a great event. I had about 100 guests and I felt like reception and dance floor upstairs was the perfect size. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

Absolutely the most gorgeous venue ever. Our guests loved the whole feel of the place and all everyone could that about was how gorgeous the place was. The service was great and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. There were some struggles early on in the planning process with finding parking for the event, but the Emerald Fox was able to help in that department. I wish the hours could be extended, our wedding had to be over by 10:15 in order to be out of the venue by 11pm. If I could change anything it would be that. I would've loved to the able to dance a party a while longer.

The venue is gorgeous! Through the whole process they were very helpful with keeping everything organized . They provided me with a fantastic caterer called Big City Catering .The food was delicious and their staff was unbelievably helpful .After the wedding my guests were telling me that the staff really took care of them. Excellent service !

We had our rehearsal and wedding here and it was amazing!! We were extremely pleased with our entire experience! The staff were super helpful and friendly and the Pavilion was beautiful. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how wonderful the venue was! I would highly recommend Tavares Pavilion on the Lake for whatever event you are planning!! :)

There is literally nothing negative that I can say about this place. I remember when I first stepped on the pier in January of 2017- I knew it was the place I wanted to get married. I cried when I walked inside for the very first time. It's breathtaking. There is simply nothing like the Tavares Pavilion. From the decoration, the architecture, the stunning staircase, the waterfront views and the staff....it really is perfect. I had my wedding on a Saturday, and the ability to select from a preferred caterer makes this venue much more affordable than some of the cookie-cutter hotel ballrooms we looked at. Amy is such a pleasure to work with and was my main point of contact the entire 15 months of planning. Michael was also a blessing, always checking in on me the day of and carrying my dress to the beautiful bridal suite. Visiting the venue was never an issue as they have set times during the evenings (Monday night Mingle) and daytimes to accommodate all schedules. Guests were in awe when they saw this place and by seeing the pictures they posted on social media, it's obvious they saw the same beauty in it as we did.

This venue was my dream come to life!! It is absolutely GORGEOUS inside and out. I fell in love with it right away and booked it as soon as possible. I worked with Amy almost entirely through my year of planning and she was so on the ball about everything! Response time was amazing, she always emailed me back right away and was so accommodating. I wanted a true "old Florida" themed wedding and it was completely brought to life here! Your guests will be AMAZED by this venue!

The venue was absolutely stunning!!! You do not need to add a thing to the venue! It is gorgeous from top to bottom. We had quite some issues with Amy. Carrie was great to work with!! However if you work a normal 8-5pm job goodluck getting into the venue to do anything prior to the day of your event!! They do not accommodate for people who have a full time job. It was extremely difficult to get an idea of anything during the planning process as I work 8-5pm in Winter Park and the venue is owned by the city with no evening hours. They should really consider having late hours once a month for those that have a professional career. However I will say on the day of, everything was perfect!!!!! Michael was awesome, so welcoming and willing to go over and beyond to really make our wedding day the best day ever!!! He was wonderful!! Austin was great as well!!! Overall it all worked out and our guests loved the venue, it feels like a cruise ship. All the finishes inside and outside are beautiful. Really gorgeous venue that does not require much decor!!

From the moment we walked in to tour the Pavilion, we knew we had to have our wedding there. The windows overlooking the lake, the grand staircase, all the antiques and decorations - everything is so clean and perfectly placed. My wedding was mid January 2018 - our theme was fairytale and this venue sure fit perfectly! We had a lot of out of state guests and locals that didn't even know this venue existed! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating; communication was prompt and professional. Our only issue was the catering - you must select from the few on the venue's list. We would have preferred to find one on our own and within our budget, however we were able to find one from the list (Pisces Rising) that was able to work with us - the others did not even attempt. Had none of the caterers been able to work with us, we would have needed to find a different venue. Overall, I would highly recommend this venue!

My now Husband, was actually the one to pick this place and am I glad he did! We instantly fell in love with the place! The whole staff was incredible and went above and beyond! I want to thank Amy for answering every single one of my questions & emails even the ones I thought were silly so promptly. I also want to thank Michael for every little detail mattered to him as much as it did to me and never was there a sentence where he didn't call the bride The Princess. The staff is as amazing and beautiful as the venue. I wouldn't have picked any other place or people to work with. Brides/Grooms look NO FURTHER this is YOUR venue!

This venue was perfect for our January wedding. The weather couldn’t have been better for our ceremony on the pier. We had a downstairs cocktail hour and upstairs reception that everyone loved. We had about 100 guests and there was still plenty of space for a dance floor. So many guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was. Amy and Carrie were very helpful throughout the planning process. I highly recommend this venue!

The Pavilion on the lake is a beautiful venue. When you walk in for the first time, you almost think you are in a dream. I knew when I walked through the door when we were looking for locations that this was the place. I am from Charlotte, NC, so this was a destination wedding for me. We decided to have both the ceremony and reception at the Pavilion because of ease and the both floors on the venue were so beautiful. Being that it was destination wedding, scheduling was a bit difficult for me, but Amy made sure to work with my schedule. When we needed to have a meeting she would video chat with me, and she was extremely efficient when responding to emails. I always felt like my questions were being answered and that we were both on the same page. When the day arrived, the Pavilion staff worked with my wedding coordinator and everything went smoothly. If you are looking for a classy place with lots of character and a great staff to have your wedding, this is the place.

The Tavares Pavilion on the lake is an amazing venue. We fell in love with the place from the first time we visited when we were looking for a venue for our wedding. We recommend making sure you book early because the dates tend to book fast. None of our guests had ever been to this Venue which made it a surprise for all! This was such a wonderful find, guests were continually complementing on how beautiful everything was. We had a Christmas Wedding and utilized all the beautiful decorations the Pavilion uses during the holiday season. The venue has a great tropical yet elegant atmosphere throughout. Thus, no matter the season of your event the Pavilion is beautifully decorated and designed making it the perfect backdrop with little added décor needed. We could not say thank you enough to the staff. The staff we worked with; Amy, Randall and Michael were over and above wonderful! They were very helpful from day one from the planning stages of our wedding answering any and all questions. The staff was also very helpful the day of our wedding making sure that everything was taken care of. We would absolutely recommend this venue for anyone that is looking for a great atmosphere for any type of celebration.

This venue is perfect and absolutely beautiful. We were married in the evening and the lights around the venue are stunning. Our guests are still telling us how beautiful everything was and how much they loved the Pavilion. I highly recommend this location and the staff was amazing!
