Taylor Emily Events

team. After talking with Taylor on the phone about what I wanted for my wedding, I knew she was the one who was going to help bring that vision to life. The journal post was exactly right- no detail was too small, Taylor thought of EVERYTHING and paid attention to all the details that made a HUGE impact. She also took on our requests with no questions asked. Taylor helped design the most beautiful wedding day for us and her and her team ensured that everything was executed PERFECTLY. There was not one single mistake, the entire day went off so smoothly. We revived so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the day was and one guest even said “this wasn’t just a wedding- this was an event”, and it was all thanks to Taylor Emily Events! Taylor and her team are all kind, professional, light, and fun. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with the biggest day of our lives!

She was thoughtful, creative, and so invested in making sure every detail felt true to us. As we got closer to the big day, Jackie took over and absolutely brought everything home. She was incredibly responsive, organized, and there for me 1000% throughout that final month. I truly felt supported every single day. On the wedding day itself, Jackie and Caroline were nothing short of exceptional. They anticipated needs I didn’t even know I had, handled every detail with total ease, and made the entire day feel completely seamless. Their presence allowed me to relax and fully enjoy the moment - something I will always be grateful for. This entire team is the perfect blend of professional and personable. They made me feel comfortable, cared for, and confident that everything was in the best possible hands. They didn’t just execute a plan, they brought my vision to life in a way that exceeded every expectation. I would HIGHLY, wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a planning or coordination team. They are truly the best of the best.

aylor I knew it was the perfect fit! We chose the Full Design + Planning package, and Taylor and her team made the entire experience effortless, intentional, and truly enjoyable from start to finish. From the beginning, Taylor took the time to understand our vision - not just how we wanted the day to look, but how we wanted it to feel. Her creativity, organization, and calm, confident presence brought everything together beautifully, from vendor coordination and timelines to the smallest design details that made the celebration feel uniquely ours. When our original floral vendor wasn’t the right fit, Taylor immediately stepped in to help us pivot. She found an incredible new partner who completely understood our style, and the end result was beyond anything we could have imagined. Throughout the process, I always felt that Taylor went to bat for me when needed, advocating for our vision, protecting our priorities, and ensuring that every decision reflected what mattered most to us. Her professionalism and grace gave us complete peace of mind. We also hired Taylor to plan our night-before celebration, which perfectly set the tone for the weekend - warm, welcoming, and cohesive with our wedding design. And when we decided, last minute, to add an ice cream cart to the reception, she made it happen seamlessly, coordinating every detail behind the scenes so it felt like it had been part of the plan all along. Our wedding day itself was executed flawlessly. Every transition felt effortless, every detail perfectly in place and if anything went wrong, we truly had no idea. Her entire team fit in so naturally with our families and the flow of the day - calm, kind, and professional - that it felt like they were part of the celebration, not just managing it. We were able to be completely present and soak in every moment, which is the greatest gift a planner can give. If you’re looking for a team that blends elevated design with impeccable organization, genuine warmth, and calm professionalism, Taylor and her team are unmatched. They made our wedding weekend everything we hoped for and so much more. We loved working with them so much that both of my sisters have since hired Taylor and her team for their own weddings, and we can’t wait to see them again soon!

dding day the most perfect and best day of my life! From working with Taylor on the design leading up to the actual day and not having a worry in the world on my wedding weekend because Jackie and Shannon had it under control, I couldn’t recommend working with them enough. Their constant communication and professionalism is amazing. Anytime I needed anything they were quick to respond and help me out. I truly can’t put into words how much they impacted the perfect wedding day we ultimately had. The design vision Taylor had was exactly what I pictured and more! The venue made comments like we’ve never seen this place look this magical and beautiful. I will be forever grateful to the TEE team!!!!!

in everything they did, and I felt completely supported the whole way through. From working with Taylor on the design process in the early stages to having Jackie as our lead planner (and Brit there with us on the wedding day), I am beyond grateful for their guidance and expertise. Our wedding was truly perfect. I honestly couldn’t tell you a single thing that went wrong. I already miss working with them (wish we could do it all over again!) and will forever be thankful to this incredible team for making our wedding such a dream come true.

cided I wanted to have a tent wedding at my husband’s childhood home, I had no idea just how much work was involved. But from our very first meeting, Taylor was attentive, detail-oriented and genuinely excited to bring our vision to life. Every vendor that Taylor found for us was carefully selected with our vision and budget in mind. Taylor is also extremely gifted at the design side of wedding planning – she is a true artist. She created a custom design document for us with color palettes, florals, tablescapes and more. I was blown away. It perfectly captured the colorful and playful yet elegant vision that we had. When Taylor learned I was a big Swiftie, she leaned right in and found classy ways to incorporate it from the signage right down to the string quartet. On the day of our wedding, Taylor’s team was on hand to orchestrate vendor arrivals, set-up and breakdown. Taylor made us feel supported every step of the way and I would recommend Taylor Emily Events to any bride and groom.

nd it was more than I could have imagined - the florals and table scape were INSANE! Jackie was so helpful the month of and made it so easy for me. Jackie and her team made us feel so at ease the whole day, we had the most fun. I was able to fully enjoy every moment because I knew she had it covered! She knew how much I wanted the ceremony to take place outside if possible and she made it possible for us. I don’t think you should change a thing, you guys were the best.

anticipated our day of needs and took care of everything without us having to worry about the details. She made the wedding day so easy and enabled us to simply enjoy the process, timeline and celebration. I cannot say enough on her behalf. What a wonderful asset to the Taylor Emily Event planning team. Best money spent!

op of every aspect of the planning process. She made us feel so comfortable and confident every step of the way, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the experience. On the big day, everything ran flawlessly. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing—she had it all handled with grace and professionalism. The event she put together was absolutely stunning—every detail was thoughtful and beautiful, and every vendor she recommended was top-notch. It was truly beyond anything we could have imagined. Thanks to her, we were able to be fully present and soak in every magical moment. We are endlessly grateful for her talent, dedication, and heart. If you're looking for someone to bring your dream wedding to life while keeping you calm and joyful throughout the process, look no further!

nothing in the planning of a very exciting day ,

ails. My husband and I were living in NYC when we started to plan our Philly wedding and having Taylor’s guidance, support and direction during the planning process eased so many of our nerves and made us so excited for our big day. Her response time was incredible, always fielding our questions quickly and providing so much reassurance and resources on anything we asked. Our venue involved a lot of coordination with multiple vendors and we simply could not have done it all without Taylor. We got to enjoy every single moment of our wedding day, stress free and entirely in the moment, all thanks to Taylor and her team. One of our family members had a medical emergency during the reception (she’s okay!), but Taylor sprang into action and managed to keep everyone calm and got the energy right back up once everything settled. As a photographer myself, I baked in additional buffer time for our portrait timeline and on the day of the wedding Taylor made sure that everything ran so smoothly. Thanks to her planning, we even had extra time throughout the day which made us feel so relaxed and allowed our photographer to really capture the day in the documentary style we love so much. We worked with Taylor on the design with our partial planning package and although we had a very good sense of the aesthetic and overall vibe we wanted, Taylor helped us bring the design to life and it turned out better than we could have ever dreamed of. HIRE HER!! It is the best decision you will make for your wedding.

sign details. She was so kind, thorough, and attentive throughout the whole process. From there we worked together through emails and phone calls regarding the design and decor items. She made this process super easy and well organized. One month before the wedding, I worked with Dani who nailed down ALL the day of details, timeline, vendor communication, and decor/set up details. The day of Dani was my right hand girl when it came to assisting me with anything from the minute she arrived. She was the absolute best! Special shout out to Kaska for her kindness, impeccable attention to detail, and help throughout the evening. I am so thankful for Taylor and her team because they truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and stress free! I had no idea I would be getting this 10/10 service when booking— BEST decision!

hing from design to day of planning. She was always there for questions & always responded promptly! Taylor helped with all aspects of design from signage to table placement and made sure it was executed perfectly. The day of the wedding she made sure we stayed on the timeline and I didn’t have to worry about one thing. RUN do not walk to book Taylor & team!!

he weeks coming. We had several hick-ups at the venue for rehearsal night but, Taylor was so so amazing and helpful with her knowledge of the venue (BLDG39). Honestly the month leading up to our wedding was so relaxing and it was definitely due to the efforts of Jackie and the girls! Could not recommend a more genuine team to bring your day together!!

omplish this. Taylor made it so easy; she is thorough, communicative, and flexible. I can be so particular about things, and she adhered to every request or preference I had, and helped me make decisions along the way. I know nothing about weddings, but I never felt like I was going in blind. The day of the wedding, her and her team were by our side through every step of the way. Anything and everything we could possibly need assistance with, they did. Even my husband was impressed. Her team was so kind, understanding, helpful and fun. Taylor had everything completely under control, she has a true knack for this, and simply put, she gave me the wedding of my dreams. There was not a single thing that we would change, and we are so grateful for the beautiful night and the memories with our loved ones she cultivated for us. I would recommend her a thousand times over and again.

who were fantastic. Sarah went above and beyond as our lead coordinator and we were obsessed with her. She paid attention to every detail, heard everything you said, and was just so on top of it. Our parents and wedding party had nothing but amazing things to say about her. I want to hang out with her after this, despite being professional she was so fun and cool. Alexandria was at the venue setting up and she could not have put together our vision more perfectly. Seriously everything came out better than we could have ever imagined. We are so thankful for this team and would recommend time and time again. 100000% worth it.

ut she also brought a great attitude and energy to our wedding day. I did not have to think of a single logistics detail on the day and could simply enjoy the event! My husband and I both agree that booking Dani was one of the best decisions we made throughout wedding planning. Highly, highly recommend!

ed out to be the best decision we could have made. I am still in awe of how Dani was able to transform my many disjointed ideas into a beautiful, cohesive design, and my parents are so BEYOND grateful that they were able to be “guests” at their daughter’s wedding. Dani showed up in such a big way not only throughout the planning process, but on the big day making sure that everything moved seamlessly, and no detail was overlooked – many guests marveled at how it was “the most curated event” they’ve been too! In our first design meeting, Taylor and Dani listened to my ideas and were able to turnover multiple choices for the design of the tablescapes, the flatware, the signage, and the event space. They contributed options to translate my ideas into a cohesive vision. Dani then rolled up her sleeves and made it happen beyond my wildest dreams! The months leading up to the wedding, I thought there was something wrong with me because I wasn’t stressed out. But really it was that TEE provides a really great platform for keeping track of all the important information as it becomes available for all parties involved. There is so much collaboration between all of the vendors, it feels like all of the extra work that brides have to do (i.e. emails, keeping track of contracts, etc.) is taken care of! This makes such an impact and allows you to focus on what really matters! If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, definitely recommend, and then if you want the best of the best, I 100% recommend Taylor Emily Events!

of our wedding as well so went with the partial planning contract. She gave me recommendations on all the vendors I needed who all turned out to be the best people to work with. She took a one hour meeting with us over zoom and created a vision board of exactly what we wanted on our big day. Any questions I had she was quick to answer and the month leading up she literally coordinated everything with the venue and all the vendors so we could focus on just having a good time with our family and friends. Her team even took photos and content throughout the whole day so we had early looks at pictures and got to see our vision come to life the next day when we were reliving it all. I would recommend her a thousand times over to every bride if I could.

of planning such a big event. When we hired Taylor, she was immediately involved and extremely helpful. From selecting vendors to creating the timeline, Taylor truly took care of everything and helped guide us to consider every detail. This really makes an impact day of to reduce stress. Taylor and her team are unique in that they did both the design and planning for our wedding - which is a real gem to find! She was quick to respond to emails and very professional and considerate in her communications. She was also very thoughtful in her work with us and made us feel special and unique, which was very important to us. Day of, my now husband and I kept wondering what was going to go wrong. However, nothing did. Taylor and her team (thank you Sarah, Lynette, and Jackie) worked hard day of to ensure it was as seamless as possible. Additionally, Taylor's planning helped ensure all details were thought about way ahead of the weekend. I felt like I could truly enjoy the day, and really appreciate the time with my husband, friends, and family. Taylor and her team were encouraging and caring day of. Start to finish they were such a dream to work with. I cannot recommend Taylor Emily Events enough.

we were and be flexible with us, from our budget to our schedule. She took such care in guiding us along with our vision and working with us as we navigated this fun (but sometimes difficult) process. The look that she envisioned for our event was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Taylor worked with us to find vendors that fit our vision and were equally as lovely to work with. On the day of, her team made us feel so comfortable and in the best hands, which truly gave us the freedom to enjoy ourselves and our families/friends while the entire event ran without a hitch. We're only sorry the wedding is over and that we can't keep working with Taylor! We recommend her so wholeheartedly and think she is a rising superstar in this arena.

and attentiveness. On the day of the wedding, she was an absolute rockstar for my wife in so many different ways. As an example, my wife had a dress malfunction and Taylor was able to sew a piece back on to her dress like nothing happened. Although this might not seem like a big deal, it was a problem that could have been compounded and Taylor was able to save the day. In conclusion, Taylor added invaluable piece of mind to us on our big day and I would recommend her 10/10 times.

t wrong on our wedding day and I honestly cannot think of one thing. The timeline was executed flawlessly, the design was beautiful, and everyone had a great time.

shined through as our event date got closer and especially on the day of the wedding! We worked with Dani from Emily's team, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dani is! We had weekly calls the month of our wedding, and we also had Dani run our rehearsal. Dani also created a thorough wedding detail guide for our bridal party. Dani was calm, cool, and collected throughout the entire event, and really sweet on top of it. Knowing Dani had ears and eyes on everything was a HUGE peace of mind. I wish I could have Dani with me every day to help keep me organized and as a sounding board. :) Our bridal party called her Queen Dani because she truly was that. She did everything from helping stage photos, to fixing up my dress, to troubleshooting some unforeseen issues with our ceremony arch, and more. Thank you, Taylor Emily Events + Dani!

e photography timeline, the decor, helping sort final vendor payments, and SO much more. We highly recommend them for any of your planning/coordination needs!! This team is the BEST!

arch to decide that having a full service planner may be worth it to make sure my day was as perfect as I had dreamed of and took a chance on Taylor. Type A brides - please listen to me! You need to book Taylor!! It doesn’t matter how organized you are, you simply can’t have the outstanding local industry knowledge and expertise that Taylor’s team will offer you throughout the entire process. Taylor was absolutely pivotal in selecting my vendor team, facilitating the meetings with them, making sure all of the correct questions were asked, anticipating needs you will never find in a Knot article, and most importantly, ensuring my every anxiety/wish/demand was attended to on the day of the wedding. Every vision I had became reality because of Taylor’s help, and I can only compare her & her team to superhero’s for how they carried themselves on the big day. Taylor was so calm, professional, creative, encouraging, and overall a dream to work with. Thank you Taylor Emily Events for everything!!

it! Truly the best thing I did for my wedding!!

r our questions and offer guidance. She has an amazing eye for detail and design - she designed our save-the-dates, invitations, menus, programs, tables, and flowers, and everything in between. We also benefited from her strong connections with vendors, which allowed us to evaluate several quality vendors at various price points and choose the best fit. The process culminated with a wedding day that unfolded smoothly and seamlessly from start to finish under Taylor and her team's direction. Highly recommended!

ortable and at ease when it came to planning for the wedding. Taylor took my vision and truly turned it into a reality. Throughout the design process, Taylor answered any and all questions (I had a lot), eased any stress I may of had and even came with me to design wedding invitations to just name a few things. Our day was absolutely stunning and not a single one of our guest left the wedding without commenting how beautiful and magical the day was and that would not of happened unless it was for Taylor. Not only did Taylor help with the design process but the month of coordinating was next level. Taylor and I met weekly the month leading up to my wedding and she created the most seamless day of timeline with such detail that we shared with all of my vendors and the venue. It allowed not only the bridal party but family members to know when and where to be at pictures and everything in between. On top of all of this Taylor and Dani were at my wedding the full day and I didn't even need to think. They were running back and forth keeping everything on time and making sure my husband and I had everything we needed. Moral of the story is that you NEED Taylor and her team throughout the wedding process and you will 1000% never regret it. I could not have gotten through any of the wedding planning or the wedding day without them.

my friends and family over the last year of wedding planning asked me if a wedding planner is worth it and without a doubt my now husband and I said YES. Taylor and her team are worth every dollar. Our experience from day 1 was phenomenal, we were planning our wedding bi-coastal. We live in CA but are from the Philadelphia area. Taylor went on MANY virtual wedding tours for us until we found the perfect spot. Our goal was to hold a Palm Springs inspired wedding on the East Coast on NYE. Without Taylor’s help on the venue, vendor coordination and every single detail it never would’ve been possible. The icing on the cake was actually Taylor and her team’s dedication to make sure my husband & my needs were met and we were taken care of the weekend of the wedding. All the planning led to her team knowing what needed to be where at exactly what time. We both were able to relax & spend the special weekend with our loved ones while the team did all the preparation for our wedding day. This team is phenomenal and they will make any vision or goal you have for your big day possible. Stop searching now and hire Taylor and her team for your event needs. You will not regret it & honestly you’ll be so excited to hire her again for any events you have in the future :)

palpable every step of the way. The entire day was executed just flawlessly thanks to Jackie and Lynette! They kept us on schedule, knew how to handle some sensitive situations, and made the entire day just magic. I'm so grateful for everything Taylor, Jackie, and Lynette did and our wedding wouldn't have been nearly as great as it was without them! Highly recommend for all brides and grooms to be!!!!!

d knew she could bring our vision to life on our wedding day and keep everything so organized throughout the process. I utilized her design package which was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Taylor helped me keep consistent design throughout all aspects of our wedding....from carefully designing the invitation suite with me, to selecting the right chargers & napkins, to bringing our Pinterest board to life in the florals, everything was SO beautiful! I utilized Taylor's month-of coordination package which was a dream. She helped me create a detailed timeline combining all vendors times/needs as well as helping me make sure I thought of everything with her detailed checklists. I felt so prepared going into the wedding week and was really able to focus on myself and my fiancé since I knew Taylor truly thought of everything. On the wedding day, I didn't even have to think! She knew I really wanted to stick to the schedule as closely as possible and made that happen! I never had to look at the clock or make sure people knew where they were going. Taylor helped execute things PERFECTLY! Her and her team made sure the venue was set up to plan, things ran on time, and most importantly that we were fully present the entire day. They were right there if we needed anything during the reception. Her team even took all of our items up to our suite during the end of the reception so we didn't have to worry about anything at the very end. If you're on the fence about booking a coordinator, I 100% recommend you book Taylor and her team. They allowed us to truly enjoy the wedding and planning process!

e was and hired her to help with the event design as well. In terms of the event design, hiring Taylor Emily Events was the best decision I could have made! I am not very design oriented and was feeling overwhelmed and really needed help. Taylor was there to answer all of my questions and provide design mood boards that laid out the aesthetic of the wedding that I provided to all of my vendors. She also assisted with figuring out the rentals and we were able to get everything that we wanted! Our friends and family were so impressed by the design elements of the wedding and we would not have been able to do it without Taylor's help! Once we got to the month-of coordination, Taylor was on top of everything. My husband and I both work pretty intensive jobs and didn't have a lot of family help with planning, so we knew we needed someone to ensure we had everything lined up and we weren't forgetting anything. We had a series of calls with Taylor that were very reassuring where we put together our timeline and provided all of the information so that she could handle final coordination with vendors. Everything went smoothly the day of the wedding and I know it was because Taylor handled everything so well leading up to the day! We had Taylor come and coordinate the rehearsal the day before the wedding as we were having a friend officiate, which was perfect so that everyone knew their roles/order the day of. The actual wedding day went off without a hitch! Taylor and her two assistants arrived as we were wrapping up hair and makeup and got to work making sure the bridesmaids / groomsmen and family members were all good to go and on schedule. I know there was likely a lot that went on behind the scenes, but I was aware of very little of it which means they did a great job! Our introductions, parent dances, welcome speeches and the rest of the night went off without a hitch. The venue looked absolutely stunning and all of our personal items were where they were supposed to be. In addition, Taylor and her team assisted us because our venue required everything to be out of the venue by the end of the night, so they handled ensuring all of our items were moved to a vehicle we had parked nearby so that we could pick things up the next morning. My husband and I were able to go enjoy the after party with our guests without having to worry about making sure everything was finished as we completely trusted Taylor and her team! Overall, I would highly recommend hiring Taylor Emily Events for wedding planning, event design or coordination! The team was great to work with and brought a lot of value to our wedding.

connected with Taylor, who came highly recommended through friends, shortly after deciding our venue and nothing else. To say she was our guiding light would be an understatement - we ended each meeting saying to each other that it was the best couples counseling session we could’ve ever asked for. Taylor is the most organized, meticulous, knowledgeable, and respected planner in the business! We quickly went from spitballing ideas to one of Taylor’s perfectly crafted design PowerPoints. She gave us the encouragement to make our own decisions and feel autonomous throughout the process, while also helping us to fine tune each detail and connecting us with highly sought after vendors that aligned with our vision. She is budget conscious, and helped us DIY whenever possible and helping us allocate funds efficiently. For the big day, she made a minute by minute timeline, no stone was left unturned, and we all felt very comfortable and confident going in. And she had just given birth two weeks prior!!! She is the definition of hard working and so very passionate about creating your dream wedding. As with all wedding days, there will be unpredictable twists. We had a storm hit our area and my makeup artist had to cancel THE MORNING OF OUR WEDDING! Taylor calmly sprang into action and quickly found a last minute replacement who was incredibly talented and saved the day. There is no price you can put on, and no amount of stars on a review, that can capture the importance of having someone like Taylor on your team. My husband and I are incredibly grateful.

til the final moments of our wedding, Taylor's dedication and expertise were truly outstanding. One of the things that immediately stood out about Taylor was her meticulous attention to detail. She left no stone unturned in ensuring that every aspect of our wedding was perfect. From the smallest details to the most significant logistics, Taylor had it all covered. Her organizational skills are top-notch, and it made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. In the months leading up to the wedding, Taylor was always on top of everything. She was in constant communication with us, answering questions, providing guidance, and offering creative ideas that enhanced our vision. Her knowledge of the industry and her network of vendors proved to be invaluable, helping us choose the best professionals for our big day. The day of the wedding was an absolute dream, and it wouldn't have been possible without Taylor and her incredible team. They orchestrated every moment flawlessly, ensuring that everything ran on time and according to plan. Their calm and reassuring presence kept us at ease, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without any worries or stress. Taylor's dedication and passion for her work was evident from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day special and memorable, and for that, we are eternally grateful. Her professionalism and commitment to excellence truly shone through, making our wedding a remarkable and beautiful experience. If you're looking for an amazing wedding coordinator who will turn your dreams into reality, I wholeheartedly recommend Taylor. Her expertise, attention to detail, and ability to handle every aspect of wedding planning make her an exceptional choice. She's not just a wedding planner, she's a true partner in making your special day absolutely perfect. Thank you, Taylor, for creating the wedding of our dreams!

tep of the way. No matter what silly question or unimportant detail I asked about, they answered every one with patience and guidance! Truly a godsend!

y on schedule all day. Would highly recommend!

sonable and willing to help with literally anything- even just to be a voice of reason or give an opinion. Having Taylor at my wedding meant that I did not worry about a SINGLE thing. Her team took photos so that I would have some to view as the night ended and they handled absolutely everything. When the shuttles left us at the venue on accident, her team stayed an hour over their allotment to call the company and ensure that we were taken care of. I cannot possibly say enough about the professionalism, kindness and calm demeanor that Taylor and her team showed. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone and I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

anized, and very thorough with guiding us to write down everything we had wanted for our wedding, and all decisions we had made thus far so she could jump right in and help take over. From two meetings, Taylor was able to gather all our wedding details and work with our vendors to help set up our wedding day. We knew from the first meeting that we wanted to add-on her coordination services for our rehearsal. This was the first time we met Taylor, and she came to our defense against the church ceremony coordinators, and we had really appreciated this. We knew within 5 minutes of meeting her in person that we would be in good hands for our wedding day. After the ceremony, once we walked back down the aisle on wedding day, one of the first few things my husband said to me was “We could not have done that without Taylor” and be mindful this was hour 2 of the day. Similarly, I looked for Taylor once we reached the church lobby to tell her we did it!! Once we got to the venue, the assistant coordinators Jackie and Caroline were so attentive to our needs and constantly checked if we needed anything to eat/drink. Because of their planning and help, we were never hungry on our wedding day. Jackie and Caroline had set up our reception, and their creativity and attention to detail was so spot on that we could not believe that the execution of our wedding vision was better than our wildest dreams. Our wedding was so much fun, and I am so happy we have videos and pictures of Taylor’s team dancing along with us. My parents were at first against us hiring a wedding coordinator, however by the end of the day my parents stated that Taylor and her team were the best team we could’ve hired and this was a smart move on our part. It would not have went smoothly otherwise. We cannot express into the right words how grateful we are to this team for their work on our wedding day, and without them we would have never had our perfect wedding. If you are looking for wedding planning help, look no further. Taylor Emily Events is truly the best in the wedding game.

. My husband was initially skeptical of hiring an additional coordinating service, and was planning to just use the venue coordinator for the day of, but let me tell you having Taylor and her team there the day-of and month leading up to the wedding was absolutely essential and the smartest thing we did! My husband quickly regretted ever being skeptical, and he was so grateful to have had them there. People always told me to prepare for things to go wrong on my wedding day, and Taylor and her team went above and beyond to make sure that didn't happen. The day was perfect from start to finish thanks to them, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They took care of all of the little details and timeline- things that were important that I never would have thought of. The month leading up to the wedding would have been so stressful without them trying to coordinate with all of the vendors and venue. Dani and Jackie were two of Taylor's associates that worked with us the day of and they were just as great! They kept me calm, cool, and collected and took care of anything I needed that day, and I am so grateful. Whether you need a lot of help planning or a even just a little help, hire this team!! 10/10 recommend!!

ds. Taylor is cool, calm, and collected - and she made me feel like every decision I made was the right one - which at the end of the day it was because it was my wedding! As a bride, I often felt pressured to do things a certain or specific way from family or social media, but Taylor did not pressure me at all. She listened to me, was my soundboard, gave me advice that was real, and helped me to execute the perfect day that was totally right for me and my now husband. I can't emphasize enough how lucky any bride and groom would be to work with Taylor! I also would like to add she was such a lovely addition to have around as my family and friends got ready. She fit right in and my parents adored her (always an added bonus!).

of vendors, budgeting , etc. and keeping us in synch with the time line. The wedding was perfect. The day was so enjoyable with no mis steps. Taylor was always available for questions or help. I would recommend her to all my friends and family! Thank you Taylor for helping our children plan the best wedding ever❤️ The Grooms Mom

MORE than met expectations. From our very first meeting where we discussed our vision I instantly felt heard and understood and she 100% delivered on that vision through out the whole process. She helped us pick a venue, our vendors, and design beautiful invites/signage/and tablescapes. On the week leading up to the wedding, we were even able to take a mini vacation because we knew that everything was being handled by Taylor! The running phrase in our family is "everyone needs a Taylor in their life" and it couldn't be more true!

elements to our wedding that we didn't even know were possible! She kept us organized through the process and made my wedding day the best day of my life. I could not recommend her and her team more.
