The day of Dani was my right hand girl when it came to assisting me with anything from the minute she arrived. She was the absolute best! Special shout out to Kaska for her kindness, impeccable attention to detail, and help throughout the evening. Honestly the month leading up to our wedding was so relaxing and it was definitely due to the efforts of Jackie and the girls! Could not recommend a more genuine team to bring your day together!!

Taylor helped me keep consistent design throughout all aspects of our wedding....from carefully designing the invitation suite with me, to selecting the right chargers & napkins, to bringing our Pinterest board to life in the florals, everything was SO beautiful! I utilized Taylor's month-of coordination package which was a dream. She helped me create a detailed timeline combining all vendors times/needs as well as helping me make sure I thought of everything with her detailed checklists. I felt so prepared going into the wedding week and was really able to focus on myself and my fiancé since I knew Taylor truly thought of everything. On the wedding day, I didn't even have to think! She knew I really wanted to stick to the schedule as closely as possible and made that happen! I never had to look at the clock or make sure people knew where they were going. Taylor helped execute things PERFECTLY! Her and her team made sure the venue was set up to plan, things ran on time, and most importantly that we were fully present the entire day. They were right there if we needed anything during the reception. Her team even took all of our items up to our suite during the end of the reception so we didn't have to worry about anything at the very end. I am not very design oriented and was feeling overwhelmed and really needed help. Taylor was there to answer all of my questions and provide design mood boards that laid out the aesthetic of the wedding that I provided to all of my vendors. She also assisted with figuring out the rentals and we were able to get everything that we wanted! Our friends and family were so impressed by the design elements of the wedding and we would not have been able to do it without Taylor's help! Once we got to the month-of coordination, Taylor was on top of everything. My husband and I both work pretty intensive jobs and didn't have a lot of family help with planning, so we knew we needed someone to ensure we had everything lined up and we weren't forgetting anything. We had a series of calls with Taylor that were very reassuring where we put together our timeline and provided all of the information so that she could handle final coordination with vendors. Everything went smoothly the day of the wedding and I know it was because Taylor handled everything so well leading up to the day! We had Taylor come and coordinate the rehearsal the day before the wedding as we were having a friend officiate, which was perfect so that everyone knew their roles/order the day of. The actual wedding day went off without a hitch! Taylor and her two assistants arrived as we were wrapping up hair and makeup and got to work making sure the bridesmaids / groomsmen and family members were all good to go and on schedule. I know there was likely a lot that went on behind the scenes, but I was aware of very little of it which means they did a great job! Our introductions, parent dances, welcome speeches and the rest of the night went off without a hitch. The venue looked absolutely stunning and all of our personal items were where they were supposed to be. In addition, Taylor and her team assisted us because our venue required everything to be out of the venue by the end of the night, so they handled ensuring all of our items were moved to a vehicle we had parked nearby so that we could pick things up the next morning. My husband and I were able to go enjoy the after party with our guests without having to worry about making sure everything was finished as we completely trusted Taylor and her team! Overall, I would highly recommend hiring Taylor Emily Events for wedding planning, event design or coordination! The team was great to work with and brought a lot of value to our wedding.

We had a storm hit our area and my makeup artist had to cancel THE MORNING OF OUR WEDDING! Taylor calmly sprang into action and quickly found a last minute replacement who was incredibly talented and saved the day. Similarly, I looked for Taylor once we reached the church lobby to tell her we did it!! Once we got to the venue, the assistant coordinators Jackie and Caroline were so attentive to our needs and constantly checked if we needed anything to eat/drink. Because of their planning and help, we were never hungry on our wedding day. Jackie and Caroline had set up our reception, and their creativity and attention to detail was so spot on that we could not believe that the execution of our wedding vision was better than our wildest dreams. Our wedding was so much fun, and I am so happy we have videos and pictures of Taylor’s team dancing along with us. My parents were at first against us hiring a wedding coordinator, however by the end of the day my parents stated that Taylor and her team were the best team we could’ve hired and this was a smart move on our part. Jackie made sure everything was set up exactly as we envisioned at the venue while Taylor was with us during pictures making sure we got all of the shots we wanted beforehand. Throughout the night, Taylor and Jackie made sure everything ran smoothly and worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Truly, if anything went wrong or awry during that day, I have no clue whatsoever. After months of furiously planning, I really wanted our wedding day to be one where I didn’t have to think or make a decision but just enjoy the moment.
