Our experience with Taylor Emily Events was nothing short of fantastic! Not only was our lead planner, Dani, organized, thoughtful, and professional throughout the whole process, but she also brought a great attitude and energy to our wedding day. I did not have to think of a single logistics detail on the day and could simply enjoy the event! My husband and I both agree that booking Dani was one of the best decisions we made throughout wedding planning. Highly, highly recommend!

I would recommend Taylor and her team 10 times out of 10! My mom and I weren’t sure at first if we needed a wedding planner, but having Taylor and Dani involved in the process turned out to be the best decision we could have made. I am still in awe of how Dani was able to transform my many disjointed ideas into a beautiful, cohesive design, and my parents are so BEYOND grateful that they were able to be “guests” at their daughter’s wedding. Dani showed up in such a big way not only throughout the planning process, but on the big day making sure that everything moved seamlessly, and no detail was overlooked – many guests marveled at how it was “the most curated event” they’ve been too! In our first design meeting, Taylor and Dani listened to my ideas and were able to turnover multiple choices for the design of the tablescapes, the flatware, the signage, and the event space. They contributed options to translate my ideas into a cohesive vision. Dani then rolled up her sleeves and made it happen beyond my wildest dreams! The months leading up to the wedding, I thought there was something wrong with me because I wasn’t stressed out. But really it was that TEE provides a really great platform for keeping track of all the important information as it becomes available for all parties involved. There is so much collaboration between all of the vendors, it feels like all of the extra work that brides have to do (i.e. emails, keeping track of contracts, etc.) is taken care of! This makes such an impact and allows you to focus on what really matters! If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, definitely recommend, and then if you want the best of the best, I 100% recommend Taylor Emily Events!

Hiring Taylor and her team was by far the best decision I made while wedding planning. I originally only wanted month of services but realized how much she could help with design of our wedding as well so went with the partial planning contract. She gave me recommendations on all the vendors I needed who all turned out to be the best people to work with. She took a one hour meeting with us over zoom and created a vision board of exactly what we wanted on our big day. Any questions I had she was quick to answer and the month leading up she literally coordinated everything with the venue and all the vendors so we could focus on just having a good time with our family and friends. Her team even took photos and content throughout the whole day so we had early looks at pictures and got to see our vision come to life the next day when we were reliving it all. I would recommend her a thousand times over to every bride if I could.

I wish I could give more stars for Taylor and her team. I was hesitant about hiring a wedding planner, but when we got engaged 2 years ago I wasn't sure where to begin the process of planning such a big event. When we hired Taylor, she was immediately involved and extremely helpful. From selecting vendors to creating the timeline, Taylor truly took care of everything and helped guide us to consider every detail. This really makes an impact day of to reduce stress. Taylor and her team are unique in that they did both the design and planning for our wedding - which is a real gem to find! She was quick to respond to emails and very professional and considerate in her communications. She was also very thoughtful in her work with us and made us feel special and unique, which was very important to us. Day of, my now husband and I kept wondering what was going to go wrong. However, nothing did. Taylor and her team (thank you Sarah, Lynette, and Jackie) worked hard day of to ensure it was as seamless as possible. Additionally, Taylor's planning helped ensure all details were thought about way ahead of the weekend. I felt like I could truly enjoy the day, and really appreciate the time with my husband, friends, and family. Taylor and her team were encouraging and caring day of. Start to finish they were such a dream to work with. I cannot recommend Taylor Emily Events enough.

We had the absolute best day of our lives on our wedding day and that was in large part due to Taylor and her team. From the very start, Taylor took the time to work with us where we were and be flexible with us, from our budget to our schedule. She took such care in guiding us along with our vision and working with us as we navigated this fun (but sometimes difficult) process. The look that she envisioned for our event was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Taylor worked with us to find vendors that fit our vision and were equally as lovely to work with. On the day of, her team made us feel so comfortable and in the best hands, which truly gave us the freedom to enjoy ourselves and our families/friends while the entire event ran without a hitch. We're only sorry the wedding is over and that we can't keep working with Taylor! We recommend her so wholeheartedly and think she is a rising superstar in this arena.

I loved working with Taylor and Dani and cannot recommend them enough!!! They made our wedding day so special - I could not have done it without them. Hiring Taylor Emily Events was the best decision we made for our wedding! I knew a wedding coordinator would bring so much value and organization to our wedding day, but this truly shined through as our event date got closer and especially on the day of the wedding! We worked with Dani from Emily's team, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dani is! We had weekly calls the month of our wedding, and we also had Dani run our rehearsal. Dani also created a thorough wedding detail guide for our bridal party. Dani was calm, cool, and collected throughout the entire event, and really sweet on top of it. Knowing Dani had ears and eyes on everything was a HUGE peace of mind. I wish I could have Dani with me every day to help keep me organized and as a sounding board. :) Our bridal party called her Queen Dani because she truly was that. She did everything from helping stage photos, to fixing up my dress, to troubleshooting some unforeseen issues with our ceremony arch, and more. Thank you, Taylor Emily Events + Dani!

I will preface by saying I am the most Type A, organized, borderline neurotic person who was extremely unsure she needed a wedding planner at all. That said, I had done enough research to decide that having a full service planner may be worth it to make sure my day was as perfect as I had dreamed of and took a chance on Taylor. Type A brides - please listen to me! You need to book Taylor!! It doesn’t matter how organized you are, you simply can’t have the outstanding local industry knowledge and expertise that Taylor’s team will offer you throughout the entire process. Taylor was absolutely pivotal in selecting my vendor team, facilitating the meetings with them, making sure all of the correct questions were asked, anticipating needs you will never find in a Knot article, and most importantly, ensuring my every anxiety/wish/demand was attended to on the day of the wedding. Every vision I had became reality because of Taylor’s help, and I can only compare her & her team to superhero’s for how they carried themselves on the big day. Taylor guided us through the entire planning process, keeping us organized, reducing our stress levels, and helping to execute our wedding vision. She was always available to answer our questions and offer guidance. She has an amazing eye for detail and design - she designed our save-the-dates, invitations, menus, programs, tables, and flowers, and everything in between. We also benefited from her strong connections with vendors, which allowed us to evaluate several quality vendors at various price points and choose the best fit. The process culminated with a wedding day that unfolded smoothly and seamlessly from start to finish under Taylor and her team's direction. Highly recommended!

I could never say enough good things about Taylor and her team. Taylor and I worked together for 16 months leading up to my wedding. From the very start Taylor made me feel so comfortable and at ease when it came to planning for the wedding. Taylor took my vision and truly turned it into a reality. Throughout the design process, Taylor answered any and all questions (I had a lot), eased any stress I may of had and even came with me to design wedding invitations to just name a few things. Our day was absolutely stunning and not a single one of our guest left the wedding without commenting how beautiful and magical the day was and that would not of happened unless it was for Taylor. Not only did Taylor help with the design process but the month of coordinating was next level. Taylor and I met weekly the month leading up to my wedding and she created the most seamless day of timeline with such detail that we shared with all of my vendors and the venue. It allowed not only the bridal party but family members to know when and where to be at pictures and everything in between. On top of all of this Taylor and Dani were at my wedding the full day and I didn't even need to think. They were running back and forth keeping everything on time and making sure my husband and I had everything we needed. Moral of the story is that you NEED Taylor and her team throughout the wedding process and you will 1000% never regret it. I could not have gotten through any of the wedding planning or the wedding day without them.

Taylor and her team are worth every dollar. Our experience from day 1 was phenomenal, we were planning our wedding bi-coastal. We live in CA but are from the Philadelphia area. Taylor went on MANY virtual wedding tours for us until we found the perfect spot. Our goal was to hold a Palm Springs inspired wedding on the East Coast on NYE. Without Taylor’s help on the venue, vendor coordination and every single detail it never would’ve been possible. The icing on the cake was actually Taylor and her team’s dedication to make sure my husband & my needs were met and we were taken care of the weekend of the wedding. All the planning led to her team knowing what needed to be where at exactly what time. We both were able to relax & spend the special weekend with our loved ones while the team did all the preparation for our wedding day. Jackie at Taylor Emily Events was a true joy to work with for the month leading up to my wedding and on the big day. The thoughtfulness, time, effort, energy, and excitement was so palpable every step of the way. The entire day was executed just flawlessly thanks to Jackie and Lynette! They kept us on schedule, knew how to handle some sensitive situations, and made the entire day just magic. Taylor went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect from start to finish! After having several calls with other coordinators, I instantly clicked with Taylor and knew she could bring our vision to life on our wedding day and keep everything so organized throughout the process. I utilized her design package which was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Taylor helped me keep consistent design throughout all aspects of our wedding....from carefully designing the invitation suite with me, to selecting the right chargers & napkins, to bringing our Pinterest board to life in the florals, everything was SO beautiful! I utilized Taylor's month-of coordination package which was a dream. She helped me create a detailed timeline combining all vendors times/needs as well as helping me make sure I thought of everything with her detailed checklists. I felt so prepared going into the wedding week and was really able to focus on myself and my fiancé since I knew Taylor truly thought of everything. On the wedding day, I didn't even have to think! She knew I really wanted to stick to the schedule as closely as possible and made that happen! I never had to look at the clock or make sure people knew where they were going. Taylor helped execute things PERFECTLY! Her and her team made sure the venue was set up to plan, things ran on time, and most importantly that we were fully present the entire day. They were right there if we needed anything during the reception. Her team even took all of our items up to our suite during the end of the reception so we didn't have to worry about anything at the very end. My husband and I had a great experience with Taylor for our wedding in October of 2023. We initially hired Taylor as a month-of coordinator, but then also realized how DIY our venue was and hired her to help with the event design as well. In terms of the event design, hiring Taylor Emily Events was the best decision I could have made! I am not very design oriented and was feeling overwhelmed and really needed help. Taylor was there to answer all of my questions and provide design mood boards that laid out the aesthetic of the wedding that I provided to all of my vendors. She also assisted with figuring out the rentals and we were able to get everything that we wanted! Our friends and family were so impressed by the design elements of the wedding and we would not have been able to do it without Taylor's help! Once we got to the month-of coordination, Taylor was on top of everything. My husband and I both work pretty intensive jobs and didn't have a lot of family help with planning, so we knew we needed someone to ensure we had everything lined up and we weren't forgetting anything. We had a series of calls with Taylor that were very reassuring where we put together our timeline and provided all of the information so that she could handle final coordination with vendors. Everything went smoothly the day of the wedding and I know it was because Taylor handled everything so well leading up to the day! We had Taylor come and coordinate the rehearsal the day before the wedding as we were having a friend officiate, which was perfect so that everyone knew their roles/order the day of. The actual wedding day went off without a hitch! Taylor and her two assistants arrived as we were wrapping up hair and makeup and got to work making sure the bridesmaids / groomsmen and family members were all good to go and on schedule. I know there was likely a lot that went on behind the scenes, but I was aware of very little of it which means they did a great job! Our introductions, parent dances, welcome speeches and the rest of the night went off without a hitch. The venue looked absolutely stunning and all of our personal items were where they were supposed to be. In addition, Taylor and her team assisted us because our venue required everything to be out of the venue by the end of the night, so they handled ensuring all of our items were moved to a vehicle we had parked nearby so that we could pick things up the next morning. My husband and I were able to go enjoy the after party with our guests without having to worry about making sure everything was finished as we completely trusted Taylor and her team! Overall, I would highly recommend hiring Taylor Emily Events for wedding planning, event design or coordination! The team was great to work with and brought a lot of value to our wedding.

1000/10 BEST IN THE BUSINESS Where do we even begin!? As a young couple with very limited wedding experience ourselves, the idea of planning a wedding felt insurmountable. We were connected with Taylor, who came highly recommended through friends, shortly after deciding our venue and nothing else. To say she was our guiding light would be an understatement - we ended each meeting saying to each other that it was the best couples counseling session we could’ve ever asked for. Taylor is the most organized, meticulous, knowledgeable, and respected planner in the business! We quickly went from spitballing ideas to one of Taylor’s perfectly crafted design PowerPoints. She gave us the encouragement to make our own decisions and feel autonomous throughout the process, while also helping us to fine tune each detail and connecting us with highly sought after vendors that aligned with our vision. She is budget conscious, and helped us DIY whenever possible and helping us allocate funds efficiently. For the big day, she made a minute by minute timeline, no stone was left unturned, and we all felt very comfortable and confident going in. And she had just given birth two weeks prior!!! She is the definition of hard working and so very passionate about creating your dream wedding. As with all wedding days, there will be unpredictable twists. We had a storm hit our area and my makeup artist had to cancel THE MORNING OF OUR WEDDING! Taylor calmly sprang into action and quickly found a last minute replacement who was incredibly talented and saved the day. There is no price you can put on, and no amount of stars on a review, that can capture the importance of having someone like Taylor on your team. My husband and I are incredibly grateful.

Having Taylor at my wedding meant that I did not worry about a SINGLE thing. Her team took photos so that I would have some to view as the night ended and they handled absolutely everything. When the shuttles left us at the venue on accident, her team stayed an hour over their allotment to call the company and ensure that we were taken care of. I cannot possibly say enough about the professionalism, kindness and calm demeanor that Taylor and her team showed. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone and I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

One of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding was having Taylor Emily Events do our month of wedding coordination. From the very first meeting Taylor was professional, organized, and very thorough with guiding us to write down everything we had wanted for our wedding, and all decisions we had made thus far so she could jump right in and help take over. From two meetings, Taylor was able to gather all our wedding details and work with our vendors to help set up our wedding day. We knew from the first meeting that we wanted to add-on her coordination services for our rehearsal. This was the first time we met Taylor, and she came to our defense against the church ceremony coordinators, and we had really appreciated this. We knew within 5 minutes of meeting her in person that we would be in good hands for our wedding day. After the ceremony, once we walked back down the aisle on wedding day, one of the first few things my husband said to me was “We could not have done that without Taylor” and be mindful this was hour 2 of the day. Similarly, I looked for Taylor once we reached the church lobby to tell her we did it!! Once we got to the venue, the assistant coordinators Jackie and Caroline were so attentive to our needs and constantly checked if we needed anything to eat/drink. Because of their planning and help, we were never hungry on our wedding day. Jackie and Caroline had set up our reception, and their creativity and attention to detail was so spot on that we could not believe that the execution of our wedding vision was better than our wildest dreams. Our wedding was so much fun, and I am so happy we have videos and pictures of Taylor’s team dancing along with us. My parents were at first against us hiring a wedding coordinator, however by the end of the day my parents stated that Taylor and her team were the best team we could’ve hired and this was a smart move on our part. It would not have went smoothly otherwise. We cannot express into the right words how grateful we are to this team for their work on our wedding day, and without them we would have never had our perfect wedding. My husband and I hired Taylor and her team for month-of coordination, and it was the BEST thing we ever did! Taylor and her team were so sweet, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My husband was initially skeptical of hiring an additional coordinating service, and was planning to just use the venue coordinator for the day of, but let me tell you having Taylor and her team there the day-of and month leading up to the wedding was absolutely essential and the smartest thing we did! My husband quickly regretted ever being skeptical, and he was so grateful to have had them there. People always told me to prepare for things to go wrong on my wedding day, and Taylor and her team went above and beyond to make sure that didn't happen. The day was perfect from start to finish thanks to them, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They took care of all of the little details and timeline- things that were important that I never would have thought of. The month leading up to the wedding would have been so stressful without them trying to coordinate with all of the vendors and venue. Dani and Jackie were two of Taylor's associates that worked with us the day of and they were just as great! They kept me calm, cool, and collected and took care of anything I needed that day, and I am so grateful. Taylor and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. We hired her for a month of coordination and the minute we had our first official phone call I knew we were in amazing hands. Taylor is cool, calm, and collected - and she made me feel like every decision I made was the right one - which at the end of the day it was because it was my wedding! As a bride, I often felt pressured to do things a certain or specific way from family or social media, but Taylor did not pressure me at all. She listened to me, was my soundboard, gave me advice that was real, and helped me to execute the perfect day that was totally right for me and my now husband. I can't emphasize enough how lucky any bride and groom would be to work with Taylor! I also would like to add she was such a lovely addition to have around as my family and friends got ready. She fit right in and my parents adored her (always an added bonus!).

Taylor and her team did an excellent job navigating us through the entire wedding process and wedding day. Taylor was very knowledgeable and helpful from the planning, selection of vendors, budgeting , etc. and keeping us in synch with the time line. The wedding was perfect. My husband and I knew right off the bat that we wanted to hire a wedding planner to help keep us on track, sane, and less stressed during the wedding planning process - and Taylor MORE than met expectations. From our very first meeting where we discussed our vision I instantly felt heard and understood and she 100% delivered on that vision through out the whole process. She helped us pick a venue, our vendors, and design beautiful invites/signage/and tablescapes. On the week leading up to the wedding, we were even able to take a mini vacation because we knew that everything was being handled by Taylor! The running phrase in our family is "everyone needs a Taylor in their life" and it couldn't be more true!

While we did the month-of coordination with Taylor, she was very helpful in answering my one-off questions before our time together officially started. Once we hit one month out, Taylor came in with all the tools to make everything come together – logistics, coordination with all the other vendors, timeline (I needed all the help I could get there). She was incredibly patient with all my questions and concerns and had a plan for absolutely everything. Taylor helped get us all together for rehearsal, managed the rehearsal with a number of personalities, and set the tone for the weekend. The day of was so smooth and stress free – Taylor made sure all the vendors were where they needed to be the night before and confirmed all the details. On the day of the wedding, Taylor and Jackie kept us all going and moving along – I literally felt no virtually no stress at all during the day or evening. Jackie made sure everything was set up exactly as we envisioned at the venue while Taylor was with us during pictures making sure we got all of the shots we wanted beforehand. Throughout the night, Taylor and Jackie made sure everything ran smoothly and worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Truly, if anything went wrong or awry during that day, I have no clue whatsoever. After months of furiously planning, I really wanted our wedding day to be one where I didn’t have to think or make a decision but just enjoy the moment. Taylor made this 100% possible through her planning and taking the time to get to know what we wanted from the day. Our wedding day was truly unforgettable and perfect (and low stress!!) for so many reasons and a big part of that is due to Taylor and Jackie. Taylor and her assistants are Outstanding! Her design skills are amazing and they created the most beautiful wedding venue, going above and beyond all of our expectations. Since I live in the Philadelphia area and my daughter lives in Chicago, she needed a bit of my help in planning her Philly-based wedding in an historic building in Old City Philly. When she told me that she wanted to hire a wedding coordinator, all I could see were $$ signs and although Taylor came highly recommended by the venue, I didn't understand what value she could bring to the event. Well, my daughter chose 30-day plan and we begin to see, well before the official coordination start date, that my daughter's choice was likely a good one. Once we hit the 30-day window, Taylor worked with us on the timelines and vendor details, participated in the venue walk-through, and lent us confidence that everything would go off without a hitch as we hit the wedding day. Taylor and her assistant Jackie were calm, stayed in the background, and provided a gentle but confident touch every step of the way throughout the day. We can't say enough good things about how she handled the event, her client, and most importantly, herself. Without hesitation, we would absolutely recommend Taylor and her crew for wedding events in the Philadelphia area.

Taylor and her team were absolutely amazing. We hired her for event design, dog coordination, and day of coordinator. She put together a beautiful overview of the vision for the day, nailing down the colors, fonts, and overall look and feel. We shared it with our vendors and it made made the planning process so easy from linens to flowers and all the little details. She took great care of the dogs getting them on time for our first look with their flower collars and back home safely. The weeks leading up to the wedding were essentially stress free because Taylor was managing all the logistics and confirming details with vendors. She was so fun to have on the day of- the whole bridal party loved her. Couldn't recommend her enough!

She was there to address every concern and preempted decisions before I even had to know about them. My only focus was on enjoying the day. We could not have done this wedding without Taylor. She helped us choose and focus our design aesthetic throughout the entire planning process, and it paid off when saw our venue decorated and were absolutely jaw dropped. From connecting with vendors to coordinating our rehearsal she was such a voice of reason in the chaos that is wedding planning, and we would pay for her ten times over.

Taylor planned my whole wedding from start to finish and everything was PERFECT!! She made my dream wedding come true! I was in awe when I walked into the venue and saw everything. It was better than I could have even imagined. There are SO many moving parts that go into a wedding and I would have never even known where to begin. My husband and I hired Taylor for her month of coordination package for our 10/10/21 wedding. The entire month leading up to our wedding, Taylor was able to answer any and all questions we had. We anticipated tons of stress and she eliminated so much of it. Every phone call, email, and text message made me feel like everything was going smoothly and the day was going to be perfect. From the moment I saw Taylor on my wedding day I knew I was in good hands. She stuck to the timeline that we had created together and made sure everyone was on the same page. We met Taylor at a mutual friend's 30th birthday party and I can't begin to tell you how grateful we are that we did. She was absolutely phenomenal from the very beginning. We actually started with her basic package and upgraded because we immediately saw how much value she brought to our wedding. She did in person meetings, zoom meeting, engineered diagrams for our backyard venue, coordinated with everyone from bathroom companies to table and chair companies, and even our DJ and his team. I am so thankful because she took a lot of stress off of my (now) wife, and she made the day of the wedding such a beautiful event for us. I will recommend Taylor to every person that mentions having a wedding in the Philadelphia, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and New Jersey areas!

Taylor helped my fiance plan our engagement which turned out absolutely perfect! My fiance said that all he had to do was describe me as a person, describe what he (and I) always envisioned for the moment, and she really took it from there and ran with it. The engagement was perfectly orchestrated as a complete surprise with beautiful flowers, candles, and views. The set up was absolutely stunning and made for some photos that we'll be framing for our house. The moment was both perfectly intimate for us both and exciting with our family and friends surprising us. All around, I highly recommend having her eye to style and her mind to plan both engagements and weddings! She is now our wedding planner and I'm really looking forward to what she has in store for us next :)

Taylor was the biggest help to my fiance. She helped plan the most perfect proposal down by the Schuylkill River Trail. She is so sweet and direct us to get some picture perfect moments, all while holding our dog's leash. Taylor was especially helpful in planning our last minute mini ceremony and intimate reception. I don’t even know where to start. I turned to Taylor in a panic when my venue had to be changed and I was 2 months away from my wedding, dealing with all these changes, and needing a coordinator and she went above and beyond. She was organized and reminded me of so many little things I didn’t even think of. I had an amazing experience with Taylor Emily Design Co. Taylor went above and beyond when planning my wedding, coordinating and dog coordination so that our beloved pup could be there with us! She was very prompt with her response time, had great vendor recommendations and was always cool, calm and collected which made me feel at ease throughout the whole process! 10/10 would recommend.

Taylor was our day of coordinator and did a great job! She was so easy to connect with and helped me a lot leading up to the wedding in addition to on day of. We FaceTimed multiple times before the wedding to review my timeline, vendor details and basically walk through the entire day. Those calls were so helpful and really made me feel like I wasn’t the only one with all of the details in my brain :) On the actual day of she did really well- especially considering our wedding was the first one she did on her own. She was on top of all the details, vendors, decor - everything. She even went above and beyond and did stuff that we hadn’t spoken about, like having our cocktail hour vendor bring us a tray of food to the bridal suite. We would highly recommend Taylor to anyone considering her!

Taylor was so amazing at planning and organizing my wedding! She prepared everything down to the last detail. On the morning of the wedding day she came prepared with multiple copies of a printed itinerary to keep everyone on track and organized. My wedding was so perfect thanks to her!
