Here’s the thing, I would marry my husband again just so that I could work with Megan again. Taylor Event Co. made my wedding planning so stress-free and joyful for me - needless to say, I recommend Megan and her team for all of your event planning needs. I hired Taylor Event Co. for day of coordination (which started weeks prior to the actual wedding). Megan took charge of all of my contracts and my vendor communications and she double checked (and triple checked) everything for me and handled so many more things that I could even imagine which made those last few weeks of wedding planning enjoyable for me and my now husband. Megan’s attention to detail was one of the things that stuck out to me. She is truly talented dedicated and experienced with all of the tiny details that go into putting on a wedding. Also- she loves what she does and you can tell!!!!
I truly don’t know what I would have done without Megan. She was the greatest help in those last few weeks of wedding planning, the rehearsal dinner, and the day of the wedding. Everything ran so smoothly, perfectly on time (literally to the minute) and her team handled anything and everything that came up so that I was just able to enjoy my wedding day, which was the greatest gift of all. Since I love to plan and I was a very type-a bride, the day of coordination package was perfect for me.
If you want to enjoy your time as a newly engaged bride to be, I would without a doubt hire Taylor Event Co. as a planner & coordinator!!!

We worked with Megan and Taylor Event Co for our October 2024 wedding and could not say enough good things about our experience from start to finish. Megan is a true wedding expert, and flawlessly navigated through the endless sea of vendors in the DFW area to help us put together the most spectacular wedding that felt incredibly US. We had a vision, but without Megan, it wouldn't have come to life in any way close to how it did. She helped us from the first venue meeting, through lots of changing opinions and directions, to finally helping our big day go off without a single hiccup and over the last year+, we came to trust Megan as a friend and as an integral part of our wedding. Megan is organized, creative, attentive and truly the best person you could have in your corner when planning your big day. We would (and will) wholeheartedly recommend her and her team to anyone planning a wedding.

Her experience with vendors made decisions so much easier. Never did we have to spend hours upon hour researching. We always were able to lean of her expertise to make the right decisions . Come true. Megan helped our wedding to be above the dream we imagined. It brings tears to my eyes how perfect everything was. She made the whole process easy that I was not stressed one bit. She had the best connections. If you want a stress free wedding and it to be top class.. Taylor Event is the only choice.
Megan from Taylor Event Co. was a life saver for me from start to finish of my wedding planning process!! She was very responsive (even at odd hours of the day/night when I had “bride brain” and 1000 questions or ideas) she kept my vendors in check throughout the whole process and especially the day of. She even referred me to some vendors that I couldn’t imagine not being a part of my wedding looking back!! There are a million great things to say about Megan and Taylor event co, but to some it up, she made the best day of my life even more magical! :)
If I could give 100 stars I would. Do y'all remember as kids when you would get lost in a grocery store and be so scared and have no idea what was happening and then you found your mom and you had a huge sense of relief and everything felt okay? HAHA that is exactly how I felt with Megan before and at my wedding. She just puts you at ease and helps you remember that everything is going to be okay. She is organized, dependable, great at communication (even when we know she is planning 500 other weddings), she makes you feel like you are the only wedding that she is planning- that is how dedicated and focused she is on giving each bride the time and effort we deserve. She is extremely knowledgeable and I will recommend her over and over again to anyone needing a wedding planner. I am telling you right now HIRE HER. Don't think twice, if you think you will be okay without a wedding planner...... you won't haha!! She had timelines typed up, communicated with vendors, helped with ensuring that everything went perfect and even if it wasn't..... I didn't hear about it and maybe I never will!

I cannot say enough great things about Megan and her team. Everything ran perfectly because of her! She had so many good tips and helped iron out any kinks in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She works so well in chaos - our rehearsal would've been impossible without her! As far as I knew, there were no issues on wedding day - I later found out that we had run out of plates, but one of Megan's assistants had run out to buy more, and I was blissfully unaware. She is the most professional person, and is obviously very experienced. We love Megan!
Megan is the BEST. We hired Taylor Event Co. for partial planning services, and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. Having Megan on our wedding team meant working with a knowledgable and organized wedding professional who has it ~all~ together, but our experience was so much more than that. Working with Megan was so much fun -- in addition to making us feel supported throughout the whole wedding planning process, her sense of humor and delightful personality meant that our wedding meetings felt more like we were spending time with a friend than doing work on our wedding (although there was plenty of that, too). Megan really took the time to get to know us as a couple, and that was something that we really appreciated!
From the day we met for the first time, Megan was available for questions and advice. She scheduled regular check-ins to ensure that wedding planning was going smoothly and to help out when there were any roadblocks. Her preferred vendors list was amazing and made our lives so much easier. Her responses were always timely and kind.
I had the opposite of a vision for our wedding -- I had no idea what I wanted for the majority of wedding planning! Megan patiently sat me down and worked with me to find what I wanted for our big day. In a sea of overwhelming Pinterest boards, Megan was my rock. She came to vendor meetings to help facilitate conversations and decisions when I was lost or overwhelmed. I couldn't be happier with how our wedding turned out -- Megan made sure the tiniest of details were thought of, and seeing everything come together day-of was nothing short of incredible.
Megan was a dream for the entire 9 months we worked togther, but the day of the wedding was where Megan and the Taylor Event Co. team shined beyond comparison. They handled complicated vendor schedules with ease, made our families feel taken care of, juggled an insane amount of logistics... and throughout it all, they were so calm and reassuring the whole day to me, my husband, and our families. The peace of mind that Megan and her team provided on wedding day was a true gift.
I would recommend Megan a thousand times over to any newly engaged couple looking to book a wedding planner. Your wedding will be in very capable and caring hands, and Megan is just a blast to be around.

I don’t think there are enough words to describe how amazing Megan is! She really took so much stress off of me during the entire planning process and I am forever grateful! Megan is the definition of professional and organized. She was there every step of the way through the planning process, attended every meeting and made sure that no detail was missed at the ceremony or reception. On the day of Megan was always right there making sure I had everything and that I was feeling good! She handled all the communication with the vendors and just made the whole day run so so smoothly. I don’t know what I would have done without Megan!! She is truly the best and I am so glad to have been able to work with her!

Megan and her team are definitely the team you want with you on your wedding day! We hired Taylor Event Co. for Day of Coordination, and as soon as they joined in the planning process all of the stress was lifted off of us. Megan was extremely organized while reaching out to vendors we booked and made sure to keep us in the loop for all communication. If we ever had any questions, Megan had the answers. She was totally prepared for any and all unexpected things that came up on wedding day. Megan is the perfect mix of nice and no nonsense, we knew that she would ensure everything went exactly as planned for our big day and she was such a pleasure to work with. Megan and the Taylor Event Co. were a joy to work with! From the moment we met, she was able to take over everything I needed, provide helpful recommendations, and was a true professional. We did the month of coordination and she truly handled all the little details and asked all the right questions to make sure our day went as we wanted. My only regret was that we didn't employ them from the get-go!

Hiring a wedding coordinator is now my #1 piece of advice for any friends of mine who are getting married, and Megan is who I will insist they hire. She and her team are amazing! We were able to enjoy our day and be in the moment without having to worry about a single thing because Megan and Wallace are amazing. When my husband and I drove away to our hotel at the end of the night, as we were going through all the fun things that happened, we said one of our favorite things about the day was hiring Megan. She is amazing and my entire family and I want her to be our best friend!

I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing Megan is. She was the best decision we made. Always available with advice and direction and patience and sometimes a gentle push. No matter what we needed we knew we could count on Megan and her experience and her absolute wisdom. She was with us through vendor meetings, confusing emails and contracts, due dates, and every decision. I’m a pretty typical type A planner but I knew I didn’t want the stress of having to plan my wedding and Megan made it enjoyable. Our meetings with her were something we always looked forward to because they were more than just meetings, they were always like sitting down with a friend who was just really good at planning weddings. On the day of she made sure everything was what we wanted and all we had to do was have a good time. It was absolutely what we wanted and Megan was the biggest reason why. If you’re on the fence about a wedding planner the best advice I can give you is HIRE MEGAN. Hire Megan if you want to enjoy your planning experience and not feel like you’re worrying about anything and just want a new best wedding friend. She’s the best. Five stars. 10 out of 10.

I knew the second we met over zoom that Megan (Taylor Event Co) was perfect for me but hiring her for month of coordination was truly the best wedding decision I made. Megan is thorough, quick to respond, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and so kind. She saw our vision and understood what we wanted for our day and made it happen. Her assistant, Wallace Ann, is also amazing and even hand made a boutonniere after we were short one. They made sure that every detail was thought of and addressed. The entire wedding day went seamlessly and that is 100% thanks to Megan and Wallace Ann. I would hire Taylor Event Co over and over again. We are forever grateful!
My family hired Megan to plan our baby shower. She was absolutely fantastic! Her communication throughout the process was excellent, as well as her day-of help. She brought our vision for the shower to life! Our guests all said it was the best baby shower they had ever been to. Couldn’t have done it without her. Thanks, Megan!
How can I even begin to express my gratitude to Megan for making our dream wedding a reality!! Our original wedding
date was set May 2020 (out of the country) but due to the pandemic, I had to replan an entirely new wedding in TX. Our venue had a day-of-coordinator, but I felt I needed some additional help leading up to the wedding. Megan was our saving grace and she went above and beyond to make our day perfect so that we could enjoy it and not stress or worry about the details. I thought I was a detailed bride and had everything planned, but boy was I wrong. She helped me identify details I didn’t even think about - and even sent me everything electronically to make things that much easier. She was flawless in her execution and put me at ease leading up to the big day. My new wedding date was set for March 2021 (right when COVID vaccines were being rolled out) so we had lots of last minute changes and she was able to update everything. My husband also decided last minute he wanted a violinist and cellist and she gave us a phenomenal recommendation and made it happen.
Brides and Fiancés, if you’re thinking you don’t need a wedding planner and you can do it yourself because you’re on top of everything, believe me, you’re not! I can’t thank Megan enough for everything she did and putting up with all of my last minute changes with grace and professionalism. Megan and her assistant Wallace Ann are the absolute best and she is worth so much more than she charges. They will go above and beyond to ensure you have the BEST DAY EVER!!

Megan stayed at the top of my mind DAYS AFTER the wedding because I was so impressed with how she did it ALL with such grace and poise! Im talking every single tiny detail about a wedding, Megan has you covered. I still cannot wrap my brain around how she does it with such passion, genuine interest and support. This is truly her gift. From her tasteful recommendations when I wasn't sure what to choose to her network of vendors she uses and shares with couples- They are all so reliable. And lastly her just being there to support me on my wedding day. I know for a fact my wedding day would absolutely not have been what it was without Taylor Event Co. Megan was such a joy to work with! We had Megan for our day of coordination and she ensured our wedding looked beautiful and went smoothly. Her attention to detail, even for the little things such as the set up of our floral arrangements and place cards, made all the difference. She is professional, always has a positive attitude, and is willing to help out however she can. We truly could not have had our day without her!
