I can’t begin to express how grateful we are to have had Taylor Falcon and her incredible team as part of our wedding day. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect, ...
and it was all thanks to their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail.
When we first hired Taylor Falcon Events, we had no idea how much of an impact she and her team would have on making our wedding day truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand our vision, thoughtfully listened to every detail, and made us feel completely at ease, knowing we were in the most capable hands. Not only did she help bring our vision to life, but she elevated it in ways we never even imagined. Every little detail, no matter how small, was thoughtfully planned and executed flawlessly.
One of the biggest challenges we faced leading up to our big day was the sudden cancellation of our original venue due to the hurricane. We were devastated, and to say we were stressed would be an understatement. But this is where Taylor and her Team truly shined. They immediately took control of the situation, and without skipping a beat, found a new venue that was not only available but was even more beautiful than we could have hoped for. It was the perfect location, and the entire experience of moving everything to a new place felt seamless thanks to her quick thinking and ability to adapt. She handled the entire transition with such grace and professionalism, taking all the stress off our shoulders and ensuring everything went according to plan.
Throughout the planning process, I had numerous questions, from vendor recommendations to last-minute details. Every time I reached out to Taylor and her team, whether it was via email or phone, they always took the time to provide thoughtful, helpful answers and guidance, ensuring that I felt confident and reassured.
On the day of the wedding, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Taylor and her team took care of everything—from coordinating the vendors to managing the timeline and making sure every little detail was executed perfectly. And when I say “every little detail,” I mean it. There wasn’t a single thing left to chance. Whether it was the flowers, the decor, the seating arrangements, or the way the entire event flowed—every element was carefully thought out and flawlessly executed.
My husband and I were able to truly enjoy every moment of our day without feeling stressed or overwhelmed. We could relax and be fully present, knowing Taylor and her team were handling everything behind the scenes. It was a celebration of our love, and thanks to TFE, it was everything we dreamed of and more.
If you're looking for a wedding planner who is not only incredibly talented and organized but also compassionate, dedicated, and able to handle any challenge that comes her way, then Taylor Falcon Events is the one you need! Taylor went above and beyond in every aspect of our planning and execution, and we will be forever grateful for her guidance and support.
Thank you Taylor, for making our wedding day so special! You and your team are absolutely amazing, and we feel so fortunate to have had TFE by our side during this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
Working with Taylor was an absolute dream come true. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand our vision and what we truly wanted for our wedding day. I had spent m...
onths pinning ideas on Pinterest, but Taylor managed to take those ideas and elevate them into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined and more importantly, even more ME. Every detail was exactly what I had envisioned but somehow even better!
What really blew me away, though, was how she made the entire planning process effortless on my part. As someone with a very type-A personality who loves to be in control, I honestly thought I would have a hard time stepping back and letting someone else take the reins, but Taylor immediately made me feel at ease, and I found myself trusting her completely. She handled everything so seamlessly, I didn’t feel the need to micromanage or worry about the little things. On the big day, I was able to truly relax and enjoy every moment because I knew Taylor had everything under control.
If you’re looking for a wedding planner who not only brings your vision to life but also makes the entire experience stress-free, I cannot recommend Taylor enough. She’s a true professional and wonderful person who genuinely cares about making your day as perfect as possible.

truly took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life seamlessly, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.
But what really set her apart was her ability to handle the unexpected with grace and skill. Just before I walked down the aisle, my veil split—but Taylor didn’t miss a beat. With quick thinking (and some fishing line!), she sewed it back together on the spot.
Her dedication, professionalism, and calming presence made our wedding day perfect, and we are so grateful to have had her by our side. If you're looking for a wedding planner who goes above and beyond, Taylor Falcon Events is the best choice!

h, love, and passion she brings to every couple she works with. From our very first meeting, she instantly felt like family; it was clear that she genuinely cared not only about our vision, but about us as a couple.
Even though we only booked her for day-of coordination, Taylor went above and beyond, supporting us through every stage of the planning process. On our wedding day, even amidst unprecedented weather condition, her expert team transformed our vision into one more beautiful than we ever could have imagined!
Taylor managed every detail with such grace and care, allowing us to soak in every precious moment. We felt completely at ease knowing she was handling everything behind the scenes. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how seamless and perfect the day felt!
Taylor and her team are truly the best in the wedding business. They go beyond making couples feel at ease. She poured so much love and effort into everything she did, making our dreams not only a reality but one we are so proud to share with loved ones forever!

ect choice for our March 2024 wedding at Hyde House!
As someone who had never really thought much about what my future wedding would be like, Taylor and her team were incredible in helping to guide me towards a clear vision for the day and sourcing the vendors and team to make the vision come to life!
For even the silly and small questions, Taylor and her team were responsive, insightful, and really showed such great experience in the industry and behind the scene details!
Day of, Taylor’s team ensured our day ran incredibly smooth -everything was on time, communication was on point, and I knew that we could all enjoy our day and not worry about things getting done because we knew they had it all under control!
Seeing the vision come to life and seeing Taylor at the venue when we were all dressed and ready to go was truly the best moment ever! Everything was perfect, and we got to breeze through the rest of the day and truly enjoy it!
We are incredibly thankful for the Taylor Falcon Events team for making our vision come to life and being such an instrumental part of our day - it truly could not have happened without them!
Hiring TFE for the full service wedding package was a fabulous decision and one we would make over and over again! We had the pleasure of working with Taylor and her team for over ...
a year prior to our wedding date. From our very first call with her to our final exit on our wedding day, Taylor was direct, organized, efficient, and knowledgeable. She seamlessly guided us through the entirety of the wedding planning process — budget planning, overall design, vendor selection, vendor coordination, day-of planning & coordination, Reherseal dinner coordination, invitation management, etc. and so much more. Taylor went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our dream wedding came to life (including many details we hadn’t even considered previously!) She also consistently offered insightful opinions and options to consider.
Another area that makes Taylor stand out is her strong working relationships with and understanding of vendors. She did an outstanding job recommending and aiding us in working with vendors that perfectly executed our vision and remained within our desired budget.
The week of the wedding, I even joked to Taylor that I couldn’t even think of something to be worried about because I had so much faith in the TFE team.
Beyond excelling at her craft, Taylor and her entire team are truly a joy to work with. If you are even considering hiring TFE for your upcoming wedding, let this be your sign to DO IT

om start to finish. She's thorough, responsive, patient, and doesn't miss a beat. She's done a handful of my friend's weddings at this point and i'll keep recommending her to more! Her onboarding process is seamless and she has a real knack for taking your vision and elevating it with her wide range of contacts in the Florida area. She works well with a set budget and will help you stay on target while not sacrificing your vision. Taylor does an amazing job of keeping you sane throughout the process and her organization skills are truly unparalleled. She even gave birth to her first baby during my planning process and didn't miss a beat. The day of the wedding we (naturally) had some sideways torrential rain, and Taylor and team did an excellent job adjusting to our rain plan seamlessly and effortlessly. Her and her team (which also includes her talented sister) are true professionals, and it's evident that they also love what they do. Book her - you won't regret it!!

e it was important to share with the world how amazing Taylor Falcon is. From the very beginning, her unparalleled organizational skills set the tone for a seamless planning process. What truly sets her apart is her ability to foresee and address potential issues before they even arise – a testament to her problem-solving prowess. Our ceremony took place in an outdoor public space and Taylor thought ahead about reserving street parking so there wouldn’t be any cars the in background of our wedding photos, something that truly didn’t even cross my mind but made a HUGE impact. We also had a shipping issues with a custom neon sign that was going to be utilized for our seating chart, but have no fear, Taylor had alternative neon sign options for me to choose from the day before our wedding so that way I wouldn’t lose out on the completed seat chart design.
Taylor’s attention to detail surpassed all expectations. As someone who worked in the events industry previously, I had high expectations and Taylor knocked it out of the park. Wedding party members still tell me how organized my wedding day was, and I credit that all to Taylor and her extremely detailed timeline that was shared not only with our vendors, but with our wedding party. Don’t even get me started on the amazing group of vendors we used, they all went above and beyond our expectations, again a testament to Taylor and the relationships she has built within the industry. She was great in giving us vendor options to choose from rather than sharing with us just one that she felt “was best” so while she was guiding us we still felt like we were able to chose. Her dedication and passion for her work was evident in every interaction, making the entire planning journey enjoyable and stress-free.
We are incredibly thankful for her commitment, professionalism, and the genuine care demonstrated throughout the entire process. If you're seeking someone who goes above and beyond, creating a wedding that exceeds your wildest dreams, look no further. Our heartfelt gratitude to Taylor for making our day truly magical!

nal, and expertly guided us and kept us completely at ease throughout the wedding planning process. Her expertise is invaluable and I don't know what we would've done without her.
Taylor is the perfect mix of creative and is an absolute visionary with an eye for detail AND is analytical, organized, and efficient. She feels like your best friend and we couldn't have asked for a better person to oversee our day. I'm so grateful for her willingness to hop on a call and chat through the details together and I left every call or meeting feeling relieved and excited. She was incredible at translating my Pinterest board inspiration and ideas into tangible action items and I'm so grateful for her vendor recommendations- everyone she suggested delivered at the same impeccable quality and with the same level of expertise we received from Taylor! Every vendor we spoke with raved about Taylor and told us we were in the best hands (not a surprise)! Taylor had a beautiful baby boy and even while she was on maternity leave, we felt completely comfortable and confident knowing that our planning was in the capable hands of Taylor's team. They did not miss a beat, and Taylor was in the loop the entire time. How she manages to do it all with a smile continuously amazes me!
Our wedding day was seamless and every tiny little detail was executed perfectly because Taylor took the time to know what was important to us and advocated for us every step of the way. Her team was kind, helpful, anticipated our needs, and we barely noticed them throughout the night, yet knew they were there because every minute ran so smoothly!
Thank you again, Taylor and team, for everything! And to anyone looking for a wedding planner: 1. you need one. and 2. you NEED Taylor Falcon Events!

eless aesthetics, Taylor made the wedding planning process not only fun, but an absolute breeze. She swiftly countered every question I had with a brilliant solution, whether I reached out via email or text. The day of was seamless and my husband and I were able to have some private moments - viewing the reception space as a couple before the guests were ushered in, and an intimate last dance with the band at the end of the reception - while guests were lining up for our exit as husband and wife. She also pivoted gracefully when we decided to nix the sparklers at our exit moments before. We are forever grateful for Taylor and her team, we had the best day of our lives that I have thought about every single day since and will always cherish! We have so much love for the TFE team, we will be working together again for another incredibly lovely, memorable event!!

t thank Taylor enough for making the process so easy. Her knowledge of venues, vendors, and other details is so valuable. When it came the month leading up to our wedding, what I thought was going to be the most stressful part of the planning process was so painless thanks to Taylor! She took care of all the final details, vendor arrangements, etc. and made it completely stress free.
From the rehearsal to the big day, Taylor and her team made sure our dreams came to life. No detail was left out! It was so nice to know that we had Taylor looking out us for on that day. She took care of us and our families.
When it comes to planning a wedding, it is well worth it to hire someone like Taylor who knows what she is doing and can ensure your big day is seamless! Thank you Taylor and team for being a part of our big day!

stress-free throughout the entire planning process and on wedding day because we knew that every detail, big and small, was covered by Taylor and her team. How many brides can say they had no stress planning their weddings?! My now-husband and I even live out-of-state, and Taylor somehow made it easy to plan a wedding from hundreds of miles away. She also artfully navigated the dynamic between my opinionated mother and I...she has an amazing ability to listen to differing opinions, give neutral and gentle guidance, and create a vision that makes everyone happy.
She is also very well-connected with venues and vendors in the Tampa area, and her experience and connections were super helpful when it came time to pick the right vendors for us.
Taylor genuinely made our wedding day and planning process stress-free and enjoyable, and we will be forever grateful to her for that!
We had such a fantastic experience with Taylor as our wedding planner! I loved that she was always very organized with a positive attitude and sent us regular reminders to keep us ...
on track about various wedding details. While the planning process can be very stressful in general, I always left my meetings with Taylor feeling completely relieved! She had great taste when it came to decor decisions and was always able to guide us in the right direction to make our vision come to life.
Even with our large wedding party, Taylor was able to take control of the room at rehearsal and make sure everyone understood and felt comfortable in their individual roles. On the morning of the wedding, my fake eyelash came loose and she was waiting for me with glue in hand when I arrived at the venue, effectively saving the day! I can’t say enough about Taylor’s ability to execute a perfect wedding. Ours went seamlessly and we are forever grateful!

On the day of the wedding she provided tremendous value! I was pretty much stress free on the wedding day. Taylor had everything taken care and executed my vision perfectly. pecific aesthetic I was going for and she came up with the design board of my dreams and most importantly, everything was executed from that design board. I had a million questions and concerns, which were all addressed and handled properly. The vendors she picked were all amazing as well! My venue was undergoing major construction, which was super stressful for me but Taylor reassured me that everything would work out, and it did! I can't think of a single thing that went wrong on the big day (at least to my knowledge). I was able to relax and have the time of my life thanks to Taylor and her team!
There’s absolutely no way I would have survived wedding planning without Taylor!!! She was incredibly thoughtful, present, warm, comforting, and organized in each and every email, ...
Zoom, meeting, text, and everything in between. She knew the answer to every question and always had a solution to all of our problems. Taylor thought of every single detail before I could even stress about it! On the day of our wedding, Taylor had the exact energy every bride needs. She was calm, in communication with everyone, had the best energy, and most importantly— she was FUN! I would recommend Taylor to every bride! I will genuinely miss constantly being in communication with her now that it is over!!! She’s the BEST!

out a year and a half before our wedding date which is a lot of time for my design ideas to evolve. Taylor always embraced my new ideas and knew how to make the vision come to life beautifully!
She handled all the vendor contracts and communication with them on the day of our wedding. During the week of our wedding Taylor was an absolute angel with solutions to all of our last minute problems! I had a mishap with my wedding gown not being pressed correctly and Taylor picked it up from the dry cleaners on the day of and hand delivered it to my hotel room. We had an outdoor venue for both the ceremony and reception with a backup ballroom in case of rain. Right after dinner, it began to sprinkle and Taylor calmly sat next to me and told me that it was pouring blocks away and we needed to make a game time decision. My husband and I both agreed that we needed to move to the ballroom despite the aesthetic of our gorgeous outdoor space and twinkle lights. All of our guests crashed the hotel bar and Taylor and her team moved every single flower arrangement including a large ceremony arch and all the vendors down to the ballroom in about 45 mins! Of course this sounds stressful but we just knew everything was going to work out in the end- in fact we feel like the rain elevated our party! Right before we headed into the ballroom I texted Taylor and said this would be a perfect time to do the “sparkler exit”! She responded quickly saying she thought that was a fabulous idea and had all the guests line up and distributed the sparklers! There was never a time when Taylor told me something could not be done throughout this entire process. After the rain subsided, Taylor asked all of our vendors how much longer they could extend their contracts. She successfully got them all to stay except for some unruly bartenders. Even with that hiccup she was able to coordinate with the event manager and the hotel bartenders stepped in seamlessly!
Our dream wedding would not be complete without Taylor! She was a pleasure to work with and such a fun girl to have by my side throughout this process! Thank you Taylor Falcon Events!!

nned a wedding before and my venue recommended getting one so I found Taylor. I booked Taylor after I booked my photographers and found out that she had styled a recent shoot they had done that I loved. Taylor is so kind, calm, organized, and professional. There were soooo many wedding details that I never even thought about that Taylor was able to help with me. She has a plan for everything and does a fantastic job of making sure every detail is accounted for. On my wedding day and even in the weeks leading up to my wedding, I was completely stress free and it was all thanks to Taylor. She handled everything and made sure no one asked me any questions that would stress me out lol. She has a good way of being firm yet kind in order to get things done, whether you have a rowdy wedding party or confused vendors, she knows how to get everything handled and pulled together to make for an amazing wedding day!
If you need a wedding planner, stop your search and just book Taylor Falcon. It is the best decision you will ever make. Not only was I obsessed with her, my entire family too! So ...
much so, she was one of the first people my dad thanked in his Father of the Bride speech…because she is THAT good. I mean…I knew it was going to be the best day of my life but my weekend was just BEYOND anything I could have ever imagined. Every time I go to speak about it, I am at a loss for words. She was incredible, and I am just so grateful that she was available for our day. I truly am speechless every time someone goes to ask me about my wedding. Take her word and book her preferred vendors as well, it makes the world of a difference!! A few reasons why she was amazing…although, there is so much more Our venue was being renovated and unfortunately, 4 months before our wedding, the renovations would not be ready in time. Luckily, we had a back up with some contingencies and Taylor was not worried at all and got. it. done. And…I totally trusted her too! She just gives a type of vibe and energy that she truly does have things under control, so you do not have to worry. She captures an entire room when she walks in and it is so beyond impressive. I’m a very type A, person and my bridal party was so impressed that I was so relaxed on my wedding day. And why??? BECAUSE I HAD TAYLOR FALCON!! Literally, I just knew that if something went wrong, Taylor would handle it. If something wasn’t placed out, that was more than likely a Taylor decision and I just trusted her best judgement! She knew what looked best, she knew what would work best, and that type of trust you have in someone is…priceless. She, along with my other fabulous vendors are the reason I enjoyed my day so much :) She really tells you what you do and don’t need, she provides her TRUE and HONEST input & is exactly someone you want on your wedding day. I had a few hiccups and I would text / email her throughout the wedding process (and even at midnight the day before), and she was so on top of it. At one point, I knew she was over in the reception space and I turned around and she MAGICALLY appeared at my family photos when I was having a problem with my dress. What! a literal superwoman! Additionally, I was worried about my bustle and she, BY HERSELF, bustled my dress in 1 minute so I could go to cocktail hour…incredible. The set up was beyond my wildest dreams and I find it so funny that I did not get emotional when I saw my groom but I did when I walked into the reception of my dreams and that will forever be so special to me! So, thank you, Taylor Falcon, and team! Oh…AND her team is also fabulous. ;)

e put together the perfect team for us. We booked her for full planning and design and I truly believe it was the best money spent for our entire wedding. Our wedding was the same week hurricane Ian was supposed to hit and she spent what I’m sure was countless hours working with the vendors to check on their status and doing her best to keep the wedding on track. Luckily we were still able to have it and it went off without a hitch thanks to her! Taylor was always so responsive, answered all my countless questions and gave great advice.
Her eye for design was also so appreciative. After meeting with her on our vision she presented a design that was so beautiful and much better than what I could have ever done. I truly believe I wouldn’t have been able to have the wedding of my dreams without her!

style. I loved every second of the planning and our wedding. My husband and I could not have been more blown away when we walked into the reception room. I literally started crying because it was so perfect. Every single detail was amazing. She knew the best vendors to hire to assist with the day and I am so grateful for all the hard work she put in to help make the day so special. We are so grateful that Taylor planned our wedding as she is so kind and professional. From the very beginning of the process, she had a detailed plan and timeline to follow that kept us extremely organized, which I loved. My guests still to this day could not stop talking about how perfect the day was, all thanks to Taylor. Taylor's day of wedding coordinators on her team were also amazing, kind and helpful! 10000% recommend Taylor to plan your wedding!!! You will also be blown away :)

g up virtual conversations with venues to get quotes without having to travel down. She asked about so many little details I would’ve never thought of on my own and really took my dream wedding and turned it into a reality while keeping us within our budget. The week before the wedding, I felt like I was actually able to fully enjoy all of the activities that we had planned for our wedding weekend knowing Taylor took care of everything. The day of was perfectly executed and I never stressed once knowing she was there and had it covered. Truly the only thing I regret was not hiring her for the full package!! She was so incredible and made the process so easy. Our wedding was a DREAM and the credit goes to her!! With Taylor as your wedding planner, you are certain to have everything you ever wanted and more!

d really fun! She handled everything perfectly, we truly have no complaints! When we ran into some issues with our location, she managed them behinds the scenes and made sure we didn't get too stressed about it. There's nothing she wasn't willing to help with - she even was a "seamstress" for the night and hemmed my dress DURING the wedding because it was too long. We can't say enough positive things about Taylor! Hire her and you definitely won't regret it!!
Taylor Falcon Events was an absolute MUST for us. We were scheduled to have our wedding in April 2020 and had already had a long engagement to plan. Of course with the pandemic, we...
had to postpone not once, but twice and Taylor rebooked all of our vendors both times quickly and without sacrificing any of our preferred vendors. She went way beyond considering how stretched out our planning process was. Anytime we had a random question or request Taylor was available and absolutely lovely to work with! During our wedding day, we were so relaxed and didn’t lift a finger! I’m sure there were some proverbial fires to extinguish, but we had no clue because Taylor and her team handled everything. She was extremely organized which we needed and our whole wedding party was floored by her efficiency during the rehearsal. Her eye for design is unmatched and all of our guests were soooo impressed by her! You NEED to hire Taylor Falcon if you’re getting married and want to be stress free!

r to plan our wedding. Everyone needs a wedding planner, so let's talk about why you need Taylor.
She is one of the sweetest, most calming people I have ever met. I'm an extremely anxious person, and with Taylor, I always felt like I was in good hands. She always validated my concerns and immediately came up with alternatives/solutions. Most importantly, she always kept it real. When it came time to make decisions based on budget, she didn't try to push me on anything that I wasn't sure about. She also gave me her honest opinion on what she thought was worth it vs. what wasn't.
Every recommendation she made, from photographer, videographer, flowers, linens, etc., was spot on with our vision. She always made sure to keep the big picture in mind while focusing on the tiniest of details. For example, I would've never thought of doing baby blue satin napkins...but we did, and they looked amazing. And when I couldn't decide on an escort board that I liked, she made one!
Even when the arch we wanted behind our sweetheart table was damaged at another wedding, she worked with our florist to find a similar one.
Now for where she *really* blew me out of the water...we got married in early November, and the forecast up until that week had been sunny skies. The Monday before our wedding, the forecast had the entire state of Florida covered in rain on our wedding day (Friday). We were devastated. Our entire wedding and reception were outdoors! I texted Taylor in a panic, and she let me know she was coming up with a plan B in case the forecast didn't change. The day before the wedding, at the rehearsal, she let me know (in the nicest way you can tell a bride) that it was definitely going to rain on my wedding day and that we should practice the Plan B. Plan B was perfect. She came up with it in less than 48 hours, and if you ask our guests, they didn't even know it was Plan B.
One of the many ways she went above and beyond was coordinating with our vendors on things we had paid for but weren't going to use now that it was going to rain. For example, we had paid to have twinkle lights across the cocktail hour, and with the Plan B she created, she switched the twinkle lights for uplighting we can use in the new layout.
If you want someone that will make your dream wedding come to life and is also an exceptional human being, then you should pick Taylor. If I had to go back in time and start over, I'd choose her over and over again.
I hired Taylor Falcon Events for month of/day of coordinator. Morgan Falcon was my day of coordinator. They are very responsive, professional, and upbeat. Morgan day of wedding was...
so calm, flexible, kind, and worked SO HARD. She went above and beyond to breakdown ALL of my personal items/decorations I brought for the wedding (which was a lot 🤣). I felt confident leaving all of those day of details in her hands and got to enjoy the day. I would definitely recommend them!
I don't even know where to start.
We signed the contract with Taylor back in 2019 for our wedding in 2020, then Covid happened. My husband and I made the hard decision to postpone ...
our wedding to 2021. Taylor and her team had our back and honored the contract with our new date with no additional charge at all, which they didn't have to do at all. Taylor and her team are absolutely amazing ! They are professional, poised and gracious at ALL TIMES. She had been there for me from start to finish, being so patient with me, and putting up with my worried phone calls, questions and last-minute changes. My husband and I had the most perfect wedding and she made sure everything was in place. If you need someone you can count on other than your mom I highly recommend Taylor and her team for your big wedding day.
Taylor Falcon Events (TFE) has been on my radar since she managed my best friend's wedding. So it was a no brainer to reach out to her when it was my turn!

r her Wedding Day Management package for our June 12, 2021 wedding. Taylor was super patient with all our questions throughout the process and during the days just prior to our wedding, especially as we navigated COVID-19 and downsizing our event. Taylor was attentive, easy to work with and professional. She worked so well with our venue manager and the rest of our vendor team raved about her! She has a great eye for detail and loves what she does - our intimate wedding felt larger than life. We couldn't recommend her enough!
Where do I begin! Taylor is simply incredible. Seriously, look no further. She’s calm, personable, organized, positive - truly the whole package! Every single vendor we worked with...
went out of their way to tell me how much they loved her, and we know why. She takes care of everything so that you can truly enjoy your big day. Even the little things make her great. She does an excellent job of blending in the background so you can still enjoy your event and not feel overwhelmed by vendors. E.g. she kneels down to talk to you at the dinner table to avoid getting in anyone’s way. I never would’ve thought of something like this, but it makes a huge difference!
Another example, we had a buffet for dinner which proved a bit challenging for my husbands grandfather, who is over 90 years old. Taylor went out of her way to tell him exactly what was on the menu and make him a plate. No one asked her to do this! She just did it all on her own. She constantly goes above and beyond.
My mom and I are extremely detail oriented. It was our first time planning a wedding so as you can imagine, we had a LOT of questions. Taylor answered all of our questions and concerns without fail. She made everything so much easier for us. And she does it all with a smile on her face.
No matter what your needs are- she will meet them. Thank you Taylor for making our day so perfect!!! :)
Where to even begin! We were married on 5/8/21 and we hired TFE for the partial planning package. Let me just say the only regret I had in the entire process was not choosing full ...
planning because that is how amazing she is. Truly one of a kind! Every single time I spoke with her or had one of our meetings I always felt like a weight had been lifted because I knew she was guiding us in ALL the right directions. She is so knowledgeable of the entire industry (we used so many of her recommended vendors and all of them were stellar), she is thorough, detail oriented, organized beyond belief- truly the list is endless. When Taylor arrived at the venue the day of our wedding I immediately had a sense of relief because she just gives off all the best vibes and you know you are always in good hands. I could write pages and pages about all of the amazing things Taylor and Morgan did to help make our day perfect. You guys are amazing and I will forever be recommending your services to others!

e it without her. I will be forever grateful to her for making our wedding everything we ever imagined. Every time I met with Taylor, I walked away feeling calm and great knowing that she had everything under control. Every person I spoke to was just so impressed by Taylor’s organization and planning skills. I seriously cannot recommend Taylor enough!!! She is the best wedding planner ever! Thank you, Taylor, for making our day so wonderful ♥️

r nailed every single detail. I gave her an idea of what I envisioned for the day, and she knocked it out of the park flawlessly. Throughout the planning process, she communicated with all of our vendors for us so we didn’t have to worry about the minute details of a contract or logistics. Taylor was always quick to answer my questions, no matter how silly they were. On the day of, both my husband and I were floored when we walked into our reception space. I couldn’t believe how seamlessly it came together and that was all because of Taylor!
Outside of how great she is at her job, she is also just an incredibly kind and sweet person that was always there to give words of encouragement when things felt stressful. I can’t recommend her or thank her enough for making our day truly perfect!! If you’re thinking of hiring a planner, Taylor is your girl!

eddings myself. Taylor had been an industry crush of mine for awhile - I admired her Instagram posts from afar! I loved the way she styled events with bold colors and unique set ups. So when I got engaged I reached out to her and never looked back. We hired Taylor for Partial Planning and THANK GOD we did! I was completely overwhelmed with design details when we first started planning, I was going in a million different directions. Taylor was able to take everything I was saying and helped me create a cohesive look that was unlike any other event I've been part of. She literally picked out my bridesmaid's jumpsuit color! I don't know how I would have done it without her - especially during a year like 2020. She was always a quick text away and always had such helpful advice and insight. The day-of we truly didn't worry about a thing. Taylor was a magical little ninja running around our venue doing it all. She took care of absolutely everything and we just got to enjoy. Not only am I overly thankful for her, but so is my family (to the point where my dad mentioned her in his speech!) We all had the best experience working with Taylor. So if you're reading this, hire her. Now.

r help, guidance, and advice throughout our wedding planning journey.
We were set to have our big day take place in the summer 2020 which was then postponed due to the pandemic. Before we made the call to postpone, Taylor had already communicated with all of our vendors to find a new date that worked for everyone which made the tough decision of postponing our date to October as stress free as possible. Her coordination with us and our vendors leading up to the big day kept our minds at ease throughout the entire process of planning and re-planning a wedding during a pandemic.
Her day of coordination kept us on schedule, stress free with solutions to any minor issues, and helped us have the most perfect, fun, and gorgeous day possible! She truly made sure that every single detail was taken care of. She even put on my husband’s boutonniere and bustled my dress! Everyone within our families and bridal parties absolutely loved her also and our guests have said they had an amazing time which we know is thanks to Taylor! We cannot thank Taylor enough for making the wedding of our dreams a reality and sing her praises. We would highly recommend Taylor for anyone planning their wedding!
There are no words to describe how wonderful Taylor is; her kind and bubbly personality is enough to give her 5 stars!

ent above and beyond that title! She answered countless questions and gave great advice and suggestions from the time we hired her until the day of the wedding. My parents were very hesitant when it came to hiring a wedding planner, but ever since the day of the wedding, they have not stopped talking about how glad they were to have Taylor there. My mom even said it was the best money they spent for the wedding! As a bride, I had absolutely no stress on the day of the wedding and that was no doubt due to the fact that Taylor was there. If there was any slight bump in the road, Taylor was there with a smile on her face ready to find a solution! The day would not have gone as smoothly as it did if Taylor hadn't have been there! My only regret was not hiring Taylor for full planning!!!

ty socially anxious person who is terrible at planning anything, she saved my life and made our wedding a total success.
Taylor really listened to the things that were most important to both my then-fiance and I, made them happen, and filled in any gaps with her expert recommendations and ideas. She truly thought of every detail and pulled off the entire production with professionalism and efficiency. She also has a phenomenal eye for style - TRUST HER. Whatever feel you're going for, she will help you achieve the right look.
Taylor made planning our wedding fun and effortless, and our wedding day was absolutely a dream thanks to her and her team. If you don't want to worry about anything on one of the biggest days of your life, start working with her right now!

he has been so helpful! We booked our venue before hiring Taylor and when she reviewed our contract spotted the smallest detail that was incorrect in the rentals list on the contract that I never in a million years would have caught! She knows her stuff! We are planning our wedding from out of state and she has been the best resource for us.... Highly recommend!

ous smile, and complete understanding of our vision put us completely at ease. Not only did she help us articulate the "vibe" we wanted to vendors, she offered us her expert opinion any time we had questions, and was honest with us when she'd seen something not work out in the past and had a solution ready as an alternative! In the final weeks and days leading up to the wedding, when most brides were stressed beyond measure, I had people telling me how relaxed I seemed, and my response was always "it's because my coordinator has everything completely handled". Never once did I feel like I needed to check on Taylor or micro-mange (which is a habit I tend to have with events), she proved that she had everything under control because she was thinking of details I never would have thought of, and read my mind before I even had a chance to worry about something. I had my bridal party, guests, even other vendors, come up to me at the wedding and compliment how smoothly everything ran and that is all thanks to Taylor! She's the best decision you'll make!
I don't have enough words to describe how perfect Taylor is. She made our wedding day perfect! I was the type of person who thought they would never hire a wedding planner but I'm ...
so glad I did. My only regret is that I didn't hire her sooner. She made my planning process so much more organized and peaceful. My fiance was so grateful for every phone call with her and how she put my mind at ease. Even our families loved her and guests kept commenting on how awesome she was. I honestly don't know how she does it. If you're reading this, just go ahead and do it, hire her. Right now. Stop reading this. You'll thank me later.

allowed us to truly enjoy the process. She is a true professional and did a great job working with our large wedding party. She made the day of stress free for myself and my husband so we could truly enjoy the night with our family and friends. Thank you Taylor!!!

y hired many of the vendors. Taylor amazed me with her creativity and was able to communicate with all of our vendors to bring our dream wedding to life. From start to finish she was professional, informative and always quick to respond to texts and emails. I especially appreciated her attention to detail. She constructed a wedding timeline which was executed to the minute! She ran the show from early Saturday morning and was the last to leave Saturday night. I can’t think of one thing that did not go as planned. The day was better than we had even imagined. I highly recommend Taylor for any prospective couple! She has a special talent for making you feel like your wedding is always her top priority and she is an absolute joy to work with!

me that matched perfectly. Later in the night my dress fell apart and she was there with everything we needed for a quick repair. She is so sweet in person, and over email. Everything was so timed perfectly, and set up beautifully. She had signs, and table numbers that helped round out everything we needed for big day. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner that will go above and beyond to make your big day nothing short of perfect!
Taylor is an excellent wedding planner and looking back, I cannot imagine doing it without her. My only regret is not booking her sooner!
Taylor was very responsive to all of our ...
inquiries and questions, she made sure that every detail we wanted was pretty much perfect. We told her all of the things that were important to us and she made them happen.
I (the bride) was getting ready with my girls the day of and she was at our venue early, and making sure everything came together. Then during our wedding she kept everything on time (including starting on time which was very important to me) and making sure we did everything important to us throughout the night - even talking to our less-than-great DJ for us.
I would hire Taylor again in an instant for allowing our day to be exactly that, OURS! She really took the worry away from me, my husband and my family. If you are considering hiring her, please do! She will make your wedding special.

few months before the big day, but Taylor was an absolute rockstar in helping to coordinate with vendors and make excellent suggestions for the ceremony and reception. Day-of, she flawlessly executed our vision for the wedding and managed every possible issue (families, guests, vendors, you name it!) to make it an absolutely outstanding day... Don't get married without Taylor on your team!

Taylor is Simply THE BEST!
Taylor was truly a blessing for us during our wedding planning.
We originally went in with the idea that ...
we could do it all ourselves, and before we could even locked down a venue, we knew we were in over our heads.
We pulled Taylor in a little later in the planning, after we had decided on an original venue; however, things began to fall apart and Taylor swooped in and saved us! She was amazing about finding a new venue and working with all of the various vendors we needed to make our Gatsby themed wedding go off without a hitch.
I would HIGHLY recommend using Taylor for help plan your wedding. She is so sweet and genuinely cares about all of the emotions that go into planning and preparing for a wedding. She was with us every step of the way, and responded to countless emails, phone calls, and text messages. Thank you Taylor for making our wedding a true dream come true!

hing, stay calm, advice giving best friend. Our day was PERFECT and even though there were little “snafus” we didn’t know about them. Taylor Falcon Events was everything we could of hoped for and more. We got so many compliments on the wedding and how organized it is. While I would love to take all the credit, truth is, it was all Taylor. Her timeline for the day was impeccable, her vendor communications made it so easy on us. The day was perfect! When other vendors found out we were working with Taylor every single one not only knew her but they also had the most amazing comments about her and her team. I am gushing because Taylor really is that incredible!

ORTH EVERY PENNY! I knew I wanted some planning help with my wedding, and Taylor came highly recommended. After I reached out, she was extremely responsive and friendly. Once we met in person, and I saw how organized and how detailed oriented she was (being a bit of an organizational freak myself,) I knew I made the right decision in hiring Taylor. Wedding planning can be a bit scary, overwhelming, and stressful, but I felt confident in Taylor's more than capable hands. She made me feel at east, and that everything was under control. She was extremely easy to trust, and give over control to. On the actual day, she took charge, and EVERYTHING went perfectly! We had a bunch of logistics to figure out with transporting guests, having our ceremony and reception in two different places, as well as having a second line. Taylor handled it all with ease. Do yourself a favor and hire Taylor!
