ng our vision.  We started planning with her in July of 2024 and married in July of 2025. Each month we met virtually and discussed the comprehensive planning spreadsheet she built for us. Her extensive contact network made choosing vendors simple, and we were extremely pleased with the final team. For many of the vendors she scheduled and attended meetups with us. During these meetups Taylor asked key questions and followup with us for our thoughts. She made sure both the vendors and us as a couple were on schedule! We collaborated on a day-of plan that was shared with our vendors. Her provided wedding planning tools made details like seating and ceremony layout easy to organize. By the day of the wedding we felt extremely confident and able to focus on each other as husbands to be.  Taylor was behind the scenes making everything perfect on wedding day. She knew all the vendors on a first name basis, and ensured everyone was setup and working together. She had us in mind from the beginning of the day, making sure we had everything we needed. After the wedding Taylor collected gifts and cards left for us, carefully making sure mementos kept safe. Everything was so perfect, we really couldn’t have asked it go any better. Taylor was key to that experience, and we couldn’t recommend her more.

There were a few small hiccups (because, let’s be real, no wedding is completely without them), but Taylor handled them so smoothly that we never even noticed. She absorbed any stress before it could reach us, ensuring we could be fully present and enjoy our day. Perhaps the most telling thing? My family, who have never believed in wedding planners and have always been against hiring one, had nothing but amazing things to say about Taylor. but after speaking with Taylor during our initial consultation, we quickly learned how in over our heads we were. But thankfully Taylor was an absolute all-star, from not only designing the wedding venue to be absolutely breathtaking, but also orchestrating our wedding to be exactly what we had envisioned. She continuously went above a beyond for us to make sure the day was perfect. On the day of the wedding, despite waking up to pouring rain, we were completely at ease because we knew Taylor would have a back up plan and a back up plan to that plan. She ensured that every moment flowed seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. Our guests were in awe of the incredible attention to detail and the warm, inviting atmosphere Taylor created. Thanks to Taylor, she truly went above and beyond to make our day was everything we had hoped for and more, including making sure she grabbed us each a slice of our wedding cake and placed it on the shuttle for us (spoon included!) since she noticed we didn't get a chance to eat it during the reception. That's just one of many examples of Taylor's dedication and thoughtfulness throughout the entire planning journey. So all that said, if you're searching for a wedding planner who you can place your complete faith and trust in to plan your wedding, and who will also go the extra mile to make sure your wedding day goes off flawlessly, then seriously look no further. Taylor was the first to respond and she told me upfront that she was booked for my wedding date but that she would ask around her contacts to give me referrals. She asked questions about my wedding vision and hopes to make sure she found me a good match. Her calm, empathetic responses immediately stopped my tears. One of my text messages during that first conversation: "Thank you so much. This conversation has given me so much hope and helped me stop crying. Even if it doesn't work out, I am truly so thankful for you." How lucky was I that Taylor then extended the offer to help with my wedding for the next month and hire a trusted day-of coordinator to be there the day of my wedding - the amazing Katelyn?? The very next week I met with Taylor and Katelyn at Limantour Beach in Point Reyes to discuss the logistics. There are no words I can use to express just how amazing Taylor is. She anticipated all my concerns and logistical questions before I could even have the time to express them. And even better, she anticipated all the concerns that I wouldn't have ever come up with on my own and presented practical solutions that worked with my vision and budget! But Taylor's most amazing skill was her ability to calmly and easily set aside any fears and insecurities I had about whether my requests and thoughts were unreasonable or that I was too demanding. No questions asked, she advocated for me when I was too scared to advocate for myself. My wedding was everything I dreamed of and hoped for and more because of Taylor. Hire Taylor - you will not regret it. She is worth every penny!

We didn’t know until after the wedding day that we had an issue with one of our printers not sending our menus and placards to us in time, and she was at Fedex the morning of the wedding reprinting these items - fire, solved. We found out just 10m before that our officiant wasn't on site, and she graciously stepped in to officiate our ceremony, which ended up being even more special to us. Her bubbly, warm personality and care for others made our experience with Taylor incredible and I couldn't recommend her enough!

Even if you think you know how to plan events, your wedding is different because it’s emotional and having a planner like Taylor take care of the details matters. She went above and beyond in suggesting things to make our day great, found a hair/makeup person at the last minute, came up with a unique gift idea for guests, and found a florist to do a pick-up floral order when our original florist contract fell through. When a family member got COVID and couldn’t attend, she used a cell phone to FaceTime them into the ceremony and toasts. Additionally, we only had 6 months to plan our wedding and she did a great job. I also liked that she is not part of a giant agency and that I could work with her from start to finish and she didn’t hand off the day-of coordination to someone else. On the day of, I actually had time to relax because I knew all the details were handled by Taylor.

Our venue - probably sensing how out of our depth we were - recommended Taylor to us. We are so thankful they did! Taylor is an absolutely wonderful person, and she brings her warmth to her work. When you want to dream a bit she goes along for the ride. However, she also always has clear, practical ideas - stated in a supportive way - to help you realize your goals in the most time- and cost-efficient basis possible. She is organized, clearly communicating her responsibilities and those that were our responsibility. She maintains a running timeline and tracks expenses. She is friendly. And she follows through. Also, she maintains great relationships with terrific, enthusiastic and skilled vendors with whom we loved collaborating - don't underestimate how many impatient, disorganized, or arrogant planners burn through the best vendors. Great vendors heighten and deepen the event and reduce the risk of mistakes and missteps. Finally, we did not have to worry about a single thing on the weekend of our wedding. Taylor kept track of all the details and kept us to our timeline. It was a huge relief to know we could enjoy ourselves and rely on her to manage the weekend. This added so much to making our wedding so special. I wholeheartedly recommend Taylor. There are a lot of things to worry about as your wedding planning takes shape. Her commitment to making the process as easy, and the wedding as special, as possible is not one of those things.

er. As we got closer to the date, I realized I needed help. We found Taylor as a month of coordinator and could not be more grateful for her. She is very proactive, knowledgeable, level-headed and truly felt like talking to a friend. If she said she was going to do something, I could trust that it would get done. A month before our wedding, the in-house coordinator at our venue went MIA and Taylor was an absolute rockstar making sure everything was in line. She seriously did their jobs for them, and I don’t even want to think about what would have happened if we didn’t have her. The wedding day went perfectly and so many guests commented on how well-executed everything was and how well the day flowed. All because of Taylor! I am sad that the wedding is over because I don’t get to talk with Taylor on a daily basis anymore. She is the BEST and we couldn't recommend her more!

We truly appreciate how detail-oriented, attentive, and organized Taylor was throughout the planning process, and Taylor helped us figure things out that we didn't even think about! I'm not sure what we would have done without Taylor by our side for our big day, but thankfully we were able to work with her, and our reception was a hit! Our guests and wedding party had an absolute blast, and Taylor did a phenomenal job in communicating with our vendors and making sure that all of the details were perfect for our reception. In addition, Taylor was such a calming presence during our wedding, and she was very in tuned with the needs of both myself and my husband. She was even kind enough to make sure we had food to eat and that we were able to try our signature drinks from the wedding! Many times I hear from other brides and grooms that they weren't able to eat the desserts or try the beverages from their weddings, but we're extremely glad that Taylor was attentive and made sure we also had a moment to take some time to ourselves.
