I found Taylored Affairs because they did one of my friend's weddings and it was one of the most beautiful weddings I had been to, down to the smallest details. I decided to use them for my wedding this past May and I am so glad that I did. I did the full package and worked closely with Anna for the past 8-9 months. She was an absolute lifesaver! I felt so overwhelmed with the planning process at the beginning and did not even know where to start. She was with me through the entire process, found me the best vendors, and made my dream wedding come true. During the wedding planning process, I was also working and getting my masters degree. She took so much stress off of me during that time and I will be forever thankful. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done and could not recommend anyone better!

Karson and her team were absolute lifesavers! From the moment we first met with them, we knew we were in the best hands possible. They were not only highly professional but also incredibly detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of our special day was perfect. One of the things that impressed us the most was their willingness to go above and beyond. They handled all of the running around and logistical details the day of the wedding, allowing us to focus on enjoying the wedding without feeling overwhelmed. It was truly the best decision we ever made. When we made the decision to work with a planner, I knew we’d want someone who had the right style and vision.. Anna IS that person. I immediately knew Anna just "got it" and was the right person to help us bring our vision to life. I immediately gravitated towards Anna’s fresh, vibey style and her eye for design, which really stood out. She immediately put us at ease and made our entire process feel fun since we had the confidence of working with a true expert. Anna was patient with me when I was between design visions and went above and beyond to design multiple vision boards until we found the perfect one for us. Once we decided on a vision, Anna truly made magic happen. We wanted our day to be fun, colorful, vibey and vibrant and she took that and ran with it, and she helped assemble the perfect vendor team to bring our vision to life. On our wedding day, Anna and her team truly felt like part of our family. They were so invested in making our day beautiful and it felt really special to have them there with us. Anna and her girls go the extra mile to think of all of the little touches throughout the day, from surprising us with a glass of champagne after our ceremony, to helping bustle my dress. Taylored Affairs was the first wedding vendor we hired, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made! Anna made the entire planning process very seamless. I trusted her and her eye for design, and I saved so much time on research since she had such amazing vendor recommendations. The best part is that my husband and I truly got to enjoy the big day without stressing about ANY of the little details. Anna is such a kind, professional, artsy, organized, and communicative person who has become a friend through this whole process. 1000/10 recommend working with Anna and her team as your wedding planner!

We got married on 2/10/2024 at The Powel Crosley Estate in Sarasota and used Taylored Affairs for our wedding planning/coordination and it was the BEST decision we made! We chose the "month-of" package and got to work with Jules. Jules is amazing and was so helpful leading up to the wedding and day-of. We had zero issues at on wedding day and I thank Jules for that! It was such a relaxing day and we truly got to enjoy our wedding since she took care of everything. Leading up to wedding day she assisted with a ton of things and made it so I didn't have to worry about contacting vendors and coordinating arrival times, changes, questions, etc. On wedding day, she made sure all of our vendors were doing everything right and made sure everything we brought ourselves was set up perfectly. Right after our ceremony was over she had our signature drinks waiting for us which was amazing. They also made sure we had food from our cocktail hour so we could try it, had a ton of time to sit & enjoy our dinner, and had cake at our table and 2 slices to take home! At the end of the night everything was packed up for us, they cleaned up our bridal suite/grooms suites, so all we had to do was leave happy! It truly was a dream wedding day and I love that we got to actually enjoy our day because we weren't running around coordinating anything. We are so, so thankful we used Taylored Affairs for our wedding planning and I couldn't recommend them enough!!

I utilized Taylored Affairs for my month of planning and coordination and was so incredibly fortunate to work with Karson. She was an absolute pleasure to work with - she was so professional, offered great ideas, was easy to get into contact with, was incredibly responsive to me and helped me coordinate communications with the other vendors, and she made my day the best day ever. She was so calm and collected, made everything feel so organized and seamless, and enabled me to spend time with my family and friends without having to worry about anything else. I had an amazing experience working with her and would recommend her 10 times out of 10.

Anna and her team were AMAZING! We got the In Between Package and it was perfect for what we needed. I knew what vibe I was going for but needed a little extra help with the nitty gritty details. That’s exactly where Anna came in. She was there with us throughout the whole process and understood what I wanted even when I struggled to describe it. I started to become very anxious when it was nearing my wedding month; I felt overwhelmed with the to do list. Anna swooped right in and took so much off my shoulders. The wedding day was perfect, everything went smoothly thanks to Anna and her team!! All I had to do was enjoy the most amazing day of my life.

Where do I begin.... Anna and her team have been nothing but amazing! Choosing Anna as my wedding planner was a no brainer, I had so many friends who highly recommended her and when we met on our 1st call, I knew she was it! She is so organized and timely that it helped alleviate the major stresses off the bride/myself. Anna has such a good eye for design and helped talk me through every decision when I was unsure/indecisive. I was not the A typical bride who knew EXACTLY what she wanted for her wedding day from day 1. Anna helped find the perfect venue and help create our vision board for us. She helped find/recommend the absolute best vendors. Our wedding day couldn't have gone smoother with the help of her amazing team + vendors we chose for the day of. Shout out to Karson and Andrea for being amazing as well and helping throughout the day. Looking back on the best day of our lives, I really couldn't of survived or done it without Anna and her team. Annas expertise in the industry is obvious when you begin working with her. If you are looking for a wedding planner/ team don't think twice about Taylored affairs. I wish I could go back just to work with Anna again, she truly is the most down to earth person and I already miss working with her!

I truly don’t even know where to begin with how incredible Taylored Affairs (TA) is. We were lucky enough to have Anna (owner) as our primary planner throughout the process (we purchased the in-between package), and I would love to relive every second of the planning process I had with Anna again. To give a little background, I plan events as part of my work, including VIP events and events at a large scale. I was extremely skeptical that anyone would be able to handle my type-A personality and crazy ideas, or that I would find someone that I trust enough since I’m such a perfectionist and a slight control freak. Taylored Affairs BEYOND EXCEEDED any and all expectations, hopes, and dreams I had for a wedding planning team. We looked forward to all of our planning meetings with Anna, as well as getting her emails throughout the process so we could tackle the “to-do list” she gave us after each meeting. She kept us organized and ahead of schedule, including redirecting our efforts to focus on finding the larger and very important vendors when I wanted to work on the “fun” details a little too soon in the process. TA was also an INCREDIBLE resource for how much things in the wedding industry should cost. We would be able to run a vendor quote past her, and she would let us know if the price was outrageous or on par. She would even tell us what kind of price we should be looking for after she gave her vendor recommendations. I came to the table with some unique and unconventional ideas for our wedding, expecting Anna to tell me it wouldn’t be possible. Without hesitation, she told me her team would love to make it happen on wedding day. I never expected anyone to truly understand the vision I had in my head for our wedding day, but Anna and the entire TA team knew exactly what we were going for. Over time, they knew our vision even better than we did. She was our calm in the wedding planning storm. When things got overwhelming for us, she would take over vendor communication earlier than she was contracted to do so, so that we had something off our plate. A primary example was florals. I don’t consider myself talented in knowing what I wanted with florals, so I had 110% confidence she would know exactly what would fit our vision best. I will never forget the weight lifted off my shoulders when she went above and beyond and handled that for us. We knew she had our best interest, understood the vision entirely, and knew what she suggested is the best way to go. I am so happy I felt as comfortable as I did with her. I trusted her to execute our vision perfectly, so I had absolutely no doubts with her taking the reins on any detail of our wedding day. Not only did the TA team keep us calm, we geniunely looked forward to seeing them on wedding day after all our planning came together. We were so excited to have a relaxing wedding day, and it totally would not have been if we didn’t have Taylored Affairs. I truly do not know how people have a calm day without a planner, but even more-so, they couldn’t have a perfect wedding day without Anna or Taylored Affairs. TA is meant for top of the wedding planning industry and they’re the best in the business without a doubt in my mind. They are what every bride and groom want (and deserve) in the wedding planning process. A North Star, a hype team, a shoulder to cry on, true professionals, and the best to EVER do it.

I used Taylored Affairs “month of” plan and I am beyond happy that I did! They really helped pull everything together the last few months of planning and were so organized! They communicated with all of our chosen vendors and made sure they were at the right place at the right time. They set up all my decorations and signs for me on wedding day as well, which made everything much less stressful. My lead coordinator for wedding day was Jules and my assistant coordinator was Andrea. They both did an amazing job and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Taylored Affairs did an amazing job with our (son’s and daughter in law’s) wedding. I planned the wedding for them but, chose TA for the month of planning to help bring it all together. They were great! They entered the scene about 3 months prior to the event and went over everything, suggestions for the music, what to get done and when and the running of the schedule for the day of. Everything went perfectly because they were in touch with each chosen vendor, made sure everything was decorated according to plan and kept the evening going without a hitch. I loved having them on our team because they were so relaxed about all of it but on top of it at the same time. Thanks Taylored Affairs!

I can’t write enough good things about working with Anna and her team. She is responsible for creating the wedding of my DREAMS. From creating the design and mood board, recommending vendors, answering my chaotic emails, ensuring every vendor and bridal party member knew the plan, creating last minute canva details, she is truly the best of the best. Her attention to detail and eye for design make Anna’s services worth every single cent. Anna gave me honest direction and feedback about what was worth spending on, or what was in style or not. Anna was so great to work with that she even made it in my husbands speech stating “Courtney even mentioned she would love to be friends with Anna outside of wedding planning” which is a true testament to Anna’s can-do attitude and positive attitude. I will forever recommend Anna to anyone in the Sarasota area (& beyond if Anna ever expands ;))

I am sooooo glad I found Taylored Affairs for my wedding!! I did the day of coordinating package and it was seriously so much more than just the “day of” coordinating. I was paired with my wedding planner 2 months before my wedding date and we immediately started going over allllll the details. I got paired with Karson and she literally became my FAVORITE person/vendor for the whole wedding. She is the most down to earth, caring, detailed person ever. She will be your everything—a person to vent to, the one to hold your dress up while you pee, the one to confront anyone, the one to hype you up, the one to comfort you, anything!!! I could not have imagined my wedding day without her. She went above and beyond all my expectations. I loved planning everything for my wedding but I believe that everyone needs at least a day of coordinator to ensure everything goes as planned. There are so many little tiny details that you won’t even think of and definitely cannot handle by yourself. Taylored Affairs took care of everything and assured me that nothing was looked over or missed. You definitely get what you pay for and even more. I am forever grateful I used Taylored Affairs and even more thankful that I got paired with Karson as my coordinator. I was able to have my dream wedding thanks to them!! As a whole, they were there for me from the moment I booked them. They provided resources, suggestions, check ins, anything you needed. Taylored Affairs was amazing! We got the Month-Of package, because I was excited to make most of the décor decisions myself and was looking for a partner to help me pull it off for the day of. I contacted them about a year out and felt confident the whole way through. We had a very detailed touch-base about 90 days out from the date, and from then on we were partnered in communication. I could text, call, email -- it was like I was chatting with a friend! Karson and Jules were incredibly helpful touching base with vendors, and leaving the last minute details in their hands. Even when we got a few last minute 'nos' and I had to move tables around, they understood, made the change and I would have never known any differently! The best was that Karson and Jules were incredible calm, positive, and helpful the day of. The girls went above and beyond and really pulled it off without a hitch. (people always say something in a wedding goes wrong... nothing went wrong at our event) THANK YOU Karson, Jules, and Taylored Affairs!!

Jules took care of us every step of the way. She was on top of everything leading up to our big day to make sure it was perfect. From reaching out to vendors to make sure they arrived on time and and everything was set up how it should. The day of our wedding was everything we could have imagined. She turned my vision into reality! It was so beautiful! We couldn’t have done with without her.

I recently worked as a vendor at a wedding, and on the way to the venue our trailer broke down (a vendors worst nightmare!!). Anna made the wedding planning process completely stress free. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do full or partial planning but Anna helps you decide based on what you’re looking for. She suggested the partial planning for me, which was perfect. Anna helped guide me in making decisions while also helping me try to stay in budget. I was at such ease the entire time knowing my wedding was in good hands. The day of my wedding I was expecting to be stressed out, but I didn’t feel that at all. Seeing our ceremony/reception set up for the first time- my jaw was dropped. Anna did such an amazing job bringing my vision to life. It was such a perfect day that we will remember forever. Also special shoutout to Karson- she was so sweet! She was with me the whole day, starting off at the hotel. She helped calm my nerves down before walking down the aisle. Anna and her team at Taylored Affairs executed beyond our wildest dreams. I used Taylored Affairs full planning services and Anna was in lockstep with my vision the whole way. I'm typically pretty type A and like full communication. I was a bit nervous at first handing over complete vendor communication to Anna, but she reassured me and presented all relevant information in a concise, timely and transparent way. She also negotiated with vendors on our behalf, saving us money or customizing packages in order to best suit our needs. Our event design was also BEYOND. Her team executed way my vision precisely. I had no idea my budget would even allow for such a gorgeous transformation of my venue. Anna is also incredibly kind, laid back and easy to work with. Even when I know I was being frustrating or picky, she never let on that she, too, was frustrated. On the wedding day, her assistant, Karson, also was with me in my bridal suite and made sure all of my needs were met. Everything from keeping my water glass full to ensuring my shot list was executed -- Karson was such a dream to work with on my wedding day. My venue also required a full flip because my ceremony was in the same space as my reception. I really don't know how Anna did it all during cocktail hour but it didn't even look like the same space! It was magical how it all came together. I really can't explain how grateful I am to have used Taylored Affairs. I look back at our wedding day with no regrets, no major problems and all of the warmth in my heart for how beautiful and fulfilling the day was. Thank you TA!

I am so so so happy (and grateful) we hired Anna to be our wedding planner! We booked her Full Wedding planning way back in October of 2021 for what ended up being our January 2023 wedding. Wedding planning is a huge emotional, organizational, and financial task and Anna was more than capable for the challenge!! Knowing we could rely on her was worth its weight in gold especially as my fiancé and I moved across the country, changed careers, and started grad school all during our engagement. Reasons to hire Anna & Taylored Affairs: 1. Major decrease to stress levels. Anna was the reason I didn't need to stress about wedding planning since I knew we could trust her expertise and judgement. I'm pretty Type A and at first didn't think I needed a wedding planner and wooo is wedding planning super overwhelming for even the most organized person!! She broke the steps down for us and helped us with the timeline for what needed to happen when. 2. Anna is a design professional! Anna created a design board that we could share with curious friends, family, and vendors and this answered a lot of questions so I didn't have to! She exactly captured my vague Pinterest dreams. HER DESIGNS ARE AMAZING! 3. Details and paperwork. We were planning across the country so Anna was a huge help with scouting venues. I got to be involved as I wanted in decisions (sometimes it's still fun to look) but knew that Anna would have our backs and make sure nothing was forgotten. Also, she handled things that we didn't even need to think about like making sure the insurance and paperwork was all lined up with our venue (they weren't always easy to work with since they changed management during our engagement) 4. Her professionalism is top notch. Our photographer (who shoots weddings around the country) was super impressed with Anna's ability to uncannily know not to be in the background of the photos. I guess a lot of new wedding planner tend to "hover" but Anna even knows details down to that level! She also brought an assistant on our wedding day who was equally professional and so sweet! 5. Planing ahead. Our dog was our ring bearer, and I found out after our wedding that Anna even remembered to pack poop bags! 6. Kindness and tact. I know sometimes during planning I was still stressed (not due to Anna, probably the cross country move and planning a wedding during a career change, eek!) and a handful to deal with and Anna treated us with kindness and professionalism, becoming a friend in the process. 7. Industry knowledge and vendor relationships. Anna was able to recommend our florist, DJ, furniture company (all were top notch and fit our budget). She also came with us to two catering tastings and took notes and had excellent advice. 8. Ability to roll with changes. Our family friends gifted us a Photo Booth and answering machine and she was able to incorporate them seamlessly into the design of the wedding on the day of. 9. Attention to details: definitely a huge strength! Anna gave us a polaroid guest book as a part of our package and we treasure the beautiful notes & photos. She also hand lettered guest tags. 10. Our wedding was PERFECT. I don't think Anna can promise this every time but literally nothing went wrong. We wish we could throw a huge party again soon - we got tons of compliments! We are so glad for everything that went into planning this gorgeous day where we got to celebrate love, eat good food, and be surrounded by loved ones.

Taylored Affairs was so helpful during one of the greatest, but more stressful times of your life! Jules did a great job coordinating everything. We did the month of package. She has a vibe that is super chill and when you’re freaking out, she lets you know she has it under control. Day of, there was a ton going on. People kept asking me questions, and I would say can you ask Jules. Whatever she says works. I put a ton of trust in her that day, and she killed it. Everything went perfectly, and it was the best day of our lives. Would recommend to anyone (especially my high stress brides like me:)!

My husband and I selected the month of package from Taylored Affairs for our wedding in Boca Grande, Florida. I truly do not know how we could have gotten through the process without them! From the start, they supported our planning process by providing an outlined timeline of when we should have each item in the planning process completed (i.e. when to go dress shopping, and when to book each vendor), which enabled us to stay on top of planning and helped ease any wedding planning stress! They also provided us with their list of vendors that they have worked with and love and trust! Every single vendor that we ended up booking per their recommendation was also AMAZING. Our actual wedding day was so stress-free because of Taylored Affairs, specifically Jules and Karson! They were with us ensuring the entire day went smoothly. The day goes by SO FAST, so it meant the world to us that Jules and Karson were there handling everything so we could just soak up that time with each other and our loved ones. We are so grateful for the entire Taylored Affairs team and all of their hard work throughout our wedding planning process!

It’s hard for me to put into words how amazing working with Taylored Affairs was. I used their “In Between” package, so Anna helped me design my wedding, coordinated with all of my vendors, had monthly meetings to keep me on track for what needed to get done that month, and was also my day of coordinator. I was the most indecisive, “i like it all” type of bride. I had many different visions, was all over the place, and somehow Anna managed to bring my exact vision to life and made our wedding day so beautiful. Wedding planning can be so stressful, and every time someone would ask me how everything was going, i would confidently be able to tell them everything was fine and that my wedding planner was handling it. There were so many moments when I got overwhelmed and anxious with the never ending to-do list and people making me think I was behind, and the second I talked to Anna she made all of those worries go away! She is organized, down to earth, caring, detail oriented & a stand up kind of person. She is everything you need in a wedding planner. I was comfortable coming to her for anything and with any question. Anytime I had an issue and was afraid to say something to a vendor, she would step right in without hesitation. I am not someone that had a massive budget for our wedding, and I can confidently say she was worth every penny. My wedding day was STRESS FREE, not a single person had to come to me to ask a question. I was able to spend the day focusing on the marrying the love of my life and celebrating with friends and family. She even brought us drinks and appetizers while we were taking pictures during cocktail hour 🥹 What more could you ask for? I hired Anna Taylor more than a year before our actual wedding date. I shopped around with multiple planners at first and none seemed to fit the vision that my now husband and I had when it came to who we would want to have a part of our journey. When i met Anna, there was an instant connection. I hired her for the "full thing package" which meant she would be taking care of everything from start to finish. Although we had already put a deposit down for our venue, the moment we hired her- she jumped right in! She was always reachable and came with so many ideas and other needs that we didnt even know we would need. She was always there to listen, even when we were probably being so crazy. She is very down to earth- I found that a lot of wedding planners are so uppity and they want to make THEIR vision yours. Anna is the opposite. She made me feel like I was getting help from one of my best friends. When it came to budgets, she was very understanding as sometimes this can be a touchy subject. She is also direct and straight to the point. She doesnt leave any grey areas where you can feel confused. My favorite part is her board that she keeps all of your important details in. You are able to track your task and what she is currently working on. It eased my mind as I am a type A person and i didnt have to look around in emails or folders to find something- all i had to do was log on and anything I possibly needed was there. The months leading up to the wedding, I honestly felt no stress circling around the planning process. TA handled everything! The day of the wedding she was so helpful. This is where the nerves kicked in and honestly, everything was great. She was always visible when needed and honestly handled everything before my husband or myself could even ask for anything. She also created all of our day of paper needs. She listed to what I had in mind and brought it to life! She is honest about vendors and would never lead you astray. She is a hard worker and dedicated to her brides. You will always come first and she will always listen to your needs and steer you in the right direction. If i could do it all over again, I would a million times! Thank you so much Anna + team for all that you do!

We hired Taylored Affairs for day of coordination. I could not have been more thrilled to work with Jules. She was a rock star ⭐️ full of energy and enthusiasm and we legit could not have pulled off this wedding without her. Our venue was destroyed from Hurricane Ian only 2 weeks our and she managed to calm our nerves reach out to all our vendors move us to a new venue and finalize all the last minute details. I can’t t thank Anna enough for making our wedding vision come alive! I wanted something beachy and modern but still elegant. I had so many concerns about planning a wedding and especially from out of state! Not being a local made it very overwhelming to know where to start! My now husband was on the fence about hiring a wedding planner because of the added expense and felt that we didn’t need it. I had done a google search of wedding planners in Florida anyways and ended up finding Anna! I took a look at her Instagram and loved her vibe. Her pricing also was budget friendly for us and felt reasonable for what would be a small wedding size of about 30 people. We did a consult with her and the rest is history! We were able to be very involved with the planning process and to meet with Anna virtually as needed in order to get updates and voice our concerns or opinions. We were lucky enough to also fly down to Florida from Wisconsin to make a venue selection and Anna accompanied us which made the process much more comfortable. She asked venues/vendors all of the questions we wouldn’t have thought of! Throughout the whole process I never worried about anything! I knew that Anna was efficient and would not let even the smallest detail go unplanned! We have the best memories and we relive our wedding all the time through photos and video and still are in awe at how beautiful it was and how personalized it felt! If I was a local I would want Anna to plan every event of mine!

Jules was our day of coordinator and she is truly the most perfect addition to our day. She has such a way of keeping track of the many vendors, providing guidance to everyone, all while remaining calm and supporting the bride every minute of the day! Throughout the whole planning process Taylored Affairs was available for questions and was able to provide guidance for the next steps in the planning process. We are so happy that we chose Taylored Affairs as our day of coordinator. We love Jules and are so thankful for her help during the planning process and on our wedding day!!

Unreal! Hiring Anna for the Full Thing package was the best thing I ever did when it comes to wedding planning. From the start communication was amazing and Anna made decision making for venues and vendors a breeze for us. Regular meetings helped me feel relief that things were taken care of for our Florida wedding since we are located in Ohio. Not once did I have any worry or concern. Anna is so organized and talented at what she does. I was blown away at how she put my thoughts and ideas together into incredible plans. On the day of the wedding I had zero worries and nothing to worry about. She also brought along Jules who also is amazing to work with. My wedding turned out beyond beautiful, I was truly in love with everything from the flowers, chairs, reception setup, etc. I have received SO many compliments about how perfect everything was especially all the details. I can not recommend Taylored Affairs enough to any bride planning their wedding. We used "The Full Thing" package and met with Anna every month via zoom since we were in a different state. Anna was so easy to communicate with and made sure to listen to all the little details that we wanted to happen. I felt so confident with her the day of the wedding to make sure that every detail came to life. She set us up with a terrific timeline that allowed me to know what I needed to get done at what point in the planning process. The best! I couldn't recommend Taylored Affairs enough. We chose the 'In Between' package and it was perfect because my work schedule is so busy but I still wanted it to feel like I was planning my wedding. Anna helped take the weight off of my shoulders from Day 1 and was there every step of the way. Her direction, recommendations and great tase were everything I was hoping for. Anna and Carley went above and beyond to make our wedding day special! We booked the month of package and with this the team contacted all of our vendors and created a comprehensive timeline that kept everyone on track leading up to the wedding and on the big day. They checked in with me throughout the entire process and made me feel so comfortable knowing they were in control. On the day of they set up all of my personal decor even nicer than I envisioned and answered every vendor and family question that came their way. When I was so nervous that I was making myself feel sick they even brought ginger ale and encouraging words to help me! I would reccomend Taylored Affairs to any couple getting married!

When my husband and I first met Anna at one of the wedding expos & saw her portfolio we knew we had to have her as our wedding planner. Let me just say, Carley and Karson were FANTASTIC! I booked Taylored Affairs for month of coordination and it was a great experience. 100% worth it the day of the wedding. Carley met with me a few weeks out to gather all the needed information and create a game plan moving forward. She was well organized, answered all my questions quickly and was super sweet. The day of the wedding Carley and Karson kept everything on track, set up everything exactly how I envisioned it, and checked on us many times throughout the night. We hired Anna for full service wedding planning. Living in NC and getting married in Sarasota Florida we desperately needed help from beginning to end. Anna was absolutely amazing! Where do I begin. Meeting Anna (the beauty & brains behind taylored affairs) was the easiest thing ever. She quickly felt like an old friend that I had know for years. I began my search for day of/month of coordination and stumbled upon her through Instagram. After speaking with her and going through a consultation it was the easiest yes I said about the whole planning process. I knew she had my back from day one. She went to a venue tour hours from her home, listened to my constant issues with random things that would come up, and kept me calm the whole morning of the wedding when people's flights were getting cancelled due to winter storms. Jules with Taylored Affairs was honestly a life saver. I could not have imagined my wedding day without her. Anna was amazing! Her organization definitely helped me stay calm and collected as we neared our wedding date. Her personal eye for decor was a bonus since I provided a lot of personal items. Every detail she didn’t miss a thing and she always found a way to get my preferred vendors involved. I asked Anna for some accessories recommendations to get my boho style wedding in place and she was very delicate in her recommendations like wedding favors, hair wreath, everything was lovely . We have attended a wedding and a baby shower that was planned and presented by Taylored Affairs and both events were over-the-top perfect! The wedding reflected the couple's style and personalities and the baby shower was amazing down to the last detail, which included personalized cookies and a decorated Oh Baby! backdrop for photos. Will definitely use Taylored Affairs for all out future events!

We hired Taylored Affairs as our month of coordinator and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. Planning a wedding in Florida from Ohio was definitely challenging, but working with Taylored Affairs made it so much easier! Anna was a pleasure to work with and she made our wedding and the days leading up to it stress free. We postponed our wedding a year and even during that waiting period she was still checking in with me and offering her assistance. During the whole planning process she was always there to answer any questions I had and even recommend vendors that I still needed. As soon as we were a month out she began contacting my vendors with was SUPER helpful. The day of the wedding she made sure our wedding party and vendors knew exactly what they were doing and where they needed to be. She also made sure both mine and my husband's drinks were refilled all night😁 In addition to coordinating, she designed all of our signage (seating chart, welcome sign, menus, etc.) and did an amazing job! She even took the time to write our name on our sign in book, it was so thoughtful and so cute! I would 10/10 recommend Taylored Affairs for all your wedding planning needs!

Anna was a godsend when planning my wedding! I hired Anna for the month of coordinator package and let me tell you, that last month is the most stressful! Having Anna there to support me and coordinate everything amongst my vendors alleviated so much work and stress from me! Anna and her assistant, Jules, were the real MVP's of my wedding. From coordinating the bridal party, vendors, making sure our decorations were perfect, keeping to the schedule but being flexible when needed were all things I could have never done if it weren't for Anna and Jules. They were both there to bustle my dress when my sister was on the dance floor, they took my dog back to the hotel after the ceremony so I could go straight to enjoying the reception, and they were there to give me more champagne when my glass was empty! I planned my wedding in 4 months and having the help of Anna the whole month leading up to my wedding was easily the best decision I made in the planning process!

I hired Anna for the full package plan and it was the best decision ever. Planning a wedding can be really stressful, and planning said wedding then finding out your pregnant adds even more! That was a surprise for all of us, but Anna was a life saver and seriously the best wedding planner; dealing with my constant color theme changes and all my indecisiveness (thank you pregnancy). But she took it all in stride, was always checking in telling me to make a zoom appointment to go over more things and finalize details. She handled a lot of things for me that I wasn’t able to do myself towards the end because of our newborn and that really showed me how much she really enjoys doing this. Like finding matching ties for the groomsmen and deciding on napkin colors because I didn’t even think about that and designing the amazing seating chart. It was all the little things she thought of that added up in the end. Our day was absolutely perfect and I know it’s because she was there, making sure everything was where it needed to be. We were hesitant to book a month of wedding coordinator since we found and booked most of our wedding vendors pretty quickly, but now looking back it is so clear that we had no idea what a month of coordinator entailed and how thankful we would be for Anna. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to truly thank Anna for her many roles she played before and during our wedding. In the months leading up to our wedding day, she was extremely responsive and helpful. Since we booked her she was cool, calm, and collected even during some of the most stressful moments. She provided that ease that we often needed throughout the day. I’m not sure how she did it, but she managed to make sure everything and everyone was in place, everyone was taken care of, and most importantly, we had everything we needed and were enjoying ourselves. Anna has a true understanding of how special it is to be a bride and doesn’t let anything get in the way of ensuring your day is the very best and that you feel the most loved and celebrated. Our wedding day would not have gone as flawlessly had she not been there. Trust me when I say, she cares about your day, your love, and all of your special moments just as much as you do! I was referred to Anna Taylor/Taylored Affairs by a family member and I can't even begin to explain how much we loved and appreciated the services of her and her team.
