We had the Linen Apron cater our wedding in October 2019 and we couldn't have asked for better food- it was all so delicious. My biggest regret from our wedding is not eating more of it! Everyone at the wedding told me how wonderful it was, especially the chicken and even a month later, I have people telling me how they are craving it (me included). Brittany and her team were also very easy to work with and were fabulous at the wedding, even helping us put our donuts out. I also thought the prices were very reasonable for the quality of everything. Thank you to Brittany and her team!

Tayvin Gardens is my DREAM WEDDING VENUE!!! It is like nothing else I have ever seen! The gardens, the stone work, the fireplace, the chandeliers, everything was just done so well and so perfect! I found Tayvin Gardens on the knot, before they even had a website, and truly thought it was too good to be true! We booked a tour immediately and fell in love with it on the spot! It had everything we were looking for, and more! We had our ceremony in the gardens, which made for AMAZING photos, our cocktail hour on the patio in the front, and the reception inside. They also have a gorgeous back patio with a cute little arch, which was great for photos! They have a carriage house on the property, which we rented out the day before the wedding for my girls, moms and I to spend the night and get ready in the following morning. The house across the parking lot and sleeps 14 people, so just perfect for girls night before the big day! There were 2 suites inside the venue, a bridal suite, which was beautiful and made for great pictures, and also a grooms room, which was very “manly” and perfect for the guys getting ready and hanging out in! Kim, her husband, and her entire staff were phenomenal throughout the entire process! They were so accommodating and you can tell they really love and care about what they do! I 110% recommend Tayvin Gardens to anyone who is wanting a beautifully unique wedding with great customer service! Thank you all for making our big day so special! It would not have been the same at any other location!

I cannot say enough positive things about Brittany and her staff at The Linen Apron. She is extremely professional and working with her was the LEAST stressful aspect of our wedding! She did a tasting with us that was outstanding - she put a ton of thought into the preparation and the time prior to serving to make sure that we could know how it would taste on the actual day. She is always extremely prompt in answering emails, and she answered all questions completely and honestly, so there was total transparency from the beginning about services and pricing. On the day of the event, she and her staff were prepared and so polite in their interactions with wedding guests. Most importantly, her food is AMAZING. We heard only positive feedback about the meal! I would recommend The Linen Apron without hesitation for anyone needing catering. The Bowling Green area is fortunate to have someone as talented and professional as Brittany!

Brittany was amazing! I never had any doubts, but on wedding day when the food came out and I could smell how wonderful it was, I was super happy with our choice! People kept complimenting us on the food and I kept saying, "we made good choices!", but really, we just made one really good choice when we picked Brittany! The only thing we didn't try beforehand was the meat and cheese spread, and we're (kind of) cheese snobs so I wasn't sure how it would be, but we were super happy with everything from the meat and cheese to the dessert!! Thank you Brittany for being awesome to work with and for making amazing food!

The venue is breathtaking! Kim was so wonderful to work with. Any and every question was always answered promptly. We were able to go to the venue several times before the actual wedding for planning. The rental prices are fair and affordable. Some packages include catering brunch the morning of, which we all loved! Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was!

Brittany and The Linen Apron are amazing!! I can’t express how awesome they were for our wedding and rehearsal! The food and cake was incredible! People were talking about it for weeks after our wedding! I love how well Brittany worked with me as the bride to meet all my expectations. Also, I loved how Brittany and her husband were able to work as a team to provide farm to table options as well. The Linen Apron staff was also all very professional and helpful for things even outside of catering the day of the wedding. If your looking for a caterer for your wedding look no further!

My fiance and I found Tayvin Gardens while searching for a wedding venue online and were very interested in the venue. On 10/31/2018 we sent an inquiry for our wedding date, received their package information, and arranged a tour for for 12/15/18. Today, we received a message from Kim at Tayvin Gardens confirming our tour and asking if our date was flexible because they had already booked our date. We were never notified that another party was interested in that date and were never given a chance to move up our tour. I called and spoke with Kim, and her explanation was that it wasn't their policy to reserve the venue until a deposit was placed, which we completely understand. We know that this is a new venue and we're sure they are eager to book dates, however, not communicating this seems like poor customer service. Maybe since we weren't technically customers yet they weren't concerned. If another party showed interest in the date before we did, then absolutely they are entitled to first option. However, it seems reasonable that you would let other parties know they aren't first in line so they don't waste their time, or at least so they know the situation. We are hoping this is a blessing in disguise!

I don’t even know where to begin with this venue. It is such a stunning place and to see it in person is even more breathtaking. I had to pleasure of being the first wedding there on 8/18/18. I booked in December 2017 and watched the progress from early on to finish. The owners are even more amazing than the venue. Their talent and taste is unmatchable. They did everything they could to ensure my day was perfect. They have become our friends. I can’t wait to see the success of this beautiful place and will always recommend it, a 1000 times over.

Holy cow this team is good. The food was phenomenal and everything we could have asked for. The cake was on point, and even now 3 weeks later people still stop me to tell me how good the food was at our wedding. No issues with service and Brittany was a complete delight. I would highly recommend!

Brittany and her staff were fantastic! They catered to all our needs and more. The wait staff made sure my husband and I enjoyed our dinner by always checking on us and they also made us a plate from cocktail hour which was appreciated! The bartenders were wonderful! The most incredible food I could have possibly asked for. Brittany is exceptional. My husband is in the food and wine industry and we had several chefs from high end restaurants at our wedding and they all commented specifically on how delicious Brittany's food was. Brittany is so responsive and she inspired her menu per our request as Kentucky inspired food which turned out so perfectly. I was not going to be the type of bride who didn't eat during the wedding, but I ignored guests to make sure I could enjoy the most perfect mushroom stuffed chicken ever made. My only complaint is that we left on our honeymoon immediately after so we didn't get to enjoy any of the leftovers!!

I cannot recommend The Linen Apron highly enough. Brittany is fantastic to work with and makes delicious food for a great price point. Not one person at my wedding failed to complement the food, and I even had a cousin take a romantic picture with a tray of her chicken. I highly recommend her cake as well. It was low-key and delicious. I would never use another caterer.

Thank you for making our wedding so wonderful! Brittany was easy to communicate with and always answered questions in a timely manner. She came up with a great menu for our wedding and the presentation was beautiful. I can't tell you how many guests have mentioned to us how great the food and cake was! Brittany and team were absolutely amazing. Before my tasting, she reached out to find out more about us - foods we enjoyed, how we hosted events, our style, etc. With that, the tasting was spot on and made for an easy decision. We wanted a fluid menu, not a buffet or plated option, with creative, heavy appetizers and a dessert bar rather than a traditional cake. Brittany took my preferences for Southern foods and tweaked them perfectly to allow for easily served dishes that blended tradition with a modern twist. On the day of, everything was presented beautifully with foods set in a manner that complimented our theme and venue (vintage pearls and Lost River Cave, respectively). Every single one of our guests made sure to tell me their favorite dish, and almost everyone had a different item. My husband and I host dinner and cocktail parties frequently, and our friends all states that the food was as on pointe as any we had ever hosted - exactly what I wanted! If you have the opportunity, give The Linen Apron a chance to impress you. My husband, I and our friends consider ourselves foodies, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have been the planner and/or day of coordinator for numerous weddings and events The Linen Apron has catered. The food is outstanding- always a gourmet level. Brittany's food is amazing! Back in January my husband and I went to taste her food when deciding if we wanted her for our caterer and we both were super impressed right off the bat. Everything looked fancy and tasted even better. Her pricing was also great! We found that with Brittany we got more for our buck than with other caterers. So we selected her for our caterer. At the wedding I figured that the food wouldn't be as good as it was when we were at the tasting because it would be made in bulk and not the single portions we tried but I was wrong. It was all just as great as it was the day we tasted her food. We also liked Brittany's cake so well we had her make our wedding cakes. She was cheaper than using other bakers and the cakes were awesome even though that isn't what she specializes in. She is super reliable and is quick to get back to your emails. We got married last weekend and have been eating the leftovers all week and I am still impressed with how tasty everything was. Lastly, her grits are the best I've ever had! Highly recommended.

As the mother of the bride it was important that my daughter have the special day she dreamed of. Due to Celiac Disease, she must eat gluten free. When we decided to have our wedding food totally gluten free, Brittany provided many gluten free options. From passed appetizers to a well-rounded dinner, our guests enjoyed delicious foods (and didn't even realize they were eating gluten free)!

We had a fabulous time working with Brittany from The Linen Apron! She saved us at the last minute when our original caterer bailed and provided superb service to my family and all 100 guests at our wedding. The food is all hand made and served fresh the day of, so no pre cooking or preserved meals. We had two proteins, two sides, rolls, salad,and drinks for a very reasonable price. A bartender was provided to serve drinks and she also provided storage for our beverages and alcohol. We even got to take left-overs home! All of our guests raved about the food because it wasn't the usual 'wedding type' meal, which in my opinion, is the best of all. The service and professionalism above all set the caliber for all other other vendors to reach! Bravo Britany!

It was recommended to my husband and I by our wedding planner that we hire this company to cater our wedding, bartend and make the cake. Best. Decision. Ever. Not only was it convenient to pay one vendor for all three rather than three different vendors, but the food was absolutely amazing. It was delicious - everyone complimented the taste - and it was beautifully set up, as well. I couldn't be happier. Brittany was also a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating to our wants and needs. Hire the Linen Apron and you won't regret it.
