They not only did our wedding food, but they also did our rehearsal dinner and our dessert bar and our guests were blown away by how good the food was (and so were we)!! It was legitimately the best wedding food I have ever had (I may be slightly biased but I’ve been in and to A LOT of weddings). Her offerings are extensive and she is so flexible if you need to make changes. We added the dessert bar a couple months out simply because we couldn’t find anyone else and they were more than willing to do it. We heard comments from people in the area that she was more expensive, but in our experience she was right on par with everyone else, but her level of customer service was far beyond! Do yourself a huge favor and reach out to Brittany! You will be so happy you did!

of it! Everyone at the wedding told me how wonderful it was, especially the chicken and even a month later, I have people telling me how they are craving it (me included). Brittany and her team were also very easy to work with and were fabulous at the wedding, even helping us put our donuts out. and so perfect! I found Tayvin Gardens on the knot, before they even had a website, and truly thought it was too good to be true! We booked a tour immediately and fell in love with it on the spot! It had everything we were looking for, and more! We had our ceremony in the gardens, which made for AMAZING photos, our cocktail hour on the patio in the front, and the reception inside. They also have a gorgeous back patio with a cute little arch, which was great for photos! They have a carriage house on the property, which we rented out the day before the wedding for my girls, moms and I to spend the night and get ready in the following morning. The house across the parking lot and sleeps 14 people, so just perfect for girls night before the big day! There were 2 suites inside the venue, a bridal suite, which was beautiful and made for great pictures, and also a grooms room, which was very “manly” and perfect for the guys getting ready and hanging out in! Kim, her husband, and her entire staff were phenomenal throughout the entire process! They were so accommodating and you can tell they really love and care about what they do! I 110% recommend Tayvin Gardens to anyone who is wanting a beautifully unique wedding with great customer service! Thank you all for making our big day so special! It would not have been the same at any other location!

ng! She did a tasting with us that was outstanding - she put a ton of thought into the preparation and the time prior to serving to make sure that we could know how it would taste on the actual day. She is always extremely prompt in answering emails, and she answered all questions completely and honestly, so there was total transparency from the beginning about services and pricing. On the day of the event, she and her staff were prepared and so polite in their interactions with wedding guests. Most importantly, her food is AMAZING. We heard only positive feedback about the meal! I would recommend The Linen Apron without hesitation for anyone needing catering. The Bowling Green area is fortunate to have someone as talented and professional as Brittany!

The only thing we didn't try beforehand was the meat and cheese spread, and we're (kind of) cheese snobs so I wasn't sure how it would be, but we were super happy with everything from the meat and cheese to the dessert!! ed their package information, and arranged a tour for for 12/15/18. Today, we received a message from Kim at Tayvin Gardens confirming our tour and asking if our date was flexible because they had already booked our date. We were never notified that another party was interested in that date and were never given a chance to move up our tour. I called and spoke with Kim, and her explanation was that it wasn't their policy to reserve the venue until a deposit was placed, which we completely understand. We know that this is a new venue and we're sure they are eager to book dates, however, not communicating this seems like poor customer service. Maybe since we weren't technically customers yet they weren't concerned. If another party showed interest in the date before we did, then absolutely they are entitled to first option. However, it seems reasonable that you would let other parties know they aren't first in line so they don't waste their time, or at least so they know the situation. We are hoping this is a blessing in disguise!

on 8/18/18. I booked in December 2017 and watched the progress from early on to finish. The owners are even more amazing than the venue. Their talent and taste is unmatchable. They did everything they could to ensure my day was perfect. They have become our friends. I can’t wait to see the success of this beautiful place and will always recommend it, a 1000 times over.

Brittany is so responsive and she inspired her menu per our request as Kentucky inspired food which turned out so perfectly. I was not going to be the type of bride who didn't eat during the wedding, but I ignored guests to make sure I could enjoy the most perfect mushroom stuffed chicken ever made. My only complaint is that we left on our honeymoon immediately after so we didn't get to enjoy any of the leftovers!!

Brittany took my preferences for Southern foods and tweaked them perfectly to allow for easily served dishes that blended tradition with a modern twist. On the day of, everything was presented beautifully with foods set in a manner that complimented our theme and venue (vintage pearls and Lost River Cave, respectively). Every single one of our guests made sure to tell me their favorite dish, and almost everyone had a different item. My husband and I host dinner and cocktail parties frequently, and our friends all states that the food was as on pointe as any we had ever hosted - exactly what I wanted! If you have the opportunity, give The Linen Apron a chance to impress you. My husband, I and our friends consider ourselves foodies, and I couldn't be happier with the results. t. Everything looked fancy and tasted even better. Her pricing was also great! We found that with Brittany we got more for our buck than with other caterers. So we selected her for our caterer. At the wedding I figured that the food wouldn't be as good as it was when we were at the tasting because it would be made in bulk and not the single portions we tried but I was wrong. It was all just as great as it was the day we tasted her food. We also liked Brittany's cake so well we had her make our wedding cakes. She was cheaper than using other bakers and the cakes were awesome even though that isn't what she specializes in. She is super reliable and is quick to get back to your emails. We got married last weekend and have been eating the leftovers all week and I am still impressed with how tasty everything was. Lastly, her grits are the best I've ever had! Highly recommended.

ot express how happy I was with the service and the food on the day of the wedding. We had our wedding at Lost River Cave, so it is not exactly the easiest place to work with, but everything was outstanding. The wait staff and bar tenders were amazing and very friendly. The guests who attended our wedding have not stopped talking about the quality and the taste of the food. I wish, I would have eaten more, but dress and wedding excitement made it hard to be hungry, but what I did have was amazing, my husband went back for seconds and so did many other guests. I cannot recommend The Linen Apron enough.

100 guests at our wedding. The food is all hand made and served fresh the day of, so no pre cooking or preserved meals. We had two proteins, two sides, rolls, salad,and drinks for a very reasonable price. A bartender was provided to serve drinks and she also provided storage for our beverages and alcohol. We even got to take left-overs home! All of our guests raved about the food because it wasn't the usual 'wedding type' meal, which in my opinion, is the best of all. The service and professionalism above all set the caliber for all other other vendors to reach! Bravo Britany!

It was delicious - everyone complimented the taste - and it was beautifully set up, as well. I couldn't be happier. Brittany was also a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating to our wants and needs. Hire the Linen Apron and you won't regret it.
