We used TBW as our florist and coordinator. As a coordinator, TBW had a wealth of knowledge when it comes to planning a wedding in the hill country. So thankful for her list of preferred vendors. The two coordinators that were there for the day-of were life savers. Kept the day running so smoothly. The flowers were stunning. We had simple arrangements and decor but they were still so much better than I had anticipated.

We hired Taylor Bible Weddings as a full planner for our wedding in Fredericksburg. She has wonderful contacts with a ton of vendors in town. We also ended up hiring her for our flowers and they were amazing! On our wedding day, Makayla and her sister kept to the timeline. During the early planning stages of our daughter’s wedding, we felt the need to hire a planner to help us through the rest of the planning process. We initially set out to do most of the planning ourselves, but working full time created a challenge to contact several vendors and follow up with them promptly. Taylor Bible Weddings was a preferred vendor at our venue so we inquired about the services she offered and signed a contract. In addition to planning services, TBW also offers floral design and can help you create your vision for your wedding day. Taylor and her team quickly jumped in to help us come up with a plan for the wedding weekend. One of the advantages of using TBW is that the team has already designed and coordinated several weddings at our chosen venue and already know what layouts work best for reception hall, where to set up catering and so forth. The day before the wedding, Makayla and Jayden came out to the venue for the rehearsal run through and gave us a timeline of the wedding day. They also began installing some greenery for the amazing floral chandelier that went over the head table. On the day of the wedding they arrived early and installed the rest of the florals, kept everyone on time and were quick to answer any questions I had. Throughout the evening, these ladies were on top of everything did an amazing job!! We are so happy we had TBW, Makaya and Jayden as our planners and floral designers!!

Taylor and Makayla are superheros, they are so much fun to work with and are extremely responsive and supportive. They gave recommendations for the best vendors ever and really know the area so well, their network is amazing. Every vendor they work with really loves them too and had only great things to say about them - our venue coordinator, caterer, and hair and make up artist brought them up and raved about them! The day of the wedding ended up beyond perfect and seamless - Taylor and Makayla worked in the background to make sure everything went smoothly and I didn't even have to think about it at all or lift a finger. They even seamlessly unpacked and re-packed my bags (of decor and wedding accessories like the veil) for me without me even noticing?! It was impressive; not only did they move seamlessly the day of the wedding but I also got a chance to breathe after the ceremony and enjoy my own appetizers and drinks in a relaxing moment alone with my husband! They made it happen and made sure we were fed and enjoying our food/ drinks whenever possible. In my opinion, the absolute best part of our wedding decor was OUR FLOWERS. Taylor designed elegant and whimsical floral bouquets and table settings that honestly can't be described in words, they were that amazing and they were exactly what I wanted. We went for a sunset vibe with the flowers and she REALLY delivered, I was so so so happy with them and blown away by her skills. I highly recommend Taylor and her team! First, I want to appreciate Taylor's responsiveness. Her and her assistant, Makayla, were so responsive over email and we were able to have a conversation via Zoom very quickly into our search. She made us comfortable because of her incredible experience - she had worked at our venue, Contigo Ranch, before, and was able to provide us with pictures and logistics to make it an easy decision to hire her. And the responsiveness continued. Each time my mom or I had a question, big or small, we asked over email and within 24 hours we would have a response. She even made the time to meet with us at our catering tasting to hash out other details. (Let me just also say that her vendor recommendations were amazing, and it was apparent that she has built and maintained strong relationships with vendors in the Fredericksburg area - another reason Taylor Bible Weddings was a no brainer). And then we get to the day - I was so excited when I saw Taylor and Makayla pull up and they went to WORK! Beautiful florals were put together that matched my vision EXACTLY. She also made a beautiful space of the dining area and event hall so if you are also looking for a Florist - go with Taylor Bible. She does incredible work. Taylor and Makayla were so on top of it the day of. I literally did not have to manage anything or do any decision-making which made it easy to just enjoy my day! They would find me and direct me to what we should do next so I did not have to have a worry at all. Taylor and Makayla and honestly rockstars for our wedding. Initially when we started planning me and my now husband were living in different states and having them on board from the beginning made things so much easier. Most of our vendors were recommendations from Taylor which I think made all the difference because the vendors have all done many weddings together so the entire day was so smooth. We didn't do much in terms of decorating the venue since it was so beautiful already but the florals Taylor and Makayla put together were stunning. We even had some flowers for our rehearsal brunch that held up the next day for the wedding. They helped my vision come to life and I don't think the day would have been what it was without having them there in the background. The entire day was a dream and not stressful. Taylor and Makayla kept us on schedule and barring one slight incident that did not even faze me at all, the day was PERFECT and I would not change a thing. Taylor and Makayla were amazing! We booked her several months out from the wedding and she helped keep me on track with timing of booking vendors, sending invitations etc. She also recommended some of our vendors, which all turned out to be great. The month leading up to the wedding she was such a HUGE help- she handled vendor coordination, timelines, all of the details I wouldn’t have even known to plan for. Finally the day before our wedding and the day of, she and Makayla were nothing short of incredible. They handled every single detail of set up- with very little instruction from me on what I envisioned for the decor I handed them, and everything turned out so much better than I could have imagined. They made sure that everything was handled, and even offered to run to the liquor store when we were given the wrong red wine. I can’t begin to describe how amazing they both were to work with and could not recommend them enough- seriously. I was able to enjoy every moment of our day because they handled everything and made sure it went perfectly. If I could do anything differently, it would have been booking them from the very beginning of the planning process :)

While she and her team excel for the Month/Day of, I wish I just started with her from the beginning. I brought most of my decorations and used Taylor for my florist as well. Let me first start by saying we chose Taylor’s full planning services which helped us the entire year leading up to the day of. This review may go on into a novel but bare with me. Taylor helped us get all the referrals and quotes we needed local to the Fredericksburg area and even in Austin and San Antonio. She quickly realized that I had a vision and also didn’t mind doing any of the leg work since I already knew what vendors I wanted and the specifics. She worked closely with me while guiding me in all the right directions and respecting some of the choices I made that seemed very skeptical at first! We chose a day and location with our location changing and even the time of the wedding from PM to AM. Without a doubt she was ready to start REPLANNING our wedding all over again. There was a lot of hoops to jump through planning our wedding in the middle of covid with churches not being available to being available. Mandatory shut downs and masks. We just went with the flow never missing a beat. I asked for her honesty and she gave it and if it was something I was still pursuing she respected it. Let’s just say leading up to the wedding she couldn’t of done a better job. (A wedding planner can’t read your mind so you have to work closely with them & tell them your needs and expectations). She exceeded my expectations and then some! Taylor is well rooted in the Fredericksburg area and let me tell you she came through with one of the biggest issues I had. My wedding dress did not fit properly after a botched alterations job in our home state. Taylor had a connection to a lovely lady who helped us the day before get it right at the very last minute. Taylor also had the connections to a local spa we were able to distress at and local ties to some bakeries for goods we needed for the week of. NOW FOR THE DAY OF. My wedding was full of blows that many brides would of deemed “ruined their wedding day” however we just picked up and moved on. It rained ALL DAY! Rain blowing in sideways and the mud creating tiny rivers. We still trucked on! Taylor and Mikayla had umbrellas ready to go along with her personal vehicle to get us to and from our locations. We had a huge break in between our ceremony and reception and they had put out a spread of food in our lodge and prepped the champagne bar. When it came down to the wedding Taylor and Mikayla were there guiding us the whole way. Had our dinners already ready for us, drinks in hand, and lots of water! I didn’t need a timeline because Taylor was there at every need. The third blow was my dress ripping. After all the alterations there was a tipping point where my threads came loose and Taylor came to the rescue with lots of pins and a sewing kit. Reminding me that it would all be okay! During the reception the wind and rain came blowing in sideways and Taylor and Mikayla got everyone promptly inside and all the decorations and bar moved into the center until it subsided. At that point they went and rearranged our recipe room venue for the third time! I’m forever grateful for them for being by our side. Rule of thumb treat your vendors like family because they give up their weekends with family for you because they WANT to! I wish I could relive May 22, 2021 over and over again. I wouldn’t of changed a single thing!

Taylor does extremely well communicating during the entire wedding planning process. I relied heavily on her for showing me what options are available (in detail) for any and every aspect of the wedding, from cake designs, DJ music, to florals and table placement. There are so many details you never think of that she brings your attention to, which is a testament to her experience and knowledge of the industry and new trends! 100% recommend. The girl knows what she is doing! And does it well! And on top of that, I would love to do my wedding all over again because it was THE best day, largely due to her work and help.

Taylor is wonderful! She is very organized and professional. She has experience so she knows what needs to be done and a low-key personality so that she is able to keep brides, grooms, and their mothers calm on an emotional day. She was wonderful for our wedding and took all our worries away.

We hired Taylor from the get go after being required to have a planner at our venue (she was highly recommended by venue). After Covid-19 came into the picture, I truly relied on her guidance and expertise on selecting vendors and making scary decisions without being able to travel to Fredericksburg. She is straight forward and knows her stuff, but she genuinely cares too- truly y’all, she’s the hill country wedding planner queen. I was hesitant to spend the money on a planner, but the groom saw the future and knew it would be worth it! We went with the full planning package and it was worth every cent! We all met and discussed what we envisioned for the wedding, shared a pinterest board and Taylor went with it!
