TC Events Wedding Planning and Design

My Husband and I came across TCevent wedding planning services listing online a few months after we got engaged in 2018. We saw the many satisfactory ratings from her past clients and wanted to know more about what she could offer us. My husband and I are very particular in what we want, especially when it comes to aspects that exceed a certain cost. We had a few potential coordinators that we were interested in but were not fully satisfied with their services. In our first meeting with Tani I could detect how precise she was when explaining details of what to expect when planning a wedding. Tani listed specifics of choosing a realistic budget, the guest count, venue location to even the food choices. We were in the early stages of planning and did not consider the aspects that Tani detailed in our first session. We knew then that she had the thorough mentality that we were searching for in a wedding planner. We hired Tani as a full planner to assist us with booking vendors, scheduling our appointments, and keeping up to date with the vendor payments. Tani did a phenomenal job finding us the most affordable vendors that matched the criteria we envisioned. Over the span of a year working with TCEvents, my husband and I became fond of Tani. We would have constant communication and she often shared great suggestions and alternatives to achieve our vision. We saw first hand how responsive Tani is with handling unexpected challenges when planning our big day. I was very impressed on how she was able to handle a dilemma without increasing our budget or modifying our vision. I explained to Tani exactly what we envisioned, and we were overcome with bliss when we witnessed the final product of our wedding. Tani’s work exceeded all our expectations. In the midst of a pandemic Tani went over and beyond with assuring that our original date of September 6th would be achievable. Tani reached out to all our vendors to review that the contracts will cover rescheduling the ceremony in the case of a pandemic. Tani even reached out to us periodically in regards to her other couples canceling around our wedding date, to give us a better awareness of the current state. Luckily, we were able to have our wedding on our original date with a few minor changes which did not deter us or our guests with enjoying the event. Tani and her team incorporated final measures that ensured everyone’s safety. Tani gave us the security we needed to put our anxiety to ease. By the last few months from the wedding my husband and I was anticipating the big day without having the stress of last-minute changes thanks to Tani. Our wedding turned out to be everything we wanted and more. We get received compliments from our guests and vendors who have expressed how “Grand” and “Perfect” the wedding turned out. From the floral arrangements (which Tani customized) to the elaborate venue decor, the event was once in a lifetime experience. Tani made my husband and I feel like royalty. We owe the success of the wedding to Tani and her remarkable team. We are very satisfied with Tani’s services that we recommended her to our close friends. Our friends were impressed with Tani’s talents and hired her for their wedding in May. We couldn’t be more enthusiastic to be included in yet another wedding with Tani!

Tani took great care of us and allowed us to think through things at our own pace. She always had great suggestions and asked excellent questions to site managers. She dutifully pinged us when we needed to make decisions and had let the moment slip by us and had the perfect personality for the job. We highly recommend her!

Tani is wonderful and made everything go so smoothly during our wedding day. She is very proactive, thorough, and even took on doing the centerpieces for the reception tables (which looked beautiful!). Her team had drinks and snacks ready for myself and the groom when we arrived to the reception. We're so glad we decided to get a day of planner and highly recommend Tani and her team!

Tani was fantastic! I was the onsite manager from Root & Stem Catering and worked closely with Tani to plan & execute what was a beautiful wedding. She was easy to work with and paid attention to detail. You can definitely rely on her for peace of mind!

Tani was an absolute delight to work with! She actually came in just 4 days before the wedding, after our original wedding planner backed out on us (yes, having that happen to you is as terrible and stressful as it sounds). Despite having very little time, she was able to very quickly get caught up and take a lot of stress off our shoulders, and do a superb job managing things on the day of the wedding. Just as an example of how awesome she is, she read through the different vendor contracts we had signed and noticed that there were a few small items missing (like adequate chafing trays for our cocktail hour appetizers, extra utensils just as a backup, etc) and was able to take care of that in time for the wedding. She is basically everything you would expect wedding coordinator to be: very organized, detail oriented, a clear communicator, responsive, friendly and very professional in her interaction with vendors. The wedding went great; we had a great time and would recommend Tani and TC Events to anyone.

Tani and her team were great! I hired a planner because I didn't want myself, my husband, friend or family member to worry about anything on my wedding day. I got exactly what I paid for. We didn't notice a thing out of place and had a lot of peace of mind leading up to the event and the day of. They even helped some of our guests by giving rides from the ceremony space to the reception which was about 10 blocks away. Payment was easy through Venmo. I recommend asking her about hair and makeup services through her sister business.

Tani was our day of planner and really made it all go smoothly! She got the whole place decorated, kept us on schedule, and adapted quickly to the weather. We were so thankful to have her!

Tani from TC Events truly made my husband and my wedding become a fairy tale. From planning to execution, we couldn't have asked for a more professional, experienced, and genuinely enthusiastic vendor. Tani will make you feel like she has been your best friend since kindergarten and will handle all of your needs. During the wedding process, she asked many questions I didn't even know I was supposed to handle as the bride, and if I didn't know how to answer them, she offered a million suggestions until I was able to decide on something that suited me. She is very patient and understanding. There were a couple of hiccups that I didn't even know occurred during my wedding because Tani was able to address them for me. My husband and I are very pleased with the service(s) we received from TC Events. We would highly recommend those planning on getting married to utilize TC Events as a source of guidance, and for their expertise during the planning process!

I highly recommend hiring TC Events to plan your wedding! Tani is an exceptional negotiator and helped me save a significant amount of money for my wedding. She is prompt, kind, and professional. I figured I could do all the planning myself, but I’m so glad I used a wedding planner. You won’t regret it!

At home massage & Spa party for a bridal shower = something never done before by any other Maid of Honor. Brennan and James are great. The cute little white robes definitely make it worth it :)
