Teal Coast Events is comprised of a small team of event planners and organizers. These coordinators pride themselves on paying close attention to the details. By working closely together, they are able to organize anything from an intimate elopement to a grand celebration.
Andrea Daniels started planning events by helping her best friend organize her wedding. Years later, the same friend’s baby shower was the catalyst to Andrea establishing Teal Coast Events. What began as a one-woman operation from a kitchen table has grown into a dedicated two-person team. Together with her assistant event planner, Samantha Coston. Andrea is honored to incorporate unique design elements and flawless logistical execution into every celebration of love.
Andrea her team can organize weddings of any size and style. Their packages have been thoughtfully curated in order to allow you to choose their level of involvement in your special day.

I would highly recommend Andrea she was amazing to work with. She was super organized, and she did an incredible job keeping us stress free as it got closer to our wedding day. Also, Andrea genuinely takes the time the to get to know her clients leading up the event. My mother will not stop raving about what a wonderful job Andrea did with keeping our event running smoothly. To everyone who is questioning if they should hire a day of coordinator, the answer should be “YES!”. If you want a perfect and seamless wedding day, then hire Andrea to be on your wedding team!
Teal Coast has many positive reviews on the wedding Facebook groups I belong to and so I reached out as I was looking for a day-of coordinator for my wedding. I requested the day after Christmas for our first call and Andrea kindly accomodated. She called me exactly on time and during the conversation, I could tell she is assertive and hard working, while also extremely supportive of the couple's wedding vision. In fact, I was so concerned about catering costs that I was considering having BBQ at my wedding, even though I didn't really want it, and it was Andrea who suggested other ways to stay within my catering budget without sacrificing my vision, and I am SO GLAD she pointed me in the right direction! I was highly selective about all of the vendors I hired for my wedding, so even though our first conversation was great, I still wanted a review of Teal Coast from someone I knew personally. Fortunately, my photographer (and later we found out even more of my vendors) worked with Andrea before and gave her a glowing review. Andrea and her team went above and beyond their responsibilities to make my dream wedding a reality! They solved the problems that had been causing me the most stress and are so easy and fun to talk to! Andrea also responds almost immediately to any message (email, text message, etc.), so there was never a moment where I felt worried. Teal Coast was instrumental in the success of my wedding day and I highly recommend them!
Andrea made a great effort to get to know me from the beginning, and the first time we met I knew my wedding day would be amazing. She made sure to keep me calm at all times as well as ask all of the right questions to make my wedding unforgettable and phenomenal. I felt like I could consistently ask her honest feedback and opinion, and she really helped me to get all of the little things in order before, during, and after my wedding. She is friendly yet professional, and I highly recommend her and her team!
Andrea was the planner for a wedding that one of my artists drew at-- we do this type of event all the time and i have seen every kind of planner out there. Andrea is one of the very few that can keep everything and everyone organized, so that the wedding day will go off without a hitch. She helped our artist get set up and made sure that people knew to get their sketches drawn. I would recommend her if you need someone to flawlessly carry the burden of all of the many details of a beautiful and seamless wedding.
Teal Coast Events did an amazing job with our wedding!!! We hired them for day of coordination, and it made ALL the difference. It was so amazing to just have someone else be in charge to bring together all of the final details. Andrea kept in touch throughout the planning process to see if we needed anything. Teal Coast helped us set up the venue the day before our wedding and they perfected all the little details on the day of. Teal Coast Events took care of everything we didn't think of! They had a day of kit ready to go with anything that might be needed. Teal Coast Events was there to get all our vendors in the right place, set the timeline in motion, and to make all the beautiful moments perfect. I had ZERO worries on our wedding day because I knew Teal Coast could take care of anything. I have no doubt that their full planning services would also be absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Teal Coast Events for any wedding or event planning needs you have!
