I called several times the week of my wedding to confirm the correct bus and timing for pickup and on the day of the wedding they sent a charter bus instead of a party bus. No one from the main office would answer so had to find a new party bus right after the ceremony.

We will start by saying the buses were clean and large enough to accommodate our large number of guests to be transported safely (I'd say 5 stars for the bus by itself). The company did work with us on hammering out the schedule and being very clear about punctuality. We confirmed the plan days before the big day, along with understanding a mandatory tip to be provided to the drivers and to be given to the daytime driver to be separated later. Unfortunately, the day of the wedding the guests were dropped off at the ceremony 15 minutes late (which threw off the rest our schedule). Everyone was expected to be dropped off no later than 5:15 pm (from our agreed contract) to leave room for guest getting situated and allowing the ceremony to start on time, and to make sure we tipped the driver. Many guests who were on the secondary bus complained about how the bus driver would not drive due to (per guests) the driver saying he did not know where he was going. Despite discussion with the facility confirming both busses to leave by the same time (no later than 5:00 pm). Many guests were upset when the bus driver informed them he would remain at the location to wait, but eventually left. Due to the delay on the drivers part, the wedding party was waiting at the ceremony location to immediately start and no one was available to provide the mandated tip to the driver. Due to not providing the tip at that time, my phone received several texts questioning what happened. I informed them that night when I had my phone back that due to them being late, no one was available to give them their tip in-person, but we planned on dropping it off the next day. Someone from the facility became rude, demanding the tip and saying it was in the contract to have it provided at the time of service. I informed them they broke the contract when they didn't abide by the agreed upon time and still planned to drop off the tip money the next day. When attending the facility to drop off the tip money and to inform the company of our negative experience, we had one person collecting our information. Later another person joined us and informed us that we were all wrong and that the busses left at the same time, along with them being on time because they have GPS. After informing the secondary person that everyone on the second bus noticed they didn't leave until 5:15 pm, and getting there just after 5:30 pm to the ceremony venue. She continued to say that we were wrong, and the GPS said they were on time. We felt completely unheard, unsupported and really felt that the money was the top priority during our whole interaction.

We needed a large party bus for all plus ones to be included and a restroom to allow for more time for bridal pictures and less stops! Danielle was our driver and did an excellent job! The bus was clean, music was loud, and the driver arrived timely. I was so pleased and the bus was one of the favorite parts of our day!
