We confirmed the plan days before the big day, along with understanding a mandatory tip to be provided to the drivers and to be given to the daytime driver to be separated later. Unfortunately, the day of the wedding the guests were dropped off at the ceremony 15 minutes late (which threw off the rest our schedule). Everyone was expected to be dropped off no later than 5:15 pm (from our agreed contract) to leave room for guest getting situated and allowing the ceremony to start on time, and to make sure we tipped the driver. Many guests who were on the secondary bus complained about how the bus driver would not drive due to (per guests) the driver saying he did not know where he was going. Despite discussion with the facility confirming both busses to leave by the same time (no later than 5:00 pm). Many guests were upset when the bus driver informed them he would remain at the location to wait, but eventually left. Due to the delay on the drivers part, the wedding party was waiting at the ceremony location to immediately start and no one was available to provide the mandated tip to the driver. Due to not providing the tip at that time, my phone received several texts questioning what happened. I informed them that night when I had my phone back that due to them being late, no one was available to give them their tip in-person, but we planned on dropping it off the next day. Someone from the facility became rude, demanding the tip and saying it was in the contract to have it provided at the time of service. I informed them they broke the contract when they didn't abide by the agreed upon time and still planned to drop off the tip money the next day. When attending the facility to drop off the tip money and to inform the company of our negative experience, we had one person collecting our information. Later another person joined us and informed us that we were all wrong and that the busses left at the same time, along with them being on time because they have GPS. After informing the secondary person that everyone on the second bus noticed they didn't leave until 5:15 pm, and getting there just after 5:30 pm to the ceremony venue. She continued to say that we were wrong, and the GPS said they were on time. We felt completely unheard, unsupported and really felt that the money was the top priority during our whole interaction.

In addition, my family booked a second limo which had the heating stuck on on a 85 degree day; which also had mechanical problems that could not drive above 50 and a driver who forgot to charge his phone and got lost. Team Johnson is an abysmal limo service and should be avoided at all costs.

was for a 50th surprise birthday party on New Year’s Eve. We definitely were surprised! We streamed music through our phones and danced and had a great time but only because we know how! Please correct your advertisement and tweak the info you give to customers. Maybe our expectations were just too high!

w now!!! Forget eloping this is the perfect way to have the best of it all the destination possibilities are endless, and that luxury double stack bus party could easy hold Up to 75 people. If I would have known how much more fun and entertaining the transfer between ceremony and reception was going to be I would have just gotten a few fully stocked party busses they came with a bar back and fully stocked bar the driver I think was a part time comedian so their was wonderful entertainment between the DJ changing songs along with A huge bathroom almost the size our guest bath it even had a running water and sink. And I could have gotten the game if bus for all the kids to be present in wedding photos but after they served their purpose they had a babysitter on wheels which is stocked with laser tag water tag 30 50” flat screens with all gaming systems hooked up ready to go and their own privet photo booth!! And for the In-laws and older relatives the trolly would have been perfect with music from their generation or their choosing while the wedding party had the double decker fully stocked bar and bartender as well as restroom, laser light show rope lights that customize to wedding colors along with dancing poles not pole poles like 8 lol so all my brides mAides had a blast and so did this spouses no one felt left out and best of all a spread of snacks and finger foods were also able to available. The 55” tv was playing our video scrapbook of him and I as children up till the day of our wedding because of how accommodating the over all experiences was I would most definitely use them again we joked about a divorce just so we could plan our wedding and bachelorette party again! They gave us a huge savings package and because we used them for both the wedding and bachelorette party we were gifted free extension verses just the 4 hrs which also made the escort to the after party even better because we all got to ride together!!!!

Her responses were so fast and she was so easy to work with whenever I had a question. I really appreciated the way they went above and beyond to make our day perfect. We also booked their trolley service to take guests to and from hotel and reception. Everyone LOVED it and the driver was soooo cool. Thank you so much Team Johnson, you helped make my day perfect! lly wanted to go to was closed for the night. Communication since day one was great! Heather the limo girl helped us through every step and explained things so well. Even though I bombarded and annoyed her with a new question every day she was always happy to answer them. I can't thank team Johnson enough for helping us have such an amazing night. I booked them for our wedding as well and I already know it's going to be awesome!

The driver tried his best to fix it multiple times but it wasn’t worth $700 for the crappy limo ride!
