We had a wonderful experience with Team Johnson's shuttle service for our wedding! Their team was professional, punctual, and made sure all of our guests were transported safely an...
d comfortably throughout the day.
One thing we really appreciated was that they stayed at the venue during the reception in case any guests needed a ride home early. That extra level of service gave us and our guests great peace of mind.
From start to finish, the Johnson team was reliable, courteous, and easy to work with. Their pricing was also very reasonable, making them an excellent value. We highly recommend them for any wedding or special event transportation needs!
Friendly staff was very informative and made the entire process easy. Their prices were very affordable and they showed up early. The entire process from start to finish was very p...
rofessional and I highly recommend them.
I called several times the week of my wedding to confirm the correct bus and timing for pickup and on the day of the wedding they sent a charter bus instead of a party bus. No one ...
from the main office would answer so had to find a new party bus right after the ceremony.
We will start by saying the buses were clean and large enough to accommodate our large number of guests to be transported safely (I'd say 5 stars for the bus by itself). The compan...
y did work with us on hammering out the schedule and being very clear about punctuality. We confirmed the plan days before the big day, along with understanding a mandatory tip to be provided to the drivers and to be given to the daytime driver to be separated later. Unfortunately, the day of the wedding the guests were dropped off at the ceremony 15 minutes late (which threw off the rest our schedule). Everyone was expected to be dropped off no later than 5:15 pm (from our agreed contract) to leave room for guest getting situated and allowing the ceremony to start on time, and to make sure we tipped the driver. Many guests who were on the secondary bus complained about how the bus driver would not drive due to (per guests) the driver saying he did not know where he was going. Despite discussion with the facility confirming both busses to leave by the same time (no later than 5:00 pm). Many guests were upset when the bus driver informed them he would remain at the location to wait, but eventually left. Due to the delay on the drivers part, the wedding party was waiting at the ceremony location to immediately start and no one was available to provide the mandated tip to the driver. Due to not providing the tip at that time, my phone received several texts questioning what happened. I informed them that night when I had my phone back that due to them being late, no one was available to give them their tip in-person, but we planned on dropping it off the next day. Someone from the facility became rude, demanding the tip and saying it was in the contract to have it provided at the time of service. I informed them they broke the contract when they didn't abide by the agreed upon time and still planned to drop off the tip money the next day. When attending the facility to drop off the tip money and to inform the company of our negative experience, we had one person collecting our information. Later another person joined us and informed us that we were all wrong and that the busses left at the same time, along with them being on time because they have GPS. After informing the secondary person that everyone on the second bus noticed they didn't leave until 5:15 pm, and getting there just after 5:30 pm to the ceremony venue. She continued to say that we were wrong, and the GPS said they were on time. We felt completely unheard, unsupported and really felt that the money was the top priority during our whole interaction.
We needed a large party bus for all plus ones to be included and a restroom to allow for more time for bridal pictures and less stops! Danielle was our driver and did an excellent ...
job! The bus was clean, music was loud, and the driver arrived timely. I was so pleased and the bus was one of the favorite parts of our day!
Team Johnson provide a clean, spacious party bus for my friends’ wedding and got us all out and about safely to /‘several different bars. They were a super price point reasonable a...

Had a great experience . Driver was very attentive to our needs. Definitely rent for another occasion
Great company! Family oriented and amazing customer service. We hired them for the wedding party and couldn't have asked for more.
Do not use this company. For my wedding we had the following issues:
-pick up 20 minutes late
-a dirty bus which left stains on clothes
-a rude driver asking for a tip in the midd...
le of the journey after dropping us of late for our own wedding
-a driver trying to make a three point turn in the middle of a residential road and hitting a tree
-the driver vaping while driving.
In addition, my family booked a second limo which had the heating stuck on on a 85 degree day; which also had mechanical problems that could not drive above 50 and a driver who forgot to charge his phone and got lost.
Team Johnson is an abysmal limo service and should be avoided at all costs.
We hired Team Johnson for our wedding guest transportation! My husband and I didn't ride on it sadly but the guests absolutely loved it. They said it was a great time! We saw some ...
videos from guests that were on it and I'm bummed we missed out! Team Johnson was easy to work with!
Disappointed. Communication indicated that there would be karaoke. Well there was a PA system with a microphone that did not work. Trolley to be heated as well. 32 degrees outside....
Maybe 45 inside. But you know body heat does create heat! This was for a 50th surprise birthday party on New Year’s Eve. We definitely were surprised! We streamed music through our phones and danced and had a great time but only because we know how! Please correct your advertisement and tweak the info you give to customers. Maybe our expectations were just too high!
Team Johnson was awesome! We rented the Trolley for our wedding and they were great! Heather was easy to work with and our driver Arlene was so sweet! The fact that our last name w...
as Johnson just made it all the better! Highly recommend!
This was the best part of my wedding, lol, my wedding party enjoyed the limo service more then the reception which no joke 17x times the price!!! Plus the stress of making center ...
pieces and the price of flowers omg boy if I new then what I know now!!! Forget eloping this is the perfect way to have the best of it all the destination possibilities are endless, and that luxury double stack bus party could easy hold Up to 75 people.
If I would have known how much more fun and entertaining the transfer between ceremony and reception was going to be I would have just gotten a few fully stocked party busses they came with a bar back and fully stocked bar the driver I think was a part time comedian so their was wonderful entertainment between the DJ changing songs along with A huge bathroom almost the size our guest bath it even had a running water and sink. And I could have gotten the game if bus for all the kids to be present in wedding photos but after they served their purpose they had a babysitter on wheels which is stocked with laser tag water tag 30 50” flat screens with all gaming systems hooked up ready to go and their own privet photo booth!! And for the In-laws and older relatives the trolly would have been perfect with music from their generation or their choosing while the wedding party had the double decker fully stocked bar and bartender as well as restroom, laser light show rope lights that customize to wedding colors along with dancing poles not pole poles like 8 lol so all my brides mAides had a blast and so did this spouses no one felt left out and best of all a spread of snacks and finger foods were also able to available. The 55” tv was playing our video scrapbook of him and I as children up till the day of our wedding because of how accommodating the over all experiences was I would most definitely use them again we joked about a divorce just so we could plan our wedding and bachelorette party again! They gave us a huge savings package and because we used them for both the wedding and bachelorette party we were gifted free extension verses just the 4 hrs which also made the escort to the after party even better because we all got to ride together!!!!
On time clean party bus. Awesome place to deal with.
Thanks

ry and he was so nice and fun! He even took candid pictures of us throughout so that we could see the fun that was had since our photographer was following in her own car. Heather was amazing to work with throughout the whole process. Her responses were so fast and she was so easy to work with whenever I had a question. I really appreciated the way they went above and beyond to make our day perfect. We also booked their trolley service to take guests to and from hotel and reception. Everyone LOVED it and the driver was soooo cool. Thank you so much Team Johnson, you helped make my day perfect! If you're needing a party bus/trolley/any kind of transportation, book Team Johnson!
Our hummer limo was awesome, and our driver, Larry, was fantastic! We had a group of 12 people, and we fit comfortably with plenty of room for bags and drinks. Most of the time, ...
limos are a tight fit, but we were comfortable and had a great time. We were able to hook up music as we drove, and Larry even had water available for us!

cause we had to come up with a new plan since the bar we originally wanted to go to was closed for the night. Communication since day one was great! Heather the limo girl helped us through every step and explained things so well. Even though I bombarded and annoyed her with a new question every day she was always happy to answer them. I can't thank team Johnson enough for helping us have such an amazing night. I booked them for our wedding as well and I already know it's going to be awesome!
This was probably the worst part about our wedding. We had an amazing limo driver but the didn’t have any music or ac during our 4 hour experience. It made for a very hot and borin...
g ride during my wedding. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!! The driver tried his best to fix it multiple times but it wasn’t worth $700 for the crappy limo ride!
