Kiersten was so amazing to work with! We hired her for her Day-Of-Coordination package but began planning with her 3 months out. She provided multiple checklists with lots of details to keep us on track during the months leading up to our wedding. We had bi-weekly and eventually weekly meetings with her to review all of our wedding details. On the day of our wedding, Kiersten and her helper (Rachel) arrived early in the morning to make sure we were squared away and our venues would be ready in time. They took care of so many behind the scenes details of our day. From grabbing the bridesmaids lunch, steaming linens, transporting signs and personal belongings, and staying post-reception to help clean up. Everything was packed for us nicely which made collecting our stuff a breeze. 10000/10 would recommend!

Kiersten was an incredible day-of coordinator. Though using the term “day of” is misleading because Kiersten sets you up for a successful event well in advance. She made sure I was staying on track with planning and was available to answer the many questions I had along the way. Throughout the whole weekend, Kiersten helped us navigate and troubleshoot. Thankfully, we didn’t have any major emergencies (or at least if we did Kiersten managed them so quietly that we weren’t even aware!) 100% recommend without reservation

I reached out to Kiersten for my daughter's wedding. I knew my daughter was going to need the extra help, even if she didn't know it herself! I was looking for someone to help with setting up the ceremony and the reception so that my daughter could enjoy her time with her bridesmaids and her family. Needless to say, booking Kiersten was the best decision of the entire wedding planning process. Kiersten provided us checklists that were super helpful in easing stress. She sent over checklists for vendors, guests, created a layout, a GIANT checklist of wedding items, ceremony details, even a décor checklist. Yes, we did have to fill them out and they were big checklists, but it gave myself and my daughter a good sense that we had everything we needed for the day of the wedding and a good sense of that Kiersten had a handle on everything. Kiersten stayed the entire day. I don't know how she was able to stay on her feet for over 12 hours, but she was constantly moving. Most of the time she was at the venue getting things set up, but we wouldn't have had it any other way. Everything was beautiful! We did add on her breakdown package, but that was well worth it too. She helped clean up the trash and the tables, she put our centerpieces, memorial table items, personal wedding items, all back in their boxes to make it easy for us to take things home at the end of the night.

We had our wedding in Pittsburgh this past month. We were on the fence about hiring a wedding planner for our wedding, but we are so thankful that we did! Kiersten was incredible on the day of our wedding. We experienced a few hiccups beyond anyone's control, but Kiersten handled them and tackled them head on! She stayed the entire day, set everything up, and was simply a wonderful person. I can't thank her enough!
