Having come from humble beginnings working with an old laptop and a single speaker, DJ Tell It went on to become the in-house DJ for three open-air shows in Richmond and has released 5 albums. He moved back to his hometown of Chesapeake in 2022 and started his own entertainment business in March. He works closely with each client to bring their unique wedding vision to life and always aims to exceed expectations. DJ Tell It offers a range of services that you can tailor to meet your needs. After an initial consultation, he will create a customized playlist full of your favorite songs and classic hits. He provides the sound system, microphones, PA system, and all of the 80’s hits that are essential to any wedding. From Soul and Jazz to original beats and golden oldies, this seasoned entertainer has what it takes to turn your wedding celebration into an unforgettable musical experience.

DJ Tell It

Owner

DJ Tell It, better known as "Ya Auntie's Favorite DJ", started his journey in December 2020. Quickly making a name for himself as a Spoken Word Artist in the Richmond open mic scene sparked a new passion for him in the form of DJing. He learned the basics from his friend and mentor, DJ Jay Dion, who he had met at a poetry event earlier that year. From that point on, Tell It grew into a DJ well known for his ability to perform his sets based solely off of the energy in the room and mixing the old and the new genres flawlessly.
