Most beautiful venue! And Brad made things so easy for us! Chivari chairs and tables are included which was a huge help! Also, the bride and groom suites were gorgeous!!!
I had the best wedding reception and ceremony at Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills. Rabbi Aaron provided excellent pre-marriage counseling and advice, and both him and Cantor Weiss presided over a beautiful ceremony. The reception in Greer hall was amazing! The extraordinary Lia Fischer meticulously worked with my vendors and wedding planner ( the also extraordinary Cindy Hassel of SRO events), which was critical for me because my job provides me no free time. The venue accommodated a 10 piece band as well. I had friends tell me that it was the best wedding they have ever attended. A certain couple I know with very discerning taste said it was in the top 3 weddings they've ever attended (and they're 65+ years old!). Most importantly, it was the best day of my life. I couldn't imagine my wedding being anywhere else, and it couldn't have happened without the beautiful, private, spacious, amazingly located, and reasonably priced venue, and it definitely couldn't have happened without Lia Fischer! Ask Lia to show you all the photos from Emily A's wedding when you check it out! :)
We had our wedding here and worked with the lovely Lia Fischer. Lia was super helpful and even connected us to some amazing vendors. Rabbi Jonathan Aaron married us - and everyone raved that our ceremony was the best they had ever been to. One of the many reasons we chose Temple Emanuel is because it’s centrally located and in beautiful Beverly Hills. It’s easily accessible for all family members old and young. We also loved the stage and since we wanted a live band we we’re very happy with the flexibility of being able to have live music until midnight. My husband and I even got up and performed with the band. He played the Bass and I sang! You really can’t beat the package and price that you get at Temple Emanuel which includes their beautiful venue in Beverly Hills and you can really stylize it any way you want. It’s also one of the only venues that offers so much flexibility with allowing you to use your own vendors, and the ability to to provide your own bar. However - if you need some help in that department they have some great vendors that frequently work there and do a great job! In addition to all of that the Temple includes all the tables and chivari chairs, and can accommodate over 300 guests. We were so happy with the way everything turned out and we’re very grateful to Lia and the team at Temple Emanuel!!!
We could not have been more pleased with having our daughter’s wedding at Temple Emanuel. Lia Fischer, the Special Events Manager at Temple Emanuel, was accessible every time we needed information, had a walk through for the vendors, and facilitated working with the city of Beverly Hills for permits. Permits were a necessary part of the having a wedding of our size, and Lia and our wedding coordinator were helpful with that process. We used the Corwin Sanctuary and Social Hall which was a perfect setting for our 178 guests. We had Havadallah in the outdoor foyer area, using heat lamps (it was in December!), and the wedding ceremony was in the Sanctuary. The staff at Temple Emanuel was always available. For the reception, there are various colors of ceiling lights in the Social Hall and they add to the ambience of the evening. We had a 5-piece band during the reception, and stage worked well for them. Some venues require use of their preferred vendors, Temple Emanuel is open to outside vendors as long as they carry insurance. Since we had specific vendors we wanted to use, this was important for us. The Bridal Suite was roomy, comfortable, clean, and had a small refrigerator for storing snacks during our hair/makeup session. Temple Emanuel was the perfect setting for us. Thank you!
Rabbi Sarah Bassin from Temple Emanuel performed our wedding ceremony and did a fantastic job! We are still hearing from guests about how great Sarah was and made our ceremony so personal and enjoyable for all.
Temple Emanuel was great to work with; we had our wedding there. They were the only venue I could find that allowed us to bring in our own food and alcohol, and we really liked having that freedom. We had 250 guests, and the space was ample, even with a 1,000 square-foot dance floor! Overall, highly recommend!
My husband and I immediately felt very welcome at Temple Emanuel. The entire staff and clergy were kind and engaged with us from the very beginning of our wedding planning through to the end of our wedding night. Rabbi Bassin and Cantor Weiss met with us many times in the months before the wedding to help prepare us for the wedding day and to prepare us to start our lives together. The ceremony was very personalized and incredibly meaningful to us. The reception area is located next door to the sanctuary and is very beautiful and includes fancy lighting, silver chivari chairs, a large dance floor, an industrial kitchen, and a stage for our band. Our wedding day was magical and I would highly recommend Temple Emanuel as a venue for any couple looking for a place to get married in the Los Angeles area.
Thank you Lisa and the staff at Temple Emanuel for making our son's wedding to his bride such a memorable event for all. It was a pleasure to work with you in the planning and arrangements. Our guests were very happy with the setting as well.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience just having my wedding here 2 days ago. The entire staff from Lia Fischer to Rabbi Jonathan Aaron to the security in front was so welcoming and invested in making my wedding go as stress free and beautiful as possible. Nothing but great people willing to help you make it a positive experience in a beautiful temple. Look at the photos of the ballroom's ceiling lights and spacious stage. You can't go wrong here. And it's also worth mentioning how this temple allows you to do your wedding exactly how you want to do it with very little restrictions (which is very very rare for any temple, let alone one in Beverly Hills). I couldn't have gotten more comments about how unique and comfortable my wedding felt and it is all because of the people who work here and help you make it a great night.
We booked Temple Emanuel back in March of 2014 for our June 14, 2015 wedding. Lia was such a pleasure to work with and the venue space was so perfect for what we wanted. It’s a huge space and the venue provides tables and silver chiavari chairs for up to 299 people, I believe. We had about 150 and we were very comfortable! They configure things any which way you like and all the setup is done before you arrive. They have a lot of hard working people on their team! Kaitlynn and Karolina made the day go so smoothly; Karolina did such a great job of setting everything up and if we needed anything changed, she was right there to help! Kaitlynn did a great job of making sure the party was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. I opted not to hire any wedding planner or day-of coordinator which would not have been possible without such an amazing venue. Oh and security & parking was included!
One of my favorite things about the venue was the bridal suite where we were able to get ready. My four bridesmaids, me, my mom, groom’s mom, my aunt, and two videographers were very comfortable while we got ready in there. We had everything we needed there! A touchless sink & toilet, a steamer, seating, and a mini fridge. It was really nice to be able to get ready at the venue – it cut down on travel time and expense.
Another plus is the onsite, full kitchen our caterer was able to use. I think that made it a lot easier for them to keep the food warm and fresh.
All of this was so reasonably priced that we couldn’t believe it was in Beverly Hills!
