if I could give them a negative review I would! do not rent from them!! We rented from them for a wedding and our tent came and the canopy was full of holes ranging from small to f...
ist sized and our chairs were filthy and completely rusted. I called the owner Matt when it was getting set up and was told they had 600 events prior and my complaint was so out there it couldn't be believed even with the photos I sent in. He said they take great pride in they equipment but that couldn't be seen in the equipment I received. When I spoke with him about all the issues I was told it's rental equipment deal with it. So if you want rusted chairs and a tent with a built in skylight then go ahead and rent from them. They take great pride in their equipment.

sted what we wanted to rent. Jordan and Ben helped us with set up and their communication was fantastic. Everyone commented on how beautiful our clear tent with string lights were at the wedding. You can’t beat this team’s customer service and products!
Tents R Us was extremely helpful throughout the process! They definitely had the best prices in the area. My only complaint was that everything was supposed to be set up by 12:00. ...
However, they were still setting up the dance floor when I arrived. Luckily, I had friends and family who were able to set up the tables and chairs while they finished the dance floor. Overall, I was very happy with the company.
Tents R Us was great to work with for our wedding. They supplied us with a tent, tables and chairs. Their prices are great. They texted me a photo when setting up our tent to make...
sure it was in the correct spot- which we were really impressed by. Only a few negatives- there was some confusion over how long the rentals would be set up, and they let me know last minute that they set it up a day early and take it down a day after the event. Then I had to contact the venue to check on fees and to make sure that was okay last minute. All of that worked out fine. Also, there are different people in the office so sometimes you need to call back- but that wasn't annoying for me. I would say just to ask them early on when they are setting up and taking down, so you can let your venue know. All in all, a very positive experience. I would recommend them to everyone.
