Tents R Us has been fantastic to work with, and we couldn’t be happier with their service and products. I worked with Matthew to get a quote and he was incredibly helpful as I adjusted what we wanted to rent. Jordan and Ben helped us with set up and their communication was fantastic. Everyone commented on how beautiful our clear tent with string lights were at the wedding. You can’t beat this team’s customer service and products!

Tents R Us was extremely helpful throughout the process! They definitely had the best prices in the area. My only complaint was that everything was supposed to be set up by 12:00. However, they were still setting up the dance floor when I arrived. Luckily, I had friends and family who were able to set up the tables and chairs while they finished the dance floor. Overall, I was very happy with the company.

Tents R Us was great to work with for our wedding. They supplied us with a tent, tables and chairs. Their prices are great. They texted me a photo when setting up our tent to make sure it was in the correct spot- which we were really impressed by. Only a few negatives- there was some confusion over how long the rentals would be set up, and they let me know last minute that they set it up a day early and take it down a day after the event. Then I had to contact the venue to check on fees and to make sure that was okay last minute. All of that worked out fine. Also, there are different people in the office so sometimes you need to call back- but that wasn't annoying for me. I would say just to ask them early on when they are setting up and taking down, so you can let your venue know. All in all, a very positive experience. I would recommend them to everyone.
