had made the order So I could confirm everything And make sure it was perfect. No one would answer the phone but luckily I was able to reach someone via email. I was called back by the manager, who was very lovely, and told me that their store didn’t deliver to my location (which I didn’t know) and was given to another shop to fulfill the order. I even asked for the other shops name and number so I could confirm with them as well but was told that they would handle it and would be aware of any issues. Mother’s Day comes and NO flowers were delivered. I tried calling and emailing all day and no response. Mad and furious was an understatement for what I was as this order was a very special and meaningful one. I was emailed at 2:15am by the owner, Nina, who was so unapologetic but instead defensive herself. She was yelling, and rude and told me repeatedly that WHEN she got in contact with the other shop (which she hadn’t yet) and confirmed I didn’t receive the flowers (as if I was lying) then she would issue a return. She didn’t seem to truly understand that her customer service skills were horrendous and that it wasn’t truly about the money. She seemed heartless and could care less what this meant to me and my family. No sympathy. I regret using this florist. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

nterpiece and we made a few changes. Nina wanted us to be happy. My wedding bouquet was spectacular and the bridesmaids flowers were amazing. Our centerpieces were breathtaking. You can tell that Nina has been doing this for a long time and that it is her passion.

hard time explaining specifically the things I envision. Nina had no problem seeing what I saw. She thought of everything you can possibly think of. Nina made sure to follow up with me every so often to find if we had changes or any needs to be met. I knew I was in good hands with her. She had me drop off any of the additions she could take care of, such as my flowergirl basket, my aisle runner, the unity candles, our memorial candles, etc. The morning of the wedding, I would say she was Wonder Woman. She went to the church and got the aisle runner and unity candles ready along with the pews and bouquets on the alter we had wanted. She had all the men's boutonnieres and corsages for the men all labeled for what box went to whom. This made it incredibly easy for them when they arrived at the church. She then came to my hotel and dropped off all the girls' bouquets and mine. They looked stunning! After leaving the hotel, she went to the venue and decorated all the tables for our guests. She also put together a Memorial Table for us which we had requested. She had the candles exactly how we had wanted the, and kept it class without over doing it. She did all this and another wedding the same day. The bouquets were stunning. They were exactly what I had wanted. My centerpieces were breath taking. She took my vision and, after my approval, added some of her twists to things and they came out better than I could have imagined. Nina did a great job at staying within our budget. I had no worries about the flowers because I knew I could confide in her. Three girls who were at our wedding that are engaged all texted me to find out her information so they could use her. I now use Teri's Florist for all my floral arrangements because I know she will do an amazing job. I highly recommend using Teri's Florist for anyone's wedding. She will make sure it is exactly what you imagined.
