As a type A bride, I had endless rounds of questions - some so minor I feared I would be that obnoxious, annoying bride who tried to micromanage everything, but each conversation was welcomed and promptly answered. The entire staff is so well informed, organized and happy to help. The specifics I had requested, such as placing favor cards on plates or setting up the tables to my liking were carried out to a T. The week of our wedding, weather reports of 50% rain caused me to stress out and overthink back up plans, yet Riley doubled as a therapist and comforted me to know, it wouldn't rain and in the off chance it did, Tivoli had a rain plan of attack ready to roll out. Of course, as he assured me, the weather was fabulous. Another small gesture that meant the world to me - I have food allergies and Tivoli went the extra mile to substitute items with my allergy in mind. We still had the cake cutting in front of our guests, with a hidden slice of gluten free cake behind the big cake so we could feed one another a bite; my bridesmaids and I entered the bridal party room pre-ceremony and toasted to apple cider, in place of champagne,so I could partake; Our dinners were delivered to my groom and me at the sweetheart table with a reassurance that mine was prepared gluten free. All things that were such a delight to not have to worry about. Above the service and the beauty of the venue, the price was phenomenal. I can't thank Tivoli enough for making our big day such a smooth and memorable experience. We can't wait to find an excuse to visit Tivoli again in the future.

I was most impressed when one of my guest told the staff of her food allergies (which are a lot of them!) the kitchen whipped her up a meal on the spot and even made sure she got a fresh bowl of fruit when everyone else was served cake! I would without a doubt do it all over again at Tivoli Too! I keep trying to push it on all my friends and clients that are getting engaged!! They deserve more than 5 stars!!

t married here. The staff always are prompt to respond and are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I have known several brides who spent almost double what Tivoli Too costs and were not half as nice. This is a great venue!

y executed my wedding flawlessly. Since this venue already comes with a large amount of decor, there is very little you need to do. The food is exceptional. Highly recommended.

traditional stuff (first dance, toasts, meal, garter/bouquet toss etc.) so don't even hesitate to purchase the extra time. IT'S WORTH IT! The other thing I wish was that they had more cake flavors. I really wanted a chocolate wedding cake HOWEVER, the carrot cake really was to die for and the presentation (both whole and then served) was beautifully done. I would also recommend going to see the venue in person. They really have outdated and poor pictures on their website and we had no idea how HUGE the venue and space was or how breath taking all the plants and statues were until we went (note:Art-a-fair is a different experience all together). The staff is amazing. Truly. 100% at their best to make sure everyone was happy and taken care of. I was married on September 15th, the hottest day in 30 years and had a noon wedding. After the ceremony every single glass was filled with ice water and they kept bringing out more and more umbrellas to shade my guests. This is truly an outstanding venue. They know what they're doing, and they do it well. Well done Tivoli Too! Oh and EVERY single person I've talked with since our honeymoon has told us either it was the best wedding they've ever been too, the best wedding food & cake they've ever had or both!

out how romantic and charming the venue was! My only suggestions: Tivoli provides some items that you definitely want to upgrade! We did our own table linens (believe it or not, that made a HUGE difference), flowers (we did simple white tuplips in glass bowls that were classic elegance; they were providing a red rose in a vase which just didn't do the place justice), and we got rid of their pianist who was to play during the processional (she played for me on the phone and it was not the vibe we were going for; we hired a guitarist off of Gigmaster (he played before the ceremony, during the ceremony, and during the cocktail hour after- I walked down the a gorgeous, live rendition of "Marry Me" by Train!). BUT...those were our only changes. My husband and I just can't stop talking about how happy we were with Tivoli Too. I wish I could post a pic in this review to show just how beautiful the place was...

y 18, 2012 but our wedding adventure started about a year and a half before that. The Manager/Coordinator, Kate, was fantastic! She answered all of our questions and was always there throughout the entire planning process. Our Day of Coordinators, Ashley and Vanessa, were amazing and kept us on schedule the entire time. We had a very large set up and 175 guests and everything was set perfectly and everyone had an amazing time!

ghting/character/good food/wonderful employees- it is truly romantic and enchanting. I asked if they ever held wedding here and the response was an energetic "yes!" When my longtime boyfriend proposed a few years later, it was the first venue we visited with our parents. On the day we met with them there was a horrible storm and it down poured rain. The venue was still dry and covered (even being half outdoors) and just as beautiful as ever. Knowing that's as bad as it would get on our wedding day, we were sold. Our parents love the place as well and liked that so much was included for the price.Thank you guys for all your help in making everything run smoothly! Being a craft nut-I'm so thankful you guys took care of many bulk wedding details (food, cake/alcohol/tables/music/decor/coordinator/etc., so that I could focus and spend time obsessing on all the details that really mattered to me and uniquely represented us as a couple. Everything was set up beautifully, your coordinators are FANTASTIC, and the night was just a blast! So many guests commented on how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food was, and how much they loved our DJ (DJ LUX). Jason kept telling me it was the best night of his life. I can't say Thank you enough!

the wedding to help everything go smoothly and they worked well with the DJ to accomplish this. They even wrapped my toasting glasses back up and boxed them. I got many complements on the beauty of the place and also on the food that everyone loved, one said it was the best food they have had at the wedding (the most complements came from the taco bar carnitas (shredded pork). I had 150 people attend so the seating was the only problem because although more can fit, they were set up in an area where it was difficult to see the bride and groom table, however, if you guarantee that many people they will reserve the whole place for you rather than splitting up the venue into 2.

food, table settings, lighting, cake and party favors were placed as we wanted them. This venue is worth every penny and Tivoli will make it stunning when it’s your special day. Thank you Tivoli and Thank you Kate.

d. We were pleasantly surprised that we actually got money back for deposits we had forgotten about. The venue itself is beautiful at night. There are some weird murals on the walls outside of the ceremony area, but you dont see them at all (atleast at night). The lighting and the garden atmosphere are all very beautiful. The inside of the reception area is equally gorgous and lit up with lots of twinkle lights and a beautiful chandelier. My complaints: as the bride and groom we were charged for a special meal (we felt it should have been complimentary) and the lighting in the reception area was a little too bright during the dancing section of the reception making it feel a little akward. All in all we had a very beautiful wedding and a great time and were able to save a decent amount of money.

The food was amazing and the staff was so courteous. The best part of all, when I walked in right before the wedding, I was brought to tears at how beautiful they made the venue look. for our small reception of 55 and holds very comfortably 80. I was told they'd had 110 in the smaller space but imagine that would take some creativity. In non-summer months the tent they have would definitely hold a lot more. This venue includes centerpieces, linens, tables and chairs, cake, dinner and natural decor as a part of a very reasonably priced package. We did, however, have our reception in the summer months when things are a bit more affordable and the space is a bit less private. That being said, I can't say I noticed any lack of privacy as the art fair part of the venue was winding down as our party was winding up! Kate promised us from the first meeting that once I step through the doors on the night of the wedding I should be able to not worry about anything. She and the rest of the staff kept that promise and Tivoli Too! was everything I expected and more.

de. The coordinators there, especially Kate and Jesse, were unbelievably professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive to any questions we had. They made us feel completely at ease and took care of everything. Because of their incredible organization, our wedding and reception was flawless. The pictures on their website don't do justice to it's beauty. All of my guests remarked that it was one of the most beautiful wedding venues they had ever been to. The food was delicious and plentiful. We selected a sit down dinner with choices of salmon, chicken florentine and ratatouille (for vegetarians). All of the dishes were attractively presented and tasted delicious. If you are having a wedding for under 90 guests, you must consider this place. They are AWESOME!

The day of the wedding, the staff was so fluid in their motions and doing exactly what needed to be done before one could even think of it. They were extremely helpful in directing the entire event as it unfolded before our eyes, and there was no need for us to think or fret at all at any time - all we had to do was look to one of the staff and they led us to our next step, as they had everything figured out for us. With the experience they have with weddings, and the frequency at which they have them, they have got it down to a science, which really pays off when you're stressed & new to the whole wedding thing. We did not hire a wedding coordinator as Tivoli's help was more than enough for our needs. The food was wonderful, and while we only had the premises for 4 contracted hours, it was a perfect amount of time, as we left during the peak of enjoyment, leaving everyone on a high that ensured us happy memories for a lifetime. The French garden atmosphere against the canyon was the perfect setting for me, personally, as it had so much personal history and meaning. We were blessed with beautiful weather, the grounds were simply gorgeous. The wedding cake was beautifully decorated, though we got the white cake and it wasn't the best white cake I've ever tasted. We chose not to freeze any for a later date. The flowers they used to decorate were beautiful. The champagne was very tasty (I did not taste the wines or beer) and all of the guests enjoyed the food. The food was presented well, (we had a sit-down dinner) and was tasty. I enjoyed eating the dinner with my hubby at our head table, and made a point of doing so, as I did not want to get jipped of a menu that I had heard so much about in the months up to the big day! During the candle ceremony, all of the candles had blown out before my hubby and I could light our unity candle. No problem, Diane was there to relight them for us. The pianist that they worked with was wonderful, always available to talk to on the phone (she even played the piano over the phone in length so we could get an idea of what we could have played, and learned a song especially for us). Kudos for all of that hard work! All-in-all, I could not think of a better place for us to get married, and sincerely wish the success we had for everyone else who chooses to go with Tivoli! Cheers!

hing ran very smoothly. From the details in decor to the appetizers and music, Tivoli Too is an excellent option for brides and grooms looking for a venue that offers everything all in one sitting. Our package included open bar for beer, wine, and champagne, appetizers and a 3 course sit down meal, their delicious wedding carrot cake, linens, centerpieces, etc... In addition, our vendors (DJ and chocolate fountain) were outstanding and were from their referral list. The staff at Tivoli Too is extremely easy to talk to and very professional. Patrick and Jessi were such a pleasure to work with and took care of EVERYTHING that evening while Kate was great to work with leading up to the months prior to the wedding. Guests were raving, and still continue to talk about what a beautiful and memorable wedding night that was. My husband and I are so glad we had our reception there and hope to one day attend someone else's wedding at Tivoli Too so we could experience another beautiful evening in Laguna Beach.

like we would be rushed to get everything done quickly and I was told it would be best if I just came to the venue with my hair and makeup done and just get dressed there. To some it won't matter but I want to get ready at the venue I choose to eliminate more stress. Overall the people there were nice and it is worth checking out.

. The best part was how little I had to do, because hte food, cake, and even the decor was all part of the package. I didn't have to buy any flowers for centerpieces or the altar because all of it is provided!

The French garden was filled with gorgeous flowers, lit with beautiful hanging lanterns, tiny gold twinkling lights, and gorgeous candelabras. The wedding cake is displayed in a Victorian gazebo decorated with flowers, the trees and gazebo are illuminated with hundreds of twinkling lights. Hanging candles are lit and the area is a scene of enchantment and romance. The food, service and attention to detail was perfection. The whole wedding flowed effortlessly and mistake free. No a single face of boredom. Have you ever heard of a wedding when people wanted to stay longer, they did at ours!

se our guest count went under 75 people. It would have been $500 for us to get back that half hour, and the invitations had already gone out. At the end of the reception they threw away all of the bouquets and favors before my family had a chance to get them. My bridesmaids were very upset, and a lot a people were sad that they didn't get to keep their favor. The noise issue was a little bit of a problem, because of where the venue was located. We had to pay a deposit for excess noise that was never refunded. No explanation was given as to why we were'nt refunded. The time constraints made the whole thing feel very rushed, and my husband and I really wished that we had had more time to enjoy it.
