rry came to our rescue by answering our questions (even while we were at our honeymoon we still had questions and she answered them!), providing us a list of options to narrow down and make our decisions easier. If there was something we were interested in, such as excursions, she checked to make sure that it wouldn't be too far out of the way so that we didn't waste our day traveling to the location. After she booked our rooms, excursions, and flights, she had other services to offer when got off the plane! The services from the moment we got off of the plane and when we got to the resort was phenomenal. We were so glad that we paid the extra fee for the VIP service at the airport, because it made everything so much easier and stress free -- so worth it! Also, because of COVID, it's important to note that we had to reschedule our honeymoon. Terry took care of that for us as well, even though she had to be on the phone for more than 5 hours trying to fix our schedule and making sure that we wouldn't be charged extra for rescheduling! She also made sure that we got all of our things covered at the airport such as making sure we had all of the paperwork necessary (including a negative COVID test result). Really the only thing we'd change about booking our next trip is that we'd definitely love to pay the extra money for a straight flight to our destination, if available. By the time we finished our honeymoon we were ready to go home and because we had a layover, what would have been a 3 hour flight back home turned into 6 hours (3 hour flight each way) -- however, this was out of Terry's control since that's what we chose initially to save money. Overall my husband and I were very pleased with our first trip together out of the country and we're looking forward to many more in the future with Terry's help! Terry, thank you so much for making this trip as easy as possible for us, for answering our never-ending questions, and basically taking on what would've been our stress if we had tried to plan our own trip. You are amazing at what you do!

n the Knot, so I reached out to her to help us find the perfect honeymoon destination, and she did an AMAZING job! She was always super quick to respond to me and my husband's emails, and she gave us several different options within our budget based on what we wanted to do on our honeymoon. We ended up going to a Sandal's resort at St. Lucia based off her recommendation, and it was so incredibly beautiful. We wanted to go somewhere where we could lounge on the beach AND hike a mountain. Now...I don't suggest hiking the Pitons on your honeymoon because that was the MOST intense hike we've done and we were not prepared (physically and mentally) hahaha, but the views were amazing and the entire honeymoon was a dream come true. Again, Terry was so fantastic and helpful and we couldn't have done it without her!

ted the Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau and Terry did everything else. She booked our flights and the room, made sure we were updated when the airline changed flight times and we needed to switch to another airline. About a week before our trip, we received our tickets and Sandals info packet, everything went perfectly and now we're looking to book with her again for our one year anniversary. One thing I really appreciated is that she was always easy to reach, whether by email or phone, if she missed our call, she made sure to contact us either later that same day or the next day.

Terry went above and beyond and rescheduled our entire stay for 2 weeks later which proved very beneficial because multiple people were attempting to do the same thing but she took care of it well enough in advance that we still had our same accommodations with no issues. Once again I can't say enough good things about working with Terry!! P.S Get travel insurance if you are traveling in hurricane season!! It saved our trip and was worth every penny!

know our budget and our "Must Haves" for the trip and within a day Terry had called me to get more details. After speaking with Terry, we had a list of options sent to us with in a day or two. After my fiance and I decided which option was best for us, Terry had the entire trip booked by the end of the day. The airfare, airport pick up and drop off, and our all inclusive resort was completely done. The entire process took less than week and was completely stress free. That is so hard to find during planning a wedding. I would absolutely use Terry again!

& Caicos. Everything went sooo smooth and was soooo easy! Terry was simply a pleasure to work with. EVERY question I had was answered immediately and I had ALOT of questions! She worked extremely well with the wedding coordinator at Turks and the whole time i was at ease and a stress-free bride! I was able to take my family on vacation and get married in the most beautiful place EVER! I would not change my wedding experience at all. It was PERFECT!!!!!!

lage at Ochi Rios Beach Resort was everything she told us it would be and she shared all the secrets of the resort that not everyone knows when you get there. Nor can you find this on the internet! We had an incredible time on our honeymoon and will definitely be using Terry's services again on our next trip!!

She was informative about everything from the resorts to the airlines we would be using to what day would be best to travel. When we were at the resort, we decided to stay an extra day for various reasons. My husband was able to get on the phone with her and she made that happen with ease. When we came home, she sent a follow up email to make sure everything worked out and just check up on how our vacation went and if it was to the standard we expected. Getting that extra personal touch was the cherry on top of a great experience. She made the entire honeymoon process a breeze for us, and we are so happy to have found our travel agent for future vacations!!

She helped us make the right decision on our rooms, what to do on our honeymoon, and all the hidden secrets that we needed to know about our resorts that you cannot learn about on the internet except through years of personal experience. I haven't mentioned the best part yet. While we were on our honeymoon we purchased an ornament from the resort gift shop in St. Lucia. When we returned home our cat accidentally knocked it over from where we were displaying it. My wife was more distraught than I had ever seen her before (and I was with her through the wedding process so I know what I'm talking about). I contacted Terry and asked her if there was anyway we could contact the resort and get a replacement ornament sent. Terry took it upon herself to contact the gift shop manager and arrange for a replacement to be shipped back to me. When I gave the ornament to my wife as a early Christmas gift I had her in tears. She was so happy to have the one keepsake we bought from our honeymoon back. Terry didn't have to help me contact the resort because I wasn't ordering another package. She did it because she truly loves and cares for her customers and will go above and beyond for you. She has forever earned my business and look forward to planning our future expeditions with Terry!
