Tessa Lyn Events

ns! Tessa was so much fun but kept us to a timeline so no problems before, during and after the wedding. With her guidance the entire rehearsal dinner and wedding was flawless and would not have changed a thing! Love her....best party ever!!!!

en. She is passionate about what she does and that shows in every aspect of her character and work. We love you!! Couldn't have pictured a more perfect day <333333

l within minutes, no matter the time. Her responsiveness, kindness, and attention to detail were beyond anything I could have imagined. We had a very short engagement, and Alicia was on top of every single detail from start to finish. She kept everything so organized and calm that what could have been stressful ended up being so fun and exciting. She went above and beyond in every way, coming to my home multiple times to help with invitations, picking up boxes filled with slippers and goodies for guests, and even handmaking every single table number out of travertine to match our décor. She also created the most beautiful custom signs for our bar with our signature drinks, it was all perfection. Alicia truly cared about every part of the process. She made thoughtful suggestions that elevated the entire weekend and made sure everything reflected us. The day of my wedding, I honestly felt like a princess. One of her amazing assistants was by my side the entire night, making sure I had everything I needed, from Tylenol to food to scissors! Alicia and her team thought of everything before I even could. Everything was seamless, stress-free, and absolutely beautiful. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing I got to just enjoy every second and soak it all in. Alicia came with us to every hotel and venue visit, we shared so many laughs along the way, and she brought the best energy to every single moment. Alicia, thank you for making my dream wedding come to life. You went above and beyond in every way and made what could have been overwhelming feel effortless. You are truly the best of the best, and we already miss you and your amazing energy so much! 🤍

joy to work with - she is truly an EXPERT in what she does. She has the patience of a saint and stuck with us through venue indecision, major headcount and budget changes, and entertained the wild ideas we came up with. She has an eye for detail that made all the difference in the world. We had guests mail us handwritten notes after the wedding telling us that the attention to detail by our planner was unlike anything they had seen at prior weddings. Planning a wedding could have been the most stressful thing in the world, but it actually could not have been easier thanks to Kathryn. And the weekend of the wedding itself could easily be incredibly overwhelming - Kathryn was ten steps ahead of everyone and made the entire thing seamless. Our wedding was better than we could have ever dreamed it to be, and we feel confident that it would not have been so incredible had we hired a different planner. I could go on and on in this review but I am reaching the word count limit so I will just say: working with Kathryn and the TLE team will be the best decision you make and will change the course of your wedding. THANK YOU KATHRYN WE LOVE YOU!!

nths to remotely plan the whole affair for 85 people. Thus we needed someone who would stay on top of everything make the process as seamless and worry-free as possible. From the very first call, I knew I could trust Alicia and she did not disappoint. With years of experience behind her belt, Alicia is a great communicator and she has a detailed step by step timeline that gives you a good grasp of what you need to prioritize and concentrate on at every point. Her helpful check-ins help you stay on track without causing any anxiety. We all know how stressful planning can be. Breaking down what seems to be an enormous project into manageable chunks really allows you to understand the process better and get a feeling on what you truly want to get as a result. I asked Alicia to provide me with 2-3 options for each vendor category to avoid being overwhelmed and she truly delivered. I run her options by some of the family member who is in event planning herself and they were confirmed as top quality. To this day I’m getting many compliments and referral requests for my photographer, florist, band, etc. Alicia is a great communicator and I was always able to schedule a quick call if I needed to discuss anything. I always had her attention and now the wedding is over I miss our weekly calls)) I’m very impressed by the fact that every little detail we discussed made it to Alicia’s to do list and nothing was lost in communication. Alicia had helpful suggestions that made our wedding weekend truly special and helped us eliminate things that wouldn’t work for our event. We stayed within out budget (which is a rare case considering how much opportunity is out there to overwhelm the already stressed bride) and I never felt like I was dragged into agreeing to anything I didn’t need. On the day of the wedding Alicia and her assistants from Tessa Lyn Events were always around to make sure the day was unfolding seamlessly and worry free. One piece of advice I got was to be sure to enjoy every moment of such a special day in my life. Alicia and Tessa Lyn Events really put together an amazing team that delivered everything as promised, brought my vision to life, and made it possible to create incredible memories for us and our guests.

nt off without a single hiccup or moment of stress. They both are incredibly organized, kind, and run everything with unmatched precision and professionalism. Kathryn was a true partner and guide throughout the planning process helping to keep us on track . Tessa's execution of the events throughout the weekend was simply a 10/10. I couldn't have asked for a better team and I am so lucky to have worked with them. I highly highly recommend working with them to any bride in need of a top notch team. They are truly fantastic!!!

r detail, gives only the best well-vetted vendor recs, and guides decisions in a way that ties everything together beautifully while staying true to your vision. She consistently and patiently did whatever was needed to adjust and problem-solve to balance client and vendor requirements. On the wedding day, she and her amazing team orchestrated everything from start to finish, making it all look and feel effortless.

lucky to have worked with. Due to our venue, we had to bring in everything (rentals, food, drinks, lighting, etc.) and Tessa and her team executed this flawlessly. She always kept our design vision in mind, while also providing VERY helpful recommendations based on her vast experience. She even managed to execute a lighting design that was a bit challenging. But she made it happen! Tessa answered all our questions throughout the planning process and kept us on track with helpful check-ins and detailed schedules. She also always kept our budget in mind. Once the weekend arrived, we knew we were in the best hands. There is so much going on day-of, and Tessa and her team kept everything on track behind the scenes and made the day way less stressful for us so we could truly enjoy it!! Tessa’s professionalism, expertise, kindness, and attention-to-detail is so helpful throughout the planning process and for the whole weekend. Working with Tessa was the single best decision we made for our wedding! We are so thankful. Our family and friends are still raving about how gorgeous and fun the wedding was, many saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and that’s a true testament to Tessa and her team!

e. She planned our entire wedding in a very short amount of time and somehow managed to execute everything we wanted on the day of even with a million last minute changes we made and added details. She thinks of it all and is one step ahead of you and really takes the pressure and stress off you when it comes to anything. She held our hand throughout the entire process and we really needed it. She is experienced, available, professional, and flexible and answers your emails faster than you sent them. She really is the best of the best and I can’t recommend her enough!

r us. She made every conversation, even the inevitably difficult ones as comfortable and flawless as she could. She was always in our corner, and had such great ideas and solves for issues I would have never been able to get through without her wisdom. She is so on top of it, knew all of our vendors, really understood my vision and was willing to put in the work to make sure it translated flawlessly the day of. Your wedding day and all the planning can feel incredibly hectic and Alicia was really a dream when it came to all the logistics, plus she is so lovely it was exciting to get to spend that precious time with her! Our wedding was flawlessly executed and I could not be happier with our choice in picking Tessa Lyn Events and Alicia. I would give 10 stars if I could and I recommend her to everyone I know!!! Do not hesitate when it comes to Alicia she was instrumental in making it a perfect day for me, my husband and our families :)

ur vision to life in ways we never imagined possible. She thought through every detail, big and small, and made the entire planning process—from beginning to end—an absolute joy. Her organization, expertise, and creativity turned chaos into calm. We worked with her for fourteen months and her commitment and warm attitude never wavered. On the day of our wedding, Kathryn ensured everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy each moment without a single worry. She handled everything behind the scenes, so we could simply relax and soak in the bliss of the day. The decor she guided us towards selecting was jaw-dropping and stunning, the timeline she crafted was flawless, and every vendor she recommended (seriously, she knows THE best peeps in town) exceeded expectations. Our guests are still raving about how gorgeous everything looked and how smoothly the day unfolded. If you’re looking for a wedding planner you can truly trust—someone who listens, goes above and beyond, and brings incredible warmth and expertise to every step of the process—look no further. Our wedding was an experience we’ll treasure forever, and it wouldn’t have come together so beautifully without Kathryn. We are eternally grateful. Kathryn and Tessa Lyn Events understand exactly what a wedding day should feel like and ensure it’s nothing less than absolute magic.

knew we would be taken care of and felt at ease with her. Our venue encountered many different setbacks, most notably when we realized our original date of 12/31/23 would not be available due to the clubhouse not being completed. We pushed back our date to 3/9/24 still knowing having our reception in a tent was a very viable option. What do you know, we ended up with a tented reception on that pushed back date haha. What could have been a complete nightmare turned into an actual dream with Kathryn as our planner. She far exceeded my greatest expectations and turned it into a complete dream. Kathryn is an angel inside and out; no detail went unturned, no unexpected event was too much for her to handle. I didn't have to stress over anything with Kathryn leading the way. Our wedding was perfect and I give Kathryn full credit for that. If anyone is looking for a wedding planner - look no further than this woman because she will knock it out of the park and take all of the stress off of you as a bride. I am proud to now call her as a friend and would hire her 1000/100, she is the best in the business! Thank you Kathryn, Sumil and I love you!

what we had imagined. From our very first meeting, Tessa put our minds at ease. Her organizational skills are remarkable, and she managed to keep everything on schedule without making it feel overwhelming. She introduced us to her detailed planning tools, which kept us organized and comfortable with every decision we made. She listened to and captured our vision for the wedding and brought it together in a way that exceeded our expectations and dreams. Her check-ins throughout the planning process really made a difference, demonstrating how much she genuinely cared about our experience. Tessa also has an incredible design eye. From the details on our save-the-dates and wedding invitations to the flower arrangements, to the aisle, to the lighting in the tent, the linens, the customized dance floor, the seating wall with fresh flowers, the beautiful bars, the candles, and even the color of the silverware, Tessa made sure that every single detail tied into our garden black tie wedding. Tessa also used her years of experience to help us work within our budget. She helped us prioritize what was most important and found creative ways to stretch our dollars. Her connections with vendors at all price ranges were invaluable, and thanks to her, we were able to work with some of the best and top-ranked florists, photographers, musicians, caterers, rental companies, DJs, and more while staying within budget. During the wedding weekend, Tessa brought everything we envisioned to life. The welcome party we held on Friday perfectly set the tone for the weekend, and on our wedding day, Tessa was a calming presence. She managed everything behind the scenes, from coordinating vendors to addressing family inquiries, which allowed us to immerse ourselves fully in the moment. I wholeheartedly recommend Tessa to any couple. Hiring her as our planner was the best decision we made for our wedding. Her expertise, kindness, and commitment to creating a perfect day are invaluable. She truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect, and I'm forever thankful for her. Lastly, and as a true testament to Tessa's talent, countless family and friends have told us that this was the best wedding they've ever been to. It was the best day of our lives, and Tessa made that happen.

planning process a joy. Kathryn is exceptionally organized, thoughtful, and creative, bringing a fun energy to everything she does. The wedding went beautifully, and everything looked perfect—her attention to detail truly shines through in her work. Kathryn is amazing at what she does, and I can't wait to collaborate with her again in the future!

ding and whipped it into shape immediately! We never had to worry about anything - Tessa has the best vendors and I always knew she had our best interest at heart. She was communicative, attentive, and patient throughout the entire planning process. I can't imagine ours was the simplest wedding she's ever planned, but there was never a single moment where we doubted her. We were lucky to work with the entire TLE team and feel so grateful to have had so many talented, smart women who cared so much about making our day perfect. Tessa, Kathryn, and Alicia could've said no to our somewhat last-minute plea for help, but we are so grateful they didn't. Our wedding was not easy, and they made it look like the most effortless, beautiful day. I will never be able to appropriately express my gratitude for them and all of their hard work!

untry was much harder than I thought, until we started working with Alicia. She was always quick to respond, so knowledgeable about literally every topic we asked her about…enough so that we were at our tasting and my husband and I couldn’t decide what we wanted so we kept saying, “Alicia, you pick” because we knew that it was going to be the best choice. I can tell you that a year later, I’m still hearing from friends and family how incredible our wedding was, and my husband and I couldn’t agree more. We had some last minute changes but we never felt like we had to worry about how the day would turn out because we knew she had it handled. I felt calmer on the day of the wedding than I ever could have imagined and that’s largely thanks to Alicia. I knew that with her running the day and our amazing team of vendors that it was going to be an incredible day. Also, the Tessa Lyn team has great relationships with tons of fantastic vendors so that was a great bonus in helping us choose the rest of our vendor team. Working with Alicia will be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make when planning your wedding. My only regret is not working with her sooner!

job creating her dream wedding. Naturally when my youngest was engaged, we booked Tessa right away. From start to finish, she kept my daughter relaxed, responded to her questions and needs right away and took the major stressors off. Tessa is incredibly creative, very respectful of our budget, has great relationships with the most reliable vendors and venues and is just an absolutely kind and caring person. This doesn’t feel like just a business to her, she’s invested in her clients, and we always felt like her priority. The wedding was 250 guests, a completely outdoor April wedding planned at a gorgeous venue (found by Tessa). Less than a week before the wedding the weather turned. Massive pivot. Tessa managed to pull off a redesign, securing the most beautiful tenting and lighting. Our guests couldn’t believe it wasn’t the original plan. So many things needed to be reconfigured, she reassured my daughter it would all be beautiful. It truly was magical. Day of, if there were any hiccups, we had no idea. Tessa and her team took care of it all. I’m still hearing from our guests about how beautiful and amazing it was. It could not have happened without Tessa and her team. My family loves Tessa and I miss my constant communication with her. She has a special place in my family’s hearts. The memories created from both weddings will always be one of the biggest highlights in our lives. We will definitely stay connected. Tessa is truly the best of the best.

ink about for us and help us coordinate throughout the process. We were so lucky to have a planner that brought all of her knowledge and expertise while simultaneously allowing and encouraging us to share our opinions, interests and dreams for our wedding day. From the florals to the lighting, the ceremony setup to the custom ice cubes, and even coming up with ideas to include our personal story in our decor, Tessa didn’t miss even one detail that made our wedding so unique. She was able to effortlessly guide us when we were unsure or had questions and every second we could feel her support. She communicated so clearly with us and our families as well as with the vendors and her team to pull everything together seamlessly. More than anything, Tessa cares so deeply about and every one of the people involved in the planning process and will go the extra mile without a second thought. We trusted Tessa whole heartedly and it was the best decision we could have made. Just days before our wedding we were surprised with a rain forecast and she worked tirelessly, nonstop to create a beautiful alternative to our original plan that ended up going beyond what we ever imagined. She was so professional in her ability to guide and adapt on the spot on wedding day with continuing weather adjustments and on top of being professional, she showed the most compassion and empathy towards myself and my husband and family while we were experiencing all of the emotions of the rain changes. I can’t forget all of the times throughout the planning process and wedding day that my husband would tell me just how in awe he was of all of the work Tessa and her team did that he didn’t even know needed to be done. Even our guests couldn’t stop telling us how amazing she was all night. Tessa never once stopped working to make sure every second of our day was a second we’d hold onto forever. We are so grateful to have not only had the best wedding planner that anyone could ask for, but to be able to call Tessa family for the rest of our lives. We love the entire TLE team so much and can only hope we’ll be lucky enough to work with them again for more family celebrations in the future!

we're so glad she did because it was absolutely magical. Tessa handled all of the vendor relationships so seamlessly - I didn't have to worry about a thing - especially on the wedding day. She was our biggest advocate throughout the entire process. Tessa is super creative, has such great vision, and an amazing eye for detail when it comes to everything -- the decor, the glassware, the food, the invitations etc. She's also really fun and funny and simply a pleasure to work with. Our wedding day was absolutely stunning and the most fun and it wouldn't have been possible without Tessa. 10/10! <3

tep of the way. Her vendor recommendations were amazing and the entire weekend went on without a hitch. I cannot recommend Tessa enough! She is organized, professional, and FUN! There is literally nothing I would change from working with her.

of planning together, it was a complete breeze because of Tessa She makes planning your wedding easy, fun, and honestly enjoyable because you don't need to stress with her having your back. And on the wedding day itself - don't even think about a detail because every little thing will be taken care of by her and her team for you to focus on what important, the best night of your life. Tessa was not just a wedding planner to us, but she became a friend and felt like family...She is truly THE BEST and I will argue anyone who disagrees! G and I miss you :)

parents 50th wedding anniversary. I would highly recommend them.

yn always replied to our emails quickly and gave us recommendations that fit within our budget, really working with us to get the best vendors. Leading up to the wedding, every detail was meticulously handled, leaving us mostly stress-free on the big day. Kathryn's team anticipated all our needs throughout the day and made us feel supported and comfortable. Our guests said this was the most beautiful wedding they'd seen, and said they could tell we thought of every detail. While we'd like to take credit for that, it's really Kathryn and her team who executed on our vision and made our plans a reality! We can't recommend Kathryn and TLE enough!!!

or few weeks away, she helped tremendously. She was personal yet professional - I felt like I was grabbing coffee with a friend, but she was also tackling every wedding hurdle or idea with ease. There are no dumb questions. She made me feel comfortable. Her impressive knowledge of day-of and rehearsal timelines, scheduling, SoCal venues, troubleshooting different challenges, etc. made weeks’ worth of stresses melt away. I felt lighter after we first met. I was actually able to enjoy the day because she helped me feel so prepared. My only regret is not texting Tori A. sooner. Could have saved me some stress! Trust me, I want other brides to have as wonderful of an experience planning their wedding!! She was excellent.

essa was highly organized from day 1 of our wedding planning process. She was extremely kind and thoughtful in all of our meetings. She truly cared about us as a couple and making sure to listen to all our crazy ideas and make our dreams come to life. She has tremendous attention to detail and her expertise and logistical operation made our entire weekend run so smoothly. Our entire weekend could not have been more perfect and we are so grateful for everything that Tessa and her team did to make sure it went off without a hitch. She made handling a 250 person wedding look so easy :) We would highly recommend Tessa to anyone!

parents the most beautiful anniversary party. Tessa's attention to detail is immeasurable. She thinks of everything and makes the planning process seamless. She is fun, creative, organized like no one we've ever met and thinks of everything! She does so much work behind the scenes to make your event everything you could ever dream of. Each time we work with her she continues to amaze us. Our family loves Tessa and we feel so lucky that she has been such a big part of our huge family celebrations and milestones. She is about to throw her fourth event for our family in 2024 and after that we will have to come up with more events so we can continue to work with her. We love Tessa and her team!

. She was the lynchpin of our wedding day orchestrating and executing everything so that it went more beautifully and perfectly than we could have possibly imagined! She is exceptionally organized, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and proactive in everything she does. She is also very caring and kind and always listened closely to our ideas and questions and provided helpful feedback and solutions. She also did an excellent job communicating and coordinating with our vendors and various stakeholders in the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day itself. She is truly talented at what she does. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator in the LA area, Kathryn is who you'll want on your team! We were so grateful beyond words to have her as our coordinator and any couple would be lucky to have her. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I could've dreamed of when I was finding a wedding planner! We chose a destination wedding at the Terranea in California, and she made our entire process feel like an absolute breeze! I couldn't have done this without her. From the multiple options of vendors she provides and works closely with, to her ability to be able to recognize a venue space and how to transform it, to her creative mindset, and attention to detail, (C&C ice sculpture, cocktail napkin monograms, table setting and menus, floral placements and designs, etc.) she is top notch, I could go on and on! She has a genuine ability to visualize exactly what you want and make it happen! She made my husband and I feel so special. The day of the wedding can be stressful, however I never once felt that! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease during it all. If you are planning a wedding and want your dreams to come true, I highly recommend working with Kathryn! I can't compliment her enough :) she gets the job done in the highest, most effortless manner possible! She's an incredible, honest, caring woman, I have so much respect for her and her team!!! Thank you for EVERYTHING Kathryn! You were a dream to work with!

and rehearsal to final wedding day, she was always so professional, patient, proactive, easy to reach, and early to all our meetings! Highly organized and attentive to detail too! Alicia made our wedding day flow so smoothly, and even all of my bridesmaids, family and friends all noticed what a stellar planner she was. She was there for every minute of the day, keeping us on schedule, making sure we had everything we needed, and even helping pour the wines to our guests when I noticed that the catering service team at the venue was behind! I couldn't have asked for a better planner or experience on such an important day of our lives. Thank you, Alicia!

p of everything! She was a constant source of knowledge throughout our time working with her, and all of her vendors and recommendations were perfect. We're so thrilled to have had her! If you're looking for someone kind, detail-oriented, and easy to work with, look no further!

s we went through the process. My husband and I didn’t know much about wedding planning or the process, so Tessa really took the time to walk us through every step. She helped guide us through the must haves, nice to haves, and what to avoid. We took a non-traditional approach to our wedding – we had micro-wedding for our actual ceremony and a large “reception” party for around 170 guests at a later date. Tessa delivered flawlessly on both. She has deep connections with a multitude of vendors and was able to present us with curated options based on the ascetic we were wanted. She presented us with the best of the best – from the hair and makeup to the cake, everything came together perfectly. Many of our guests came to us to express how much fun they had and beautiful and thoughtful everything was. I also can’t overstate how easy and seamless the actual wedding day. There are so many moving pieces, but Tessa had everything perfectly organized, I just got to enjoy (and eat!). It sounds so corny, but it was truly the best day of our lives and to say we couldn’t have done it without Tessa is the understatement of century. We are so incredibly grateful for her and her team.

not the, very best weddings they've ever attended. It was simply extraordinary, and much of that credit goes to Kathryn and her incredible team. They were all super professional, friendly, attentive to detail, responsive, and also quite importantly, calm and cool during what could have been a very stressful time. But, they put us at ease, and helped make this one of very best days our family has ever had. I would recommend Kathryn for any occasion that is important to you and which you care about. She is truly the best!!

asy to work with, so creative, so understanding and talented… she brings the most to the table. Every single detail was on point. My husband and I are truly over the moon with the Tessa Lyn Events team.

working with Tessa is that she has an incredible team assembled already. You can choose amongst a list of vendors that her team works with regularly, including Tessa's husband Rich Brand who was our videographer. They all will probably know each other, and be super happy to work together cohesively. Tessa made sure that every detail was taken care of and she is consistently pleasant, patient, and just super on top of it. We knew we were in good hands but couldn't have predicted how good until wedding day. Thank you Tessa!!!

so calm and on top of everything, she was such a big part of making our day perfect.

me feel at ease. People would tell me I was so calm for someone who was planning a wedding and it was all thanks to Kathryn. She took all the stress out of planning the wedding and it came together BEAUTIFULLY. The most amazing part was seeing it all come to life especially after planning a wedding across the country. The moment I saw the room for the first time, there were no words! She brought it all to life and I am forever grateful. BEST DAY OF MY LIFE ALL THANKS TO KATHRYN!!!!!!!

for being so wonderful, professional, kind, attentive and supportive. Thank you for helping me create the wedding of my dreams. I don't know what I would have done without Kathryn. She handled everything from the postponement, vendors, the hotel and she even helped me with finding the perfect makeup look. She came out with me to do my second trial when I wasn't happy with my first trial. I remember the day we went to our food tasting. I was so overwhelmed with all the choices. She was a calming presence, helping us decide which food would be the best (and it was!). The day of the wedding....I didn't worry about one thing. Kathryn and her team handled everything. The wedding happened without a hitch. The flowers were exactly what I wanted and beyond beautiful. She and her team were by my side when I needed them with a spicy may may (our signature drink). I asked them to get me the top layer of my wedding cake and it was waiting for me back in the hotel room. They put all our gifts in one corner and everything was organized. If you're lucky enough to get Kathryn (and Tessa Lyn Events) as your wedding planner, use all their vendors. They really have the top notch, luxury vendors with great customer service. Kathryn, if you're reading this, thank you so much for everything you did for our wedding. Thank you for everything you did for me and Mike. You are truly the best.

dding. We wanted to do Palm Springs which is technically a destination wedding for everyone involved, but she was able to do it in the most flawless way I could have ever imagined. From day one of planning to the day of execution, she made it so easy. My bridesmaids, family, and friends all genuinely noticed how calm and collected she was, extremely detailed, punctual, and just overall perfect. She is also the kindest human I know. I am sad the wedding is over because I truly enjoyed working with her. I know my friends would love to use her when it's their time. If anyone is reading this, do not hesitate for a second to hire Kathryn Barron. My family has high expectations and even they were in awe of her and even my dad shouted her out during his speech to me. I can go on and on about her, but all there is to know is that she made my wedding the best weekend of my husband's and my life.

a true dream team for our wedding. You can tell that Tessa loves what she does and truly wants her brides to be happy. I really appreciated Tessa's patience, honesty and responsiveness throughout the process. She anticipated our needs and is the person you want in your corner! If you have the opportunity to work with Tessa or anyone on her amazing team, do it!!!

so understanding and helped us through the whole process. She was our month of coordinator and surely 1 month and almost 2 weeks out she handled everything! She emailed all of our vendors, kept updating our timeline for us with all of the ongoing changes! What really made a difference was the WEDDING DAY. One of my bridesmaids was sick and needed a tea from Starbucks and her assistant Alicia went to starbucks to get her tea. Tori brought down my dancing sneakers before I even had to ask because my feet were hurting. I mean their care, attention to detail, and overall support during your most stressful time of day is absolutely INSANE. TLE team is so calm and collected all day but will get sh*t done!!! They’re amazing like words can’t describe.

prompt in her responses and helped guide what vendors she thought woul be the best fit, advised us in the decision making process and even helped us negotiate some deals. She was our planner but also became a friend throughout the process - she provided endless support, encouragement, advice and ideas. When we were indecisive about colors, themes, invites and wording, Tessa was right there to help bounce ideas off of. When budget became tight but we still wanted the ~extras~, Tessa was right there to help brainstorm ways we could attain my vision while still keeping in mind budget. There are so many more examples to list but what I'm trying to say is that she was our right hand throughout this process and we can't thank her enough. From a chinese tea ceremony, to rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and actual wedding and after party everything exceeded ours and our guests' expectations and we couldn't be more grateful! So many of our friends and family commented on what a great wedding planner Tessa was and how seamlessly all of the events flowed. As someone mentioned earlier, Tessa is the type of planner to get s*** done and after spending two years with her, we can honestly say she is worth every penny and then some! We love you Tessa!

was amazing. We had constant communication, she is so sweet and talented, and she brought my vision come to life. They're so knowledgable and experienced in the business and truly created my dream wedding. I highly highly advise anyone planning a wedding to use Tessa Lyn!! Amazing job :).

o interview, understood my vision, and brought new ideas to the table to make my wedding special and unique. Like many brides, my mother was very involved, and she was able to navigate that relationship and ensure my needs were met as a bride while making sure my mom was also heard. The day of was the most relaxing day for me…with the exception of family photos but I was mentally prepared because of Tessa and she made sure I had breaks and water if needed. If anything went wrong the day of, I would never know! She handled everything and I truly got to enjoy my day…and boy was it the best day of my life!!! If I have any advice for new brides, HIRE TESSA! You get to enjoy being engaged because she makes the process fun and stress free. I can’t say enough of how thankful I am we hired her and her team! Thank you Tessa!!!!!

ll how detailed and organized she was—all of my “type-A anxiety” instantly faded away. She was always on top of everything and had answers/solutions to all my questions. Her positivity, work ethic and willingness to help was so amazing. She always had my back, was available for calls, and responded quickly. My favorite part of working with her was her connection/relationship with vendors— she was able to get us deals and recommended some of the best people in the business and for that I am forever grateful. Her guidance made our wedding absolutely perfect and there isn’t one thing I would’ve changed— she turned my vision into a reality! Thank you Kathryn and the TLE team for helping me execute the wedding of my dreams!
