Rose was very professional during the planning process and we were blown away by our flowers in person! Exceeded expectations!!! Everything went smoothly and all flowers were delivered and set up on time.

Tess and her team are truly heaven sent! They are amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the most beautiful flowers for my wedding all while staying within my tight budget. I had some last minute changes and they handled everything smoothly, with patience, and to perfection! I cannot recommend them enough! 10/10!

I had a very hard time communicating with the florist and would often wait several weeks an would need to reach out again. Day of the wedding my florals were late which delayed photos and resulted in the bride missing cocktail hour which was on the priority list to spend time with guests. Clients were assured the florals would be ivory and not white due to the Brides dress color. Day of event the silk florals on the arbor were bright white and not as discussed in the meetings.

WOW! Just, WOW! I ran into Rose from Tessfresh while walking through our venue months before our big day. She was setting up for another wedding, and the flowers were so eye-catching I had to get her business card! A few weeks later, we had booked them for our wedding. I'm not well-versed in flowers, but I knew I wanted a bright, summery, tropical feel. I worked with both Marcy and Tess herself, and both offered wonderful suggestions that totally surpassed anything I had imagined. Tess was honest and kind and offered cost-cutting tips to help me make my vision come to life while staying within a reasonable budget. The staff set up the reception and ceremony space on the day of and returned that night to pick up the rentals, allowing me and my bridal party to relax knowing everything was taken care of. They delivered the bouquets and boutonnières to our hotel across the street so we would have them for pictures prior to the ceremony, and I even received pictures of my bouquet a day in advance so I could see and approve the final product. I've been researching how to preserve wedding flowers because I just can't bear to let them go! Their work is absolutely stunning. You will not be disappointed if you go with Tessfresh.

I was especially relieved that they were so up front, had reasonable pricing, and didn't pressure me into doing more than I wanted. We wanted a minimal, elegant, and bold tropical look, and they made it happen! Thank you for making our special day so very beautiful! We absolutely loved the flowers and so did our guests!

Tess and her team gave us exactly what we wanted for our wedding day! From start to finish they were so easy to work with and stay in touch with. We had one date change and several bridal party changes and it was no problem for Tess and her ladies. I appreciated that they were one of the few vendors during covid who still allowed me to meet in person. I’m not a very creative person, so seeing our florals in person was so helpful. Tess even provided our deconstructed arch for the ceremony, and it turned our perfect. All of the bouquets and flowers turned our just how I wanted them to. Everything went smoothly from start to finish thanks to Tess and her team. She even provided us a military discount! Tess’s vision was perfect for the vibe we were going for.

Tess and her team were wonderful to work with for our wedding flowers! From our first conversation, when I didn't really know what I needed and what to ask, she guided us through everything, asking questions and making suggestions. She listened to what I had in mind and captured it wonderfully while suggesting additions and tweaks based on seasonality and what would look good together. When we met again before the wedding, she had suggestions on how we could reduce the cost (returning the centerpiece lanterns ourselves after the wedding instead of paying for them to come pick them up). Tessfresh did the florals for my wedding and far surpassed any expectation I had!!!! Tessfresh was a recommended vendor through my venue and worked seamlessly with my coordinator and other vendors. Unlike most brides, I did not have an exact vision for my wedding and just sent inspirational pictures of styles and colors I liked and left the rest up to the experts. I dropped off my grandmothers jewelry the week of my wedding and they affixed it to my bridal bouquet. They also texted me a photo AND video of my finished bridal bouquet the day before my wedding-that text was the most exciting and relieving message to receive amongst all of the pre-wedding chaos, it calmed me and made me so excited to see the rest of the florals on the big day. Day of the wedding they were on time, delivered personal flowers to our hotel and then the ceremony and reception florals to the venue! They provided gorgeous fresh petals for my flower girls. My bouquet was the most gorgeous arrangement of florals I've ever seen! It has now been a week and the arch florals are still at my house in near perfect condition and I am still enjoying my bridal bouquet too ;) I have complete confidence Tessfresh can do whatever your floral vision and dream is! Tess and her team did an amazing job with my wedding!! It was at the L'Auberge Del Mar, so I wanted a high quality florist job to match the event space and she did just that! Also, the ceremony spaced had to be flipped to dinner. So many florists made me feel uncomfortable about how hands on they would be for the flip, but Tess made me feel comfortable and on the day of everything looked perfect and I never even saw anyone working on it because they were so on top of it. Her prices were very reasonable for flowers and rentals. If you want beautiful florals at an affordable price, this is the team for you!

The initial recommendation, quote and mock up appointment went well and the team really listened to the requested adjustments to the floral arrangements. Truthfully, during our preview appointment via Zoom I became a little concerned because of a miscommunication over one particular color. But the day of I was BLOWN away! I was overall disappointed with the Tessfresh team. Wedding Date: 10/16/21. There was a total lack of communication between team members and what was on the proposal was not fully reflected in mock ups or final day of delivery. Request: neutral blooms with a hint of orange + succulents for ceremony flowers and BRIGHT colorful flowers (orange, pink, purple, red, & yellow) + succulents for a Mexican Wedding Fiesta Reception. Initial appointment on Tuesday 6/8/21 (drove from 2 hours away): they had a mock-up for a reception centerpiece with neutral blooms with a hint of orange; it was absolutely beautiful, but not at all what I had asked for. Still, Tess put me at ease and stated they would correct the mix up without problem by my final mock up appointment. Trusting the other Yelp reviews and the recommendation I received to hire Tessfresh from my wonderful photography team (True Photography) I carried on with Tessfresh and placed a deposit. I was scheduled for my final appointment prior to the wedding for 9/4/21 by Rose. Madel then e-mailed me attempting to schedule the appointment that had already been scheduled... On 9/4/21 I arrive excitedly with my mom and sister (again drove in from out of town) to an ALL ORANGE center piece arrangement. I was SO disappointed... Tess was VERY apologetic and then offered to comp one of the garlands arrangements and assured me we could have a mock-up over ZOOM. The blame was placed on one of the staff members not adding enough details/pictures to the proposal. I then went back to the e-mails once I got home (unfortunately I had no cell signal at the shop) and nowhere on the proposal did it say the color should be orange only; the WORDS said the correct description, but I had sent an inspo pic w/ an orange arrangement in a wooden box asking for something similar to that wooden box and THAT's the picture Tess chose to use as the overall design completely ignoring the whole proposal her staff member had worked on for weeks with me. Tess also then found her notes from 6/8/21... from our initial meeting. About a week later, I received a picture and video for another mock-up, this time with the right colors but the flowers chosen/style just did not match the overall theme/inspo pictures I had originally sent in 06/2021... sent back many notes and didn't hear back until a couple days later stating they would do another mock-up WEEK OF wedding... there were SO MANY back and forth emails after this... mainly because I was at that point inspecting each and every word and picture on that proposal due to the two prior disappointments and huge oversights. I didn't switch vendors because at this point it was weeks before the wedding. DAY-OF: The center pieces and ceremony flowers ended up looking BEAUTIFUL/as requested BUT after the SUPER ROUGH JOURNEY above. ALSO: - They brought a FOUR-tier cake stand (it was confirmed multiple times I had requested a THREE-tier stand and that's what was on the proposal. My cakes had to be modified and it just did not end up as visibly beautiful as it was intended to look. Thankfully my day-of wedding coordinator made it work! - The staff left WITHOUT setting up the "Find Your Seat" and "Welcome" sign garland flowers. They just left containers with fresh flowers behind and left. My day-of coordinator did what she could and it looked OK but really? :(

I had a great experience with Tess and her assistant Rose. She was recommended by my venue and I saw a sample bouquet in her portfolio that I really liked that I wanted her to emulate. I will admit that when I did my consult, I was a little nervous that what she presented was not exactly what I had pictured. Due to the time of year, she had to make some different flower choices, etc. What was delivered on my wedding day was absolutely gorgeous and I was so happy. It was exactly what I wanted and also very unique.

I remember meeting her at her office and I was sooo excited to find out what my wedding flowers would look like. I had already a theme in mind and had several variations in my head. When my fiancé and I met with Tess to go over what I envisioned she explained a lot of the type of flowers depending on the season maybe or may not be available. Apparently, the flowers I wanted were not going to be in season but with her magic and resources, was able to still create the most beautiful bridal bouquet and centerpieces I wanted. You see the flowers and the bouquet sets the motif of the wedding and she nailed it on the wedding day. And my bouquet was going to be in every photo so you can image how important it was to me. She even provided me smart options on how to stay in budget so I can do more with my flowers during the ceremony and wedding reception. She was not all about upselling me but making sure my flowers were beautiful and inline with my goals as things quickly add up when planning a wedding. My guest loved the centerpieces so much as they all wanted to take them home. There is just the different special natural feeling when you have fresh flowers all throughout your wedding. If anyone is looking for a wedding florist, hands down Tess is your go to. She has an amazing artistic eye to create masterpieces the day of your wedding. Going into wedding planning, we knew little about wedding flowers, however Tess was patient and helped us throughout the process. Tess gave us flexibility in the themes we were wanting, and delivered more than we had asked. She knew exactly how the logistics should be setup, and was a genuine pleasure to work with. I got so many compliments on our centerpieces and bouquets! I was nervous I would have dead or dying flowers or that it would be a total hassle, but TessFresh made it super easy. I shopped around quite a bit when it came to all of my vendors, and I am so happy I went with TessFresh. They were easy to work with, they gave me exactly what I wanted, and they were super flexible with our last minute changes. They provided the arch, draping, and flowers for the ceremony as well as the flowers to line the aisle. They moved all the aisle flowers to the dining tables and moved the arch flowers to the head table, they utilized every flower to make sure I got the most out of my money for the flowers. I didn't even notice them day of during the set up or moving the flowers. I don't remember any of the centerpieces at other weddings, but we got so many compliments on our flowers as ours absolutely stood out. I didn't know a lot about flowers or when things are in bloom, and TessFresh made recommendations based on quality and better pricing after I gave a general description, they were like mind readers in giving me the perfect floral arrangements. All of the flowers also lasted and looked beautiful a week after the wedding. So perfect! Would highly recommend!

We got married on Leap Day 2020, exactly one year ago. Tessfresh was recommended from our venue and we are so happy we went with them. We went and looked at a sample centerpiece a few months before our wedding and Tess had some great recommendations to make the centerpieces even better. We got married at the Japanese Friendship Garden and the pink cherry blossoms happened to be in early bloom. Tess’s recommendation to put some blush into the center pieces and bridge arrangement turned out to match with the pink from the cherry blossoms really well. The bridal bouquet turned out beautifully too. We were planning the wedding from the East Coast but with great communication, they made it really easy to communicate over e-mail. We are huge fans and enthusiastically recommend Tess and her team for your big day.

Tess made my wedding beautiful!!! First, I need to say how wonderfully accommodating Tess and her crew are with regard to my ever changing wedding! Due to covid-19, our May wedding was postponed, they easily transitioned to our new August date. Then our wedding venue burned down, the provided centerpieces along with it. Tess, my wedding planner, and I had spent many hours designing our centerpieces around the original venues pieces. Three weeks before my wedding, I found another venue. We had to redesign the centerpieces in a huge rush. I showed her some pictures and voila, she not only created an even better design, but did so within my new budget. My guests were stunned with the beauty of the centerpieces!!! (pictures to follow soon!) My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely stunning!!! She found the perfect shade of pink! My father passed away about 2 1/2 years ago, she was able to secure his locket to the bouquet for my walk down the aisle. I'm still so impressed by the professionalism, design, and overall quality that I received with Tessfresh flowers. I cannot recommend her enough. Tess and her team are the BEST!!! Seriously from our first meeting we trusted her 100%. When we told her our vision was tropical and our colors she ran with it and we couldn't have been more pleased. She seems to know every venue in San Diego and gave us great advice on how to use our budget wisely and accent the natural beauty of our space. Tessfresh Flowers is amazing! They created flower arrangements that exceeded our expectations! I gave them my vision and some photos and they created exactly what I wanted. When we visited their shop for our initial meeting, they were extremely welcoming (and even had us join in on a company potluck). In addition to the flowers we also rented a cake stand, centerpieces, and an arch. We are from the east coast so we weren’t able to do an in-person meeting to view the mock-ups but that was no problem because they sent videos and photos. I can’t say enough good things about Tessfresh Flowers.

Tess and her team did a phenomenal job on my wedding in La Jolla. We got married at Cuvier park and then had the reception at the La Jolla Woman's Club, and Tess' team was able to transfer our flowers between venues without me even noticing! My venue recommended Tessfresh flowers as her #1 option, so I went with them instead of doing tons of research. I was definitely not disappointed. The flower arrangements, bouquets, etc. were all STUNNING. The only small request we had was to incorporate white lilies into the arch arrangement, which was not done, unfortunately. I contacted the vendor and she informed me that they did not come in, therefore, they were unable to use them. I just wish I had been notified sooner, rather than me figuring it out after the wedding was already over. Other than that small hiccup, I would highly recommend Tessfresh!

I love flowers as much as the next bride, but have very little knowledge about what works best together, what lasts throughout the day, and what looks best in pictures (next to a floral pattern dress, nonetheless!). The florists at TessFresh worked with me to incorporate what I like into my bouquet, the boutonnieres, the centerpieces, and everything else. They even worked with me to make centerpieces for the rehearsal dinner that we could re-use the following day as decorations for the aisle. The flowers were delivered on time and just as we had expected, fresh and beautiful!

TessFresh Flowers is just incredible! I just got married and I had a very specific vision and style I wanted, but I also had a budget. I worked with the designer and we did a lot of back and forth via email, phone and face time. They were so patient with me as I tailored my vision and hey were so committed to getting my flowers to look exactly how I wanted. I didn’t have a huge budget and they were experts at finding tasteful and affordable flowers to achieve the look I wanted. Tess is so personable and has such great energy. She wants to get to know her brides and is not at all about the sale. They will give you lots of ideas and advice if you need it but are not pushy. Stella was my designer and she was incredible! We texted often and face timed and somehow she new exactly what I wanted. Everything- the bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnières, the arch swag, flower crowns and bracelets- they were PERFECT. Tess and her team did everything we wanted and more. She was very open to discussing different ideas we had for our wedding florals. She was very easy to talk to and was quick to respond to emails. We gave her some ideas and she created masterpieces!

Tess was amazing! I really had no idea what I wanted as far as flowers for my wedding, so i was very nervous. At my first meeting with Tess she put my mind at ease.
