TextMyGuests is a phenomenal way to keep in touch with your guests. You craft all of the texts in advance and effortlessly communicate with your guests throughout the wedding. It was key in avoiding endless questions from quests that you have already answered on your website or to other guests.

Fabulous way to communicate with guest and bridal party for a destination wedding. _Just wish it was a little cheaper as I paid for a large amount and did not use even 25% of the data I paid for. I think they should have different packages.

We used Text My Guests to stay engaged with our guests and to keep them updated on developments during the wedding weekend, and it was super helpful! The app/software can get a bit wonky at times, but overall I would highly recommend it for taking the stress off of wedding weekend/event planning. Being able to schedule out texts in advance and send spur-of-the-moment updates to guests was awesome.

Text my guests is *HUGELY* useful! The interface is a bit clunky and looks old-- needs to be upgraded, but the concept is a must-have for weddings, especially large ones. I used it for mine and it was so useful to pre-schedule messages like "please turn off your phones, the wedding is about to begin" or send photo albums, notes of gratitude and wedding video links via the service. There's definitely some issues with the platform, but I've heard at least that they don't have like... ads like their competitors!

This website saved my a*s on our wedding weekend! We only had 30 guests but it’s still difficult keeping everyone in the loop. We had a few fun events planned throughout this weekend and I constantly used this site to send one message to every guest letting them know what was going on. No one felt left out, everyone was in on the fun, and I didn’t have to stress! It was a win, win, win!

Their customer support was very responsive in the beginning but never responded when I emailed them some general help questions. The app was a bit glitchy, and somewhat difficult to use as an administrator. However, it was nice to have an app that was not overwhelming for the group, and all the guests thought it was very good and user-friendly.

Text My Guests offers a really easy to use way to communicate with your guests. Our guests loved the texting feature and it helped us communicate important details. The Text My Guest team was quick to answer questions and provide support.

This was so awesome!! Our sons wedding was out of town for everyone and we were able to start sending texts the week before!! They all were sent from their dog with great pictures attached. Lots of good information and a fun way to get the festivities started and through the weekend!!

We used this service to send updates and reminders throughout our destination wedding in Mexico and we recommend it! There are still improvements to be made with the experience. Some of the UI is odd, for example, you may be on page 5 editing a guest and when you click done it kicks you to page 1 and you have to find your place again. We also experienced a problem in Mexico with our texts not sending. We contacted the service and they fixed it almost immediately. We were glad for that but don't know if the problem would have gone unnoticed if we hadn't been paying attention. Almost no one engaged with the reply stream that still has some UI work to do to make it intuitive, but the vast majority of our guests found the texts helpful. We liked that we could schedule them in advance and then activate them when things were confirmed. We liked that all our guests could receive the texts regardless of the platform. It would have been a nightmare to put 110 people onto a WhatsApp group chat that would accommodate everyone . This service alleviates that pain and made it easy to update everyone in real time. We'd recommend this for a destination wedding in particular! Especially with people staying in different locations, it was helpful to use the texts to guide and inform different groups so that everyone was on the same page!

I just purchased this service and it’s been 30 minutes after I sent my first message and nobody has received it. Nobody is responding on the website chat either. Not sure what’s going on?

Loved using Text My Guests to keep all of our wedding guests up to date on schedules, RSVP deadlines, etc. It eliminated a lot of one off conversations with guests looking for information about the wedding.

The service did not work well when we tried to collect photos. If any of your guests are on wifi, they can't send photos to you and receive an error message. We ended up having to text individual guests to get photos after the wedding.

Everyone loved this service and want to use it in the future.

A few weeks before our wedding we decided to add daytime activities into our weekend and this was the perfect way to get our guests involved. We used the service to preschedule texts with reminders about our events, directions, changes of plans when rain came our way and more. Our guests continuously complimented us for the constant communication and it made our lives so much easier to know that people were in the loop without having to individually reach out to each person. I have recommended the service to anyone who is planning a wedding and also let my vendors know about it to share with their future brides!

What a fabulous way to communicate on your day!!! We used this to help our guests meet two separate shuttles at two different locations and times. All of them made it!! We were so grateful to automate our communication and let one of our wedding party monitor this for questions! It was so worth it!!!

Text my guests was amazing. We had our wedding with 82 people in Mexico, so this the best way to send out information! We used the groups feature to coordinate nights out with certain age groups too! It was user friendly and well worth it!

This was so helpful as I was able to notify 145 guests for our destination wedding. Making groups was so convenient as there was specific information for certain people. The short characters count was limiting as sometimes I had to send a couple of messages back to back with all information. Would definitely use this service again!

Very good useful tool to inform our guests during our wedding week. We had made a series of messages of information for the events we had, included addresses to remind people and times. One thing we wish we could do was reply to guests through the app, but instead we had people say to message someone from the bridal party if there were questions. All in all, if there are any kinks you can send messages to contact support and they're very responsive

The text my guests platform was perfect for our wedding! We used it to remind guests when to leave for the ceremony, location addresses, and start times. the best part was receiving photos from guests from the weekend. Anyone getting married should use this!!

Text My Guests was amazing for sending my guest updates regarding the ever changing details for our wedding. Also, during the wedding it was helpful to help guide guests to what was going on. For example, when a guest mentioned they had no idea there was a photo booth, it was so easy to send a quick text to let everyone know where the photo booth and dessert bar were located. Guests do need education on exactly "who" the texts are coming from, and that it is a temporary number that won't always be checked by us quickly.

I used TMG for a destination wedding in New Orleans with about 80 guests. We put on multiple events through the weekend so there was a lot of logistics to keep everyone informed on. I pre-scheduled all of the messages so that during the crazy weekend it was mostly no-touch! I was able to send out an immediate "after party changed to...!" text which would have been impossible without TMG. Guests loved being informed and were actively posting pictures from the weekend in the reply stream, which was a hit! I highly suggest sending out some test texts before adding your guests to get a feel for the application as you will likely have some questions. The support team is VERY helpful and resolves any issues immediately. Highly recommended.

Text My Guest was such a great addition to our wedding. With the changing climate of Covid and uncertain weather in the days leading up to our wedding, this service was a life saver keeping all of our guests safe and informed of changing plans. Awesome service!!! This took the hassle out of our wedding and trying to coordinate a weekend of activities and times was so easy. Also we were able to get pictures from all of our guests through this service via text. I highly recommend.

We used Text My Guests to reach out to our guests based on specific categories, such as missing RSVP or staying at hotel. The TMG platform made it easy to set up these groups. Texts were easy to build, sent on time, and really made wedding planning SO much more seamless. We linked our wedding website into our texts using TinyUrl and it worked perfectly. Though it isn’t free, the price is very reasonable, especially if you start using it early since it’s priced per event not by time frame. It was great to find a service that does mass texts driven towards weddings and events, much better than trying to navigate those built for business! Highly highly recommend!

Text My Guest is a great way to get details for your wedding (or event) to your guests! Using it was one of our favorite things from our wedding because we had so many people compliment on how cool it was to receive texts about our wedding. We used it to welcome guests to the wedding weekend, remind everyone when and where to catch the bus to the venue, for pictures, and more! They were so easy to work with and answered all of my annoying questions ;) I highly recommend using Text My Guest for your wedding. It is truly awesome! You won’t be sorry!

We absolutely loved Text My Guests and it made our wedding weekend so much smoother! We had over 100 out of town guests and Text My Guests was that invisible wedding planner for us. They did an amazing job keeping all of our guests posted about our welcoming party, shuttle pickups to and from hotel and wedding venue, Sunday brunch and all other logistics we asked them to communicate that weekend. I was so happy to plan everything before our big day and knew I don’t have to worry about my guests being on time at the right place haha. I love that you can set up different messages for different groups. I’m originally from Poland and I had some friends and family who don’t speak English. We were able to send them some welcome messages in Polish which I thought was a sweet touch:) All of our guests loved the service and kept asking who is sending those messages and how do they know who to contact. Well, Text My Guests was my little secret! Now, the best part…pictures after wedding!! So messages can go both ways and all of our guests were able to send wedding pictures they took from their phone to Text My Guests. Honesty, some of our best wedding pictures came from our guests. If I only knew it earlier, I could of safe some money on our wedding photographer!

Text My Guests made our wedding weekend seamless! All of our guests were from out of town, and Text My Guests made it so easy. We were able to coordinate all guests’ transportation to and from the venue, and to ensure everyone knew details for all events of the weekend. We even got to send a farewell text on Sunday thanking everyone for being there! Really nice personal and unique touch to a wedding.

I was recently the maid of honor in a wedding where the bride and groom used Text My Guests and it was so great that I had to leave a review. All weekend, I just kept thinking about how much I wish this had been around when I planned my own wedding a few years ago! Honestly, the last thing you want to do the day of your wedding is spend time on your phone answering people’s questions about the day’s schedule. Text My Guests solves all of those problems. As the maid of honor, I received updates throughout the day on my phone, as did the other bridesmaids. The bride and groom set all of the messages up ahead of time, so they were free to focus on what was really important that day. Some of the messages I got were specifically for the bridal party while others were sent to all of the wedding guests. As a result, we never had to question what time we were needed for bridal photos or when the buses were leaving for the chapel. At one point, the bus that was supposed to transport guests from the church to the reception was running late and a couple dozen guests were standing outside the church unsure of what was going on. Some people were getting ready to call an Uber. The bride and groom were busy inside taking photos, but their wedding planner was able to get in contact with the bus company and then used Text My Guests to send a message to all of the guests that the bus would be arriving in 5 minutes. These are the kinds of logistical hiccups that happen all the time at weddings, and Text My Guests is seriously such a great solution! One more great bonus that I’m jealous of: all you want to do the day after your wedding is look at photos from your wedding! Text My Guests invited everyone to reply to the messages with photos they took throughout the wedding, so I sent some in from the morning when we were all getting ready and from the reception later that night. The bride raved about how they were able to look through all of their guests' photos while they traveled the next day to their honeymoon location. If you're hoping to take the stress off the logistics of your wedding day, you can't find a better service than Text My Guests. The bride and groom were really pleased with how it worked for them and all of their guests were talking about how cool it was the next day. I plan to use it if I ever have to plan another big event again, wedding or otherwise!
