TGE & Kassandre we're absolutely AMAZING to work with!!! She made our day fun & stress-free. From letting us drop off items the week of the wedding, coordinating with all of our vendors, & helping at the end of the night, there's no way we could have done this without her. She kept calm, cool, & collected the entire time & truly helped make everything run as smooth as possible. There's no way we could have had such a relaxing & confident day without her. We tapped TGE for month-of coordination for our wedding in September at the Denver Botanic Gardens/ 54Thirty. We worked directly with Adrienne (President/Founder) and our experience was FLAWLESS.
TGE supported us on everything from our budget to the wrangling of vendors across two venues, week of fire-drills, a well-oiled machine of a ceremony... and the list goes on. Whatever the ask TGE was there always going above and beyond.
Knowing that our day was in her hands enabled me to focus on enjoying myself and not on logistics. Save yourself the headache and the stress. This team is the best and I can't recommend them enough.
Ugh are 3500 characters enough to talk about the ways I love/loved TGE? I worked with Kelly and she was just amazing beyond words. She handled our wedding in an efficient, matter-of-fact, empathetic, caring and budget-friendly way. I always had a million little questions and concerns about silly wedding things that brides worry about and Kelly was always able to answer them when I saw her or emailed her. She remembered all the little details that sometimes we forgot. On the day of, I didn't even look at the time or worry about anything. I just asked Kelly and she knew where I should be, what I should be doing, it was all so easy, or at least she made it seem to be. She brought an assistant (Natasha), who was also very prepared and knowledgeable. One piece of advice though, always listen to your wedding planner about how much alcohol to order! We thought we needed more than what Kelly ordered for us, and ended up returning half after the wedding. We ran out of Whiteclaws before dinner though, nobody saw that coming. They were having a 2019 moment, clearly.
Highly recommend using TGE for your wedding! Our first meeting with them my mom and I knew we were in good hands. They were there for any questions I had leading up to the wedding and created the entire timeline for the day. Our wedding went SO smoothly ( our guests even complimented how timely and smooth everything felt) because of Kelly and Natasha. My family is so grateful for them and all the hard work they put in to making it so perfect.
I cannot more highly recommend The Gardner Effect. From my first meeting with Lo to every single meeting with Kelly, I felt like I was in great hands. I got the vendor management package in addition to the day of services and I couldn't be happier with that choice. Kelly found great options for me to choose from and was committed to answering every question I had (and there were many!) promptly and knowledgeably. The closer we got to the date, the better I felt knowing that Kelly would be there every step of the way to help me on the big day. Kelly and her assistant Gabe made our wedding day absolutely seamless. They were on top of every decor detail, every vendor interaction, and every item on the timeline. I'm sure some things went wrong on the wedding day, but I had absolutely no idea of them because Kelly took care of it. Thank you so much to Kelly for all the planning help, Gabe for helping execute such a beautiful day, Lo for her incredibly warm welcome, and all the staff at TGE! You are the best.
Adrienne and all the TGE team are amazing!! They planned our wedding in July and WOW!! The coordination and communication they did before the wedding with all our vendors was invaluable in our wedding planning process!! Adrienne and her team made us feel so at ease and stress free through the whole planning process and they put together the most beautiful wedding for us and our friends and family!! They nailed the big picture ideas and concept we had and then showcased our individual love story with the details!! Truely an amazing wedding that could only have been put together by this wonderful group of people!! My daughter just got married at the Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield. I live in North Carolina, so the bridal couple did most of the planning. They worked with Kasandre Brown, who couldn't have been more wonderful. She is so experienced, professional, calm, responsive, and reassuring that we were all able to relax. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness. For example, she offered to take the decorations (signs, seating chart, etc.) from my daughter during the rehearsal and then to set them up prior to the ceremony and reception. She had an emergency kit with all the supplies a wedding party might need to get ready. During the reception, she worked well with the florist, caterers, venue staff, and d.j. to make sure everything went smoothly. She was constantly available to me to help with the little details that cropped up, such as identifying the one guest who couldn't eat cake so I could get her the toffee we had as a substitute dessert and asking that the Chatfield staff put more toilet paper in the women's rest room. My goal was for my daughter and her new husband to be relieved of all duties other than enjoying themselves and socializing with friends and family. Thanks to Kasandre, that was definitely the case. I highly recommend her!
We hired TGE for day/month of coordination for our May wedding. They did a fantastic job of communicating primarily via email and ensuring that every detail would be tended too. Lauren "Lo" was very helpful in the beginning/sales process leading up to our assignment with planner Kelly. Kelly was very organized, professional, and sweet! Our emails, phone calls, and the walk through all went so smoothly and she was very efficient in coordinating with our other vendors. TGE has an online planning portal to help you consolidate all the little details you otherwise might forget about, which was very helpful! Kelly managed all the requests I threw at her with ease, from needing to pick up our bouquets a few hours early from the florist to keeping tabs on when our Uber/get away car arrived and getting us out the door to it! She also was so kind and sent me a sweet text the morning of to check in prior to all the madness. Many things stuck with me from our sweet day, but little things like that also stood out and made us feel extra special!
TGE's attention to detail and kindness took all the stress out of our planning process- would not have done it any other way! Thank you TGE, we highly recommend!
After speaking with a number of coordinators (I'm big on doing my research!) we opted for TGE and worked with Kelly K. as a day of/month of wedding coordinator. She did a really great job providing recommendations for other vendors, answering all emails (within a few days in the weeks leading up to the event and within hours the week of the event), and leaving no detail left untouched. We truly felt everything was covered which took a lot of stress off our plates prior to the wedding. On the wedding day, she came through big time - we had some crazy Colorado weather to contend with before the ceremony and the potential for more during the reception which meant we had to call some audibles that day. Even with the changes she kept us on track - our guests were none the wiser, we only had to take a few seconds to make a decision, then she took care of the rest seamlessly. Would definitely recommend Kelly (and TGE) again. She got sh*t done with a calm presence, ensuring the day went as smoothly as possible - Exactly what I was looking for in a coordinator. Our wedding was truly the best day yet, in large part thanks to Kelly's efforts!
Kelly & Jenny made sure our day went off without a hitch! As a month of coordinator, Kelly was contacting vendors and dealing with little details several weeks out. On our wedding weekend, their calm demeanor and excellent organization ensured that our wedding was everything we dreamed it could be.
We've been told that our poor experience with TGE was anomalous, but feel it should be shared before anyone else suffers the same fate. Our planner was assigned a month out. Prior to that our experiences with Lauren "Lo" were great. This was apparently the "sales" period. Our assigned "coordinator" could hold a clipboard and fog a mirror. She did not (1) show up on time the day of the wedding (her assistant came into the getting ready area twice to ask if she had arrived and if we knew where she was ... we saw Kelly come in nearly an hour later), (2) make sure that the things we discussed at the walk through were accomplished (e.g., there were twice as many chairs set out for the ceremony as we discussed), (3) attend to the one issue we asked of her during rehearsal (that is, working with the venue to turn on the cooler in the mens area before they arrived, rather, they had neither a cooler nor lights), (4) keep our guests informed and moving (she did not announce dinner - but also would not be flexible enough to just let us join our guests in the cocktail hour space when we expressed an interest in doing so), (5) demonstrate energy or enthusiasm or initiative (we knew better than to bring her a problem - she would have no idea how to solve it - but even when we asked her to take a proactive step, she had to ask how to accomplish that: please talk to the venue, "so, you want me to call them???"). Also, we've learned since our wedding that several cards mysteriously disappeared from the card box. Now, we can't say that a TGE person stole them, but we can say that several folks put cards in and were observed doing so, only TGE handled that card box between then and when we got it, and the cards were not in there when we got the box. So, in sum, this is an extremely overpriced clean up service that risks the loss of your cards (and anything that might be inside them - checks, gift cards, etc.).
Seriously tho, best ever! Leading up to the big day, TGE, was easy to get in contact with, had great advice and were helpful with calming the nerves.
As for the wedding weekend, it was PERFECT!!! I am so grateful for Kelly's calm, and ability to corral the madness (that surely was happening behind the scenes but I didn't see once!) She really gave me the ability to be completely present and focused on one true love!
We loved working with Lauren (Lo) from the day we met her! We recommended to her by our florist who said that she would be straight forward with us and get things done! Yes! That's what I needed to help plan our wedding. She was available to us for the whole 10 months prior to the wedding, and we had her on-site for the entire day of the wedding. She was a handy sidekick and never forced anything on us! It was all about making our day come true. There were so many small details that I was worried about, and after the wedding, I had forgotten what those things were because she was on top of it! She even handled an overly rowdy guest without us knowing. :-) Charles and I are so grateful to her and her team for getting us to and through the most amazing day of our lives. Thanks Lo!
TGE Events planned the perfect wedding for us! They could not have been more helpful. They make sure you have everything covered without bugging you. They make great suggestions whenever you need any. When it came to our wedding weekend, they had everything under control so that we didn't need to worry about a thing. Highly recommend their team!
TGE made my wedding day the best day ever! Kelly helped me get all my final details in order & helped me make sure all the venders were booked, on time and ready to deliver exactly what I envisioned! She also took care of every single little detail the day of and I had absolutely nothing to worry about!! Especially when she saved the day when the groom almost saw me before the ceremony! I'm so happy I chose to work with TGE and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a full on planner or day of planner!
The Gardner Effect goes above and beyond!! When we first met with The Gardner Effect until the very last second of our wedding, we felt that we were always in good hands. Adrienne was not only a pleasure to work with, she made things extremely easy and stress free! She would always respond to emails; no matter what time of day it was. She has a passion for what she does and makes sure that every detail is looked at throughout the planning process. Her expertise, communication, dedication, and creativity were shown every step of the way. Even when we were on our “calm waiting period”, Adrienne would always check in at least weekly to see if we had any questions or needed anything.
We couldn’t wait to see the outcome of the wedding given the thought and dedication Adrienne put into our wedding… all we can say is that our dream fairytale wedding came to life!! The setup, décor, and everything we ever wanted was incorporated into our wedding ceremony and reception. In addition, she finely executed all our wishes on our wedding day, and far exceeded our expectations. There was not one thing that went bad during the wedding and throughout the whole planning process. Whenever you needed something or had a question, Adrienne was always there to help.
Adrienne’s vendors were all fabulous and easy to work with as well. What we liked the best was the fact she kept everyone on the same page, so there wouldn’t be any miscommunication. Adrienne really helped us make final decisions easier, worked directly with all the vendors to ensure they all knew our vision and needs. This lifted a lot of weight off our shoulders and knew we were making the right decisions.
All we can say is how grateful we were to have had such an organized and amazing wedding planner for our special day. Everything went seamlessly and wouldn’t have changed a thing!! I highly recommend The Gardner Effect to anyone who wants a wedding/event to be flawless!!
We worked with Kelly as a day of wedding coordinator and there many times we wished we had hired her to plan the full event. She did an incredible job, answering all emails within 24-48 hours, providing recommendations, solutions to challenges and truly helping us stay calm and focused on the planning. At the wedding, she was like a ninja--always there exactly at the moment you needed her. I cannot recommend her and The Gardner Effect enough. She was thorough, calming, and literally took care of anything and everything that day. If you are hesitating hiring a coordinator or planner, it is well worth it!

I love that they have different package options so you can select exactly the services you need. I used them for vendor management, which I highly recommend to everyone. They have trusted vendors they work with, and will give you a few options and quotes, then arrange the meetings and deal with all the logistics. This was crucial for me with a super busy job.
On our big day, we unfortunately had a medical emergency that affected the planned timeline. Kelly immediately took charge, switched the order of cocktail hour and the ceremony, kept the guests happy and coordinated all the other vendors. If it weren't for her we probably would have had to cancel the whole thing! I can never thank Kelly, and the whole Gardner Effect team enough!
We had a delay with the wedding due to an accident and Kelley was fabulous about adjusting and making things happen. On top of that, the weather caused a last-minute change of venue for the service and she handled it perfectly. The only problem was that her phone wasn't working, so I had to text through a friend to get messages to her. Highly recommend this company and specifically Kelley Shanteau!
We loved working with Lo and TGE for our day of wedding coordination! Leading up to the wedding, Lo was so helpful with vendor recommendations and tips. The day of the wedding, everything was smooth as butter from beginning to end. Thank you Lo and TGE!
We worked with Kelly at TGE and hiring them was the biggest regret we have of our wedding day. We had weather issues the day of our wedding, it looked cloudy and Kelly thought it might rain. Our dream was to have dinner outside with the beautiful mountains in the background. The entire reason we picked the venue we did was for this view. This dinner was the most important part of the wedding to us. Kelly did not advocate for us and our vision. Rather it felt like she railroaded us into moving our dinner site to under a tent where we were planning on dancing later in the evening. Of course, it didn’t rain. At all. Not a single drop. I know she can’t be expected to predict the weather accurately she is not a meteorologist. But she was looking at radars saying two storms were coming with such confidence and all the time the weather app on my phone said no chance of rain. She wanted what was convenient for her and the caterers which was to move everything under the tent. She didn’t care that I was upset or that I had my heart set on having dinner outside. She didn’t advocate for me and my husband and our vision. If you want someone on your side the wedding day, its not TGE. They will do what’s best for the other vendors not what’s best for you. If you want someone who is there for you on your wedding day, and is there to execute your vision then find a planner that will really go to bat for you. We wish we had. We also had issues with her later in the evening; when it came time do our cake cutting she was no where to be found and my husband and I spent half an hour looking for her and sending others to look for her so we could cut our cake.
She did do a good job of executing our details but ultimately she failed to advocate for us and our vision and ruined our special day.
Adrienne was phenomenal! We interviewed a couple wedding planners and are so happy we chose Adrienne. She and her team are extremely organized and thoughtful. During the planning process Adrienne helped coordinate with vendors, handled all of our design plans and kept us up to date each step of the way. We were involved with the decision making, but Adrienne was there to flawlessly execute those plans. Every vendor that she recommended was incredible. Definitely go with her recommendations as she knows the best of the best! The weekend of our wedding was beyond our wildest dreams and everything was literally perfect! People kept telling us to not worry when things went wrong, but honestly not a single thing went wrong! Adrienne and her team beautifully executed our wishes and far exceeded our expectations. She was a joy to work with over the past year and we are so grateful to her for making our dream wedding come true!
We worked with Aimee from TGE and she was a DREAM. We hired Aimee as our month-of coordinator and my husband and I both agree that it was one of the best investments we made in our wedding. You can have your dream day lined up but if you don’t have someone taking care of everything for you behind the scenes then you won’t be able to enjoy it as you should. Month-of coordination was something we really had to budget for and it was worth every penny. The entire process from start to finish was easy and seamless. The organization leading up to our wedding day was on point - after the initial consultation, we simply entered in information about our wedding day into an online portal and Aimee took it from there. It was such a privilege to be able to simply enjoy our wedding day without having to make any decisions. Aimee was kind, light-hearted, organized, and hard working. If you are able, please do this for yourself and HIRE AIMEE because she is a gem.
I'm so glad I had Lo from TGE on my wedding day. She made everything so easy. She took care of everything and I was able to relax and enjoy my day. It gave me great peace of mind knowing she was so reliable and organized and did everything I needed and asked for.
There are not enough words to express how wonderful The Gardner Effect was in helping plan and execute our wedding! From our first interaction with Adrienne, she was beyond helpful. She calmed my nerves when I worried how everything was going to get done, she recommended vendors when I needed, and gave me specific goals to keep me on my timeline. We used TGE as a "month of" service, but Adrienne was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, everything went perfectly. At least that's what I saw. If there were any issues, Adrienne addressed them and made sure my main focus was on getting married and having fun. She was in communication with all of our vendors the month before, and had worked with many of them previously. I never felt like "just another bride" when working with TGE. Using TGE as our wedding coordinator was by far the best decision we made in planning our wedding.
Adrienne was a wonderful wedding planner!! We had her just for the month of, and she was incredibly organized and helped us stay organized as well! She was a great communicator with our vendors and made it so we could have a blast the night of our wedding and not worry about and logistical details! It was so great having here there!
TGE was fantastic. I was required by my venue to hire a day of coordinator. We worked with Adrienne for day of/month of services. It was so nice to know that someone else would take over near the end and make sure everything came together and was there to handle all vendors and questions. She is super organized and gave us great vendor suggestions early on and answered any and all questions we had. Even if you are very organized yourself and happy to plan everything I highly suggest a day of coordinator if your venue isn't providing one!
I was trying to be my daughter’s wedding planner long distance and it was starting to stress me out. We had the big stuff done but realized we needed help with all the minutiae. That’s when we reached out to Gardner Effect for the day-of planning. It’s a lot more than helping the day of the wedding. Adrienne was in touch regularly for months and then in the final month she was our right hand woman coordinating the rehearsal and communicating with the vendors. On the wedding day I felt like a guest and did not have a care in the world, it was fantastic. My advise to all MOB’s (mother of brides) - get your daughter a wedding planner!

If you do one thing for yourself while planning your wedding, hire Adrienne for full planning! Our day would not have been nearly as perfect without her. She knows what she is talking about and she is truly invested in making sure everything is just as you want it! Hiring Adrienne or anyone from her company is the best money you will spend throughout this process; well worth it! We will definitely miss talking to her regularly!

I would highly recommend choosing The Gardner Effect! Lauren provided superb "day of" services for our June 2017 wedding at Crooked Willow Farms! Luren was highly communicative and professional throughout the whole process, willing to answer my seemingly endless questions! I felt so relaxed on the day of the wedding knowing that Lauren had everything under control! Her support on and in preparation for the big day were so helpful!
Adrienne was absolutely amazing! I worked with Adrienne throughout the whole planning process and she was so responsive and helpful with any questions I had! On the wedding day we also gained the help of Kelly, both her and Adrienne took all the stress off us by doing all the set up and take down all while keeping the day running on schedule! They decorated the venue beautifully and even had shout wipes on hand when I spilled on my dress! I honestly don't even think anything went wrong on our wedding day but if something did happen, they took care of it without us even having any idea! I could not have imagined our day being anymore perfect and TGE played a huge role in making that possible!
Adrienne was amazing! I ended up being so glad my venue required me to get a planner because she took care of a million things I thought I would have had handled. Looking back, I could never have done everything she ended up doing for me and having her was a complete lifesaver. She is beyond worth every penny, she answered all my emails and questions all through out my planning process. I had only hired her for "Day of" Wedding planning since thats all I could afford but it was worth it! She handled everything and honestly I wish I could go back and give her a bigger thank you because she made the evening flawless from my perspective. I didn't have to lift a finger all evening and the whole night was a fairytale, partially due to Adrienne handling everything. If you think you don't need a planner... trust me you do need one, and Adrienne is the best!

We hired Lauren Wiltshire to do our day of coordination, and we are so glad we did! Our wedding flowed naturally, every detail was attended to and our guests had an amazing time. Her problem-solving and reassurance throughout the process were priceless! She confirmed all my vendors in the weeks prior, arranged our walk through meeting, created a timeline of the day and made sure everything went as planned, which it did! I can't say enough great things about Lauren Wiltshire - she was absolutely amazing! We hired Lauren for day of coordination for our 9/17 wedding in Bailey, CO and honestly I can't imagine the day without her. She recommended vendors, created our day of timeline, coordinated with all vendors, and setup all of our decorations exactly how we envisioned. Lauren was responsive and accommodating throughout the entire planning process and always made a point to ask me how I was doing and make sure I wasn't getting too stressed. She really understands great customer service! Our wedding day was flawless and it was so nice to have her and her team there to take down decorations and clean up after the reception. She even mailed all of our decorations back to us! If you're looking for wedding planning/coordination help of any kind I highly recommend Lauren!
I would highly recommend The Gardner Effect for your wedding!! I hired Adrienne for a Day Of Event Planner, but she was incredibly helpful the entire year leading up to my wedding. She was a great resource for vendors and was able to give me options to check out within my given budget. She was also very responsive via e-mail. I would always get a response from her within 24 hours.
The month of, she had me fill out check lists so that she was completely in the loop for what I was wanting as far as ceremony timeline, decorations, and vendor list. She coordinated all my vendors and helped me distribute payments to them the week of, so I wasn't needing to make sure everyone was on the same page - she did it all for me!
The day of went completely smoothly, she coordinated my wedding party and was there for any questions from the vendors - she handled everything and if anything went wrong I didn't know about it or notice. She is very organized, timely and responsive. It was one of the best things I spent money on for my wedding!
Lauren was fantastic! I was so glad to have her there to help handle all the little day of details. I didn't have to worry about a thing! And, she was great about meeting with me to review everything, responding to my random 6am emails, and providing vendor suggestions. Overall, very happy I hired them!!
Adrienne and Lauren did an amazing job coordinating our day! Everything ran absolutely flawlessly and I knew that any issues that arose were handled with professionalism and ease. The coordinators were key in organizing all of our vendors, coordinating timeline, and making sure that our dreams were brought to life. The value of having a coordinator, specifically The Gardner Effect, is something that we can't even being to quantify!
Thank God we were pointed to The Gardner Effect from our cater! We thought early on in planning the importance of a day of planner. We have a huge family, but didn't want anyone missing out on the getting ready portion of the wedding day so a day of planner was perfect. Amanda was amazing to work with. She seriously went above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. Writing up timelines and contacting every vender we were working with, decorating the entire barn with all the plates and vases we collected and ALL the décor we had, she made sure we were always taken care of and that we didn't have to worry about a thing. At the end of the night she packed up everything and made sure it made it back to where we were staying. It seriously was the best decision we made and was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend Amanda and the entire team of The Gardner Effect to anyone and everyone in need of some planning help:)
Adrienne was simply the best decision I made during the planning process! I never realized the value added when having a day-of wedding planner. I could not imagine our day going the way it did without her attention to details and instinct. She had an immense amount of experience working with Crooked Willow Farms staff and all of the vendors. I would strongly recommend Adrienne to anyone getting married, big or small, Adrienne is the key to having a successful event!
I must say, the day-of coordination couldn't have been better. They were on point 100% and incredibly professional in how they managed the event. I would recommend The Gardner Effect to anyone, but would caution anyone who needs ideas/help that that is not their strong suit. If you know that you want white tablecloths with pink ribbon tied around the chairs just so, I found that these gals will absolutely make sure that the pink ribbon is tied EXACTLY how you want it and the white tablecloths will be EXACTLY the color white you want. If you want them to brainstorm and offer ideas, in my experience, this was lacking. Perhaps they want you to be in charge, I'm not sure. But I did not go into this with a "vision" and needed some guidance, and I felt they fell a little short on that. Also, not the easiest to reach. Leading up to our date, I would often receive automatic email replies that it was the busy season and they may not be able to respond quickly. My feeling is that they should absolutely be responding promptly to folks who are 1-2 weeks out. But overall, they were great--especially so on the actual day!
Adrienne was a god send for our wedding day. From the very beginning she took so much weight off our shoulders. We used her as our day of coordinator, but she did so much more! She is very organized and worked well with all our vendors. On our wedding day we didn't have to worry about anything but each other. She did all the heavy lifting and kept us on schedule. She also kept my mom from having to worry about anything that day. She was indispensable that day!
Adrienne was simply amazing. She was an incredible value. I didn't realize just how much I needed a day of planner, and am so thankful that my venue required it, and recommended such an amazing person. Adrienne took such good care of us, and handled all of the things that I didn't even know I needed to handle. She kept our wedding day flowing perfectly, and was able to make spur of the moment changes as needed. I felt comfortable leaving our reception knowing that our venue would be cleaned to my standards, and that everything would be tied up and handled according to all of my contract requirements. She was absolutely amazing. I would recommend her over and over again!
