We tried to include all of our loves into one. thatBliss offers full-service planning, partial planning, day-of coordination, photography, and luxury event rentals. Why go through everything so serious and stressed? Our goal is to make sure your event goes smoothly and is blissful. This is why we try to make things a little easier for you by offering so many goodies in one spot. We also know that not one wedding will be like the next. Packages have guidelines but are always customizable. We know you have certain ideas for your big day and that NEEDS to be incorporated into your package. Our style is a bit of a hybrid... we are extremely detail oriented and organized but also easy going and flow with everything on your day. No stress from any party!

Having thatBliss a part of my wedding was the BEST decision I made. Mercy was our coordinator, and made the entire day SO smooth. I told so many people that I never once felt stressed or anxious, because Mercy did such a good job at constantly checking in and making sure the day was exactly what my husband and I wanted. If it’s at all in the budget, GO WITH THATBLISS! I could not have imagined doing this without them. It was so seamless, and they were so professional, knowledgeable, and sweet-spirited. I’ve recommended them to some of my friends who have just gotten engaged! My husband and I, along with some friends, coordinate for a living, and there was no better coordinator we could have asked for!

Amazing! I can't even begin to say enough great things about Victoria and the Thatbliss team. I had the most beautiful wedding and thanks to them, I did not stress about one thing. She really worked with our budget and helped us get the most we could out of it. They made the process so smooth leading up to the day and on the day of the wedding that we could truly just enjoy the day. They are worth every penny and then some. I would recommend them over and over and over again!!
Victoria and her team behind the scenes were amazing. We decided on a date which gave us less than 3 months to plan our wedding. Having only a little time to plan and also living across the country (I’m originally from S. California but living in Florida) I knew I needed a planner. I am so glad that we hired Victoria. She was professional, skillful and calming the whole time. I would speak to family members that would stress me out then have a meeting with Victoria and I would be okay. Her energy was always calm and in control. The week of our wedding she called me to tell me rain was in the forecast and we needed to decide if we rent a tent or chance it. We decided on a tent and we worked on things to make it look beautiful. It absolutely came out stunning. The tent was beautiful and didn’t take away from the overall feel we were going for. We did end up having rain and had to figure out a change in ceremony space. She came to me with options and executed a new location within a few hours of guest showing up. With all the last minute changes our wedding was beautiful and everything we wanted. She and the team made our wedding come to life and special. The greatest compliment we got and a testament to their skill was that guest told me the following days that everything was beautiful. When I would tell them all the last minute changes everyone was so surprised. They said they would have never knew that the ceremony or tent wasn’t part of the original plan. Victoria is amazing and I would recommend her for any wedding or celebration. She definitely made the whole process as stress free as possible.
Victoria was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding in Temecula. From the very start, she was attentive, ensuring that every detail was considered and every concern addressed. I highly recommend working with Victoria!! We didn’t initially plan on using a wedding coordinator but our venue required it and we chose her based on her amazing organization and planning documents. After working together I cannot imagine not having her as our wedding coordinator! She took all the stress away, was a pleasure to work with, and everything went super smoothly! She offered very helpful suggestions but ultimately let us make our own decisions. Plus we hired her to give us the sweetest father daughter dance lessons as well!! My whole family enjoyed her and her services! If you’re on the fence, hire her!

We had an absolutely amazing wedding, and it was all thanks to Victoria! We got married at the Scripps Seaside Forum in La Jolla, which is a shell venue - so we had to bring in all of our vendors and design the space to be what we wanted it to be. We hired Victoria for Wedding Coordination and Design. We came to her with a chaotic vision for a rainbow wedding, and absolutely 0 design skills or wedding knowledge (I would not have known the first thing about how to order furniture, layout the tables and chairs, or decorate the space, let alone coordinate the schedules of 16 vendors). She brought our ideas to life and made the day more beautiful than we could have imagined. Beyond that, her attention to detail and thorough timeline/schedule made the day go by so smoothly. She really thought of everything, and it helped alleviate my stress knowing she had it all down on her end. After 1.5 years of wedding planning, I was able to fully immerse myself in the Big Day and celebrate to the fullest, because Victoria and her team handled it all. She’s absolutely amazing and we’re so grateful to have worked with her!

I booked Victoria for my wedding in October 2022. I cannot tell you how perfectly my day went because of her. She is extremely organized and will help you every step of the way. My wedding day was flawless and so smooth because of her. I even had many guests tell me after the wedding that it was the smoothest wedding they have ever been to. Victoria is amazing. Our Wedding Planner, Victoria Rose at thatBliss Weddings was exactly what we needed. To be honest, we went into planning the wedding of our daughter and wondered if we really needed a service like this but the venue we chose required one for the day so we started looking into everything that they could help us with. We were so wrong - we definitely needed their help.
Victoria helped us in areas where we had no expertise in dealing with vendors, contracts, and showing us other ways to do things that we had not thought of. Our daughter’s wedding was perfect, the reception was beautiful and so much fun. All of our guests kept commenting on what a wonderful day it was and one of the most fun weddings that they had been to.

Victoria and her team were amazing and went above and beyond anything I could have dreamed. Her communication was always clear and timely. Her eye for design is great. My pinterest board was all over the place, and she really helped me narrow things down so that everything coordinated well. The day off, her team ensured that me and my husband were enjoying the night & staying hydrated. If anything went wrong, we were not aware because they took care of everything.
We booked ThatBliss for our Temecula July 2022 wedding and we were so, so pleased that we did! The two years before our wedding were very busy for me with other things (plus we live across the country) so having Victoria’s comprehensive checklist and full master planner was so crucial and life saving! I loved that I could have access to her materials even without booking her full wedding planning package and that she didn’t have a strict date that should wouldn’t talk to us before or give us advice via email. Victoria is so easy to work with, so sweet and on top of everything. I appreciated the option to add on a design package and make use of some of her inventory, very handy! When it came to the execution on the wedding day, her assistant, Adam, knocked it out of the park! I definitely recommend ThatBliss for your event planning needs!
Victoria was incredible at helping our dream day come true (and beyond). She was beyond organized, so responsive, and so helpful. She was always so mindful of our budget, so patient with our million requests, and SO organized. I cannot begin to even express how grateful we are for her support and recommend her and the team to all of our friends and family.
Victoria was an absolute delight to work with. We found her a little more than a year before our wedding date before we knew how our wedding would look. She took us to many venue showings until we found the perfect one. She also referred nearly all of the vendors we ended up using and we couldn't be happier. On the actual wedding day, her and her staff were fantastic and made our day magical. We are so thankful. 10/10 would recommend.
It was a real pleasure working with Victoria and her team at ThatBliss. I hired Victoria over a year before my wedding as my month-of coordinator and even though her work really did not start until the month before the wedding, she was incredibly gracious and helpful with planning tips and vendor recommendations. When she found out that she would be giving birth around my wedding, she was transparent and proactive and introduced me to her associate Adam who would be leading on my wedding day. They both were fantastic and very on top of everything - taking care of the things that were important to me and my fiance and assuring us that they would be our advocates throughout the process. The entire ThatBliss team are pros and I would recommend them as full planners or month-of coordinators!

We initially hired another wedding vendor for our ceremony in Big Sur. She completely messed up transportation for us causing us to let her go. Victoria is everything a person is looking for in a wedding coordinator. She is organized, experienced, professional, responsive, and overall just a great person. Every email, every phone call, every meeting, she was the picture of professional. My husband and I were an out of state couple from where we got married, and Victoria made the whole planning process feel easy. She listened to our every worry, vision, question and had an answer or problem solve for everything. I'll be honest, I went into the wedding planning process with very little vision for the whole thing, and Victoria was amazing in using what she knew about me to make suggestions and give ideas. She put us into contact with great vendors that helped bring our wedding to life and her inventory of decor helped us saved a couple bucks in the decoration department. Our wedding was beyond perfect and that is all thanks to Victoria and the great work that she does!
Victoria had been so attentive from the moment I met with her. From our first meeting, I was blown away with her attention to detail and ability to keep everything organized and check in on progress. Victoria and thatBliss helped us with day-of coordination for our somewhat unconventional wedding event (a friends-focused club night that included a short ceremony at the start). Victoria went above and beyond just day-of coordination in being willing to help with other aspects of planning. She also worked with us when COVID threw a wrench in our original plans, and was very flexible and accommodating for what ended up being a 1.5 year delay from our original date. Adam ended up being our day-of coordinator for the event, and jumped in with enthusiasm, positivity, and a willingness to do whatever needed to make our event successful. He helped the day run smoothly with everything from set-up, vendor coordination, timeline management, all the way to managing clean-up at the end of the night, so that we didn’t have to. We appreciate all that thatBliss, Victoria, and Adam did for us over the course of planning our event, and in making our day run smoothly.
Victoria was truly heaven sent! She is by far the best coordinator I have ever worked with. I found Victoria on Facebook after having a really bad experience with another coordinator in the area. I came to her in dyer need to help me pull off my Engagement Dinner within a one month notice. She was super sweet, professional, knowledgeable, creative, patient, cost-effective and ensured I stayed within my budget! On the day of, using the word shocked is an understatement, I was floored. I found Victoria through Facebook and I’m so happy I did. We originally just brought her on to bring our wedding decorations to life, but quickly added her on the be a coordinator. She was always so helpful, answered every question we had, and we always knew we were in good hands. She turned our wedding into everything we wanted & I couldn’t imagine without her and her team the day being as stress free as it was.

We had the most perfect wedding … 💕💕💕as two widowers who found each other, we wanted something very special and Victoria made it happen ❤️… if it wasn’t for her, we never would have found our extra special venue. Being from out of town we were ‘lost’ and she went over and above to help us find the perfect place that meant so much to us … our one regret is that we didn’t hire here for the total package !! Victoria and her team were amazing planners for our wedding. We originally thought we could do most of the planning/details ourselves, but were so relieved when we brought Victoria on board and things just got that much more organized and easier. Little things that you don't think of would be considered in her planning and timelines, and our wedding wouldn't have been nearly as smooth without her and her team. We had some last minute curveballs thrown our way from our venue and Victoria jumped right in as a steadfast advocate for us to quickly resolved the issues. Our wedding turned out better than we could have imagined, and we owe a big thanks to Victoria and her team!
Victoria was amazing! We decided on her decorating package since we already had a coordinator/planner with our venue. We had a clear simple vision and were a little worried our venue would look simple and plain since Im allergic to so much (flowers, greenery, etc.) but Victoria had a great inventory of décor at our disposal and when we walked into my venue my heart was just so full with how beautiful she made it. She took my simple vision and far exceeded my expectations. Our romantic candle lit venue was more than we could have dream of. We really cant thank you enough Victoria, we are so incredibly happy! I want to thank Victoria and her team for helping create the wedding day of my dreams! I hired Victoria for day of coordination only, but she was such a great help throughout the whole planning process. Her spreadsheets, tips, and prompt answers to all of my questions really helped me stay organized and on top of things. Victoria was absolutely amazing. I searched for a day of planner for awhile and I could tell on just a phone interview that she knew what she was doing and was really good at it. The biggest thing she did to keep things organized was her “master planner” that helped with communication between the two of us and helped me remember all those little things a bride might forget! She was on top of communication with me and the vendors and made the wedding day go incredibly smooth! I would highly recommend!
We planned a micro wedding during the pandemic and there’s no way we could’ve done it without Victoria and her team. She had vendors that she works with that helped save us time from looking for a florist, a baker, rentals, etc. She coordinated everything for us and was there day of to set up and break down. Worth every penny. Really made the day go smoother than if we had DIY’d it (don’t do it yourself, hire a coordinator)!
Victoria was amazing from start to finish. She thought of every little detail and asked tons of questions to make sure that our wedding was just the way we wanted it. She took direction perfectly when we knew what we wanted, and was also truly excellent in providing suggestions when we weren’t sure or hadn’t thought about something before (since our previous venue was all inclusive). She helped us find our new venue, and found us fantastic new charcuterie and dessert vendors, and a caterer and rental company. She also worked seamlessly with the hair and makeup artist, photographer, and florist that I had previously hired, communicating all of our date and detail changes to them so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She helped us develop a budget and make adjustments so that we could stay in it. I can’t emphasize enough how lost I would have been without her! On the day of the wedding, Victoria also took care of everything from making the schedule, setup, coordinating the ceremony, and cleanup – we didn’t have to think about a single thing. It was truly amazing.
Finally, I just want to emphasize how amazing Victoria is at communication. She is easy to talk to, willing to bounce around many ideas, and was available for frequent phone calls, email communications, and check-ins. She kept us on track and planned the whole micro-wedding for us in less than 4 months, a feat we never could have accomplished on our own. We can’t thank Victoria or recommend her enough!
Working with Victoria was such a great experience! From our first phone call, all the detailing in between, to the day of our wedding, Victoria literally brought our vision to life! We planned for an elopement after all the craziness of this year, I was honestly over the whole wedding planning and didn’t really know what I wanted anymore, but after our first call I felt immediate relieve! And she had a vision that I fell in love with. The whole air bnb and private chef candle lit dinner on a rooftop was all her and I can’t thank her enough for coming up with such a brilliant idea! It turned out so beautiful! My husband and I literally sat out, under the stars, talking about how perfect everything turned out and how we wouldn’t have done it any other way! She’s amazing and really listens to you and wants you to have what you want for your wedding day. She really puts the couple first. The decision of eloping was hard and I confided in her because family tried to change our mind, she gave the best advice she could and just let me vent, which I appreciated! We are beyond thankful to have worked with ThatBliss! Also kinsleigh, her assistant, was also super helpful and so sweet! Positive vibes! Good energy! Amazing work! Victoria and Jose are the wedding dream team. Victoria assisted us as our "day of wedding coordinator" and Jose was our photographer.
"Day of Coordinator" is definitely an understatement. Victoria worked with us throughout the process of planning the wedding. While we handled the details (we didn't hire her as our planner), Victoria was there to offer guidance and reassure us that we were moving in the correct direction the entire time.
When it came down to the rehearsal and day of the wedding, Victoria and her team were everything we could have asked for. They were prompt, extremely professional, organized, and most importantly very cool, calm and collected. Victoria has a knack for dealing with these types of situations - as various issues would arise, or if someone threw out an idea or suggested a last minute change, Victoria would very calmly ask me how I wanted to handle it. She has a way of asking a question a few times in a few different ways to make sure she is getting an honest answer from you and that you aren't being pressured by an awkward situation.
The team handled the setup and cleanup flawlessly and every detail in between. Jose was there as our photographer. He took engagement photos with us a few months before. This was great because it gave us an opportunity to tell him what we did and did not want, and it also gave him a chance to coach us a little bit. There were little angles or certain positioning that can really make or break a photo. He taught us what to do at the engagement shoot and then called upon those lessons at the wedding.
We asked for our photos to be done as quickly as possible and really didn't want to spend what felt like half of our wedding away from the guests, taking photos. Jose honored this request and managed to very thoughtfully plan out our photos for the day. Taking as many before the ceremony as possible and making sure to just focus on capturing what was most important to us.
We really feel like we lucked our finding the thatBliss team and strongly recommend them.
For context, our wedding was at a beautiful ranch, but was completely DIY (tables, chairs, bar services, flowers- everything), and we had 130 guests.

I used That Bliss for my brewery wedding and Torry and her team went above and beyond to ensure my wedding went off without a hitch. She helped me in planning my wedding from states away. I live in Austin and my wedding was in San Diego and I cant believe the how much she did to ensure my special day perfect went smoothly. She even helped with the décor and transformed a brewery into beautiful setting. Anything you need she will do for you, if I could give her more stars I would.
Hi my fiance and I have been researching wedding photographers for a while. Then I came across That Bliss. Victoria is so nice and professional and had lots of ideas that I hadn't even given a thought to. I felt very comfortable and at ease! She is so accommodating with our schedules Victoria set up a meeting with Jose the photographer and herself, and my fiance, and myself and it clicked! We are not only happy to say that we are excited that they are going to capture those exciting precious moments of our big day I feel confident and relaxed that Victoria and Jose will make it all come together just the way we want it! Tori with That Bliss was on top of helping my coordinate for my wedding. I had her help me with the day-off coordination and I am so thankful that she was there. She made sure that everything went seamless and everyone kept on track. She was great at following up and making sure all my vendors were on-board are ready to go for the day of my wedding. Her fiance even helped the day of my wedding. I would absolutely recommend her to any future brides needing coordination!
Victoria and her husband have been so absolutely amazing! Victoria was my wedding planner and she seriously made my wedding day the most smooth and amazing time! I had to rearrange my entire reception the day of due to some complications and she handled it without hesitation! She called all my vendors the week of the wedding to ensure everyone would be there and on time! Her husbands photos were just breath taking and I was in complete awe of them! This due really made the best decision to start their own company! They are so affordable I seriously didn’t think I would be able to get this wedding done in 12 weeks! That Bliss provides excellent services, that are professional, fun and unique. My boyfriend and I have wanted to get couples shots taken for a long time now and I'm glad that I found Tori and Jose. I told Tori that I wanted shots on an "as private" as possible beach with cliffs and rocks and she exceeded my expectations. Jose is magnificent with his camera and works extremely hard to get a perfect shot with the best angles possible. They both work extremely well together and are very personable making the whole experience really fun. I will definitely book with them again and would highly recommend them!
I totally recommend working with Victoria of SoCal Wedding Co. For my wedding she choreographed and then taught my husband and I to do a dance routine which we performed as our "first dance" at our reception. We are NOT dancers, total beginner amateurs, but I thought it would be fun to surprise our guests with a choreographed first dance. She listened to our input and then came up with fun dance moves and choreography that we could accomplish and was a patient and helpful teacher as we learned the routine. We had fun working with her and when we "performed" our dance at our reception, it was a blast. Our guests were thrilled, it was everything I hoped it would be. When I posted a video of our first dance, I think I commented, "one of the funnest things I've done in my life was perform this dance with my husband." I would definitely work with her again if I ever needed that kind of professional.
