There were never any surprise costs—everything was transparent and laid out so clearly from the start. Anytime I made a change, Grace updated my proposal almost immediately, making the entire planning process feel effortless and stress-free.
As our wedding day approached, every last detail was fine-tuned, and on the day itself, everything ran flawlessly. I was able to truly enjoy every moment because Grace and the team had everything under control. My family and guests had the same smooth, stress-free experience.

From the very first conversation, I knew The Addison was special. Grace was the sweetest, most genuine person, and from the moment she told me she would help bring my dream wedding to life, I knew we had found the perfect venue. We actually had three other venue tours scheduled, but after visiting The Addison, we canceled them all. It was the first and last venue we looked at. 💍
The property itself is breathtaking. The historic 100-year-old banyan trees, the beautiful fountain, and the peaceful atmosphere create a setting that feels straight out of a fairytale. 🌳✨ Grace took the time to show us every detail of the venue, from the groom’s suite to the bridal suite, and even suggested beautiful locations for our first look.
One thing that truly sets The Addison apart is their preferred vendor list. What I don’t think anyone realizes until they experience it themselves is that these are not just vendors, they are some of the most talented, professional, and genuinely wonderful people you could ever hope to work with. Thanks to The Addison, we found an incredible team: Shaun from Dalsimer, Bryan from Custom DJ, Ronny the violinist, Tom from Munoz Photography, and Reverend Calderin. Every single one of them exceeded our expectations and helped make our day absolutely perfect. 💕🎻📸

Planning our wedding from out of state could have been stressful, but our coordinator Molly made the entire process seamless. She was absolutely amazing. Her communication was excellent, she eased every worry I had, and walked me through each step of the process. She was incredibly organized and always flexible with scheduling meetings, which meant so much given our situation.
On the day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly. Even with unexpected rain, the team handled everything flawlessly. The reception was moved indoors and set up beautifully, and once the sun came out, we were still able to enjoy the outdoor space afterward for cocktail hour. The staff truly went above and beyond. Jennifer, in particular, was incredible. She was by my side during photos, fluffing my dress, making sure my husband and I had drinks, and keeping us updated on the timeline of events. It made such a difference to feel so taken care of throughout the day.
The food was another standout. During cocktail hour, the hors d’oeuvres were constantly being passed, which so many guests appreciated. We’ve all been to weddings where you feel like you have to search for them, and that was definitely not the case here. So many of our guests said they were some of the best hors d’oeuvres they’ve ever had at a wedding. For dinner, you truly cannot go wrong with the Chilean sea bass and filet. Our guests are still talking about how incredible everything was.
I truly cannot recommend The Addison enough. I would choose this venue over and over again. It gave us the most perfect day, and one I wish I could relive again and again.

From the natural beauty of the venue to the exceptional service and the food, every single detail exceeded our expectations. Every person we encountered throughout the process and on the day itself was wonderful to work with, and it made such a difference.
We planned our wedding in just five months, and I genuinely don’t think we could have done it without The Addison being so organized, responsive, and on top of everything. We also relied heavily on their preferred vendors list, and every vendor we chose was beyond incredible, it truly felt like we had a dream team.
We worked with Grace, who was so helpful throughout the entire process and made everything feel seamless. On the day of the wedding, our bridal concierge, Katherine, was an absolute saint. From the moment we arrived, I felt completely taken care of she was on top of everything and made the entire day feel effortless.
I cannot thank The Addison enough for making such an important day in our lives so unforgettable. We wish we could relive it all over again, and honestly, I would come back here to celebrate anything just to experience it all again. I couldn’t recommend this venue more.

UARY WEDDING they will increase the menu pricing at the last minute. I received a just under 3 month notice even though I booked my Wedding 13 months in advanced. Now for some that may not be a big deal, however for others the $1-3 dollar increase per dish really does make a difference. For my wedding it ended up being $7.25 more per person that we were not budgeting for. There is no exception for this they do not budge and advise "its in the contract" which it is. They do tack on a fair amount of fees towards the end which make the overall cost a lot higher than expected. Another thing that took me by surprise is for the entree the highest price entree is the cost that applies for ALL entrees. For example steak at $56 and Chicken at $40 the cost of the steak is what gets applied for all entrees no matter what your guests order. (this was no common knowledge to me & another thing that really took me by surprise) As my wedding got closer, with all these added fees & price increases it really put a damper on my wedding and I started having major regrets. I overall had an incredible wedding and Jennifer, my day of right hand woman was incredible. I am ultimately glad I had my Wedding at the Addison but would've really liked price transparency from the very beginning. Upon booking, I asked if it really was possible to stay as close to the F&B minimum as possible & was told absolutely that will happen. All in all it ended up costing 6k over the F&B (not counting other venue expenses) for my Thursday wedding. This review is just to let people know some of what to expect and hopefully will help someone out who may be wondering about some of the pricing ins & outs.

All of our guests loved the cocktail hour food (which was displayed beautifully) and the dinner - the sea bass and filet are both a must! We were able to tailor each detail throughout the day to fit our vision and everyone on the team at the Addison truly cared about ensuring my husband and I had the best day ever. Molly was amazing throughout the wedding planning process - answering any and all questions and allowing us to thoughtfully tailor our menu, decor, and even our signature drinks to fit our styles perfectly. The outdoor and indoor of the venue itself is absolutely STUNNING and the bridal suite and grooms room are great places to take photos and get ready. Max and his team were the best - checking in with us and ensuring all of our guests were also happy throughout our reception. Having toured a number of other places, one thing that stood out about this venue was both its stunning beauty and the way you are able to tailor your menu and your day to prioritize the things that matter most to you. You truly cannot go wrong here as the food is spectacular, the backdrop is breathtaking, and the team behind you is one of a kind. The venue itself is gorgeous, and we were pleased with the upgrades made to the Mizner Ballroom (where the reception was held).
The food was truly phenomenal from the Cocktail Hour hors d'oeuvres to the entrées and everything in between. Bias aside, we both think it's the best food we've ever had at a wedding, and this was part of the reason The Addison was a top choice for us.
The staff/service from the bridal concierge to the wait staff was top notch, and you can tell that they really have everything down to a science. Everything flowed very smoothly and we were told by our guests that everyone was incredibly accommodating.
If we could do it all over again, we would absolutely choose The Addison as our venue with no doubt in our mind.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous! We had both ceremonies under the Banyan trees, with receptions in the Main dining and the Mizner. Our themes went from a classy black tie to a colorful Indian celebration. I point this out to highlight the ability to host a wide array of events/styles!
Furthermore, the food was 5 star quality. Most venues have a view and ok food or vise versa. The Addison has both! Our guests are still raving about the Chilean Sea Bass at our black-tie wedding, and the Butter Chicken at our Indian wedding. They were even so kind to pack us to go food both nights because despite every effort to eat at our own wedding, we did not!
Lastly, Brides, if you're asked who you want to be your "assistant" for the day, pick Alyssa!!! She is the kindest, calmest, sweetest person - and that's what a bride needs on her big day! Alyssa went as far as to hold my 8 month old nephew so my sister (MOH) could help with my dress. Furthermore, on the Indian wedding day, I had a clip on nose piece that would NOT stay on no matter how much I pinched it close. Alyssa messaged other coworkers and found someone who had eyelash glue to make it stay! Above and beyond!
If you want a dream wedding that you and your spouse will spend the rest of eternity talking about, and you want your guests saying things like "this is the best wedding we've ever been to", then have your wedding at The Addison! My husband and I are still living on cloud 9 from 2 weeks ago! Thank you again Grace and Alyssa!!!

We chose not to hire a wedding planner, and Grace was invaluable in making sure that nothing was forgotten or left out in the planning. Throughout the entire planning process, Grace was always available to answer any questions we had, providing us with answers to our questions with knowledge and warmth that not only calmed our nerves, but made us confident for our big day.
Additionally, all of the staff there on the day of the wedding handled everything beautifully. They made it so that there was nothing for my husband or I to worry about or make decisions about during our wedding - we could truly be present and enjoy the day! We had to move our ceremony inside due to the rain, and they handled this transition incredibly quickly, while also relying on multiple forecasts to make the best decision for us and our guests. Despite the rain, the beauty of The Addison was apparent and did not deter in any way from our day (as we had worried!). We received countless compliments from our guests on the organization of the event, the incredible food, and the beauty of the space! Hiring The Addison was worth every penny!

d been working with Cindy for 18 months, and after hundreds of emails and countless meetings, she made sure everything was absolutely perfect. All of my friends told me, "something will go wrong and you just have to go with it." I'm a very type A person so made sure I had backup plans for everything. When I say nothing went wrong, it's 100% true. It was truly the most perfect day. One of my major concerns was the noise from passing trains coming through during the ceremony. While it's rare to happen, The Brightline train did come through but the sound was minimal and I barely noticed. You're so caught up in the moment that nothing matters when you're at the alter. The food was absolutely incredible. I have a very big Italian family so food was the focal point of the whole wedding. It did not disappoint. Cindy and her team worked effortlessly with all of my vendors to make sure everyone arrived on time and the ballroom was set up correctly. Every detail I had requested was made to perfection. Finally, I need to share about the amazing team at The Addison. Cindy was phenomenal to work with, she was incredibly helpful and provided great suggestions and support when needed. I felt like our wedding was in very capable hands, and it truly was. We also had the pleasure of working with Stephany throughout the event. She was so mindful of how my husband and I were doing, always kept us fed, with a drink in hand, and guided us through the evening.
People say you should always be prepared for things to go wrong on your wedding day, and I was okay with whatever came our way. But nothing did. It was amazing and that is in no small part due to the wonderful team at The Addison!

The courtyard with the 2 banyan trees is just magnificent, with the lovely fountain area as a backdrop. The food, from the appetizers to the amazing dinners, was just over the top delicious. , 2024 in an absolutely stunning ceremony at the Addison surrounded by the 100 yr old Banyan trees , historical architecture, a beautiful fountain, and balmy warm weather.
My daughter was escorted down the aisle by her father, surrounded by her 184 guests. Violin music was playing for the entire procession including the brides sisters and spouses, Grooms parents, Mother of the Bride, Flower Girls , Ring Bearers and wedding party.
Raymond the Wedding officiant conducted a meaningful ceremony with Bride and Groom exchanging vows and rings in front of their honored guests under the Banyon Trees.
Coctail Reception hour was held in the Main dining room with 2 open bars ( well staffed) Hors D’oeuvres ( Butler passed) including Mini GrilledCheese with Tomato Basil Bisque ( overall favorite) Grilled Chicken Skewer (absolutely delicious)Lollypop Lamb chops( moist and flavorful)Carmelized Watermelon ( refreshing) Avocado Toast, Spicy Ahi Tuna Tostada, all so very delicious. We also had a Cocktail Hour Display of Imported & Domestic Cheeses, nuts, figs, apricots, dried cranberries, pistachios, walnuts and assorted crackers. Champagne Flutes were attractively displayed during Cocktail hour with name and table assignments which had a definite “WOW” factor.
Dinner served in the Mizner Ballroom was outstanding, with a choice of Sea Bass or NY Strip, served with Organic Mixed Green Salad, mashed potato, and sautéed Broccolini. Wedding cake was the dessert and served by the waitstaff (delicious, good choice). A Late Night Pizza station was a big hit!
Our guests are still raving about all the delicious Hors D’oeuvres, cheese display, and 14 oz NY strip and Sea Bass and pizza. No one went hungry!
I can’t say enough about out the staff and servers the day of the wedding. The best service ever!

Grace and her team did a phenomenal job ensuring everything went exactly to plan. Once the event started, we didn't have to worry about a thing. The food was amazing, and our guests are still raving to us about the sea bass months later!
On top of the amazing service and team, the venue is beautiful and great for photos even with minimal decor. It's also centrally located which was great for our guests. They also handle so many parts of the wedding like food, dessert, drinks, seating, linens, etc. which made the entire planning process so much easier for us. Grace helped us think through every possible detail and made sure it was a truly perfect day.

Every single employee I spoke with both during planning and day-of went out of their way to make me feel so special on my wedding day. And the food? Guests have told us it was the best food they've ever eaten at a wedding and one of the best steaks they've ever had in general.

We were able to interact with Carlos, who was the loveliest person throughout our floral planning. He was so kind and gracious. We proceeded to the bridal suite, where we awaited the big moment in comfort and accommodation. Stephanie and Aliya were there to provide much- needed cocktails and any assistance throughout the evening. Gareth’s music was beautiful. The evening then unfolded amid a stunning space, the most delicious hors d’oeuvres (guests raved about the lamb chops), dinner (absolutely phenomenal sea bass), top-notch leadership/master of ceremonies by DJ Brian and team, friendly and delicious bar service, expert support of the entire event by Max, wait service at our table and every detail executed masterfully. People were coming up to us all evening and raving about it being the most amazing wedding that they had ever attended. And this from very well-traveled individuals who have been to many extraordinary events. We worked so hard on the countless details of this weekend, for so long. It was truly a dream-come-true!

From answering my plethora of questions over months of planning (thank you Heather & Taylor!), to providing an incredible list of vendors, to guiding us through the day without a single problem (major shout out to Alyssa!), it was an impeccable experience. heir expertise in wedding planning gave me so much peace of mind as I was planning my wedding. People kept saying I have never seen such a calm and relaxed bride the day before their wedding. The truth is I was so confident in The Addison’s organization and reputation and they certainly made everything flow so well together. There is an entire crew making sure everything goes as planned and on time. My dad even says that was the best well spent investment ever. One thing I will never forget. My concierge saved my day. I accidentally spilled some of their delicious (orange colored) shrimp sauce on my white wedding dress. She immediatelly grabed a tide marker she was carrying and fixed it for me. I was able to enjoy and dance in my reception worry free. It honestly never crossed my mind that I could stain my dress and I did not prepare for it, but they were. In sum, they are the full package: gorgeous tuscany vibe venue, delicious food and wonderful professional staff. They are dream venue. Special thanks to Heather, my coordinaror. The environment, the food, the weather, the aroma and, most of all the overall experience. The one comment that I am compelled to make is that Grace O'Bear, our event coordinator is responsible for this exquisite coming together and I simply cannot praise her highly enough. Kudos too to Max and Aliyah, without whose exceptional assistance on the wedding night, the wedding might not have been so successful. Oh, and that Banyan tree. Even the most jaded guests had to get a selfie with it in the background. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Grace and her team for making this such an unforgettable evening.
