My partner and I looked at a couple of wedding venues in the first stages of planning, and once we visited the Aerie we knew immediately it was the right fit. We rented The Cave - their smaller outdoor venue - and it fit our vision for the day perfectly. It felt rustic and secluded without having to drive an hour outside of Portland, and it was simply gorgeous. Natasha who we worked with for the year in the lead up was phenomenal - we felt listened to and taken care of with her. We're so happy to have had our special day at the Aerie!!

They are incredibly organized and it is a great deal for all you get at the Aerie especially compared to other venues in the Portland area. The Aerie was the ideal wedding venue for our vision. We found that the clubhouse package with the Bellevue Garden & Marquee Tent perfectly fit our “backyard romantic” vibe. Keiko was our coordinator and point of contact and she truly exceeded all of our hopes and dreams. She was truly so skilled at ensuring that we felt confident and prepared going into our day. She was very validating of our emotions going into the day, and always had the best suggestions and ideas. She was so knowledgeable and consistently had great recommendations for vendors, rentals, etc., and we genuinely had the most fun working with her! The day itself went off without a single hitch, and thanks to our team at the Aerie, we were able to focus on having fun on our wedding day instead of worrying about details! Additionally, we got rounds of golf as part of our package, and my Husband was able to golf with his friends and family while we were getting dressed and ready, which was such a meaningful experience to him. The scenery was gorgeous, the staff was truly so kind and lovely to work with, the food was fabulous and definitely a reason to consider this venue (our guests were RAVING about the food), and our day was truly the most magical and fun time of our lives! If I could give the Aerie more stars, I would! Thanks for making our dream come true!
Keiko was a dream to work with. She handled all details regarding the property and catering. Her friendliness prompted us to book The Aerie within hours of her presentation. I loved how they set up a dinner for wedding couples to try out the Aeries food and service. She was easy to work with, held my hand, returned calls promptly and took care of business. A perfect wedding.
The Aerie was the PERFECT place for our woodland fairytale to come to life. We had searched over a dozen other venues, and found the perfect mix of rustic magic and trusted infrastructure in their Cave setting. The Cave was tucked away and secluded enough so that it felt like we were in our own little forest world, but we had the benefit of having access to the amenities that come along with the Aerie, including their incredible events team and their phenomenal catering services! We got so many compliments on the food, and found their menu options very customizable and not overpriced. Working with their team (especially Betsy) for the past year gave us access to tastings, walk throughs and vendor relationships that greatly improved the quality of our day. Throw in free rounds of mini-golf for the guests and S'MORES and you've got absolute perfection. We are so grateful to the Aerie team for their excellent customer service, inclusivity and commitment to our vision. Thank you! xx

Her attention to detail is astounding, we knew after our first meeting with her that there was not going to be a single thing forgotten and there wasn’t! Our wedding day was absolute perfection. I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at The Aerie in September 2021, and was so impressed with the professionalism of every person I encountered, but especially with their event manager Betsy. Our bride had one special photo that required a ladder, and Betsy made it happen! I hope to be back again soon, it’s such a gorgeous property with no shortage of beautiful views for any couple. Highly recommend!!
We had our wedding at The Aerie and were so incredibly happy! The staff was fantastic - they truly went above and beyond! Natasha was our coordinator and she went out of the way to communicate with me every step of the way and to ensure every single detail was perfect the day of our wedding. The food was great, the grounds are immaculate, and the staff was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about The Aerie!

We had to plan our wedding while living overseas (which is a struggle all on its own!) AND during the pandemic, and Natasha was so accommodating, helpful, and quick to respond throughout the whole process. She offered us recommendations that made everything so much easier on us and the venue has a lot of good resources that made our day extra special.

A classmate and I recently had a delightful experience to work with Natasha and The Aerie Team on a class reunion held at The Aerie at Eagle Landing. It was planned to be a year earlier but because of the Pandemic was postponed a year. Natasha was new to our account but stepped right up and with determination to make our reunion a success. During our meetings with Natasha she was very understanding of our needs and came up with great ideas from tablecloth and napkin colors, what music to play, seating both indoor and outdoor, how many to seat at a table and placement of mementos we had from previous reunions. One meeting she introduced us to the chef to go over our meal selections. Everyone at The Aerie was very accommodating to help and also helpful with Covid restrictions. We got great feedback from our classmates!! In all our reunion was a great success thanks to Natasha and the team at The Aerie. I would recommend The Aerie at Eagle Landing to anyone wanting to have a special event in a beautiful and picturesque setting. Thank you all so much at The Aerie and a special thanks to Natasha.

Natasha and staff were SO pleasant to work with!! Our original wedding venue canceled on us the Tuesday before (week of). Aerie was open and graciously took our reservation. We immediately went for a visit and booking. The venue was gorgeous and complimented everything we had planned. It was COVID Safe, outdoors and staff was incredibly kind. We were married on October 19, 2019 at the Aerie at Eagle Landing. I wanted a rustic themed wedding with candles and lanterns. The Aerie was the perfect location because the room is already so elegant and beautiful. I worked with Chelsea as my coordinator, and I am SO GLAD I booked her services. The week of the wedding there was a huge chance of rain in Portland. Chelsea quickly put together a rain plan that we ended up using. She made the day very easy and I never felt stressed about the venue or the wedding day. The other staff at the Aerie were helpful and enjoyable to work with. During our wedding staff would check in if we wanted more food or something to drink. They even brought us some of the passed appetizers at dinner (which we were too busy to eat during cocktail hour.) This small, special touches are what I remember from our day. Thank you to Chelsea, Janelle, and the whole team at the Aerie. You did an amazing job making us feel special.
We really enjoyed working with Chelsea and her team at The Aerie! We really enjoyed the option to have the whole venue to ourselves for our wedding! We did the all inclusive option which was great! They had all the extras we thought of at the last minute and they were already on it, (umbrellas, sparkler send off included in that package, plates and napkins for the cake cutting, champagne toast materials) it was great! Chelsea answered all my ongoing questions throughout the whole process. We didn’t realize until we met with Chelsea and Janelle (catering manager) we had so many options for our food even with the all inclusive package! All our guests loved the food and they even saved us some of the appetizers for when my husband and I sat down for dinner which I thought was a nice extra touch. We liked we could make a plan of having an outdoor/indoor ceremony the day prior to our wedding day bc of weather concerns! So that was very nice of having that option. The grounds were great for the photos and it was just beautiful. I would really recommend them. We didn’t want to blow our budget but we wanted something classy and timeless. I felt we got that with going with the Aerie! They are reasonably price for what you get in return. You can add all the extras you want or the basic package is great too! Images cannot capture how incredible this venue is! We arrived day of, and everything was in place as discussed, and the team was incredibly attentive. Chelsea was friendly and thoughtful of everything throughout the process. Janelle's catering was incredibly delicious and light! Perfect for getting the dance on the rest of the night! I think this is beautifully affordable, and both Chelsea and Janelle were accommodating and easy to work with, very stress-free process <3
We recently got married at “The Cave”, one of The Aerie’s more rustic venues with the natural tree canopy and wood chip ground cover...a most appreciated venue on a warm August afternoon! This was such an easy venue to add touches of elegance to by adding our custom flowers, the lanterns (available to rent from The Aerie for a reasonable rate), and our own table centerpieces. The kids loved the complimentary s’mores to roast around the fire pit area!
From the first meeting with Natasha and the rest of The Aerie staff, we couldn’t have asked for more professional, supportive, and friendly service...they were great! They were conscious of our budget and helped us to create a customized, beautiful experience around that. Having friendly staff on-site at the wedding to talk with as needed during the event was also appreciated.
We highly recommend The Aerie and their staff...a class act!

This venue is beautiful! It has a lot of aspects that make wedding planning simple (like catering and bartenders on site) but still allows you to personalize your special day! The staff here are so friendly and thoughtful! I would recommend The Aerie to everyone! Also, hire their wedding coordinator Chelsea Hutchison! She will make your wedding day go off without a hitch! She goes above and beyond the call of duty! I wouldn't have been able to do it without her! Chelsea helped me plan every detail! She thinks of everything, coordinates with your vendors, helps with set up and takedown, and lets you and your family enjoy the day as much as possible! My husband and I felt so spoiled by Chelsea and the team at this venue! So many special touches to make your day memorable and perfect!
Not only are the grounds perfection, the staff and coordinator are so incredibly gracious, professional, and accommodating. The food was delicious. We didn't have to worry about a thing on our day, as our coordinator, Chelsea, had thought of any and all potential mishaps. If we had to get married again, we'd still choose The Aerie.
We were married at the Aerie at Eagle Landing this spring and it could not have been more perfect! The wedding coordinator on site, Chelsea, and her team were extremely professional and provided high quality customer service and catering. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Chelsea is great at what she does and she treats you like a family member! She is known for her professionalism by other vendors and is a joy to work with! Since she works at the venue as well, she knows what vendors have done well and has multiple examples of when she has seen them provide their services at the venue.
The venue itself was perfect and beautiful the day of the wedding. The staff were very accommodating and tried their best to make every wish of ours come true. We were married in the outdoor garden which was full of flowers and beautifully set up. The venue has a beautiful design that easily allows to guests to flow from one area to another. There are some GORGEOUS spots to take pictures in the gardens, near the pond and in their beautiful stone arch way. During the reception and cocktail hour, the food was delicious and constantly refilled so nobody had to wait. We did the all inclusive package and included the coordinator which was completely worth it.
Finally, we ended the night with a sparkler send off and the optional helicopter getaway. We completely surprised our guests with the helicopter and created memories we won't soon forget! Thank you to the Aerie and their staff for an amazing time!
Loved this venue. While it would make a perfect outdoor wedding venue as well, we only did indoors because of the timing (Oregon weather is so iffy). Their chairs are comfortable, the lighting is beautiful, the food was delicious, their bathrooms are nice, they have a separate bridal suite and groomsmen lounge, etc. I was very happy with our choice to have our wedding here.
Another plus about the venue is they have an in-house wedding planner that you could use (for a fee). Chelsea was worth every penny. She was absolutely amazing. We met with her on several occasions to discuss all the little details. So many little details that you don't think of, which is why it was so great to have her. Everything during the rehearsal and wedding day went by so smoothly and I know a big part of that was because of her. I would highly recommend using Chelsea if you can.

Chelsea, Janelle, and the rest of the staff at the Aerie were INCREDIBLE. They were always helpful and understanding when it came to the planning, and made our big day go off without a hitch! They were able to change plans quickly and seemlessly as the weather kept changing on us. The whole time they were very caring and willing to help with whatever came up! I can't say enough about how much I loved everything about this venue and the people who work there!
We held our Rehearsal Dinner under the tent at The Aerie, and the wedding in "The Cave" there as well. For both events, the staff, food, service, and atmosphere were amazing. As I was thousands of miles away planning these events, I was unsure what to expect. However, Chelsea and Jeanelle made me feel as though they had everything under control...and, they did! Ava, the cook, delivered appetizers and meals that were absolutely delicious. I was so very happy with both events, but honestly, most of the credit goes to the "workers behind the scenes." To The Aerie staff, all I can say is, "Thank for a magical weekend!"
We looked all over Portland for a venue for our April wedding and Aerie Landing was definitely the best location that offered full service, standard indoor and outdoor options, at a reasonable cost. Beckie was extremely helpful in explaining everything up front, and the various price points and costs were very clearly laid out in the folder we received at the first meeting. The day of our wedding we had a huge wind storm in the morning, but the staff had no issue slightly changing the plans to hold the ceremony in the tent, and all set-up was as requested and ahead of schedule. The actual food we selected was not available at the tasting night (held twice a year), but it was even better than we imagined. Overall, the Aerie is a beautiful venue, they are very professional, and they offer a wide variety of options and accommodations to meet the needs of varying budgets and wedding style.
The Aerie was the perfect location for our wedding! Planning our wedding from out of state, my husband and I elected to go with the All Inclusive Package, and we are so thankful that we did! Every little detail was considered by the Aerie staff, and handled professionally. Looking back, it saved us quite a bit of money and effort! Most importantly, Saundra helped throughout the planning process, referred vendors, helped us contact them, and coached us through many of the decision making that was needed to create a perfect day! On the day of, she was there to manage deliveries, the timeline, and make sure it all went on without a hitch. Without her, I have no idea how we would have made this day possible!
On the day of, we felt completely relaxed and pampered! Our Catering Captain, Kirk, was there at every turn, making sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. The food was fantastic, and our guests kept telling us how much fun they had. A month later I still can't believe how happy we feel with the quality of service we received from the Aerie.
I had always dreamed of a picture perfect setting for my wedding, and The Aerie did nothing short of amaze me.The entire staff from start to finish was phenomenal. They met all of our needs, answered all of our questions and set us up with one of the most memorable nights ever. We had the pleasure of working with Beckie, Saundra and Chef. Beckie and Saundra teamed up and tackled all of our needs and requests head on and made sure we had everything we needed. And Chef deserves his own round of applause, we could not have done this without him, we had a handful of people that needed specialty plates and he took our hands and told us not to worry that they would be taken care of. We were able to taste his food at the Bridal Open House in February 2015 and my husband and I were hooked. Never in our lives had we had such glorious food, everything was hand crafted with care, elegance, style and flare. His knowledge, experience and confidence in the kitchen just gave us that much more faith into putting our wedding in his hands. He went above and beyond to take care of us and we can't thank him enough. Ingo and Holly from Konect Aviation swept us away to our hotel downtown with our helicopter send off, and their kindess and hospitality just made our night that much better. Thank you to everyone at the Aerie who made our wedding such an amazing night, and surely one we and our guests will remember for a long time to come.
If you are still searching for a venue, search no more. This place will knock your socks off. Amazing staff, food, and overall venue space. We used the tent, cave, and mini golf course for our cocktail hour and guests were in Heaven!
We chose the Aerie as the venue for our wedding reception for 120 guests in late June due to it's proximity to our home and the inclusive services provided. Since we had a multi-cultural wedding (with a tea ceremony at my parent's home in the morning and a Catholic church ceremony in the afternoon) and many guests coming in from out of town, we wanted to find an event space that would take care of everything. We couldn't be more pleased with the Aerie!
It was a pleasure to work with Jamie and Adam from start to finish. It was very easy to contact them and schedule meeting times. Jamie was very helpful in planning out our reception schedule and offered many organizational and creative insights we didn't even think about. Adam was fun to work with in designing our menu and was especially wonderful to work with on the day of our wedding. We had some confusion between vendors at our reception concerning the schedule and Adam's calmness and willingness to work with us was very much appreciated. We were surprised by the efficiency, professionalism, and number of Aerie staff during our reception - all of our guests were impressed and we received many compliments on our choice of venue.
Although we didn't get a chance to sample the menu options due to our busy schedules, we were pleasantly surprised by delicious (and beautiful) food at our reception. Both presentation and taste exceeded our expectations.

My experience working with the Aerie was nothing short of phenomenal. Everyone is incredibly helpful and full of good suggestions and tips to make your day go off without a hitch! Jamie was amazing to work with, anything we wanted or needed she was quick to respond and help us out. Adam was likewise as helpful with catering and setup. On our wedding day, I couldn't have asked for a better team at the Aerie making sure everything went as planned. They brought my husband and I our dinners (we had a buffet) and continued to check in throughout the night and see what we needed. Also, when I was getting ready, the chef, Michael, came and brought us a fruit and cheese snack tray and introduced himself to me. Overall it was the best experience I could have hoped to have on my wedding day. Definitely recommend!! Amazing venue and staff!!
The Aerie has such a great staff! They are amazing from day one! They make every attempt to make the day special. The catering available is delicious! We had a few hiccups along the way with them, but everything was smoothed out and our wedding was magical! Their grounds are so beautiful! Our guests are still talking about our amazing helicopter exit!
The staff at Aerie is unbelievable! They were so helpful in helping me prepare for my wedding and went above an beyond my expectations the day of our wedding as well. The food was phenomenal and I had numerous people come and tell us it was the best wedding food they've ever had! Michelle was our banquet coordinator for our wedding evening and helped us with everything we needed and FAST! My groom was sick throughout our wedding day and she made sure to get us anything and everything we needed. They even made us an AMAZING slide show of pictures throughout our wedding evening and played it for us in the limo on the ride to our hotel! THEY WERE AWESOME and I HIGHLY recommend getting married at the Aerie!

This venue was right down the street from our home, and from the moment we arrived from our tour, where they personalized the sign out front, we were captivated! They were attentive, specific, friendly, and supportive. The food is delicious, the chef will work with you on specific needs. Make sure you get the wedding planner package - Saundra takes the stress away!
The day/night of my wedding went off without a hitch! Everyone at the aerie was spectacular and did a great job. The only complaint was not enough chicken on the chicken kabobs.
We had our wedding June 30th and everything at the Aerie was 5 stars. We had Saundra the wedding coordinator on our side and she made it extraordinary!! Venue is beautiful (rain or shine), food was amazing and guests are still raving about it today, timeline and every detail was all about perfection. It was all amazing and perfect, we are confident it wouldn’t have been this great at another venue – sooo glad we chose The Aerie, no regrets and worth every penny!!
This place was so beautiful and it included so many amenities that made the planning process much easier. The catering staff was so helpful, nice, and happy on the day of that made the day so much easier and less stressful. The wedding coordinators are difficult to deal with. Invoices are constantly wrong, charging you more gratuity than said, they up their prices of alcohol and food and take weeks to get back to you. Unless you physically call them to have them fix these issues goodluck getting any response back from them or a corret invoice. We were promised many things that we did not recieve come the day of the wedding, you cant get in there until 4 which is barely enough time to take pictures let alone get ready there. Although our day turned out beautiful, the planning process was a nightmare.
The staff made my special day seem like a dream come true. There was nothing to big or too small they could not handle. Even on the day of my wedding when something came up they were so ahead of it I didn't even know until people told me after my wedding.

I do wish the event planner was a little more involved on the day of. I didn't know that they are NOT involved what so ever on the day of. Left us a little frantic schedule wise. It was in the fine print of the contract but for someone planning their first wedding I had no clue! They should really voice that to people.
My wedding happened to land on the first 90 degree day of the year this year on August 20, 2011. The Aerie was absolutely beautiful! The staff was great, the place was clean, full of color and the food was great! Sara was absolutely amazing to work with to set up our day and would reccomend using the Aerie to anyone. Especially now that they have their own catering on site. Having everything in one place made things sooo much easier and honestly the food taste a lot better. The miniature golf course is a lot of fun for adults as well as children and is available for use during the reception. I don't think that anyone from my party used the miniature golf but I know we did on a few occasions while we waited for a meeting.
My only complaint on this site is the time constraint. I didn't think that I would need more time than what I had but it would have been really nice to have a couple more hours. But we just did an after party somewhere else. Overall our wedding was beautiful, the staff helpful and the facilities like the bridal room and grooms room were amazing (especially the bridal suite):) They have a steamer for any last minute steaming great lighting and I could go on and on.
If you want it all for a reasonable price, I would definately reccomend the Aerie to YOU!!
My husband and I could not be happier with our wedding we held at the Aerie at Eagle Landing in July 2011. The entire staff - Saundra, Sarah, catering and owners were absolute professionals from start to finish and pulled off our wedding with over 350 guests without a hitch.
The Aerie is so beautiful and it made exceptional pictures. The grounds were perfect for our group to be able to house some of our older guests inside and the younger groups outside under a drapped tent. The entire affair was very elegant and I receive comments everyday that the wedding was the MOST beautiful one anyone had every been to.
We used the in house catering after tasting at two other major caterors in the Portland area. The food was AMAZING and cost less than the other vendors we had tried. They also went so far as to create our late night menu with an item my husband and I enjoyed at a local Portland hot spot on our first date.
You cannot beat the Aerie at Eagle Landing for a wedding. I highly encourage you to take a look and meet the team. They are AMAZING and made my wedding day more beautiful than imagined withoug a hint of stress!

The Aerie was beautiful and everything went as planned. Our venue facilitator, Lisa, was so incredibly friendly and flexible. Our wedding was able to be just what we wanted!
Sara and the staff at The Aerie were professional, extremely detail oriented and always willing to help. It was a beautiful space alone, but they made it the total package by creating printed layouts of all the spaces, ran through every detail with me and were willing to help with the special touches. I planned my wedding in 5 months but graduated college a month before, everything came together for my special day and I was thankful for the help and support from The Aerie.
From the first time I saw the Aerie at Eagle Landing, I knew that it was the perfect place for my wedding. The grounds are immaculately manicured and the spacious ballroom is beatiful! The colors in the ballroom fairly neutral and can be dressed up to fit any theme. It worked perfectly for our fall event.
In addition, Sara and Saundra were both extremely professional and went out of their way to help make our wedding a success. I would highly recommend the Aerie to anyone who is looking for an elegant setting for a wedding!
