Located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas in historic downtown Springdale. We are a upscale elegant modern and iconic wedding & event venue. Our space has been beautifully renovated and restored into a 1940's art deco with beautiful marble floors and bars. Floor to ceiling mirror dating back to the early 1800's, crystal chandeliers throughout the entire venue. Two beautiful wooden staircases that lead up to the VIP Lounge that overlooks the main ballroom. We have a catering kitchen onsite, built in bars, & our pricing includes chairs and tables for your event. We also have a beautiful outdoor space that is tented year round with electricity and space for food truck vendors. We accept ALL people no matter of race, religion, sex, or political stance. LGBTQ Friendly. We welcome all and embrace all of our clients and their guests at The Apollo on Emma.

our friends and family while they ate, drank, and danced. The hope of that day absolutely came true with all the help from the event coordinator, Heidi. We were given recommendations from caterers to photo booth operators. We had help setting up the venue, and given inspirational thoughts on how to arrange the space. We worked with an online event planning program to actually plan the tables, seating, and dance floor. We had a low stress, memorable, and unique wedding at the Apollo and so should you!

My love for wedding & event planning has kept me in the industry for the past 10+ years. I am now the GM for The Apollo on Emma, a wedding & event venue, as well as the Event Designer for the Apollo. I am a Arkansas native and live in historic downtown Springdale, AR with my husband of 15 years and our 4 dogs. We are very involved with revitalizing our little downtown & we have been a part of helping it grow for the past 10 years. Originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas, I moved to NWA in 2009. My family still resides in Hot Springs with 1 younger brother & his wife and my mother and father.
