hitch and everything was beautiful. We used Carriage House for our florals and the in house catering which made everything so easy and they did an absolutely stellar job. 5000/10 would recommend.

Chris and his team were overall easy to communicate with and were ready to answer our questions and make our wedding vision come true. At the end of the day, the wedding was perfect and we are very grateful!

dding, our rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, after the reception, and every where in between our wedding coordinators Chris & DeLanie were extremely helpful and professional. They thought of EVERYTHING- we even had an entire plated meal waiting for us in the honeymoon suite after the reception. Our day couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you to everyone at the Astin Mansion!!

We were able to book the mansion for 3 days so my bridesmaids could stay with me in the mansion the night before. We got to set everything up early which made the day of super stre...
ss free. They helped us with literally everything making sure our vendors were there and keeping us on schedule. And with bad weather on our rainy day they made sure we had a safe dry reception that was still extremely beautiful! Then my newly husband and I stayed the night after the wedding and found a dinner for two set up in the honey moon suite from of the food we had for the reception and some dessert which was nice because we actually didn’t get to try our desserts other than our first bite since they went so quick. The Astin mansion coordinators did above and beyond what they said they would and even with what I knew they would be doing they still blew my mind with how amazing everything went and was. and the day went by so smoothly. From start to finish, from having to change the date to sending their guys to get heaters when we were hit with an unexpected cold front, I could not have asked for a better team of people to work with.

l in college, so having floral, catering, and coordination all in-house made my job a lot easier. Everyone at the venue is knowledgeable and personable, and they are very good at their jobs! We have received so many compliments on our wedding, and we couldn't have pulled it off without such an amazing venue and staff!

The good thing about this venue is that they do most everything for you, floral, decorations, catering, set up and take down. It was a help for me since I was an out of town bride ...
and didn't want to haul 13 centerpieces and such. If you choose to go elsewhere for cateringe, etc. you will be charged for it. Some frustrating things were fees for changing the seating layout. I feel if I am paying to rent the place if I would like the tables arranged in a different manner that should be included. Besides that they were very pleasant to deal with and always responded to my e-mails in a timely manner. The venue is very beautiful and the space is probably better for weddings of less than 200 people. The inside is split into seperate rooms so the guests and bridal party will be split up if that's a concern. There is no one inside space that could fit all guests for a 70+ persons. We chose to have the wedding outside and it was perfect.

ould have ever wanted came to true! Astin Mansion has a classic charm and excellent staff, and everyone who attended my wedding (approx 130 people) raved about how awesome a setting it was! There are rooms upstairs that are available for use the day of the wedding, but my bridesmaids and I decided to stay the night at the Astin Mansion the night before the wedding to not be rushed and be very relaxed. We arranged for breakfast baskets to be brought to our room and that was a great treat! My wedding planner, Kristal, had everyone going where they needed to go and when they needed to get there. She handled everything during the wedding and I didn't need to worry about anything. It was a very stress-free wedding and couldn't have asked for anything more!!!

This venue is wonderful and it photographs really well. It lends itself to good guest movement and the guests seemed to love it! A few things I'd warn brides about: Be careful...
with what you count on as far as inclusions go. Some of the things that were written into the contract as being included were changed at the last minute by the venue since there was a clause in the contract that allowed them to do so. Don't pick this venue if you're going to be nervous about the weather! Another thing to watch out for: The coordinator that came with the venue (who no longer works there) tried to force us into a larger coordination package (double the price) at the last minute with no warning. We were able to get by with our original package, but it definitely added unneeded stress. The coordinator ended up doing a great job and I wouldn't have changed a thing. The day of my wedding was absolutely perfect and everything ended up working out just as I had hoped and the staff was great.

l my ideas, and kept everything running smoothly during the planning and the day of the wedding. I definitely recommend getting the wedding day coordinator - neither myself nor any of the bridal party had to worry about anything. The coordinator kept everything on time, made sure we ate, ensured the vendors were paid and trouble shooted anything that may have gone wrong. Astin also has an in-house caterer and florist that reduced the planning stress tremendously! It made it so much easier not to have to worry about an additional 2 or 3 vendors!
