I am an African American Bride with very curly, textured hair. My bridal party was a mixture of straight fine hair and curly textured hair. All I can say is, DANI IS PERFECT. From the day I booked her she was so professional and her personality is amazing. Right after booking her, she was intentional in learning what everyone’s hair texture was and learning more about their hair experiences so that she could give us the hair looks we chose. If you are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and amazing at styling hair….. BOOK HER NOW. I wish I could do my wedding all over again just to have her do my hair :)

Dani is amazing! I had a very diverse bridal party and it was important to me that everyone was accommodated! Dani styled everyone’s hair beautifully and I would hire her in a heartbeat!!!

I cannot say enough good things about my wonderful experience working with The Bae Bar! I am so thankful that not only was my wedding day look beautiful and exactly what I dreamed of, but the entire process ended up being really enjoyable! While looking for artists I was so anxious about finding someone who could work with my textured hair while achieving a final look that made me feel like a bride the way I imagined. But Dani absolutely delivered and for that I will always be grateful! Everything from start to finish was incredibly well-organized, professional, and I knew exactly what to expect on the big day - this was so important as it took away my stress and allowed my bridal party and I to actually enjoy our time getting ready together on such a special day. I without a doubt would recommend Dani for a wedding day hair stylist. Dani was sure to answer any questions I had about my desired wedding hair style and made me feel comfortable about my style choice. She was professional, timely and of course she’s super talented as far as accomplishing my hair style. The style was absolutely beautiful and lasted all day, since my wedding was a 3 part wedding that was extremely important to me. Again, I highly recommend Dani!

As a black bride, finding a hair stylist and makeup artist can feel near impossible. As a black bride with a variety of shades and hair textures of bridesmaids, it is impossible. The Bae Bar was literally created to make this impossible mission, possible. Not only does Dani know how to do ALL hair, she employs people who are well versed in doing services for ALL people, including my husband who needed his blonde Thor-like hair braided. Moreover, Dani's level of communication and professionalism was above and beyond any of my expectations and wildest dreams. Her kind soul was the exact energy I needed for my two day Nigerian American wedding weekend. Multicultural stylists are few and far in between. The gap is vast and an added layer of stress for brides who feel the industry does not cater to their needs. I cannot recommend Dani enough to those who find themselves in that position.

Having Dani for my wedding was a great experience! Not only did she slay mine & the ladies hair but she also made us all feel comfortable. It was like having a close friend doing our hair. Thank you again Dani for making us look beautiful ❤️

The Bar Bar team did an amazing job with our hair and makeup for the wedding day! The morning of the wedding, one of their makeup artists and one of their hair stylists called off sick, so we were down to just one makeup artist and one hairstylist for 12 people. They were able to pull in a separate makeup artist the day of so that we had two makeup artists. With Dani as the only hair stylist, I was nervous we wouldn't have enough time to get everyone's hair and makeup done, but The Bae Bar really pulled through and did a fantastic job on our hair and makeup.

Dani and her team are amazing to work with! Dani will respond quickly and gives excellent advice and encouragement. Trust me, please do the trial (there is a reason Dani encourages people to do this). When I did my trial, I thought I knew exactly how I wanted my hair and makeup to look, but by doing the trial, Dani was able to recommend hair clip extensions to get the exact look I desired, and her team was able to adjust my makeup style even at the last minute (I thought I wanted a super bold look, but I ended up going with a more subtle look, especially since I changed my dress last minute). The encouragement and follow up texts she sent to make sure everything was ready is so kind and reassuring. I was just doing an elopement and was stressed out, but knowing I had someone like her and her team to come in and do my hair and makeup was a huge comfort! Thank you!

I truly could not have asked for a better hair and makeup vendor! BaeBar was THE BEST choice for both me and my bridesmaids for my wedding. From the beginning, Dani was incredibly professional, answered every question I had, implemented feedback after my trial, and maintained consistent communication. On the day of my wedding, she and her team were able to provide services for 13 of us, all with different hair textures, style preferences, and skin tones. As soon as Dani and Jon were done with my hair and makeup is when I really started to feel like a bride. I really can't thank or recommend BaeBar enough!

Working with The Bae Bar was such a seamless and easy process! I am so glad that I was able to find them, as I needed someone that could work with different hair textures and skin tones. Dani was amazing and listened to what I wanted, took time to review my hair in it’s natural state and gave feedback about the style that I wanted to go with. She did this same process with my bridal party as well. Jon was great to work with as well! He spent time listening to what I wanted and the difference between the trial and the actual wedding day was unreal! I absolutely loved my experience with them and would highly recommend The Bae Bar to anyone currently searching for a hair and makeup team.

Dani is incredible. She’s not only talented at her craft but she’s an amazing person and someone you want to be part of your wedding day! I hope to work with her again and would highly recommend her to any bride or person needing their hair done! She’s patient and fun and will help you figure out what works best for you! P.s. It was a monsoon the day of my wedding and not a single hair was out of place all evening. The party ended around 2 am and my hair looked like it had just been done! Dani is an artist and a miracle worker!!!!

The Bae Bar was fantastic from the initial contact to get more information, initial meeting, bridal preview, and my favorite part was wedding day. Dani and Jon were right on time, worked great as a team, had incredible communication and put me at ease. Dani styled my hair for both my wedding day and traditional henna day. My hair was exactly what I had pictured. She also styled all 5 of my bridesmaids who all had different hair textures. She came to the venue and was super professional, punctual and personable. I would recommend you book with her!

I booked The Bae Bar for my September 2021 wedding. We had a small ceremony (30 people in total) with no bridal party, so only my mother and I needed services. Dani, the owner, was my stylist. She was gracious enough to prep my hair the day before and got me styled and looking flawless in under an hour the day of. She’s a consummate professional and truly gifted. Her MUA partner, Jon, handled makeup for me and my mother. He’s a supreme talent and has mastered the art of the natural makeup look. I’ve never felt more beautiful than I did that day — and their professionalism made trial runs and day-of coordination stress-free.

I loved everything about working with Dani! She had great input and made my hair beautiful. The best part was that it held all night. That was a hugeeee worry I had. She was on time, and very attentive to what I wanted and honest about her opinion when I asked. She’s amazing and a pro with hair!

Finding a stylist for our wedding was incredibly stressful and we never thought it would be. We had a mixed party and needed someone who could do all textures and types of hair and it was IMPOSSIBLE to find. We never thought that it would be this hard. When I found Dani I was so happy that she had an opening because she was literally the ONLY person that could do all textures, she told me “I want someone to sit in my chair and regardless of what type of hair I want to be able to work with it and style it”. This was music to my ears and brought tears to my eyes. Dani was fantastic to work with, not only because she was able to do all hair types but she was friendly, cared and was so excited to work with us. She responded to any questions quickly, showed up to our wedding in plenty of time and was incredibly quick and professional. I would absolutely work with her again and suggest her to anyone.
