The Ballroom at Park Lane was the absolute perfect spot for my daughters wedding! Everything about the space was perfect! It looks so charming with the bistro lights and uplighting . All the guests had so much fun. The Coordinator, Nicole, was an absolute dream to work with. I am also a wedding vendor and work with a lot of coordinators, planners and venues, and this was the most seamless event I have experienced. Nicole was very easy to work with, helpful, kind, and made us all laugh away any jitters we had. She was there for us with her knowledge of the vendors and years of experience with the venue. I highly recommend this spot for your wedding!

Nicole was EXCEPTIONAL! The venue was stunning, and we are so so glad we chose this space for our big day. It served as a truly breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony, with its picturesque prohibition era charm, and recent updates to the chandeliers and flooring. Similarly, the speakeasy was a great spot for our cocktail hour, while the ballroom transformed into a reception space reminiscent of a roaring 20s party. Everyone commented on what an amazing space this is, and how it’s truly a hidden gem. Nicole was communicative, easy to reach, and took care of all the little details than can be easy to forget. Park Lane was a dream venue! The speakeasy and ballroom, as well as the exterior, are so unique and beautiful! The location is also great for out of town guests, who, if they stay nearby, can experience all the great sites of University Circle! It is also great for pictures, with the art museum and cultural gardens nearby. Nicole was a great partner to work with and helped make the day go smoothly. She worked with my mother-in-law, who helped set up the venue, and was very communicative in the lead up to the big day! Nicole even had to help my 94-year old grandmother up and down the ramp (because the elevator was down that day), and my grandma was so appreciative of her help and her company! Park Lane is a beautiful, unique venue for a classic wedding!

Nicole is a gem! She goes above and beyond for all of her couples!! She helped make our entire day magical. She was instrumental in the remodel of the ballroom and it is sooo beautiful! The brides suite is beautiful with 2 bathrooms to accommodate the biggest of bridal parties. The historical feel of the ballroom paired with the balcony creates such drama and a theatrical feel! Plenty of places on the property for photo opportunities! An unforgettable day!!

Excellent, top to bottom! Extremely professional and accommodating. The original venue I booked for my engagement party cancelled three days before my event and I had 0 time to book a new venue and was on the verge of cancelling. I met with Nicole at the Ballroom and as soon as I walked in, the decor alone (un-decorated) was enough for me to book. Nicole was extremely accommodating for us to be booking last minute. The price was very budget friendly. We had access to the space the entire day of the event and Nicole was extremely accessible. Anything I needed, she made it happen. Her team was on time and was ready to work. I received so many compliments from my guests on the overall atmosphere and service. The booths in the dining area were a nice touch. We did a cash bar and the drinks were a reasonable price. Being able to come back the next day to pick up our decorations was very convenient. Gave me peace of mind every step of the way! Highly recommend this space! So thankful to Nicole and her staff for making my engagement party memorable ✨✅

We got married at the ballroom in September of 21. Best experience I could’ve asked for! We worked with the on site coordinator Madeline and she was a dream. She was in constant communication with us as our big day approached and she worked well with the day-of coordinator we hired. The two separate rooms was great, we got married in the speakeasy then it got flipped for cocktail hour while everyone was outside for our bubble send off. We then had dinner in the ball room and moved back to the speakeasy for dancing. The location is great for wedding portraits, too. Close to the cultural gardens, the art museum and wade lagoon. Our photographer took some stunning photos all nearby! And family portraits and first looks in the courtyard. Cannot recommend this event space enough. I look back on our wedding day so happy we chose the ballroom at park lane.

We loved our New Years eve wedding at Park Lane. We would definitely recommend this venue to other couples. The space was perfect for our 120 person party. The ballroom can easily be transformed into a beautiful ceremony and reception room. The speakeasy and bar area was perfect for dancing! We loved the location. Our guests had no problem getting to the venue. We especially liked the bridal suite, the rec room for the groomsmen, and the courtyard for beautiful pictures!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous! Between the ballroom, the speakeasy, and the courtyard there is plenty of space for guests. Nicole, the event manager, was an absolute sweetheart, very helpful and prompt in emailing us back when we had questions. She definitely helped make the night go smoothly. 10/10

The Ballroom is like no other wedding venue! We fell in love with the aesthetic & all the additions it has to offer. Gorgeous backdrops for photographs, huge bar, tiny hideaways with ornate details, bride/groom suites, an amazing coordinator (Nicole), AND more!

We had our wedding at the ballroom at park lane on 9/17/22 and it was everything we could have imagined! This was one of the first venues that really caught our eye during the initial search and after touring several other venues we came back to this one and knew it was the one for us. We loved the historic details of the venue and the layout. It was easy to completely elevate the entire space with minimal décor because of all the beautiful details already there. We had our cocktail hour in the speakeasy, dinner in the ballroom, and dancing in the speakeasy. This allowed older guests to remain in the ballroom if they wanted and still have a quiet place to talk with other loved ones. We loved that the venue had both a bridal suite and a groom’s suite. This made getting ready extremely easy and I loved having our first look in the gorgeous courtyard. I also can not give enough praise for the venue coordinator Nicole! She is very responsive, really flexible and willing to work with you on your vision. The wedding day went flawlessly, and she really helped in coordinating all the other vendor arrivals and making sure all the details we had talked about were in place. I truly don’t think our wedding would have gone as well as it did without having Nicole behind the scenes. So many of our guests commented on the uniqueness of the space and how much fun they had. This truly is a hidden gem and I highly recommend everyone!

If you are looking for a gorgeous venue with a 1920s aesthetic and the most amazing wedding coordinator, THIS. IS. IT. We were so excited when we booked our wedding here and everything completely exceeded our expectations. For starters, the venue is so naturally stunning, there’s no need for an excess of decorations. The ballroom has a stage perfect for your ceremony or sweetheart table, pillars with gorgeous details, and booths for seating that our guests were fighting over (only kind of kidding). The bar is located in the Speakeasy and good lord is it stunning! The Courtyard is perfect for photos and hanging out for guests who enjoy a quieter atmosphere. But the real gem here is the wedding coordinator, Nicole. Nicole has over 10 years of experience in the biz but was new to the venue at the time of our wedding. She took the reigns and made sure our day was as close to perfection as it gets. She handled EVERYTHING; contacting and confirming with vendors, setting up signage, keeping the timeline on track, and even refilling the film in our Polaroid cameras for our guestbook. She was calm, cool, and collected. I’m a major worrier and a bit of a control freak, but knowing she had everything under control allowed me to relax and enjoy my special day. We had our sorority formal here and it was a huge success! Madi is lovely to work with and was very gracious as we had to made many adjustments to adhere to our university's COVID guidelines. The venue is beautiful and was the perfect size for us. Highly recommend this venue, especially if you are planning things yourself.

We had our wedding here in February and wow wow wow what a gem!! We were blown away by the beauty of the building And so were our guests! Not to mention miss Maddie is an absolute delight to work with. Wedding planning can be so stressful but picking The Ballroom was the easiest yes we said! When my (now) husband and I decided not to have a traditional church wedding, we needed to find an indoor venue that would accommodate our large guest list without blowing our budget. We looked at SO MANY venues in the greater Cleveland area with no success, and had really started to lose hope.....but then we found The Ballroom at Park Lane. When we went to tour the space, we not only felt right at home with the beauty of the Ballroom itself, but also with Maddie (the manager of the venue). Maddie deserves a HUGE gold star for her professionalism, communication, organization, and kindness. I as the bride felt like Maddie was my long lost friend because she worked SO HARD to ensure that we had a stress-free, flawless ceremony. If we would have known that our guest list ultimately would have dropped as much as it did (initially it was too large for a reception), we absolutely would have had our entire wedding (including reception) at The Ballroom - without a doubt. I highly, highly recommend The Ballroom for your wedding, or truly any event!

The ballroom, including Maddie, literally made our dream wedding a reality! The venue is gorgeous, with vintage aesthetics like spiral stairs cases, a ballroom, a speakeasy, tow balconies and gold elevator doors. The outside landscape is beautiful and perfect for pictures. There are many ways to transform the venue that fits every couples vision. Maddie was amazing to work with, she answered every single one of my emails, promptly and was available not only to me but my vendors if they had questions. Maddie even let us extend our evening because it was New Years Eve, which meant so much to us! Maddie takes care of all decor, set up and take down, icing on the cake, and another thing we didn’t have to stress about. The ballroom has both a bridal suite and groomsmen room, making getting ready so easy! I would 100% recommend having your wedding at the ballroom!

Maddie was the best coordinator I could have ever asked for! I corresponded with her for over a year through the uncertainty of the pandemic and she was always so kind and quick to respond to my million questions. She was also extremely helpful and patient the week of the wedding by letting me know how to organize our decor and set up anything extra that we needed. I was able to use the bridal suite apartment to myself and my girls the entire day and I was able to pick up my leftover stuff the day after at no extra charge. The venue itself was gorgeous and many people commented that the cocktail hour in the speakeasy was one of the best they has ever been to. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a more "regal" aura to their wedding.

The Ballroom at Park Lane is the perfect wedding venue! Madeline, the coordinator, was on the ball and made everything run smoothly. The venue is gorgeous and we enjoyed the speakeasy for cocktail hour, the courtyard for our first look, the bridal suite for getting ready, and the main Ballroom for the ceremony and reception! We had just under 100 guests and the size of the venue was perfect. The valet company fell through at the last minute but Madeline helped to arrange parking signs and get a security guard to walk guests to their cars if they wished. We couldn't have been happier with our venue!

Our wedding day was a dream at the Ballroom at Park Lane! The venue is stunning and speaks for itself. We utilized both the ballroom (ceremony & dinner) and speakeasy (cocktail hour & dancing) and the transitions were seamless. The getting ready room at the venue was lovely & incredibly convenient. The area surrounding the venue (Museum of Art & Wade Oval) are great for pictures and just a five minute walk away Maddie was beyond helpful and had a handle on everything throughout the planning process, the rehearsal & the wedding day. She was so easy to work with and accommodated date changes and lots of questions as we navigated the pandemic. We couldn't have done it without her. The Ballroom at Park Lane is not your average ballroom. The speak easy vibe of this place is still going strong. The full service including parking, table settings and venue coordinator made everything simple, and the price can't be beat! Did I say venue coordinator, yes the best one. She helped with everything from easing my planning fears to helping with centerpieces. My husband and I thrilled by the service at park lane and our guest loved every minute of it!

We came to the ballroom for a tour (socially distant!) and were so happy with how easy it was to set up, and how friendly Maddie was to talk to. Just wanted to leave a quick review, as we have had to make so many changes for our wedding next year - but the Ballroom at Park Lane has been easy to talk to and we were so happy with our tour. The Ballroom at Park Lane is a hidden gem and truly unique wedding venue. We had both our ceremony and reception at the Ballroom, and we could not have had a better experience. Maddie made the planning process so easy and efficiently responded to all of our questions. We loved the bridal suite and groom's room to get ready because it kept everyone centralized in one location and allowed the photographers to easily move between the two rooms. The venue itself provides for so many beautiful photos and if the weather cooperates, Wade Lagoon and the Cleveland Museum of Art are so conveniently close for a tight wedding day schedule. We were pleased with how much was included with the price and are confident that our decision was well worth the investment.

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about The Ballroom at Park Lane. It is a beautiful, unique, and historical venue that added so much charm and beauty to our wedding. My husband and I did a ton of venue research and visits and when we visited the venue and met Maddie we were immediately sold. I would HIGHLY recommend the ballroom to anyone looking to have a wedding outside of your typical, cookie cutter wedding hall/hotel wedding. Just a couple of facts for you as you are considering The Ballroom: -They work specifically with three awesome Cleveland caterers -Most of the round tables are 6 tops. At first I struggled with this a bit with my seating chart but honestly, it all worked out and it created a more intimate dinner reception. -You can have real candles! They just have to be in a vase/votive -The bridal/groomsmen suites are roomy and private. Best of luck with your planning!

Simply put, our day was magical and we owe a lot of that to the beauty and unique qualities of the Ballroom at Park Lane, and all the planning help / day-of coordinating of Maddie. I did not have to use my brain on the day of our wedding day and was able to just be present and enjoy the moment, and to us that is priceless. Amazing and excellent, We would recommend them over and over again. Our guests said it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they had been to in a very long time!

We had our reception here in August 2019. We worked with Maddie and she was AMAZING. She was extremely responsive and very accommodating to our needs. The space is absolutely beautiful. We got so many compliments that night on the venue. We had the dance floor in the main ballroom and the size was perfect for about 110 guests, although you could easily seat many more. Having the private bridal suite for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in was one of my favorite things about the venue, and it made for stunning pictures. Overall I can’t recommend The Ballroom at Park Lane enough. Everything from start to finish was perfect. They made it our absolute dream day.

The gorgeous ballroom was like stepping back into a piece of history, and the speakeasy was the perfect place to relax between ceremony and reception. Our coordinator Maddie was an absolute treat to work with! She was there and ready to handle any and every issue that could have arisen that night, so all we had to worry about was getting down the asile. They even accommodated our nerdy little quirks to a traditional ceremony! Overall great experience, would recommend to anyone looking for that classy, old-school charm for their wedding day!

I photographed a wedding at this venue 9/2019 and it is nothing short of spectacular. As many reviews have mentioned, Maddie is amazing. She helped my partner and I carry things (which never happens to us) she showed us around the facility, and was available and smiling all day long. She made sure we were aware when things were beginning, and checked in on us often throughout the day just to see if we needed anything. As a vendor, photographing over 40 weddings a year, I can without a doubt tell you that this is one of the best locations in Cleveland for wedding photos. The upper balcony in the main room provides fantastic angles that just aren't available at all facilities, and the 1920's charm is like nothing else around. The Cleveland Museum of Art is within walking distance for easy incredible portraits, and the courtyard, and many spiral staircases at The Ballroom are also one of a kind. Will be recommending to our couples who are searching for a fantastic venue!

Absolutely in LOVE with the Ballroom!!! I wish I could relive my day over again!! When we went to look at venues, it was an extremely easy choice to have our reception here. It is just so stunning, and has an elegant, romantic, and slightly vintage feel. You get the best variety of spaces with the Speakeasy, Courtyard, and Ballroom, and have a lot of say in terms of layout, which was great. I can't even begin to say how incredible Maddie is!! (coordinator at the Ballroom) She is truly a professional and very experienced. She keeps in contact with you throughout the planning process and the online portal/forms is very helpful with planning. My mom and I dropped off decorations and flowers on Friday (wedding was Saturday), and I told Maddie a little of what I was thinking but really said for her to just make it look pretty, and wow, I was not disappointed. It was absolutely perfect!! We received so many compliments from our guests about how lovely, unique, and beautiful the venue was. The staff was amazing and they really make you feel so incredibly special on your day. I cannot stress how amazing this place is and you will not be disappointed if you have your reception here!
