My husband and I wed at this venue in December 2023. We selected this place because it reduced stress and effort on our part. The space is beautiful and full of character so there isn’t much needed to decorate, even then they have centerpieces available included with rental price. The staff are kind and responsive when in the planning stages which is a stress reliever for the planner. We opted for a buffet style catered meal (on site) and the food did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor in the vegetable dishes/soup. The bartender received praises from all of my guests as well.
The main drawback I feel is the ‘per person’ fee system for drinks/snacks because I did feel overcharged in that regard for what was received in the end. Overall it was a beautiful day and we are thankful.

We were so happy with our wedding on 3/25/23. The food was amazing. Our coordinator Kayla was awesome and did a great job. It’s such a beautiful venue also. We were so happy with the whole day.

Great place to book any event you need! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the staff is great and accommodates to anything you need/want, and the food is to die for! Love this place 10/10
Any questions?

They were amazing and made all our dreams come true. They were so accommodating and Kayla was absolutely a angel to us. All of the staff were great and we felt right at home. It was a wonderful experience and we are so glad we had our wedding and reception here❤️

Rochelle was great upon initial communication but once you sign the contract the communications ENDS. Do not be fooled or smitten it’s a hoax!
We were highly sold and pressured into the venue & after signing and depositing $2500 the owners changed. We were unable to get in touch with them for over a week email, text, cell, and business line (BUT somehow before we were their clients Rochelle called or texted everyday after we initially toured selling their venue!!!)
Following this nuisance, we later realized things Rochelle (owner) said we’re included, indeed were not included. Rochelle specifically said they leave “gray” area in their contracts that’s open to interpretation?!?
We did a random stop in visit one day due to the frustration only to be greeted by huge cockroaches inside the venue. When bringing to their attention they ignored and said “well that’s how we like them belly’s up” we replied “it’s belly up because we killed them. :(“
Being non local the poor communication, overselling, and bugs inside the venue we chose to move venues.
Beware fellow brides I moved my wedding over an hour away from the barn and the current venue had received 3 other brides who had to pull out of their contract for the same reasons!!!

We booked our wedding with The Barn and were promised professionalism and a wedding with almost everything taken care of. Four months after booking, we were told that they had double booked our date (and that they wouldn’t have even caught the double booking had we not called to make a payment), but that they were going to offer us a new date (not ideal) and take care of the catering for free as compensation. A week later, they had double booked our second date. Unbelievable. They swore up and down that they’d do whatever they could to make it right, said the catering offer was still on the table, whatever we needed to do, they’d help anyway they could. We were forced to find a new venue in just a couple days, and when we sat down to talk to The Barn about how they could help, we found out that they wanted to keep the $2500 we’d paid them (venue fee) as covering the services associated with the “free catering” they were offering. Mind you, we’d just been forced to pay an additional $2500 for our new venue. When we pointed out this absurdity, they kept referencing the fact that we’d changed venues, and that the food was technically still free, and that they weren’t actually asking us to pay any additional money. They literally could not understand why we couldn’t afford to pay them $2500 for “free catering”. When my fiancées brother confronted them about the fact that this whole mess was caused by their mistakes, they got extremely upset, accused him of using “violent and threatening language” (he literally just used the word “f**ck up” to describe their mistake) and hung up on our call. They then refused to take any of our calls, refused to have anymore conversations, and pushed for us to terminate our contract with them. In the end we had to walk away, and completely start over six months out from the wedding. They caused SO MUCH stress and frustration, and it is obvious that they don’t know how to handle mistakes made by their company. They have since posted a video about the incident to cast all blame on us. They pretended to be genuine, caring people, but in the end, the only thing they cared about was getting money out of us.

My husband and I contacted this catering company on a recommendation from a coworker of mine. We're so glad we followed up.
The space is a beautiful old barn, in the middle of Greenville, NC.
We worked with the most amazing planner, Samantha Miller. She was competent and charming. She worked hard to make sure our rehearsal dinner was everything we wanted it to be!
It was a very simple event, but was taken care of seamlessly. We very much enjoyed working with Samantha and everyone at Rep Express Catering and loved having our reception at their 400 Saint Andrews location.
Beautiful!
