I don't think we would have pulled off the wedding of my daughters dreams. She made sure we had everything we needed, made sure everything was set up perfect and made suggestions to better things. The venue is set up perfect for a large crowd or small. We had a mishap getting some of the decorations there and Heather and her staff made sure it was all fixed and beautiful. I highly recommend the Broken Horn Ranch to anyone who is getting married or even needs a place for a large party like an anniversary party. They make sure your wedding day is special and Heather shows caring like this is HER family getting married.

I had a tour scheduled but when I showed up for it, I was interrupting another bride setting up for her special day. I had exchanged emails trying to set up a date to tour the venue. I last spoke to someone on Friday, May 17th and they asked me...
if I would be available to come in the next Sunday at 1130. I said yes, and that was the end of the conversation. My fiancé and I drove almost a hour from Mustang on Sunday the 26th to view the venue. We arrived 15 mins early and was greeted by the other bridal party. Another woman asked us if she could help us and we replied that we had an appointment at 1130. This woman then yelled out to someone that “their appointment was here” and then she went on with helping the bride that was there setting up for her wedding. My fiancé and I stood around for 30 minutes without being acknowledged by any other staff member. We ended up showing ourselves around a little without trying to disturb the other bride. I was appalled at how my experience at your venue went. It was very disappointing to me because the venue is absolutely beautiful and it was definitely the place I wanted to book at. Now, I refuse to book my special day there.

g/scheduling systems in place but it stinks when something/someone falls through the cracks! I apologize like crazy and am happy you told me! A new client management system, new scheduling system and more employees are in the works now.
Please, if you would like to give us another chance(understandably if not) I would love to show you around personally and would offer a great discount for your trouble. We had over 150 weddings in 3 years with great reviews and absolutely love what we get to do!
We do typically tour on early mornings of weddings, Sunday’s ceremony wasn’t till 6:30pm and our couples love sharing stories with our potential new couples, it’s great to see the space set up to get ideas and we typically stay out of the way of clients decorating if they are there before noon! We don’t schedule tours after noon on wedding days because most our couples arrive at noon or shortly after.
Again, I’m so sorry and I apologize for wasting your time but thank you for your honesty. It’s something We needed to hear in order to improve on what we are doing and to get better!

She checked in multiple times to see how things were going while we were getting ready, even saved a plate of food for bride/groom back since it was going fast. I don't plan on ever having another wedding, but I wish I had another big event to give these guys business. They were sooooo helpful! They set up all of the tables/chairs, help you decide the best flow of things, they even have decorations you can use for free. If I only wanted to bring people, clothes, food and booze, it'd been a beautiful wedding! This is a great place to have a stress-free wedding!

You will not find a more spectacular venue or a staff that cares about you more and truly wants to see you have the best day possible.
