The venue itself is stunning, so well cared for inside and out. You can instantly tell how much pride they take in making it the very best for each couple. We have been overwhelmed with compliments from our guests about how beautiful, joyful, and flawless the day was, which is such a testament to the incredible staff and space. I truly wish we could relive this day over and over again. Choosing Hornbaker was the best decision we could have made, and I would recommend it a thousand times over to anyone looking for a place where their wedding dreams can come true!

I got married Aug 2025 and from the day we reached out to tour to the day of, the staff and our day of coordinator (from them) were amazing at communicating. Darcy was our coordinator and any questions I had were answered immediately, no matter what time! She would give detailed answers and was always so kind in her responses! She definitely made the day go by so much better, could not have picked a better place to get married!!

here for our first wedding venue tour, and she knew that and she told us to venture out and we appreciated that but we couldn’t get any part of the Barn at Hornbaker Gardens out of our mind. I had one special thing planned for our guests that I knew I needed assistance with and Lindsay immediately said that it was something they could help with. I wrote letters to each guest that I wanted taped under each seat. Lindsay had them all taped under the seats and the surprise was so overwhelming with our guest, it went great! Lindsay isn’t just nice, she’s very easy to talk with and get ahold of, which was the best part. Sitting around talking about a type of beer at the venue, I can easily ask her and she may even reply even if it’s 10pm at night. It’s an amazing place to have a wedding! I highly recommend! ❤️

We knew from the very beginning of our engagement that our two priorities for our budget and planning were the venue and the photo/video. We wanted to find a venue that felt intentional. We wanted to be in a place that was so naturally beautiful it wouldn’t need a whole lot of work to look good, and we wanted a space that was intentionally created for all of the special moments throughout the wedding day. From the getting ready suites, the gorgeous outdoor ceremony site, the stunning indoor reception space, to all of the incredible garden areas around the property to take photos, the whole venue was absolutely perfect. We got to drive on a golf cart around the property with our photographer/videographer to all of these beautiful garden areas to take photos. This alone made the cost of the venue so worth it. We have so many amazing wedding photos with so many different locations, and it made the whole day feel truly magical to be surrounded by so many beautiful spaces. (Because of this, I would highly recommend planning extra time in your day for bride and groom portraits. We had 1.5 hours before the ceremony, and then 30 mins after during golden hour. That whole time was for just the two of us for our first look and photos, and we really got to soak up all of the space the property had to offer). There is also so much outdoor space for guests to sit, hang out, play bags, etc. A lot of older family members used the outdoor seating to watch the dancing through the windows during the night, but were able to talk and relax with family members without the loud music. It was such a sweet environment for them to enjoy the night. We got compliments all night on how amazing the venue was, and I swear every time I looked around I got giddy with excitement all over again over how beautiful it was. We worked with Lindsay as our venue coordinator and she was incredible! She gave us our tour before we booked and we walked away that day knowing that the venue was meant for us, because of the space and because of how great Lindsay was to work with. She was always so kind and quick to respond to my emails. I often felt bad before emailing her because I didn't want to bother her with more questions, but she always had such a nice and helpful response that reminded me it was okay to ask questions. She was amazing at our rehearsal and throughout our wedding day to make sure everyone was where they needed to be. I also am so appreciative of her for a moment in our ceremony… our bridal party had just walked down, it was my turn, and I was hit with a wave of emotion. She smiled at me, gently said “take a moment, whenever you are ready”, and she gave me the space to soak up the moment and enjoy it without stress. I am so thankful for her! Weddings are pricey, and wedding venues like The Barn are pricey, but it was so worth it! If it works with your budget I 100% recommend it! We had the most amazing and most beautiful day. I am getting emotional 3 months later just thinking about it. It was everything I have ever dreamed of, thanks to Lindsay and The Barn at Hornbaker Gardens.

Her and her team were amazing, the bartenders and cleanup crew! They were so efficient and helped to make the night run smoothly. I would recommend every single person to have their wedding here! She was always quick to answer all of my questions and was on top of things when it felt like I wasn’t. The rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Set up and take down were a breeze thanks to them and our linens vendor whom Lindsay recommended. Our day was perfect and if there was a hiccup somewhere I never knew about it. s without snow. For our first tour we showed up and no one was around so we were worried. But luckily one of the owners was onsite and happily walked us through as much as he could and this tour was way better than many other locations we went on. Their hospitality is next level, we came back for another tour and mentioned we were hitting a bar in town and when we arrived Hornbaker called and bought us a drink, we thought this was so cool. Darcy became our coordinator after we booked and were so thankful to have her in the process, she was so easy to work with, quick to respond and helpful! We had countless compliments about how beautiful our venue was and would recommend Hornbaker Gardens to everyone! My grandma even visited the summer before and mentioned our wedding and they gave her a special golf cart tour around, really top tier people here!

going to be where we'd be getting married. This venue did not disappoint in any way! Our guests gave us so many compliments on the choice of the wedding venue on the day of our wedding. The land it sits on is picture perfect. Even with our wedding day occurring during a summer heat wave, we had the greatest time. Our ceremony was held inside, under the beautiful string lights, in front of the gorgeous, massive windows in the main ceremony/reception room. Also, because the views outside of the barn are spectacular, most of our guests hung out outside during cocktail hour in the middle of the 90 degree heat! The Hornbaker staff were so helpful with every decision we made along the way, even decisions made the day before and day of the wedding! Lindsay was so amazing to work with, so detail oriented, kind, and helped along the entire process leading up to the wedding. Saying that Lindsay and her staff were amazing to work with is such an understatement. We're so grateful for her and the rest of the Hornbaker staff for making our wedding dreams come through. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!

Inside of the barn provides a beautiful bridal suite with its own private bathroom, a groomsman suite, a coat room, a charming entryway, large common area, well staffed bar with a flexible open bar plan, option to use the fire pit, beautiful exposed wood at almost every inch of the venue, & one of the best coordinators LINDSAY! Lindsay was phenomenal at providing excellent customer service, professionalism, flexibility on the packages they provide, expert knowledge on any questions presented, patience, so kind, & she really put my mind at ease on the special day! I highly recommend giving the Barn a visit! For me personally, it was the only venue I visited because I knew it was perfect for us! Thank you so much Lindsay, all of the staff, & owners for providing a superb venue for weddings

She made sure to check in with us at several points during the planning process; We even brought our parents to see the venue after the initial tour. The facilities like the bridal suites were the perfect size for our family and friends getting ready, and the bar was well stocked! We were overwhelmingly impressed with the effort and care her staff put into helping us throughout the night, especially the end with cleaning up. One of my favorite parts of the night was taking pictures at sunset over by the wildflower field. The property has so much to offer for photography opportunities. All of my guests have been giving us exceptional feedback about the facilities, especially the bonfire option. I highly recommend adding this to your evening! If I could do it all again at Hornbaker, I wouldn't change a thing!
