Located just 15 minutes from the town, the estate is accessible to guests traveling from near and far.
This rustic barn venue was lovingly constructed in 2017 and is owned and operated by the Politte Family. Tim Politte and his three children oversee the business's day-to-day operations, putting their heart and soul into every event. These event specialists genuinely love getting to know their clients and helping them create a wedding experience they can treasure for years to come. Tim and the team can provide a range of indoor and outdoor areas to choose from. For example, the property features a stunning patio overlooking trees, wildflowers, and the venue’s sparkling rock-lined pond. With elegant patio furniture and ambient cafe lighting, this event space offers a picturesque backdrop for ceremonies, cocktail receptions, or photoshoots. The barn itself was constructed using repurposed tin and wood plank walls, enhancing the rustic aesthetic and adding a sense of old-world charm. This charming event space also features a spiral loft staircase, elegant chandelier, and twinkling string lighting to enhance the romantic atmosphere. Comfortably accommodating up to 300 guests, the barn offers the perfect setting for an evening of dinner and dancing as the festivities progress. Separate get-suites are also conveniently located onsite for the wedding party to utilize throughout the day as they wish. These rooms are the epitome of old-world elegance and charm, featuring white-washed walls, elegant chandeliers, and large vintage mirrors.
The Barn at Lone Eagle Landing team begins the planning process with a complimentary consultation and, once booked, follows this up with a venue tour. Experienced coordinator Chelsey will be on hand to help you select the services you require and support you in whatever she can. She and the team can assist with rentals such as audio and video equipment, and they can also provide items such as seating, linens, glassware, and more. In addition, the efficient staff of the property is happy to manage the setup and teardown of event areas. The property also offers ample guest parking and is wheelchair accessible for convenience.

From the moment we arrived at Pebble Creek Farm, we were amazed by the beauty of the property. Between the barn, the cottages, and the open grounds, it was absolutely perfect. We chose to have an outdoor ceremony in front of the pond and an indoor reception inside the barn. I could not have asked for anything more perfect! Every single corner of the venue felt like it was made for magical moments and unforgettable photos.
But what truly made the entire experience was Randi. Simply put, she is a miracle worker. Her calm, professional, and genuinely caring demeanor made every part of the day feel effortless. She was ten steps ahead of everything — from the smallest detail to the biggest transitions — and she handled it all with such grace and confidence that we never once had to worry. Randi made us feel completely taken care of, which allowed us to be fully present and soak in every beautiful second of our day. Her passion for what she does truly shines, and we are endlessly grateful for her guidance, support, and kindness. Give that girl a raise!!!

Randi was amazing to work with—she was incredibly communicative, quick to respond, and always happy to answer any questions. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and even assisted us with loading and unloading our heavy whiskey barrels. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made the entire process so much smoother.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous the venue was! The bar package was also ideal, making it easy for us not to worry about providing everything ourselves. On top of all this, the cost of the venue was surprisingly affordable for everything that was included. Compared to other venues we looked at, this was by far the best value in terms of the access, amenities, and overall experience.

It was amazing the service we received! We ran out of liquor for our happy hour and they ran and picked up liquor for us without hesitation, we didn’t have to worry about anything because they were always there to help accommodate us with whatever we needed. It is also located in Ste. Genevieve wine country with lots to do for your guests before the wedding or to make a weekend trip out of it. Additionally, there were no restrictions on vendors which allows you to make the wedding your own and stay within your personal budget. She explained everything and went above and beyond during the entire planning and re-planning process. They even have an awesome spreadsheet of the vendors that have been to the venue to help with ideas. You get to choose ALL of your vendors. Catering, drinks, bakery, florist.. literally everything. We got to enjoy this venue Friday to set up and for rehearsal, all day Saturday for our wedding, and Sunday morning for clean up. By the time our wedding came they hired Kennedy the day of event coordinator. She was just as amazing, I was skeptical because I REALLY loved Chelsey, but she knew what she was doing when she hired Kennedy. So helpful the entire day, she even went out of her way to take my dog on a ride! The property and views at this venue are amazing. I could not have imagined our day anywhere else. After this year and the pandemic, I am so grateful that we chose this venue and that they were always willing to work with you and help any way they could. We also toured Pebble Creek Farms while it was being built (the sister venue) it is equally as beautiful and I’d recommend looking at both of them!
