It was so great to find a venue that already had a caterer who also had a baker for the cake. So it was like a 3-in-1! The bridal mansion was the best for my girls to get ready and we had 3 people doing hair and 2 getting makeup all at once and still felt we had room to spread out. Every detail you can think of, Miranda already has thought of it so if you want to feel a little less stress while wedding planning, book at The Barn at Silverstone!

Everything needed is on site from the bridal mansion, grooms lounge, to a beautiful ceremony space (both indoor and outdoor option), and reception space. She really thought of everything! She helped us throughout every stage of planning and is just the kindest soul ever. She has every couple use a website called Aisle Planner to help with timelines, seating chart, recommendations for decor/tips/purchasing alcohol, checklists, and so much more. She sets up everything the morning of and the catering service for this venue helps with all the tear down at the end of the night so you don’t have to lift a finger. The catering service also comes with a day of coordinator and helped us sooo much the day of so we could truly enjoy every moment. I can’t think of any other place I would’ve rather got married and I am so blessed to Miranda and The Barn for everything they have done to make our wedding such a memorable day that we will cherish forever!

What makes our story even crazier is that my now wife and I had actually stumbled across The Barn at Silverstone years earlier — probably during our second or third year dating. We randomly came across the venue online and talked about how beautiful it would be to get married there someday. Fast forward about five years later… after we had already officially booked the venue, an old Snapchat text memory resurfaced showing the exact conversation about Silverstone from years before. It honestly felt meant to be. Out of all the venues out there, we somehow ended up getting married at the one we casually dreamed about years earlier without even realizing it at the time. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The grounds are pristine, the barn is timeless and elegant without feeling overly rustic, and every single corner of the property photographs beautifully. Our guests are still talking about how stunning everything was and how peaceful and welcoming the entire setting felt. It somehow manages to feel both upscale and incredibly warm at the same time. But what truly sets this venue apart is Miranda. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Miranda made the entire experience feel effortless. Her communication, organization, professionalism, and calm demeanor are second to none. She genuinely cares about her couples and treats your wedding day like it matters just as much to her as it does to you. Every question was answered quickly, every detail was thought through, and every concern was handled before it could even become stressful. On the wedding day itself, Miranda was an absolute rockstar behind the scenes. Everything flowed seamlessly, timelines stayed on track, vendors were coordinated perfectly, and Victoria and I were actually able to enjoy the day because we knew we were in great hands. That level of trust is priceless on your wedding day. What impressed us most was how personal the experience felt. We never felt like “just another wedding.” Miranda made us feel valued, supported, and celebrated throughout the entire process. That’s rare. Communication was always quick and she was beyond helpful! She answered all of my questions, big and small. She made the whole process stress free. The day of our wedding, she was the first smiling face I saw when I arrived to the bridal mansion and the last smiling face I saw at my departure. All day I felt at ease knowing she was bringing my vision to life. She displayed every detail perfectly! I can't thank her enough for all she had done! The beautiful venue speaks for itself! Starting with the Bridal Mansion, which was perfect for me and 13 other girls to spend our whole morning. The Groom's Lounge was a great space for my husband, 9 groomsmen and 3 ring bearers. We got married in the Haybarn, which looks like a place out of a fairytale! The cocktail and reception area left our guest speechless! If you are looking for a wedding venue or still undecided, I 100% recommend booking The Barn at Silverstone! It was the best decision we made! We would choose this venue over and over if we could! Your wedding will truly be the best day of your life if you pick The Barn at Silverstone.

perty, the organization from Miranda, and all of the helpful amenities that were included. We loved the indoor ceremony location, which was such a cozy but beautiful space. We really appreciated not having to worry about the weather leading up to our wedding day. It was also so nice that all of the tables, chairs, many linen options, glassware, and dinnerware were all included. We appreciated the partnership with John Serock Catering, not only because it was one less vendor that we had to find/book, but because the food and experience they provided was top-notch. Our coordinator through Serock was Kristy, whose professionalism and communication allowed us to easily plan the perfect timeline and food/drink options. We really enjoyed the tasting event held at the venue, which helped us see the venue set up for a "wedding" and sample the various food options for cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert. We appreciated the option of supplying our own alcohol and having Serock serve our selected signature drinks. Our cocktail hour, with the passed hors d'oeuvres and charcuterie table, and our plated dinners felt very elevated, and it made for an amazing experience that our guests still compliment. The Bridal Mansion is BEAUTIFUL, spacious, and was the perfect space to get ready in the morning. We had 10 women in the space, along with 3 hair/makeup artists, and a photographer, and there was still so much space for everyone to hang out, eat, and get ready. The online planning portal was so incredibly helpful. We followed the checklist and never once felt overwhelmed or behind in our wedding planning. Miranda was always so responsive and answered any questions we had. By the time we had the final walkthrough meeting, we felt so prepared. Miranda and her team executed our vision and the timeline PERFECTLY. My husband, myself, our families, and our wedding party were all able to enjoy the entire day without having to worry about setting up, keeping everyone on track, coordinating with vendors the day-of, or tearing down at the end of the night. We cannot recommend booking The Barn at Silverstone enough for your wedding. We have absolutely zero regrets from our wedding and the planning process, and we know we have Miranda and her team to thank for that!

It is gorgeous, and all our friends and family couldn't stop raving about how stunning the venue itself was. (Bonus: a venue that is already this pretty, it makes decorating simpler); 2. Miranda is so knowledgeable, super responsive, and very supportive to your vision and dreams, and she brings so much value to the wedding planning experience especially in the final stages of making it all come to life; 3. Silverstone has established vendor relationships that really simplifies planning and helps you bring together a vendor dream team that already works seamlessly together, such as their partnership with Serock Catering (food = amazing; coordination services are huge bonus) and their recommended vendors of DJ Andy, Traveling Tap, and more.; 4. Once we had our final planning meeting and went over our decor that we would be bringing and layout, Silverstone took care of the rest. The venue staff set everything up and did all the breakdown, making that a major thing we didn’t have to worry about. It was amazing and efficient, and you know you’re in good hands.; 5. It has everything you need. A bridal mansion for the girls to get ready, a grooms lounge for the boys, an outdoor ceremony option, an indoor ceremony option that is just as if not more amazing, excellent cocktail spaces, and a beautiful reception space.; 6. It is in a nice area/location. So many of our guests were excited to explore Lancaster. Some made it a weekend trip/getaway. And it is easy to get to Lancaster, with major roads, Amtrack options, and multiple drivable airports. I truly believe that wedding planning (and the day of) would have been way more stressful had we not gotten married at Silverstone. Silverstone is so much more than just a venue. There is so much extra value in what you get by picking Silverstone and getting to plan your wedding with Miranda’s support and work with Serock through Silverstone.

The courtyard with the fireplace was the most beautiful set up for our outdoor ceremony. We loved having the option of indoor and outdoor area for our cocktail hour. The Bridal Mansion was SO lovely and the perfect space for my bridesmaids and I to get ready! But the best part of the whole venue was the Barn Hall for our reception. The stone wall was gorgeous and illuminated by the warm lights--it set the perfect mood for our evening. Our guests were raving about the beautiful property. But most importantly, Miranda was a superstar. She helped bring our vision to life and was on top of everything. She made the wedding planning process a breeze. Miranda was quick to respond to our many questions and so knowledgeable about what could and couldn't work. Her and Kristy from Serock were my dream coordination team. I felt so at ease on our wedding day knowing that they had everything under control (we had a whole mix up with seating and meal counts but it all worked out wonderfully thanks to them!). From so many beautiful settings: the ceremony Barn, to the cocktail hour and stunning outdoor fireplace with water fountains, and the dreamy indoor Reception Hall, and the BRIDAL MANSION & Groom's Lounge, I knew this was the place for me. Let's not forget to mention the crisp white exterior and clean facilities. Miranda, the Barn's owner and coordinator, is the selling point. She is professional, kind and so helpful through every step of the way. She helped answer all of questions and even foresaw a potential misstep, which we quickly resolved. Once I knew they worked exclusively with Serock Catering, I knew I found the One. From the tasting event, to the month before walkthrough, everything was fun and a breeze. The day of, they took care of everything, which gave us time to relax, enjoy and engage with our guests. The food was incredible, vibes were perfect, the staff so kind, friendly and professional, it was seamless. Naturally, we had some hiccups but easily resolved by the quick thinking of the staff and our family. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue is, how delicious the food was, and how comfortable the facilities were. We had a hot weathered day, but the indoor spaces were so comfortable we barely noticed the heat. We loved every moment and would we will miss this place. Everything was great and they are worth every dollar!

The venue was stunning; the decorating was everything I wanted it to be; the ENTIRE day was seamless; and lastly, Miranda was an absolute dream to work with. My husband and I truly cannot explain how amazing our day was due to all of our vendors and the Barn at Silverstone itself! We received endless compliments on how beautiful the venue was, and all we could do was agree ourselves!

She was such a calming presence the day of the wedding while we got ready in the stunning bridal suite because I knew she had everything ready and under control! We planned our wedding while not living in state and with all that Miranda has in place for planning and months leading up we never had to worry. There's a variety of different spaces that make for excellent photos such as by the willow trees, the by the beautiful white fencing overlooking the vast greenery, and the rustic style buildings (plus more). Second, for those with larger bridal parties such as myself, there is an option (add-on) to get ready in the newly renovated Bridal Mansion which provided ample space as the bridal lounge attached to the reception space was smaller and wouldn't accommodate a large group for getting ready. This smaller bridal lounge though was perfect for keeping our smaller personal items secured nearby during the reception in case we needed to get quick touchups. The larger Bridal Mansion was great for all my stylists/MUA to get together to efficiently work on all the bridesmaids/moms and myself. There's a beautiful little bar area where we were able to bring some snacks/drinks while we got ready as well as a dining room and a changing area where all the dresses could be hung. Great space for everyone to get ready. The groom/groomsmen lounge was also very useful for all the guys to get ready and hang out prior to the ceremony. And finally (and most importantly), as many of the reviews describe, Miranda is highly involved in making sure your big day goes as smoothly as possible. She is highly organized, gives great suggestions and knows how to foresee any bumps in the road that may come about planning your big day and is able to prepare you for it ahead of time. She works closely with you with logistical considerations, how to distribute your decorations and her and her team were so helpful in setting up and breaking down the decor to packing it into your car. We didn't have to stress about setting up or how we'd know it'd look good. We gave Miranda our "vibe/style" and she went with it and nailed it out of the park. She helped provide suggestions on how to best reuse decor throughout the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception to make the most of what we had. Miranda is super responsive to all emails and whether or not she's worked with your vendor, she seemlessly coordinates it all. There was no need for a wedding planner when I was able to convey my vision to Miranda and she was able to deliver. We received SO many compliments with how smoothly our wedding ran. No one was rushed and everyone had a wonderful time! In addition, the associated catering company that works alongside Miranda was fabulous as well. They kept us full both during the wedding (aka we def got to eat!) and after the wedding with the leftovers and accommodated the various food restrictions/allergies. Miranda worked closely with Kristy our coordinator, provided by Serock, and the two are a dynamic duo who are clearly experts in running a smooth and efficient wedding. All of this to say that the Barn at Silverstone has a great setup of support and local vendors who helped make our day perfect! There can be many doubts and second guessing when it comes to booking vendors but there was (and should be) no hesitation with The Barn at Silverstone (with the affiliated Serock Catering). Our daughter's wedding was held this past weekend and it was nothing short of magical, despite near hundred-degree temperatures. With regard to the facility, it is hard to express how absolutely gorgeous each and every part of this venue is - everywhere you look, there is absolute beauty - from the barns, gazebo, lovely trees, and gorgeous willow tree, goat barns, stone homes, fountain - honestly, the list goes on and on. The inside of the numerous venues available are even more stunning, requiring so little additional decor to make them all just stunning for the event and the pictures. You really need to visit the place to see how stunning it really is. But what you cannot tell, and what you should be most interested in if you are seeking a venue, is how Miranda and Kristy, as well as the rest of the exclusive Serock catering team, operated seamlessly. Miranda and Kristy are two of the most organized people I have met and they are very, very good at what they do. The decor we provided was set out perfectly, the facilities looked gorgeous, the food was phenomenal, and everything was served professionally and by people who clearly love their jobs and seek to make everyone happy. The bride and groom as well as the immediate family table had their own personal attendant who took care of everything that was needed, sometimes before we even knew it was needed! The meals were served to every single guest within 4 minutes start to finish so every person had a hot meal that they could enjoy immediately with the rest of the guests. The numerous allergies and food preferences, including some that were extremely serious, were handled with care and an assurance of safety. Modifications were managed with a smile. The attention and care that went into packaging and sending home food for the bride and groom as well as the care that went into packing up all decor and personal items and placing them in the designated vehicles are the types of touches that made the night so effortless for us. There are countless more examples of that kind of attention, all things that, at the end of the night, almost made my husband and I wish we had another daughter to celebrate at the same venue.
