At Silverstone checked all the boxes. Each part of the campus served its purpose perfectly. The staff was so helpful and attentive. They handled everything with perfection and the food was sooooo delicious. We still have people calling us raving about the wedding and the food. ours. Silverstone gave us a little bit of everything we were looking for our dream wedding: romantic, little rustic, with a touch of elegance. It was the perfect place to have our spring wedding. The courtyard with the fireplace was the most beautiful set up for our outdoor ceremony. We loved having the option of indoor and outdoor area for our cocktail hour. The Bridal Mansion was SO lovely and the perfect space for my bridesmaids and I to get ready! But the best part of the whole venue was the Barn Hall for our reception. The stone wall was gorgeous and illuminated by the warm lights--it set the perfect mood for our evening. Our guests were raving about the beautiful property. But most importantly, Miranda was a superstar. She helped bring our vision to life and was on top of everything. She made the wedding planning process a breeze. Miranda was quick to respond to our many questions and so knowledgeable about what could and couldn't work. Her and Kristy from Serock were my dream coordination team. I felt so at ease on our wedding day knowing that they had everything under control (we had a whole mix up with seating and meal counts but it all worked out wonderfully thanks to them!). It was such a joy to work with Miranda and her team at The Barn at Silverstone and I so highly recommend this venue for your wedding. ia, wanted to get married in Lancaster but I was not set on getting married in a Barn. The Silverstone, however, changed my mind. From so many beautiful settings: the ceremony Barn, to the cocktail hour and stunning outdoor fireplace with water fountains, and the dreamy indoor Reception Hall, and the BRIDAL MANSION & Groom's Lounge, I knew this was the place for me. Let's not forget to mention the crisp white exterior and clean facilities. Miranda, the Barn's owner and coordinator, is the selling point. She is professional, kind and so helpful through every step of the way. She helped answer all of questions and even foresaw a potential misstep, which we quickly resolved. Once I knew they worked exclusively with Serock Catering, I knew I found the One. From the tasting event, to the month before walkthrough, everything was fun and a breeze. The day of, they took care of everything, which gave us time to relax, enjoy and engage with our guests. The food was incredible, vibes were perfect, the staff so kind, friendly and professional, it was seamless. Naturally, we had some hiccups but easily resolved by the quick thinking of the staff and our family. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue is, how delicious the food was, and how comfortable the facilities were. We had a hot weathered day, but the indoor spaces were so comfortable we barely noticed the heat. We loved every moment and would we will miss this place. Everything was great and they are worth every dollar!

st forward 2 years later on my wedding day, and my expectations were incredibly exceeded. The venue was stunning; the decorating was everything I wanted it to be; the ENTIRE day was seamless; and lastly, Miranda was an absolute dream to work with. My husband and I truly cannot explain how amazing our day was due to all of our vendors and the Barn at Silverstone itself! We received endless compliments on how beautiful the venue was, and all we could do was agree ourselves!

She made the entire wedding planning processes so easy (I did not get a wedding planner because all of her suggested vendors were also amazing). Miranda was always quick to respond to all of our questions over the two years and planning and even helped make some last minute decor changes that matched our mood boards. She was such a calming presence the day of the wedding while we got ready in the stunning bridal suite because I knew she had everything ready and under control! We planned our wedding while not living in state and with all that Miranda has in place for planning and months leading up we never had to worry. There's a variety of different spaces that make for excellent photos such as by the willow trees, the by the beautiful white fencing overlooking the vast greenery, and the rustic style buildings (plus more). Second, for those with larger bridal parties such as myself, there is an option (add-on) to get ready in the newly renovated Bridal Mansion which provided ample space as the bridal lounge attached to the reception space was smaller and wouldn't accommodate a large group for getting ready. This smaller bridal lounge though was perfect for keeping our smaller personal items secured nearby during the reception in case we needed to get quick touchups. The larger Bridal Mansion was great for all my stylists/MUA to get together to efficiently work on all the bridesmaids/moms and myself. There's a beautiful little bar area where we were able to bring some snacks/drinks while we got ready as well as a dining room and a changing area where all the dresses could be hung. Great space for everyone to get ready. The groom/groomsmen lounge was also very useful for all the guys to get ready and hang out prior to the ceremony. And finally (and most importantly), as many of the reviews describe, Miranda is highly involved in making sure your big day goes as smoothly as possible. She is highly organized, gives great suggestions and knows how to foresee any bumps in the road that may come about planning your big day and is able to prepare you for it ahead of time. She works closely with you with logistical considerations, how to distribute your decorations and her and her team were so helpful in setting up and breaking down the decor to packing it into your car. We didn't have to stress about setting up or how we'd know it'd look good. We gave Miranda our "vibe/style" and she went with it and nailed it out of the park. She helped provide suggestions on how to best reuse decor throughout the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception to make the most of what we had. Miranda is super responsive to all emails and whether or not she's worked with your vendor, she seemlessly coordinates it all. There was no need for a wedding planner when I was able to convey my vision to Miranda and she was able to deliver. We received SO many compliments with how smoothly our wedding ran. No one was rushed and everyone had a wonderful time! In addition, the associated catering company that works alongside Miranda was fabulous as well. They kept us full both during the wedding (aka we def got to eat!) and after the wedding with the leftovers and accommodated the various food restrictions/allergies. Miranda worked closely with Kristy our coordinator, provided by Serock, and the two are a dynamic duo who are clearly experts in running a smooth and efficient wedding. All of this to say that the Barn at Silverstone has a great setup of support and local vendors who helped make our day perfect! There can be many doubts and second guessing when it comes to booking vendors but there was (and should be) no hesitation with The Barn at Silverstone (with the affiliated Serock Catering). I cannot even put into words how amazingly perfect our wedding day was. Any doubt or question you could have had was answered or handled before even having to ask. The photo opportunities are endless here- the grounds are absolutely stunning. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was, down to every little detail. Our daughter's wedding was held this past weekend and it was nothing short of magical, despite near hundred-degree temperatures. With regard to the facility, it is hard to express how absolutely gorgeous each and every part of this venue is - everywhere you look, there is absolute beauty - from the barns, gazebo, lovely trees, and gorgeous willow tree, goat barns, stone homes, fountain - honestly, the list goes on and on. The inside of the numerous venues available are even more stunning, requiring so little additional decor to make them all just stunning for the event and the pictures. You really need to visit the place to see how stunning it really is. But what you cannot tell, and what you should be most interested in if you are seeking a venue, is how Miranda and Kristy, as well as the rest of the exclusive Serock catering team, operated seamlessly. Miranda and Kristy are two of the most organized people I have met and they are very, very good at what they do. The decor we provided was set out perfectly, the facilities looked gorgeous, the food was phenomenal, and everything was served professionally and by people who clearly love their jobs and seek to make everyone happy. The bride and groom as well as the immediate family table had their own personal attendant who took care of everything that was needed, sometimes before we even knew it was needed! The meals were served to every single guest within 4 minutes start to finish so every person had a hot meal that they could enjoy immediately with the rest of the guests. The numerous allergies and food preferences, including some that were extremely serious, were handled with care and an assurance of safety. Modifications were managed with a smile. The attention and care that went into packaging and sending home food for the bride and groom as well as the care that went into packing up all decor and personal items and placing them in the designated vehicles are the types of touches that made the night so effortless for us. There are countless more examples of that kind of attention, all things that, at the end of the night, almost made my husband and I wish we had another daughter to celebrate at the same venue.

We scheduled a tour with the owner and the rest all fell into place. Miranda, you are the definition of personable. The Barn at Silverstone is more than just a venue, it’s your life. It is evident that you put your life into making sure each wedding is everything that bride and groom could ever want. You are all things caring, kind, professional, positive, organized, dedicated, down to earth, big hearted, all around best human we have ever met. Having our wedding there was truly a dream. The venue hands down is the most beautiful venue with so many options, opportunities, and visions. You were the only person we communicated with during the whole process. YOU are the reason it was the easiest yes. The amount of compliments we received that night was immeasurable. My jaw is still on the ground looking at all the pictures and reliving that day. Miranda, thank you for all the effort, emails, phone calls, accountability, and flexibility you have provided over the past two years.
