The barn itself comfortably accommodates accommodate 130 guests for a sit-down dinner with plenty of room remaining for a dance floor. 140 is “cozy.” Up to 200 guests can be accommodated for a standing cocktail reception. A barn window showcases the beauty of the surrounding landscape, including the kitchen garden, potting shed, fire pit, woods, and marsh. Expandable with the barn's shed and south lawn, you can also add a tent for additional guests, your cocktail reception, or lounge seating. The furnished Potting Shed also offers a quiet and picturesque retreat for the bride and groom or bride to change from her gown to her party dress. Two fire pits provide cozy gatherings under the stars, one located directly in front of the barn and another by the main house.
