ng our perfect day didn’t seem realistic anymore. We toured Bay Pointe thinking we would just get a feel for pricing and kept our hopes fairly low. When we got there, we fell in love. The staff was amazing, the ceremony space was stunning, and Barbara, the event coordinator was nothing but kind and helpful. We knew instantly that we would do everything in our power to have our wedding here. There’s a beautiful bridal suite and the food is amazing. All of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The only complaint I had was the construction taking place at the time of the wedding which no one could control but Barbara promised me certain things would be done and she quite literally had a fence installed, paved driveway, landscapers put in all new plants, and grass put down within 24 hours. I pulled up to the venue on the day of my wedding with a huge smile knowing the lengths she must of went through to get that done for us. Over all this venue is clean, well maintained and has beautiful views. Highly recommend for an inexpensive great value.

Barbara and Tabaitha were great to work with, I misunderstood the paper work about the bar (I requested the wrong kind of bar) and it was fixed in a matter of minutes with no fuss. The end of night was even better and the staff made cleaning up a breeze. The chairs are beautiful, the room is perfect, and the staff is even better- I highly recommend this venue to everyone!!

At the beginning of wedding planning, she provided us with trusted vendors who had worked at the Bay Pointe many times before. The ones we picked from her list were all phenomenal. She was very accommodating when our very large families wanted to be included in the food tasting (and throughout the day of rehearsal). She was also accommodating when I decided to extend the time of the reception by an hour. The venue itself is beautiful, inside and out. The ceremony and reception areas were both perfect. The food was amazing, we got so many compliments on how delicious it was (we even got to have some!) The bar staff and wait staff were all extremely friendly and made friends with our families and wedding guests quickly. If you are thinking about checking out this venue or having your wedding here, DO IT. You won't regret it. Everyone at the Bay Pointe worked together to make August 4th, 2017 the best day of me & my new husband's lives. We couldn't be more thankful to have chosen such an amazing venue. She was very unprepared and knew no details of the wedding.. she asked questions like " So you are not having a ceremony on site tomorrow(even though I was)" and " reception starts at 4pm" (starts at 5). she did not even know my now husband's name, did not know anything about our vendors ( although i had sent over a very detailed list to you)- asking where the DJ would set up, when I explained we had a band...such poor communication amongst staff. Needless to say - it definitely put me into a panic, when you feel the venue has not a clue on what is happening the next day - your wedding day. ( I also talked to another bride who got married at the venue a few weeks before me and she had similar things to say in regards to the details of the time/onsite ceremony etc.) -I was told specific room and items would be moved and it would be cleared out for the wedding &the day of the wedding -the room was not cleared out. Creating an eye sore. There was Not enough time to change it on the day of the wedding.. so had to have it as it was. -The day of the wedding - there was no real communication or coordinating by Rebecca.she was difficult to find, I would have to ask the bar tenders to find her for me to assist, on more than one occasion. Overall she was just unhelpful & not attentive to the wedding needs at all. -The bridal suite was so hot and unclean . The bathroom had not been checked or cleaned, the toilets were unflushed, recently used and extremely dirty when we arrived. The air conditioner was not working properly or checked - I asked Rebecca and she commented on how it was warm and she had put it on in the morning.. but would check and never came back or w/ an update... -The sauce for the steak was incorrect - even though we had emailed to confirm details. -issues with bar tabs at the end of the night ..& the list can go on.. save yourself some stress. Book another venue.

The day went flawlessly, all of the staff was AMAZING! They made sure we were taken care of, everyones meals came out perfectly (guests are still raving about the food!) and even went as far as to keep an extra eye on my nieces and nephews so that my sister and brother in law could enjoy their meals. Cannot say enough good things about this venue!!!!!

Other venues stated we would be charged to remove the bar (some $12 a person without anything in exchange such a soda etc) and even other ostracized us for our life style. However, when we approached Barbara with our dilemma, she was not only understanding and accepting but made us feel very comfortable and confident that my fiance would feel at ease for our wedding reception. She offered us to remove all of the liquor completely or just have limited alcohol available. We ultimately decided to go with just beer and wine offered to guests. And as promised Barbara removed the extensive and honestly quite impressive liquor display for those who might be interested. Beyond that, the venue was immaculately clean, bright and inviting. The outside patio is perfect for cocktail hour. Barbara lit candles in the fireplace and around the venue. The bridal suite was spacious for all of my bridal party. All of our guests were impressed and delighted with our choices of hor dours (buffalo meatballs, brushetta triangles, and the very fun french fry shooters) and also our buffet lunch of Cesar salad, mashed potatoes, summer squash/zucchini, chicken/broccoli/alfredo pasta, chicken marsala and apple cranberry crisp. The staff were polite, eager to help and attentive (before, during and after the event with us and out guests). Also, we had three guests in wheelchairs that needed special attention and Barbara and her staff were very accommodating to them. Most of our family has even joked, discussed and decided for my husband and I, that we will utilize Bay Pointe for our (future) christening party whenever that day might come with our future children. Bay Pointe is truly a hidden gem! We would highly recommend to all newly engaged couples to consider using Bay Pointe for the wedding, and especially working with Barbara! We cannot thank you enough for making our dream wedding reception come true!

venue in the area - both on and off the cape. From the beginning, Bay Pointe was easy to get in touch with and quick to reply to the myriad of questions I threw their way. The wedding was absolutely beautiful. Bay Pointe keeps their ballroom in tip top shape, just like their grounds. The food was so delicious. I loved it and got many compliments from our guests. The chef was also very willing to accomodate our special menu requests (there were a lot!) Also, all 175 guests were served quickly which allowed us to get to the dancing! More than anything, I was really impressed with the level of service. Each person I interacted with there (throughout our year-long engagement) put a lot of pride into their work. From the chef to the cleaning crew, I felt like they treated my wedding as if it was their own and it showed. I went into this process thinking that planning this wedding would be easy because I've planned thousands of events before. However, planning your own wedding is altogether different. The Bay Pointe Club helped me by thinking of every detail and I am so glad we chose to host the wedding there. They far exceeded my expectations and the only way I can describe the wedding is...perfect!
